what REALLY happens in Pokemon

in a regular pokemon game the character red leaves the quaint village of pallet town to collect all eight gym badges and catch them all on the way red foils team rockets evil plans before rightfully becoming the champion but that's only one side of the story we never hear the perspective of team rocket and how it all went down what actually happened in the cantor region during the events of generation 1. this is the real story of pokemon fire red and leaf green pokemon rocket edition [Music] well hello there welcome to team rocket now if you're like any of our other new recruits i'm guessing you've never owned a pokemon before in your life and in that case i'm happy to say that this is your lucky day each of you will receive one of these beauties for yourselves uh grill is that fly once you have this hm once you've managed to summon enough balls to steal yourself a proper bird pokemon and you fly your sorry axes to mount moon as soon as conceivably possible and await further the team in charge of this amazing feat of genetic engineering was giovanni leader blaine mr fuji bill and the unknown but genius professor shigeki however the project was more difficult than expected most attempts to create a clone of mew ended in pink mushy brainless creatures what we now call ditto but one of these failures was worse than all the rest it would become known as the catastrophe an unspeakable and unseeable horror that escaped the lab as quickly as it was created the five vowed never to speak about it ever again there was a breakthrough though as mr fuji realized that combining human dna with mew they could achieve what they were searching for everyone put in samples but champion oak was the only person who refused mewtwo was created the ultimate fighting machine capable of mass destruction previously unheard of but like mew it refused to be used as a military weapon similar to the catastrophe it escaped into the wild with no battle power left and out of time champion oak surrendered kanto under johto rule and all evidence of the freak genetic project was burned in the mansion giovanni in a furious rage vowed then to take kanto back from johto rule and seek revenge on oak for giving up the war so easily listen grill oak must despise everyone who worked on the mewtwo project all of a sudden he has business with fuji after all these years it can't be good news i can't imagine he still believes he can find some way to get at mewtwo after all these years but supposing he did we have to know listen very carefully fuji let's slip that silpco is the process of beta testing a top secret new invention that has been development for years the master ball that's why we will lead team rocket towards a complete occupation of self headquarters and of saffron city anything anymore when we merged our dna together the five of us to create mewtwo it created some sort of psychic bond between us and the clone mewtwo can point us towards shigeki's whereabouts but phil this is mewtwo we're talking about how in the world would we ah hold it right there my dear fuji we got the master ball go to cerulean cave and seek out mewtwo battle it and make it tell you where shigeki is hiding so keep the master ball with you but don't use it yet save it for the pokemon we're really after this ruling cape nobody enters without permission for the pokemon champion yeah
