good morning hot dots welcome back to my channel we have the normal suspects italian sweet cream unsweetened vanilla milk almond milk filled up my coldest water bottle link down below my coffee cup medium or blonde roast coffee i either do medium or blonde i haven't been using mine espresso which i need to because i have so many paws i just was in a mood i needed to grab this so let's make some coffee coffee amount milk amount creamer amount voila good morning drinking my coffee so today like lately i've been because of all this going on i've been um leaving my bedroom and coming out into the living room every day and working even when i need my screens i just hate being in my bedroom right now because my bed is in literally the middle of my room since i have to paint the wall um i should be getting that paint in uh kevin said this week if you didn't know kevin's my front desk guy i love him and yeah so i'm drinking my coffee i'm trying to be relaxed we're gonna watch a little youtube while we get some work done i have to have like a noise in the background from being one of seven children in my family like i can't have it be quiet in my house or i can't focus so i'm gonna put some background noise on and work and then i definitely want to work out today i had so much fun yesterday if you don't follow me on instagram me and my friend tina went to the chocolate cafe and we had some desserts and a bottle of wine we split a bottle of wine so i ate my weeklies i didn't eat all of them but i ate a lot of my weeklies early um so i just want to make sure i like work out and all through the weekend and you know stay on top of it and yeah so we're gonna drink this up we need to drink all of our water i need to drink two 40 ounces and then it's time to grind baby i love my nails so long like i love this length and this size but typing i've gotten better at it but i'm so quick at typing but i use the tops of my fingers and now i can't i have to use the pads of my fingers and it's driving me crazy so another thing i quote-unquote cheat on when i scan is this is 110 calories per servings three servings per bag so it's 330 calories for a bag of this popcorn um when you scan it in for two tablespoons so just for one serving of this popcorn it is three points so i count this whole bag of six points instead of nine or ten points because i know it's only 330 calories so i'm having this as a snack and it's going to be a six point snack for me um but like i said before my last video count it however you want to count it um for me i just know that it's 330 calories for the whole bag and i don't want to count that as like 10 points you know what i mean so counting this is six i'm it's 12 17 and i don't quite want lunch yet but i'm just feeling a little peckish so i'm gonna eat some popcorn and then i'll probably eat lunch around like two o'clock i have so much i have to get done for work and stuff i just don't feel like making food food right now so i'm just gonna snack on this okay i've been riding on the bike for about 20 minutes now i'm gonna keep riding for another 20. got my yvette sports bra on i love this morning though i made it a little it's the one with that black back super cute but anyways working out but um yeah i also i'm gonna put up here four points for goldfish because i ate goldfish today and i didn't post it so i had popcorn and goldfish and coffee so far today no wonder i'm hungry um so we're gonna figure out what we're gonna eat after i do about 20 more minutes on here okay 45 minutes and i'm watching lauren i was just focusing on getting some movement in and then here i am 45 minutes later i'm done i might actually pedal until i hit 300 calories because i'm at 278. so maybe i'll let's do that this is what always happens to me i try to even this out and even this out and now this is going to hit 300 but i'm still gonna have 30 seconds left then this will go over 300 and it'll drive me nuts but we're just going to go to 50 minutes it's decided so my snack's gonna be two tablespoons of this roasted red pepper hummus it's my favorite which is two points and then uh 16 of these garden veggie crackers these are the bigger ones so you only get 16 for four points so it's going to be a six point snack i'm also gonna be eating oh no they fell out i'm also gonna be eating some carrots so this is gonna be my snacker rooney for six points so i think that means we have what 13 points left for dinner i think so i'll see you back after but i'm just going to take out two tablespoons of this put in a bowl and then sit on the couch and veg out for a little bit and then take a shower and then be back for dinner okay one thing i can't wait for is when i get to my new place i hate how there's like this fan that automatically comes on when i get in the shower like when i turn the light on in this apartment can't wait for that to be gone um just washed my face and i'm just putting my toner on and you know all the things because i'm trying not to age you guys and i'll link it all down below if you're ever interested in beautycounter just let me know and i will tell you all the deets but i am so hungry but yet not at the same time you know what i mean like i don't know i get so sick of like making food i feel like that sometimes i'm just like i just don't even want to make anything but i know i need to get rid of all this food and what i need to do is start accounting for the fact that i'm not always going to be eating at home you know or in the mood to eat at home so i need to start [Music] realizing that um but anyways i'm trying to do my my hair is naturally like beachy curly like this and i'm going to keep it that way today because i'm going to be recording for sips with sophie um my best friend's wedding which i love that movie and i'm reviewing it and um i'm gonna you know i always try to like dress as the people if i can if they're like if they have something cool going on you know and one thing that uh you know obviously julia roberts has like super curly crazy hair which is so beautiful and she's a bridesmaid but then she also wears like more masculine clothes for back then i freaking loved the way she dressed in this movie and so i'm trying to figure that out because i'm going to probably record that tomorrow so i'm just doing my like putting some product in my hair so it stays like crimpy like my beach wave ways you know what i'm saying so i use tossling spray from kenneth's hair salon it's a hair salon in ohio that i used to work at and i love their tossing spray so i just use that yeah so once i'm done working through my hair here we're gonna go figure out something for dinner and i have no idea what that's gonna be because i truly am not craving anything in my refrigerator okay aren't you so glad you joined me in the bathroom so i wanted to make like a shepherd's pie but i realized i don't have any ground beef and then my chicken i just got it out of the freezer to thaw um so i can't make my shake and bake um chicken tenders so we're gonna use the rest of my kid fresh nuggets i think i have like five in here cook those up in the air fryer i'm gonna do one serving of these instant mashed potatoes a third of a cup put that at the bottom i do it with a lot of water and then some spray butter um salt pepper garlic seasoning and onion seasoning and it's really good i like it a lot um you have to put a lot of extra water to make them not dry um and you know whatever but and then i put this on top the classic chicken so and then i'm gonna have the corn on there too i was gonna use my vegetable medley but i i'm gonna try to get a pan out and do the tater tot recipe i've so badly bought the tater tots and everything to do that freaking wwe tater tot recipe and i still haven't done it so making the kfc bowl tonight i'll show you it when it's done then six nuggets for three points so three four five and then three points so two thirds a cup of corn so it'll be three points for me and not for green or not for blue and purple so that's three six seven eight and then nine this is only one point for a fourth of a cup so it'll be a nine point dinner for me six points for blue and purple and it's gonna be delish okay i added garlic powder onion powder salt pepper a little bit of spray butter and then the corn i need to heat this corn up and this whoops so i'm gonna add in 60 grams which is 1 4 cup and that's going to be my point so i just put it on here dude it's a lot oh there we go i'm counting that as one point and i'm gonna heat this up real quick before our nugs are done let's check on the nugs they look good dude airfryer just like they saved my life i mean what more could a girl ask for looks so good i might honestly i love adding a little bit of hot sauce i just i don't know guys in my old age i just like hot things so this will be dinner and it's nine points for me six for blue and purple which i call that a steal because this is a lot heck yeah also i'm almost done with my second water oliver is so proud of me right bubba yeah telling you guys me and julia roberts have the same damn hair i was meant to be born at a different time when this hair was like in you know like wow yeah just crazy big-ass hair okay we are doing a five-point dessert so it's gonna go over by one point but this is two points i'm going to crunk crunch crumple up two oreos and put that in here with some zero point ready whip on top and i'll show you it right now here she is in all her glory five-point dessert
