good morning hot tots welcome back to my channel so i am out walking it's 11 30. i had my typical coffee that you guys know about which i need to start sharing it again i always forget i get new people and then i'm like sophie you have to act like it's a new time all the time or that you're new to someone all the time always forget so in my coffee i always put just one tablespoon of the sugar-free fat-free french vanilla creamer one or two tablespoons and i don't count my creamer um it's only 15 calories per tablespoon so i just don't worry about it so i did two tablespoons i think today and then just with my coffee which you guys know i'm not like in love with but whatever and now i'm just out walking it's around 11 30 right now i haven't eaten lunch yet and i haven't drank any water we're off to a great start let's make some lunch i ended up walking two and a half miles i might go back out and walk more you guys it's cold it's only 40 degrees but it's just so sunny and nice out i just love it so opening my little blinds oliver's sunbathing today huh for lunch we're having a little bit of a smorgasbord we're having just some leftover of that pasta i made the other day it's about a half a cup so it's two points and then two points worth of chicken nuggets there's only four nuggets here kid fresh and then two points i believe worth of bull house farms ranch so it's a six point lunch for me and then i'm having a water about to have a meeting with my boss so i'm trying to eat this up quickly but i'm just having some leftovers and yeah that's my lunch i'm having a snack i'm gonna have a nanner i got the minis and it's like the perfect size for me so i got a little mini banana as a snack i'm almost on my second water i really need to work harder here so i'm going to eat my little snackaroonie and figure out what i want for dinner oh i think i want steak i have a steak i always forget to cook them then they go bad and i'm like wow you spent 14 on a steak that you could have had two meals from and you didn't eat it and now it's gray we're gonna make steak tonight people it's gonna be delicious okay we interrupt this program with just a little bit of these clothes that i am working with page collective with um so page collective is this online boutique she has some actual stores in texas and she actually grew up in pickerington with me but i never really knew her so i always saw her from afar like supported her brand but never knew her in person but her and her sister were always the kindest nicest people and they're such a good family and has a little tie it's super cute super loungy what i love about their lounge sets and i have one other set to show you is that i can throw on a coat this is one of their jackets as well but i can throw on a coat and throw on some boots and it's a cute little outfit to even just wear out to go to the grocery store and stuff like that it's very cute and trendy and doesn't look low quality you know what i mean so i always go out in her lounge suits and sometimes i just wear the top sometimes i just wear the bottoms like you can mix and match but you can wear them all the time at any point and i feel like her clothing is what we need right now on this pandemic because you're in the house lounging laying around but then you gotta go run an errand or go to the grocery store and you throw on one of the jackets get on some shoes and you're ready to go so this jacket is actually oversized i have a medium on so i usually get larges and everything you can go down in size for all of the rest of the items besides the loungewear so the loungewear true to size um and then the oversized things i always go a size down and sometimes i think i could even go two sizes down so just let you know this jacket is a medium that's what we call them jackets next is this loungewear set this is a medium slash large they only have small slush medium medium large i love it the waffle like the the pleating it's a super cute top and i wear this all the time is just a top with jeans and then these bottoms are so comfy so cute they do have the elastic band and the pull string and i love them and i wear my booties with these i'll go out again put it throw a jacket on this and go out into public and it's just super nice super you can do multiple things in these outfits you know and that's what i like is they can go from in the house to out of the house really quickly so super cute super comfortable next this next item is actually plus size so my plus size ladies can grab this too this is a 1x 2x they sell this in one x 2x and then 3x slash 4x or 1 2x and then 2x 3x but it is so soft inside so comfortable has a little hood but all of my other ladies you can still wear this so that's what's so cute about the oversized look right now the oversized look right now is that you can wear things that are oversized and it looks super shabby chic i love wearing this all around my house and out like when i'm just running to the cvs or something like that i'm like okay throwing this on how comfortable how cute i will say all the oversized items you guys if you're an extra large or an xxl the oversized jackets and shirts and everything you could get a large um because i usually wear large and i wear mediums or smalls and a lot of the oversized so just to let you know and again this does come in plus sizes this is 1x 2x and there's a 2x 3x next on the shacket market as you can see i'm still wearing my pj shirt it looks really cute just as a regular top this is a size medium and it is a shacket again i love that word you guys it is super cute super trendy i feel like this is such a cute jacket to wear as a coat it's so big you can put sweaters and stuff underneath it or you can just wear it you know as a jacket to kind of throw over like a layering piece with your boots and it is oversized so like i said this is a medium and it's still big on me so i possibly could have fit into a small if i wanted a different look but i loved the medium sizing just look at their sizing and everything but this is so cute and i'm obsessed with this shacket this is the coat you all have asked me about time and time again i wore it in one video and you guys are obsessed it is super soft has this big zipper which i love and it kind of puffs out in the back not the front so what i love about that is it kind of gives you the upright part of the back but doesn't puff you out so big you look fatter you know what i mean i love it this is a size medium as well and i always wear size larges and coats so you definitely can size down i still have a ton of room here as well so it is so soft you guys and i'm obsessed with this coat i'm obsessed this is one of my favorite sweaters it's a little cropped but not too cropped it covers your tummy it's so soft i love this aztec print it's literally the softest material it is super comfortable this is a large so this is more true to size it is a little big on me i'm sure i could have got the medium but i want it a little bigger so this is more true to size uh i'm obsessed you guys this is probably my favorite sweater i've ever had in general it's shorter in the front shorter in the back longer on the sides so soft so comfortable i love the print and the texture this is a medium and again it's oversized there are two other colors there's like a pinkish color and a grayish bluish color and i'm going to buy those myself because i'm obsessed i might even get another white one just in case because you know when you're obsessed with something and then something happens to you and you're like great i absolutely adore this sweater if you're going to buy anything from what i show you this sweater is a yes they don't have this sweater anymore but you guys they bring stuff back all the time i just want to show you this is a large sweater on me so i do have a lot of room when usually i wouldn't so that's why i'm saying if you are a size small on the oversized things if there's extra small you could get that or just stick with small mediums you could get small large you could get medium and extra or extra large you could get larger extra extra large could get large um you know so i mean so cute i love this sweater i am sad i don't think they have it anymore but i just wanted to show you a large sweater on me but appreciate you guys watching through this whole haul and now back to the main attraction um i'm gonna make steak and i think vegetables and maybe like oh i should try that cauliflower mashed potatoes yes that's what we're making people also having some seven up zero cherry zero so good and you know what we're gonna add a couple maraschino cherries for the kicker at the end they're literally five calories a piece but i'm just putting two cherries in how cute okay so i'm going to be making steak cauliflower okay guys sorry let's do this for now while i talk steak some cauliflower mashed potatoes from trader joe's i'm going to cook up some asparagus zucchini and some onion so what i'm going to do first to like lessen the amount of dishes i preheated my oven to 350 degrees because i like to sizzle my sizzle i'm just gonna put some asparagus onions and zucchini on there have it cooking up and then put the cauliflower mashed potatoes in there and then once those veggies are done i'll go ahead and do my steak on the same skillet so i'm just adding some onion some zucchini and opening this up and adding a couple asparagus and then for my mashed cauliflower it is two points for one cup which is 112 grams and it says there's four servings per container so i'm just gonna go over here and weigh out a serving and put it in my pan so this goes by grams so i will zero it out put it on grams and once it's at zero grams i'm going to pull out 112 grams perfect so it's about six of these little circles of potato which i need to get a little spray butter i forget that these are non-stick aren't non-stick and so i need to make sure to put stuff in them okay i have those sitting off to the side because i'm not used to using stainless steel and it gets so hot and then it's not nonstick this is a non-stick pan so we're good over here so i just sprayed some of this at zero points it's movie theater butter and it's zero calories for one third second of spray i just don't count it i sprayed a little on here and some in there and then this is my top sirloin i actually weighed out both pieces this is about eight and a half ounces and this is six and a half i'm gonna do the eight today because i have the points for it it's five points um this is like a lean top sirloin steak and then this is like four points but i'm going to use the bigger one that's at least what it said in my tracker so that's what i'm doing it's like lean top sirloin steak and that's what it says so that's what we're going with so my veggies are pretty much done i'm just gonna add them to this bowl of mashed potatoes or cauliflower mashed potatoes because i mush it all together anyways so that's what i'm doing we're going to season our steak i'm going to do garlic powder mccormick's um girl mates montreal steak seasoning and onion powder on both sides and i'm just going to go ahead and cook both steaks at the same time just so i have the other one ready and then once i sear them i like to put soy sauce on it and that's all i do for my steak and i put it in the oven for a couple of minutes i always like to put a few onions with my steak too all right while we're waiting on the steak let's try this so show you what it looks like i just put all the veggies in there with the cauli mash i have it just like staying heated i'm just gonna eat the cauliflower which by the way i put onion powder garlic powder and salt and pepper in here pretty good i definitely can taste the cauliflower but they're good let that keep sitting try an asparagus why not so once it's seared on both sides i put some of just this low sodium soy sauce on it i love it stick it in the oven for like two to three minutes and i'm by no means telling you how to cook your steak this is just how i cook mine okay let's get the plate ready lots of heat coming from this you know i need a refreshment okay let's see and i usually sear them better but for some reason my pan probably wasn't hot enough yep i like my meat about medium there's the finished product steak and then all this cauliflower mash with asparagus zucchini and onion so let's try it it's not my favorite steak i've ever made because my pan wasn't hot enough when i was searing it at first but still good cauliflower mash good wrong successful dinner are we gonna put some more salt on there are we so proud of me i had carrots at lunch and now i'm having all these vegetables i know she's growing up okay guys it's dessert time so this is going to be a five point dessert you can obviously make it less points in a lot of different ways but let me tell you what i'm going to do i'm using half a cup of the greek yogurt um so this dessert is actually four points then for people who are in blue and purple but the green plan it'll be five point dessert half a cup of greek yogurt is one point two kebler cones this brand this type is one point um eight grams of funfetti cake mix is one point it's zero points for five grams of the sugar-free fat-free cheesecake jell-o seasoning or jell-o seasoning you get what i'm saying jello pudding um and then a points worth of lily's chocolate chips which is 20 chocolate chips and then on top i'm going to add a little maraschino cherry to each it's going to be a point for two of them so anyways i'm going to make it so i mix this this and this all together in here add the chocolate chips then push it into the cones and add a cherry on top and i love it obviously actually i also need to add of course sprinkles if you are some of my og subscribers when i was really getting into the desserts and then i have been taking like a creative break from desserts i feel like i always add sprinkles to everything i never count sprinkles you guys because it's 15 calories for one teaspoon and i will use just a little teeny bit i'm not counting it so okay if you've never seen this before this is half a cup of the greek yogurt with the five grams of the sugar-free fat-free cheesecake jell-o and eight grams of funfetti cake mix and now we're gonna mix this up 20 chocolate chips mix that up then i just take it and i push it deep down into the cone push it all the way down oh i forgot the topper i put some ready whip on the top fat free at zero points so then i have this i do a little thing already with a little sprinkle and then if you want to add a cherry add a cherry but if you don't you obviously don't have to and you can save yourself a point but i just think it's so funny to make it look more like a sundae and there's one and you just make your other one there you go they're so cute too i love them i'm bon appetit i also want to say shout out to debbie for reminding me of these cones i used to make they're so good oh no it's melting make one at a time tastes like just like cannoli or cheesecake filling like it's thick and rich if you only use half a cup my gosh you're so sweet so good well i'm going to finish my cone olies hey guys good morning it is the next day and i didn't end up eating all my points yesterday i went to bed i didn't eat any more points and sometimes that happens i ate so late in the day i feel like i just wasn't hungry and the day
