good morning hot tots welcome back to my channel as always i'm looking like a snack it is 8 13. i have been sleeping so hard lately um you know how some nights you sleep so hard you don't wake up at all and like you wake when you do wake up in the morning you're like you feel like we're fresh we also just feel like dang i don't even think i moved last night that's what happened to me the last two nights but i just got up i filled up my water bottle and i also bought a couple of these from target the other day they're the celsius live fit i don't i've never tried the celsius sparkling waters i think they have a lot of caffeine in them but i don't know how much i can't find it anywhere but i'm gonna try one of these this morning because i've never tasted these and everyone talks about them so let's try it cheers mmm very refreshing it tastes like literally tastes like i'm drinking a white claw good we'll see if this hurts my bladder which just to update you guys some of you were like hey what happened with your bladder problems blah blah i still have them if you're new here they thought i had interstitial cystitis which is painful bladder syndrome they blew up my bladder um they couldn't find the signs of that basically i have that feeling where i always feel not always but i'll get flare-ups of like i feel like i have a raging uti and i don't i don't test positive for uti um but that that's how i feel and the longest i've gone feeling like that where i feel like i have to pee i feel like i have to get up every two seconds and i'm just in a lot of pain was like four months that was the worst stint of it and i went to a ton of different urologists and specialists and all this stuff and they couldn't figure it out so i noticed that as i lost weight and as i don't know like i didn't really change my eating habits which is what's confusing i do know that like white claws hurt my um bladder really bad the next day so obviously it is something to do with food or a citric acid and stuff but then i'll eat and drink citric acid and all these other things all the time and nothing happens i don't know but anyways it's gotten a lot better my most recent flare-up was like a month ago and it happened for two days and then it was fine so so far it's been a lot better anyways i'm going to drink this i have to start my work day i need to wash my face really quick and put on some clothes because i just feel more established for work when i do that but these are good we'll see if they wake me up um i tried those like sparkling water energy drinks but they just didn't have any um caffeine in them really so we'll see how these go about to use my face regimen um i use beauty counter and i love it as you can tell i have a lot of beauty counter products but my face man it's really cleared up but when i'm not consistent with my face regimen i'll get these like little pimples and need to get together one thing i suggest for you guys if you ever have like need spot treatment is this sos acne spot treatment i'll link it down below this gets rid i mean i put on this yesterday this is a huge bad one and today it doesn't have a white head or anything and it's already going down do yourself a favor oh you guys life i'm so tired i washed my face i have been trying not to put face makeup on lately because i just want to give my face a break so you can see all my blemishes like my pimpy pimpy pimple i have some broken blood vessels um that i've just always had but my skin is looking a lot better and looking good i've just been doing my eyebrows and my eyelashes lately because i just want my skin to breathe um but anyway i don't know why i was saying that i am so tired and i need to wake up i need to work out today i haven't worked out the past couple days because i've really really been focusing on food i've really been focusing on points if you don't follow me on instagram please do i've been like posting my food and the reason being is i need to start back on the basics because um tracking has been the hardest for me lately and it's just because like you know i don't mind where my body's at right now i want to lose about like 10 to 15 more pounds just depending on how i look and how i feel so it's kind of up in the air my goal weight on the app is like 20 pounds from where i am now but i just don't i don't know i think i'd look too skinny i don't want to be like i don't know i don't want to be too small and so we're just going to see how i feel but i need to just lose that last like i want to lose 10 more pounds i can get to the next area of weight where i if i maintain it it's like it's okay i'm in the next chunk down you know what i mean um so that's just what my goal is lately and so i'm focusing on the food first like i told you all to do and that's what i'm doing so i'm focusing on tracking tracking tracking and tracking everything i don't count my creamer or like one serving of a condiment like ketchup but everything else i'm going to track um and just make sure i'm always putting stuff into my tracker because it's been harder for me lately and i've had so many life events happening and so many things going on which is awesome but i've kind of used that as an excuse lately you know to not track my food as much and to just maintain my weight for the longest time so i have i'm moving in 32 days and i'm so excited i feel like that will really help my brain too because in this small space i feel like nothing is separated out and i'm so excited to have like my you know bike down in the den space i'm so excited to have an office i'm so excited to have like an extra bedroom and extra space for just my brain clarity and to cook and to be inspired to like cook in the kitchen and you know make more videos and do more recipes and stuff because everything feels so small and like annoying right now and i'm just waiting for that next step and it's gonna really help me i think to feel like inspired again and excited so okay so oh my gosh you guys are like pretty high up i'm wearing my weekend state of mind shirt which plot twist it's not the weekend but my mind is there so for lunch it's now 11 53 so still earlier than i usually eat and i'm making lunch so i cooked up yesterday some 96 lean ground beef i put the hot and spicy taco seasoning in it you guys it's hot so i'm not putting jalapenos in my food today um and then i cooked up some red peppers onions and corn in here and i'm just going to use a little bit of each and take a tortilla cut it in half and make two tacos i'm gonna add some tostitos queso blanco on top and some salsa one tablespoon of queso blanco is one point two tablespoons is two points i believe or maybe three um i'm only gonna use one tablespoon one tablespoon is a lot and it spreads over two tacos really well so i never need more than that i mean i always need more than that do you understand but like i don't need more than that you feel me i love when i get low point meals because then i can have a higher point one later or lots of snacks so i'm going to weigh out two ounces of this for a point some of this for a points worth of corn everything else is zero point of this and a point of this so i'm just gonna heat it up i'll show you it when i'm done i did just post this on my instagram yesterday because i'm eating the same thing but like whatever it's real life [Music] oh no i have something on the ground probably all of our food my house is like seriously a mess because so i bought some more storage bins i have a big bin pack some stuff other stuff packed this is going to goodwill actually this this one isn't i bought this it is a dupe i'm going to link it down below i love this dupe how freaking cute yeah i got this and a pair of shoes that are dupes and i want to get the black one of this too i think it's so cute for summer um anyways i love nice purses but i don't need to have like designer but i love the way that this is designed so that's why i got a dupe i want to bring these to plato's closet to see if i can get any money for these because a lot of this is like newer clothing that i just don't wear and i just need to get rid of and then i have a bag to give to goodwill and then i have more crap behind me of stuff that i packed but i digress let's get to the food okay so i put a tablespoon i'm just gonna do a burrito i did one tablespoon of the queso blanco which one tablespoon really goes a long way and now i'm just going to measure out two ounces worth of italian ground beef italian lean ground beef i'm so i don't understand myself all right [Music] perfect and then we have our fajita vegetables are these hot enough no okay they weren't hot enough yet but i have my salsa i'm just going to put a little on and yeah so all i'll need is my veggies and we'll be good to go i don't have any lettuce right now or else i put lettuce on there this is already so spicy or else i put my jalapenos on there but that taco seasoning oh my gosh you guys so hot i'm just gonna add some of this in there hot oh my gosh it's so hot and i only added four points worth of corn into here so i just count it as one point every time i use some and yeah this is it so i'm just going to wrap it up probably a better way to do this but this is just how i do it oh yeah you do like this i think and then this and then that i don't know you guys my big burrito i love mexican food it's my favorite i can eat this up and then i'll be back okay for dessert i'm having one of these i did the sugar-free pillsbury brownie mix and i made these in just muffin pans one of these is three points two for five points and i added sprinkles which i don't count sprinkles so i'm just gonna have one for three points for dessert some people were saying like oh my gosh those like really hurt my stomach also the sugar-free brownie mix from pillsbury but i have ibs not sorry tmi but i do and they didn't abund me so i don't know if my body's just used to it or what but i like them a lot so good really rich and only three points obviously if you want to count the sprinkles you can i just added sprinkles for happiness but three-point dessert excuse you this guy hey okay guys i'm having two kid fresh waffles and then i'm putting some zero point walden farm syrup on it this will be a four point snack i would say so i'm not hungry completely for dinner yet but i wanted to get something in my stomach because i want a snack but i don't want to snack on chips or something i want something more substantial me and lauren from louise lane channel are having like a face time happy hour and i'm so excited so i'll let you know i am definitely going to be having some wine i think i'm going to have this red wine this cabernet probably one or two glasses so um i wanted to eat something drink that and then see how many points i have left and come up with my dinner but yeah i'm excited it'll be so fun um but i am like wanting a snack and i was like put something in your stomach before happy hour girlfriend so it's 4 51 it's 3 51 her time so we probably won't have our happy hour for another hour or so and yeah i'm excited i'll let you know how it goes and i'll show you what i ended up drinking and i'll also show you what i have for dinner but i wanted to show you this little waffle first because your girl wants to eat hold please we're going to just wine number one happy hour okay so i just got off the phone with her it was so much fun like me and lauren are seriously the exact same person and my pimple is what it is but i made a meatball sub and i'll show you what i use i use the ole wraps so i used one of the only wraps again today so it's one point i used some a fourth a cup of mozzarella cheese which is two points and then i used six kid fresh meatballs which i forget how many points that is i'll put it up on the screen and one points worth of marinara which i use the uh bertolli's marinara so i'll put up on the screen the amount of points i also had two glasses of wine so eight points for wine one two three four five like five six-ish points seven-ish points for dinner i'll put up on the screen but that's it for tonight's video you guys i'm going to eat this up and go to bed me and lauren have the best time like we're doing this weekly like i can't wait we're going to be hitting up the happy hour more than just today and i'm so excited we facetimed and yeah but anyways thank you guys so so much for watching please give this video a thumbs up if you liked
