run inside and you know what it stopped raining which is awesome everything's looking a little better never thought I'd say this in Ohio but we kind of needed some rain need our grasses is it's strong it looks nice and green but it's it's actually pretty brown Oh flash Oh flashy alright so we're back inside and we there's just some things that I don't like updating about in fact last time this happened we didn't even talk about it so after we won the case years and years ago years and years ago know I'm heading snowball oh I'm Lana basically years and years ago we were a smile more had a lawsuit against us and it was it took about three year eight three four I don't even remember it's such a long long drawn-out thing we ended up winning the case and we are now currently being sued for the exact same thing which is crazy I kind of regret not telling you guys when we were in the last one there's a lot of stress involved and I always hit it and when I win we won and I told you guys it just it didn't feel like much so I'm telling you now or in the same situation again we've already won once and it's just crazy we're getting sued and in order to protect our our brand we have to countersue it's just it's not fun I hate this I've never sued anybody in my life and now we have to as a business protect our brand and countersue it's just nutty it's not it's it's well I mean I can't really get into all of it but yeah lawsuits are start fun and and you know I don't wish him on anybody so I've actually always been against it like I know always I'll never see somebody buy our company yeah we just protecting ourself at this point so that's going on with smile more feeling very confident about it feeling incredibly good about it feel like we're in a very good place but to keep things professional and to keep things you know as lightly as possible that is going on and but I feel good about not as scared as I was last time feel like we're in a really good spot and so yeah that's one smile more just thank you guys so much for all the support literally it doesn't go unnoticed thank you for all the support with our business you guys have been always here for us personal business everything what what happened there baby me okay you can get it but you can't hit can't we'll get it okay I just that real quick why there's just a box of Lucky Charms system two business channel where I bring you guys along on our real life business stuff just for those of you that are interested not for everybody but some of those are the not fun details that you don't get
