that old flea market i don't know if you guys remember so many new people may not but there's an old flea market in garland last time we went in there actually renee from storage wards was down here and he talked me into buying out a whole booth that did we made a lot of money on it because the business there just keeps going downhill so let's go over there after this first thrift store because i didn't show you in there um because i got the three dollar ones but their t-shirts go anywhere from two to like 12 bucks y'all for t-shirts while i already showed them that one oh maybe we get jason pay that when they go get a standalone building for that much in the same area but they told me oh we've we've redone two of these before and well that's great but it doesn't look like it worked out too well did it i mean you just said it's common sense you can't charge 10 times in rent it just doesn't make sense anyway so hey what we're going to do is jenna's going to jump out check that door because what i want to do some of these booths have been here since i've been in high school like over a couple decades y'all so maybe there's booths in there that we could buy out but so we're just going to do a little footwork we're going to check these doors drive around maybe there's an office entrance and we'll check that i'm gonna go in and see if i can get a walk around to see if there's
