hi everybody I'm Guy Fieri and we're rollin out headed for some of America's greatest diners drive-ins and dives okay this trip I like the way that's looking how specials like a ham and egg pancake that's weird that's where at a Seattle joint where there are smoked and salmon in the parking lot I think this is what everybody expects to see when they come to a breakfast joint Eggs Benedict after benedict after benedict i get this every time i come in at a family-run favorite in my hometown how those pancakes buddy that thing they ever had and the 85 year old diner that you packing them in in Manchester New Hampshire I don't don't come on in I'm in line or you won't believe what they're baking from scratch it tastes better than the real thing that's all right here right now on diners drive-ins and dives normally when you think about entertainment while you're eating while you think your toothache is dinner show but let's say you're in Seattle down by the waterfront you'll find an entertaining crew served up stuffed grape leaves smoked pork Benedict and some killer homemade blueberry pie at a place called mullahs offshore cafe thank you I don't get that every time on diners drive-ins and dives I don't know I don't walk in and get out thank goodness because John is not handsome and very to Voula vows every customers family all these kids is my customers kids if you love the customer you have to hug him you have to welcome where did you get this philosophy of ready philosophy this is Greek philosopher and that philosophy includes tons of homemade food from egg scrambles filled with meat and cheese you know it's just good hearty feel-good food - homemade blueberry pie I've had holes everything here and everything's excellent it's just a great restaurant run by a great family on the line you'll find bullish two sons Niko's but here's the potato master and Psyche is because he's the older brother he gets to work the bell yeah he's in that section toasting cash register what's this one with potato cell and after working alongside these guys for the past 15 years Brian is practically family to put on there around grab some butter get do a pirouette yeah then watch that his job right there I see him working see see me work skill yeah thanks skill do we get that in slow-mo oh and in mom works it as the foreman she look yes yes coming out that's how we roll and they've been rolling like that since 1984 when bula bought the place to help put psyche through college she paid for your school you came back I never left I go to school after all then come back here and master the menu that bula put together just has that perfect buttering that we only allow ourselves once a week because it is also delicious what's that Greek oboe no this not your brother every couple we put onions mushrooms I already like the way that starts out Greek sausage and what is Greek sausage there isn't really much spicy spice beef is it like you know meet her this is the big loser we use it for the Euro to hash browns how many eggs does it get two mixes together and you don't have all this pre-made it's not like people come in here you're just gonna have everything we do is pretty much made to order bet it goes on here now that'll tell fresh-grated fest ha ha you don't see that every day no man there you gotta party wow that is good that's it buddy right there that's really that might be one of the best breakfast scrambles I've you know or one of the most unique breakfast scrambles I've ever heard of I'll give you all kinds of props on that can you eat the whole thing I bring three people three people the hobo I love the hobo but it isn't just the hobo it's everything fools got on the menu oh hi guys from basic best meatloaf I've ever had two bizarre I recommend the Chinese pancake you have got to be kidding no this is for real so what it will make some Chinese people order ham aids and right but why don't we just put it all together does it get clipped hopefully round of applause ladies and gentlemen look at that that does work ma'am there's word hands down to this day the weirdest thing I've ever seen it is for breakfast again that's weird that's weird but not as weird is what's going on in the parking lot I think this is what everybody expects to see when they come to a breakfast joint we're Brian smoking fresh Pacific salmon wow that's looking great for their smoky the salmon scramble are you ready for this yeah we're gonna plate it up oh it's beautiful there you go Wow nice and light got a big seller Oh huge this is the best thing I've ever had here actually and Fool is off the hook menu goes on and on I'm gonna put it back side down back to the parking lot for smoked pork butt for a pork and Chipotle Eggs Benedict that's my mom's recipe who is doing traditional Greek favorites like hand rolled beef and rice filled grape leaf Oh how do you save in Greek don't love it no modest yes Somali sling natal filler exactly I will I wouldn't drive by here think I'm gonna come in here get in she's even making homemade blueberry pie from actual berries that haven't even been in the freezer prabhakar the berries aren't gummed up with a bunch of filler nice job thank you but even more than her food it's nice to see you guys who herself who's been collecting so many regulars over the years see you next Thursday bye bye the boys are doing all they can to keep everything the way mom started people are trying to work around here where are they yeah definitely who isn't even here anymore she'll tell you she retired six months ago but she just can't stay away after all the name of the joint is who let's we come in here and we sing you can't retire Lee this is this doesn't look retired let me thank you keep going guys that's it for this trip but we got plenty more joints we got it we'll see you next time on diners drive-ins and dives I broke it prove it I mean we don't have an under griddle cam we need to get an under girl I have a girl yeah
