Hillbilly Hotdogs

so I'm going through the stay where my father was born West Virginia and this is gonna be great because it might shed some light on where he learned how to cook and what better place to start than this joint hillbilly hot dogs we all love it I've never seen that's been on Eclipse say goodbye ah what you want to eat today with Sunday night brought his California born wife Sherry's home to West Virginia I'm a Cali girl the self-proclaimed hillbilly there's a grub and his West Coast bride I brought merrily that Hillbillies decided to open the ultimate West Virginia hotdog stand two school buses stacked up next to a shed in every yard sale item in the world out there it's beautiful Hillbillies actually making fun of themselves and make it some serious dogs load it with every combination of just about everything look in heat pizza dog egg dog I'm making a taco dog right are you gonna come eat it how's your dog oh it's great even deep fried here you go sir and up to a full pound I didn't think it'd be this big and at the heart of the menu a ground beef sauce for the dogs this is the closest to the sauce that they service and buy some it sounds kind of bizarre but it has a complexity to it it really does it started with his mother's recipe we're gonna take the meat okay we only got the tub out and then we got stuck at meat so we're gonna take the water we're gonna pour it in there what we want to do is we want to mix it up so that we kind of get it so it's real fine get some gloves on you gloves I need like hip waders Paul Bunyan work here throw in some red pepper black pepper salt onion powder garlic chili powder and tomato paste she's all yours what about those unconventional tools called spoons oh no no no no no no no my dirty one it's more just to do thin right why dirty one Oh it's kind of like meat pudding you're doing a great job thank you that looks perfect yeah ah it's ready to go on a burn so we're gonna come over here and grab a weenie couple jalapenos nacho cheese barbecue barbecue mustard mustard mayonnaise mayonnaise making soup then my sauce onion coleslaw a little bit of the relish oh look at that and then crowd okay I went through the layers that's tasty Wow something spicy enemy helping no halothane but it's not as hot as this one with two kinds of peppers invented for one of the regulars congressman ray all the congressman comes here comes here yes he does congressman how are ya fine how's your dog oh it's great now this is named after you sir this is really hot red hot weenie and it is hot I said down what this this this from their menu of ingredients added a few of my own it's got on buster sauerkraut fried onion green peppers and of course habaneros and jalapenos is breaking a sweat out on it but you don't need to be a VIP and get your own dog here Stacy's flu shot he says just pile that with a lot of a Lupino it's actually quite good who's Chuck Chuck is one of our customers he came in said I want every condiment you have and they called it Chuck junkyard dog we need one that's deep-fried with the chili sauce with the habanero sauce I gotta big good though 15 inches long one pound all beef we turn the deep fryer you put a little crunch on that start with a couple jalapenos way to wedge him right down in there and hide him so now we're gonna make the habanero sauce chop chop chop chop this is the extended heat those are the 95 jalapenos you put in those aren't gonna hurt coleslaw that is what cools it down a little bit you need your roughage just to garnish isn't that wonderful yeah oh my god does hot it's classy but it's good he didn't twelve minutes here please be sure to record shirt I thought get take me about a week you meet in the home record absolutely nine minutes 33 seconds I grabbed one and got this free shirt resist your brother this is my friend it is your brother he's the one who named it homewrecker and if the homewrecker is not big enough for you they've got a burger the size of a manhole cover the single wide just half of it's bigger than my head about three and a half pounds of pure beef we get every day never frozen we put this good flavor to it a little salt a better leg yep open it the fours we got the bun that's bodacious a little butter on it put it on the flattop it's a big Angry Bird really got to get to arms you need a confession right you go no we're new clothes to make it to break it all right aces are wild pick a cheddar honey get an application I've learned from my sweetheart that its presentation it is we eat with our eyes that's the biggest burger I've ever made the journey on my package there's some in my ear this is taste that's right here we're going to that you could have had this thing I got to be in one piece leotard ballet on Thursday tastes great it's got everything on it a real good hamburger everybody that does come here ends up loving it coming back to work their way through the menu eats a dog topped it all whispers ooh dog enjoy the decor my name's on here somewhere you know bus oh yeah and the hospitality how's the grub everything okay you want some fries with that are you cute they're just absolute Eric ters and the atmosphere is priceless
