Visiting Historic Minecraft Worlds

minecraft has been around for more than a decade now and throughout that time there's been countless iconic and historic minecraft worlds that have left their mark on the game and its players so today we're gonna be touring some of those minecraft worlds and take a good old trip down memory lane let's just get straight into the first world all right so we should be coming up on the first but yep there it is there's the old lab it has been too long since i've seen this this is the old lab from dantdm uh the first time this lab was ever shown on video was in september 2013 and he used it all the way to february of 2016. oh look it's even dr treyarus he doesn't have his white lab coat on but i mean i guess he's all right i guess i guess he still looks pretty nice look it hasn't aged a bit all right yeah i mean everything looks about the same they did a really good job rebuilding and it honestly feels pretty cool to be in here because you know you watch so many videos and then you're actually in here for your own pretty cool feeling and then obviously down here you know you got you got a little museum which i think is really cool how he did this you know you got the diamond mine cart usually all these have mods in them you know little mod showcases but i don't have the mods so i can't actually show those to you yeah we're only we're missing two things though right right we're missing grim and and craig the mailman but um yeah there's really nothing else to show here it's just a simple build but it you know hits you really hard so uh let's just get straight into the next world oh no sip over's in jail what did he do to get in jail tax fraud that's what but uh yeah we're on cops and robbers the classic map you may have seen this before and i actually don't know how to get out of here here we go but uh yeah cops and robbers you may have seen this on skydis minecraft channel or other team crafted members the first time it was ever shown was on april 10 2013 when sky does minecraft beijing canadian gizzy jerome asf and noah craft all got together to just have a good time you know it was always a good time on this game mode so if you don't know what cops and robbers actually was basically there was one cop and then everyone else was robbers or prisoners and the prisoners would have to try to escape through that catwalk up there and there was a little door over here let's see if i can get up there oh yep that was perfect and this would be the exit if you got out here the if you're a robber you basically win but the uh cop they would try to stop anyone from doing that and uh yeah there's not much to the map you know you got the showers i mean don't drop the soap or anything but these these were good times you know you were able to see team crafted or all of your favorite youtubers just get together and play on this and you don't mess around but yeah other than all of that that's really all there is to see here so you know let's just get straight into the next world all right so for this next world it's a little odd this world is a little odd i'm not gonna lie it is notch's temple the temple of notch now if you don't know what the temple of notch is because maybe maybe you don't know okay uh it was created in september 5th 2011. it's a redstone contraption made by fvdisco where you basically take your gold ingot you throw it in the well you know hope for some good luck maybe a girlfriend who knows and no would you look at that these uh these little pistons open now you step on that it closes it you know you're stuck in here or maybe not you walk out here and there's a temple of notch there he is he opens up his eyes he looks at you and um he starts crying now why is he crying i could not tell you and you and you just die you just die do you recognize this bedroom i am in right now well i'll give you a couple seconds just kidding you get no time but if you guessed stampy's lovely world's bedroom then you would be correct now this is stampy's lovely world probably one of the most influential survival series any youtuber has ever made and honestly it's a crazy world it's been going since may 19th 2012 and it's been going ever since now obviously there's too much to go over i can't look at everything hopefully you can get a glimpse maybe your favorite build stamp yes built yeah that's this is crazy that he was able to do all this obviously he had help from a couple people he had eyeballistic squids help elfer lee they did some work on it as well but uh literally this is a trip down memory lane like you're just walking through it's just everything is there on your left and right you know i'm obviously gonna have all these maps in the description i can't look through every single stampy builds here because there's just so many but uh here you know i'm gonna hop into here put out this fire you don't leave fires on when no one's home but yeah we're gonna leave leave off stampy's world here and i'll see you guys in the next world now before you actually play minecraft the first time you ever played minecraft it's likely that you may have been introduced to a minecraft tutorial world now this tutorial world happens to be the first when legacy edition or minecraft came to xbox this was the world that you would be introduced to when you first loaded up the game and for a lot of people it was the first world any of us played on including myself and you know this was this was 2012. like come on obviously the tutorial world's not going to be that good like what is this just an incomplete house and then a chest and you got a little furnace station and you got a little beach maybe the beach isn't too bad but you got the big minecraft sign as well but you walk through here you got a little village it's actually pretty cozy uh these are these aren't significant at all it's literally just some weird basement where that maybe keep kids or something uh if you walk out here the only other thing in the entire map you got the mine cart station and then you got the castle over there but i will take a little ride let's take a little ride you press this button and it sends you you would go you know nascar need for speed and you would get to the castle you know it's literally a hundred feet you could totally walk that distance but then you're at the castle and it's nothing much it's a cozy little castle and yeah that's basically it that's literally it for this tutorial world remember it was 2012. you're not going to get much it was just to show you the basics of the game so enough with this place let's get into the next world all right so the next world we will be looking at is a recreation of fallen kingdom which was a song released by captain sparkles on april 1st 2012. now fallen kingdom was a pretty sad song you know a king had to watch his people die as you know he had to leave everything behind and uh this this build looks pretty similar to what you can see in the music video you know uh that's yeah that's where the king jumps off pretty sad but uh this is the castle obviously in the yeah the throne room i mean everything looks about the same and yeah this is over here where um that he loses his child and his wife but you know who needed the nagging wife anyways but you know there's not much else to see here it's a historic site and um you know it's like it's a good place i like this build it's a good recreation so i'll see you guys in the next world all right so for this next one i'm really excited to see honestly it's uh one of it's one of my favorite you know playthroughs it's an smp and it's no other than snp live now let me just let me just figure out where i'm going here because the spawn point's a little wacky it's just a cluster of trees but i would i would expect nothing less from s p live now s p live lasted all the way from uh march first i believe all the way to january of the next year so it ended on new year's it was sad to see it go but you know it was it had a lot of memories this place is awesome when it first started it had two mad j schlatz but uh as it grew it even got people like ant venom skydesk minecraft and captain sparkles you know that's an achievement in itself and here's slackcoin we found schlattcoin of course great investment now a lot of people would go to say that s p live is what revived minecraft and honestly i do agree with that a little bit i think s p live had a big impact on the game's comeback in 2019 yeah absolutely insane worlds i just found this other base really good base honestly uh what is this cuck shed what is this basement or something oh now for this next one it's a pretty simple one but it's captain sparkles jerry tree now the jerry tree was built for captain sparkle's 500th video special and you know it was his old base his old base he transformed it into this and it's a pretty big upgrade if you ask me this is actually an insane build i really like it but uh the reason why it's called the jerry tree is because captain sparkles had a little friend named jerry the slime and basically jerry's jerry the slime died okay he died died pretty early on he was young so we so we made this tree for him it looks like yeah you got a little mob grinder here that's pretty smart i like that you use the tree to make it here lies jerry he was a noble slime may he rest in peace and there's not much else to see the last little thing you got here is the diving board you know it's nothing big you just jump down but you know it's 20 20 people come on we only we only do mlg water buckets around here now this next world is pretty basic and it's not you know it's not too big or anything like that but it's pretty it's it you may remember it somewhere you know it's popular mmos the challenge games arena now the challenge games arena has been around since may 2014 when popular mmos and jen posted the first challenged games and if you don't remember what the challenge games were basically it would it would combine a bunch of mods modded minecraft you knows it was 2014 what else what do you expect but uh basically they would have lucky blocks they would get a certain amount of lucky blocks they would break the lucky blocks and whatever they get inside of those lucky blocks they would use to fight whatever mob in the challenge arena and like i said there's really not much to tour here because it's just a simple arena but it you know it has some history to it and i it has it has it has a place in my heart all right so for the last world we will be touring it is none other than bro land or pewdiepie's minecraft world some say that this world actually revived minecraft this is you know pewdiepie's minecraft let's play series that he started in june of 2019 and it actually went all the way to may 2020 where he for now stop the series but he may come back to it and this isn't even like that big of a world it's nothing compared to stampy's or smp live like the most impressive thing is this giant meatball or maybe the tower of llamas they do be looking kind of fresh though and you can even say that this series made dream the most popular minecraft youtuber right now because his first few videos were about the same minecraft world and look at this you even got venn jurgen and ulabrita look how happy he is but it's actually crazy being here like you know it's even for all of these tours i've done today you know it's just like you've seen them in the videos and then you're actually there but that's gonna do it for this tour i hope
