request to prank is that scott who absolutely  hates his cable company and frequently gets   into actual shouting matches with the customer  service employees there he also happens to hate   donald trump and fox news as many of you know is  a conservative tv station that's mostly pro-trump   now watch how i take all this information to drive  him absolutely insane as always all the calls are   real unscripted and the owner's characters are  voiced by me enjoy hello my name is richard i'm   calling with xfinity premium support i was just  reaching out regarding the recent subscription   have you been enjoying the additional channels  or uh no we didn't get any additional channels   no but i see here you were subscribed to the uh  fox news deluxe expansion you you should no we   don't we don't want no we do we do not watch fox  news since you signed up for the one-year package   we are offering a free piece of merchandise so  i wanted to see if you preferred the hat or the   shoehorn the hat or the shoe on i i don't want  it but brother and you you can even resell it on   ebay it's the new mega hat or the mega shoehorn  oh the new mega now we're getting to the heart   of it i do not want anything that says maggie if  you call me again i will have the cops come and   arrest do you understand that this is a political  call and i do not want do not want it oh my god so scott's son told me that he was absolutely  losing his mind at this point i mean pause the   screen and look at some of the texts i had with  the requester he was going insane i decided to   wait until his heart palpitations calmed down a  bit so he wouldn't have an actual heart attack   and then 30 minutes later i called back hello yes  hello i'm actually the supervising supervisor here   for xfinity internet support so it looks like you  signed up for the one year plan so it was a total   fee of 499 dollars and that was for the fox news  no no no no no i've been a customer of yours for   30 years okay the only thing i've got from you  guys is a higher bill when my contract expires   and now you're trying to give me some piece of  [ __ ] and maga hat i don't care if you paid me   a thousand dollars i wouldn't take that damn maga  hat okay sir i i did have a pop-up just here on   my screen in case you are interested it looks  like there is some uh a raffle for two tickets   all expense paid to the trump golf resort no no  no no no i wouldn't set foot on a trump property   if you paid me the resale value is very high even  if you don't want it you can always resell it but   just between you oh really you're going to try  to give it to me and so i can resell it no no   i wouldn't sell it to one of my worst  enemies what i want you to do for me   is i want you to take that completely off  my bill like it never happened possibly   do you have any interest looks like there  is another raffle for a dinner with a guy   last name mr carlson tucker you know him  right this is ridiculous read my lips okay   yeah i do not want to have anything to do with  fox news they are an opinion oriented destructive   channel so i don't want to have anything to do  with any of those people i want that 4.99 taken   off my bill now all right now sir the best i can  do it seems is the six month refund no problem you   know what i need somebody else whoever's next step  up i'll wait put me on hold okay uh put me on hold   one minute please hold hi this is tara wrong the  supervisor and supervisory supervisor uh my social   just told me that you was real upset with our new  premium fox news cable package so i went ahead and   pulled some strings and hooked you up with a vip  tour of fox news studios homeboy no no no no no   no i don't want that i mean you will be able  to attend the next taping of the sean hannity   show so that's gonna be real exciting you might  even get a free t-shirt you motherfu i did not   sign up for any fox news piece of [ __ ] this  is [ __ ] sir i have to tell you one thing okay   i'm so sorry about but there is one last thing  i wanted to tell you but i wasn't able right   okay look this whole thing i am so sorry about  it was just a a prank set up by your son and your   wife sent on it too and i wanted to sincerely  apologize for getting you worked up hello scott   was pretty furious about being clowned mainly  because he was embarrassed that he had called   back his cable company screaming at them thinking  that abdu and rockdish were real representatives   i mean imagine being scott and doing that so  understandably he wasn't willing to accept my   apology i waited a week so things could cool  down a bit and then tried to make things right   hello yes hello is this mr scott it is yes hi  there this is russell um i wanted to give you   a call back i am the individual who gave you a  ring with that prank about the uh donald trump um thank god because i i know that you were  understandably infuriated and i felt so bad   afterwards because i knew that your family  wanted it to be like a lighthearted joke   no that was funny so well i honestly you were a  great sport i'm happy that we were able to get you   on the phone and just apologize i've always been  able to take a joke all right well thank you so   much again and i hope you enjoy the rest of your  week and i appreciate you being a great sport no   problem pal take care honestly major props to that  guy for being such a good sport seriously he was   like fuming and losing his mind but able to take  a joke if you've watched my channel for a
