coming out later in the week and Trader Joe's but today it's Walmart so let's do what we always do in these videos this time of year walk around the grocery store Walmart and tell you the top 10 things to buy here in the new year and once again buy best things I mean Bobby approved products with Best in Class ingredients for you and your family before we walk around and do the thing we always talking more shopping let's walk around Walmart if you're looking for a great nutrient dense pasta at Walmart don't go to the pasta aisle come to the gluten-free aisle it's kind of tricky to put it over here but this is what I have in my pantry right now it's jovial brand spaghetti and what I like about it is what's it made of if I can find the ingredients here we go organic brown rice flour what's this one made of this is quite possibly my favorite one egg Talia tele this is amazing ingredients check this out brown rice and organic non-GMO eggs why is that important because number one we talk about carbs if you're going to eat carbs complex carbohydrate matter simple carbs made of wheat to spike your blood sugar they have no nutrient this nutrition this is brown rice it's a complex carbohydrate but to combine it with organic eggs to make it this silky creamy egg noodle this is phenomenal and for spaghetti this one right here made of brown rice I love these pastas they have a great texture to them 468 for that one 384 for the spaghetti try them both this one's my favorite just keep in mind it's not in the pasta aisle it's here in the gluten-free aisle we got a snack attack done right I see some Bobby approved bags of chips and popcorn right here starting with these These are so good the siete chodo strips are 478. these are a sweet chip that has perfect ingredients look at this so it's grain free and it's paleo because instead of using corn they use cassava flour they cook it in best-in-class avocado oil whereas every other chip is usually fried in canola oil and inflammatory oils they sweeten it with coconut sugar and Agave they're classy AF with pumpkin powder in there and a touch of vanilla powder super yummy both of these chips of course are Bobby approved but this is cheap three dollars for the lime not my favorite one but that's a good deal and then going down here we talked about this in the Aldi fines video the other day this is the Lesser evil and it's the exact same price as the Aldi find it's just you can't find them at Aldi very often except for now organic non-gioma popcorn popped in Best in Class virgin coconut oil with Himalayan pink salt boom boom boom the trifecta of snacks all body approved very very cool I've wandered over to the personal care section which is something we actually Dove deep into in 2022 and if you think the ingredients in food is bad unfortunately Personal Care is even worse for talking skin irritants allergen hormone disruptors bad news and what makes it tough is you can't even pronounce most of the ingredients what doesn't mean it's a bad per se but most of them are bad so if you look at deodorants for example if I pick up something popular here like this one right this is high definition scent whatever that means we look at the ingredients you'll notice a couple things off the bat the first one there is called propylene glycol that's bad news but there's artificial colors to the tune of blue one yellow five and the dreaded parfum and fragrance number one artificial colors are almost always derived from petroleum and tar and you're putting this under your pits in parfum and fragrance is the personal care version of natural flavors but it's even worse it'll have ingredients in there that are literally toxic and they don't have to tell you because they're proprietary luckily at Walmart I see a couple that are Bobby approved Schmitz for that price right there not a terrible price native not all Native is Bobby approved this one is the deodorant but the price is ridiculous 13 for a stick of deodorant is wrong Schmitz is good and talk about a good deal Crystal 448 for a natural mineral deodorant Schmitz for example Bergamot and lime you're not going to find parfum or fragrance my God you can't even read that you're not you're going to be seen real lime oil and Bergamot and no skin irritants this is super duper solid any of the um uh flip flavors any of the uh versions here and Crystal the only thing I don't like about it is there's one preservative here we go sodium benzoate that is not a deal killer both are solid options and non-toxic the other stuff will make you cry like that baby in the background and I didn't see any um shampoo over there but the shampoo I use at home is called a cure it's very solid and I get it on a Thrive Market a cure call one of the nice things about coming to a super center is the fat and the cooking oil selection is really Top Notch and make carry a wide assortment of extra virgin olive oils really good single origin Bobby approved ones and then cheaper ones that you probably want to avoid because they're more refined or there are more mystery olive oils I talked about it in the Costco 2023 video the other day 85 percent of extra virgin olive oils are actually fake so you want to know traceability when it comes to Extra Virgin well how about this California knows how to party and they make a really good extra virgin Cobra M estate 100 Cali Evo 697 great deal how about 9.98 for single origin Tunisian extra virgin olive oil that is fantastic when you get something like this even though it says California here this is the blend and I don't like when it comes from one two three four countries because you lose the traceability and that's where mischievous things might happen with swapping out inferior olives or cutting with other types of oil like canola oil this is great about Walmart grab a bottle of this grab a bottle of that and I talk about it a lot the reason why you want that instead of olive oil and this is not even an extra virgin that I would buy anyway but olive oil is refined one extra step I want the extra virgin olive oil for cooking and finishing and man oh man some seriously good prices here at the Walmart Supercenter I always pound the table about Walmart's grass-fed beef they have a lot of beef here but they have a lot of grass-fed beef selections and my friends this is cheap this is lower than the price of Aldi even lower when they have a family pack this is a hundred percent grass-fed grass-finished beef and ALDI is 85 15. this is 80 20. you want more fat when it comes to beef 80 20 is going to be juicier it won't overcook and just in case you think it doesn't say 100 grass-fed or grass-fed grass finish I know you can't see it there but if you turn it around rides there it says it to get ah gross to get this beef for 4.96 is unbelievable so 80 20 is 496. let's find regular beef here this is so weird it doesn't list it on the label if it's 80 20 90 10 or anything like here's 93 but I'm telling you the price is going to be super close between grass fed and regular factory farm GMO which is why you want to go 100 grass-fed so that is an absolute fantastic deal and if you love a lamb I love lamb too they have American I'm guessing it's 100 grass-fed lamb steaks leg of lamb leg of lamb and they even have lamb shanks here great stuff for comfort food season for low and slow that's good quality meat for a great price and I'm telling you nothing beats that price for grass-fed beef I'd scoop that all day this is so interesting they changed the packaging I heard there was a lawsuit they used to put pasture raised on here I thought there was a lawsuit earlier or later last year now they changed it to free range but they also say loving life on eight Acres but for some reason they got rid of the pasture raised on there that's interesting but thankfully there is pasture-raised eggs at Walmart and pretty much everywhere but I was very sad not to see it at Aldi for quite some time now so hopefully they'll bring it back I talked to the manager there he said it was just supply chain issues but pretty much everywhere has pasture-raised eggs and these are my favorite I usually get the vital farms organic but these are pasture raised hens that live outside 365 days a year and they do bring them inside during the night to protect them from predators but these are true pasture-raised chicken eggs when you compare them to something like this these are chickens that just live inside even when you see something my gosh the egg selection here is horrible even if you saw something here that said free range or cage free marketing gimmick those chickens never ever ever go outside these chickens go outside every single day because of that if you compare the yolk of this toyoke of that this will be yellow and soft this is orange and very resilient nutritionally speaking this is better for you than that I love these eggs I buy the 18 pack organic at Whole Foods and when it's on sale it's actually a great deal but this is the 12 pack at 597. it's easy to get past your raise now that's what you want Walmart's got it and that's a very fair price hey folks I stand corrected when I said there's no good Bobby approved breads on this big wall I forgot to have the Dave's Killer that's the power seat and only has a one gram of sugar Dave's Killer they all look good because they're organic and seeded and stuff like that but this is the only one that only has one gram of sugar per slice so this is technically Bobby approved if you get the traditional one here I tell you all the time everything looks great it's whole grains and seeds they're organic but the cane sugar there comes out to five grams per slice you're making a sandwich for a little Timmy with two slices of bread that's 10 grams of sugar AKA two and a half teaspoons just from your bread Homie don't play that game but I can play with this one get this one it is power seed I don't see the price but it's right around this price here oh folks we got a new item alert I've never seen those this one here they put it all the way at the bottom I love how they do this oh my gosh my legs are sore from unboxing the other day here we go this is in my pantry right now vegan refried black beans from siete most refried beans if you pick them up are gonna be cooked in canola oil GMO lard no good but this one like all siete ingredients or products are cooked in avocado oil season season very nicely here with garlic powder paprika it's great when it comes out of the pan I just add a little more ghee a pinch of salt I heat it up delicious these are fantastic quick and easy side dish and for two oh my God legs 228 that is a good deal you want to see something interesting on this wall of cake mixes here Duncan Hines is making keto yellow cake keto brownies and keto cookies and they're not Bobby approved but they're close this technically from birchbenders is Bobby approved but I'm going for the other one because this is 6.92 and this is 5.92 and listen we're in a recession right everyone's feeling it especially at the grocery store and my intuition tells me it's probably going to get worse in 2023 before it gets better so a dollar savings for something that isn't technically Bobby approved but very very close so this is Duncan kinds yellow cake mix Four net carbs look at these ingredients I can't see it are they my resolution for 2023 is to bring reading glasses to the grocery store right I really need them because I can't see this fine print anymore especially through my iPhone screen here so there we go the primary sweetener is erythritol then almond flour and look do you see any processed refined oils no do you see any nasty preservatives no the only thing I don't like is at the end there the natural real flavors it's not Bobby approved but it's really close and all of these are super super similar ingredients so it's 5.92 for that and it's a way oh my God this is 158 that's 5.92 but this is just made with gabs of sugar and canola oil and whatnot this is a better for you option and while Birch Benders is actually Bobby approved there there's no natural flavors it's an extra dollar so I'm just looking out for your wallet if you're looking for a better for your choice and you don't mind paying more than that's so cheap I understand that but that's like literally a Diabetes Type 2 in a box this is a better for you option very impressive Duncan Hines not Bobby approved but impressive that's not a knife this is a knife old Croc old Croc Australian geez this is interesting here so there's grass fed cow's milk cheese and of course we know Dubliner is grass-fed cow meat the dip of dog cow cheese the difference is 528 for this 374 for this both are made from milk from grass-fed cows both are non-GMO meaning the supplemental feed to the cows is non-GMO if you look on the back here it says it right there non-GMO both are great cheeses but 374 for probably the only cheese either here or the cheese section back there that's not only grass-fed but non-GMO in the supplemental feed I can't find this outside of Walmart which is why I love buying this here it's a great cheese just as good as kerrygold but talk about saving money all day every day baby I'm gonna give you a three for one in this freezer chest here this is like the Bobby approved section of the entire wall here start with this it's nice to see these at uh Walmart for a while now I eat at least one of these a day usually with my lunch wrap I get them at Costco they're a bit cheaper but eight of these for 7.96 yes still expensive but these are paleo they're almond flour based they're grain free nice to see them here at Walmart down here if you're diabetic if you're low carb you want to do pizza night two pack of cauliflower for 9.96 so about five dollars a crust look at those ingredients I'm pretty sure the mozzarella cheese actually I don't know if it's non-GMO I thought I knew even if it's not perfectly Bobby approved it's about as close as they get I mean look at that low carbs can be heat that up put some sauce on there I gotta double check if it's uh non-GMO it's still a better for you option if it's not and then for bread the most nutrient dense bread isn't in the bread aisle over there in fact a lot of those breads aren't even good it's this and I know it's healthy-ish what is the best you're going to do Ezekiel organic sprouted bread it's nothing but it's sprouted organic wheat and Grains like that the beauty of sprouting organic grains like that is that you release more nutrition for your body to digest and it's easier on your tummy cinnamon raisin is lovely too it's about six dollars a loaf but that is the most nutrient dense bread on the market they're all found in one little section of the freezer here all right family that is it for the top 10 things to buy here at Walmart
