slave City Family the new year is upon us and I have stumbled into my favorite store Costco because it's time it's time to make the videos I do every year around this time for the top 10 things to buy at my favorite grocery store and we had to start at the granddaddy of the mall Costco so we're going to do what we do every single year walk around Costco and show you the top 10 things to buy and further Ado let's talking and more shopping let's walk around Costco Costco is home to many good cooking oils like avocado oil virgin coconut oil but my friends you will not find a better deal on a more high quality extra virgin olive oil than this this is Kirkland brand a hundred percent Italian extra virgin olive oil for a ridiculous price of 2 liters for 14.49 long time flavor City fans have probably heard me talk about this but most extra virgin olive oil at the grocery store in fact over 80 percent of it is fake why because the olives and the oil don't qualify to actually be extra virgin the acidity is too high oftentimes I'll cut it with oils like soybean oil or canola oil or they'll actually take olives that are too mature moldy and old and deodorize them to make it so you can't smell it and put that in your extra virgin independent lab tests have tested this and it comes out as one of the best ones on the market for Pure real extra virgin olive oil I'm not saying the organic one is bad per se I'm not saying the Spanish one is bad per se I'm just saying this one is the best in my opinion and lab studies backed it up now I actually cook with this I cook with this extra virgin olive oil and I'll use a more expensive model to finish the reason why I don't cook anymore with a regular olive oil because it used to be this extra virgin then it's processed one more step to get to Olive Oil during that processing a little bit of heat and pressure is put on it I don't like that because it starts to degrade the oil it's still good but I'd rather have the cold pressed completely unprocessed extra virgin this is my cooking but you can use it for drizzling or salad dressings bottom line this is one of the better extra virgins that is real that you can get and that price is really fantastic b u b u breaking news friends it's back finally the organic turkey meat from dietzen Watson for the shockingly low price of 890 per pound is back and I actually talked to the manager who's very nicer by the way in South Florida and she said the reason was gone for so many weeks is because of the avian flu there was an avian flu that was affecting a lot of chicken eggs and chicken laying eggs and I didn't know it was affecting turkey but it's back and my friends this is the best deal ever on Turkey lunch meat why well number one it's organic if it's not organic that means the turkey is going to be eating GMO corn and soy this one doesn't have that problem but look at the ingredients there's no I mean are we focusing here come on focus camera there we go but look at the ingredients it's turkey a little bit of seasoning and no filler ingredients now this is the most interesting thing ever because fasting class turkey for 8.90 a price right next to it so this is turkey meat it's not organic meaning the turkeys eat GMO feed but look at the ingredients here and compare apples to apples look here soy protein isolate they put that in there is a filler ingredient natural flavoring and brown sugar the crazy thing is boom 8.79 a pound for in my opinion not very good quality turkey versus 892 a pound for Best in Class in Turkey why oh why would anybody buy that for 20 cents more you can get that and it's Superior ingredients Superior turkey my friend it's back it's better than ever and at that price load up use this for turkey meat send that to your kids to school with that compared to that it's miles better and it's basically the same price along this Great Wall of cereals many of which are just junk food lives one of the best oatmeals on the market if you eat oats this ginormous bag of farmers we know organic oats is an amazing price of 80 ounces for 10.49 AKA two dollars a pound for one of the most unique Bobby approved oatmeals on the market because yes organic is nice but sprouted and glyphosate free is unheard of what is glyphosate free certified well glyphosate is the active ingredient in Roundup the most prevalent herbicide in the world and it sprayed so much on the soil and on plants that specifically have corn and soy it affects the soil and runs off to things like oats legumes and grain to be certified glyphosate free is really important and really rare and then when you sprout a grain like oats you actually unlock more nutrition for your body and make it easier to digest this is one of the best oats on the market to get it for that price is unbelievable if you eat oats try this it's phenomenal we don't do grains at home but I do do cereal for dessert and there's this cereal that I eat called seven Sundaes which is Paleo or coconut flakes Thrive Market makes their own brand of keto coconut flakes it's made with coconut meat in coconut water and picada has the coconut meat it's rich in MCTS it's a amazing that on the couch watching Tulsa king or Yellowstone is the bee's knees and I usually use the milk called Kiki milk you guys know I love it they came out with these 32 ounce containers and they now have Zealand butter is only 549 a price and if you're a kerrygold fan I would switch over for two reasons number one excuse me kerrygold price has gone up 720 a pound and kerrygold is still Bobby approved but it's 80 percent grass fed the remaining feed is non-GMO eighty percent grass-fed and 720 a pound versus 95 grass fed and 550 a pound this is serious savings the price has gone up recently I believe there's a new Irish Dairy tax and the price really went up but still even before that price increase this was cheaper and 95 percent grass-fed is better than 80 percent they're both European style Butters this is just Superior and the price now is way Superior stack this up put it in your freezer it's the best butter option for the best price you can possibly find these tortillas are always in my fridge or freezer and I'm so happy they picked them up about a year ago siete Paleo almond flour tortillas meaning there's no corn in here if you look at the ingredients they're phenomenal they're almond flour based tapioca flour water apple cider vinegar touches Anthem gum sometimes people see xanthan gum and they'd be like Bobby you say avoid gums and emulsifiers when you can well yeah when you can it's good to avoid excess gums and emulsifiers but usually with gluten-free flatbreads and breads they have to put a little bit in there and we're touching talking just a touch of xanthan gum but what I love is that it's 20 for 11.89 go to any other grocery store it's basically a dollar a tortilla Which is expensive these still are expensive but to get them for 60 cents these are fantastic I usually buy a few of these and keep them in the freezer and defrost them on demand but the best thing to do is take these with the turkey the organic turkey and the Costco avocado oil mayonnaise and the Costco prosciutto and make the best Bobby approved Costco inspired lunch these are fantastic something we always have in the pantry at home avocado oil mayonnaise now here's the interesting thing avocado oil mayonnaise for 30 cents an ounce which is literally half the price of any grocery store or bringing out the Hellmann's for 15 cents an ounce half the price but look at the ingredients this is your traditional mayonnaise that people use stuff I grew up on you probably grew up on two if we look at the ingredients the main ingredient is soybean oil that's highly processed highly refined GMO soybean oil that's really inflammatory Touch of sugar natural flavoring and something called calcium disodium EDTA that's a preservative and its main job is to mask or cover up the smell of rancid ingredients like if the eggs start to get old in here ew many many things wrong with that so yes this is a little more expensive and by little I mean twice but buy this stuff at any other grocery store and it's way more expensive this is the opposite some Costco's have chosen Foods some have Primal kitchen which is great too what I love about this is you replace the soybean oil which is inflammatory and GMO with non-inflammatory heart healthy avocado oil there's no sugar there's no natural flavor there's no BS ingredients I go through this stuff so quickly it's one of the best deals ever here at Costco you slather it on a little bit of those siete wraps you slather on the outer aisle cauliflower thins then you put your lunch meat on there this is a staple and that price is half of any other grocery store and this is one of the best Mayo's on the market say hello to one of the best if not the best granola bar on the market it's a Paleo grain free granola bar it's been here for ages but Autumn's gold 16 bars for 20 dollars is fantastic why so it's paleo grain free meaning you're not going to find oats in here it's basically a bunch of nuts and seeds but what I love about it instead of refined sugars and oils they use maple syrup they use honey they use coconut oil and real vanilla extract the ingredients are fantastic they're a little crunchy a little soft taste great this is one of the best on the market and the fact I have it at Costco for that price is phenomenal because if you compare it to a normal granola bar or any of these granola bars this is Nature's Valley's crunchy instead of Honey or maple syrup they're using sugar and brown sugar they're using canola and sunflower oil instead of coconut oil and there's 11 grams of that sugar per serving and that's cane sugar 11 grams is just shy of three teaspoons yes it's a little more expensive sometimes it's on sale at this granola bar tastes phenomenal The Price is Right grab it for you and your kids you'll love it if you're looking for a healthy snack on the go these are one of my favorite things here these are country Archer grass-fed beef stick minis it's one of the only beef sticks that's not only 100 grass-fed there is no cruddy ingredients there's no sugar there's no natural flavors there's no caramel coloring it is fantastic it's a get 28 of them for 16.79 or 60 cents each is a great deal compared to any other store and yes there are cheaper ones down here look these are steak strips but instead of being grass-fed these are cattle that eat GMO grain but they fall into the ingredients of all jerky brown sugar canola oil keto paleo one of the best deals you can get when you're out and about or you've been filming in Costco for two hours you get hungry this is a great healthy Bobby approved snack and the price is right when I first saw these chicken sausages at Costco I never thought they'd be Bobby approved but they are and to get real deal organic chicken sausages for seven dollars a pound is fantastic these are Jones organic chicken sausages I thought they'd have sugar natural flavors other unsavory ingredients my friends it's organic chicken sea salt spices lemon peel powder that's classy and that's it organic is important why because the chickens have a non-GMO feed it's actually hard to find organic chicken sausages in general the fact that they're Bobby approved and only seven dollars a pound is fantastic grab a bag of those for breakfast done right that is a great deal the Kirkland almond flour is a staple in our kitchen because Desi does a lot of paleo baking and actually sometimes I'll bread chicken strips in this and pan fry them the best part about it is that it's 396 a pound go to any other store and it's anywhere from six to eight dollars a pound compared to 396 this is phenomenal so if you're gluten free if you're keto if you're Celiac this is your best friend if you're allergic to peanuts and nuts this is your enemy but we love this we use it all the time especially for baking and I'm telling you at that price you cannot go wrong all right friends that is it for the annual top 10 things to buy
