This is why you should build Yinlin - Wuthering Waves Guide

congratulations you got yland and now you're wondering how do I play her don't worry I'm here to tell you everything you need to know about this amazing character in my opinion she has one of the best designs out of every character I've seen so far including from other gacha games and so I dropped 150 FS just to try and get her yes I lost the 50/50 I'll be covering her abilities teams Echoes weapons everything you need to know in order to succeed with the yland if you like what you see make sure to subscribe and like the video but let's jump straight into it yinin is a five-star Electro rectifier user with an extremely versatile kit she's able to fit into a supportive DPS R when fantastic on field and off field damage not to mention she's hot as so we'll start with a forte circuit because the rest of her kit plays directly into it yin's Forte meter holds up to 100 judgment points when this meter is full yin's heavy attack is replaced with a much stronger version you can build this meter using your basic attacks skill and inter skill the most important part of her kit is part of her forte called sin's Mark when yinin uses her basic attack Liberation or in skill on an enemy it will apply C's Mark to them C's Mark will disappear when y leaves the field however her core gameplay is to upgrade these Sinners marks into punishment marks which is going to allow her to deal damage even when not on the field as these punishment marks will not disappear when yinin is off the field in order for us to upgrade the siners Mark we need to use our enhanced heavy attack meaning we need to heavy attack when the meter is full and yland will apply punishment Mark to every enemy that currently has a sin's mark already when enemies that have this upgraded Mark get hit everyone that has this Mark will take Electro damage from yland there is a 1se second interval between these hits now for the rest of her kit her basic attack is a 4 hit combo that plays directly into her skill her resonance skill deals damage and puts Yin in execution mode this lasts for 10 seconds and during this mode each unique basic attack will trigger an electromagnetic blast to all enemies that currently possess a sinner's Mark you'll know when the electro blast is triggered when lightning chains fall from the sky during the basic attacks yinin can recast this skill within a short time which will deal Electro damage yin's Liberation skill deals damage over a large area and hits seven times pretty straightforward it has good damage and can nuke an entire group of enemies if grouped up nicely for her intro and outro skills her intro skill will have her deal damage and this instance of damage can apply The Sinner Mark to enemies her outro skill allows her to buff the next character with both 20% Electro damage and also 25% Liberation damage a large majority of yin's damage comes from a skill and Forte through the punishment marks that deal damage when enemies get hit because of this we'll want to prioritize leveling the resonance skill and Forte circuit first followed by basic attack and Liberation so taking into account her off field damage her fast conserto energy generation and Electro damage buff Yin is a very flexible unit who can fit into many different teams her premium team at the moment though is pretty straightforward calaro and Verina yland massively benefits cero since he deals electric damage and also uses his Liberation damage in a large portion of his DPS Wan wo is also a fantastic option since he also benefits nicely from ylands Buffs and can also break the en very easily for more reliable DPS Windows not to mention he can also provide anti- Interruption so that yinin can get her combo off more smoothly as for Verina need I say more she's the best support in the game and her healing and Buffs are invaluable but if you don't have her then Baja is fine as well if you don't have the electri characters built but still want to use her tchi can be pretty good with her as a Liberation buff greatly benefits ta's damage toui in turn can also buff Yin Lin's skill damage making the two of the bounce off of each other quite nicely other than these options pairing Yin with any main onfield DPS character is totally fine since she can deal off field damage and can build consert energy fairly quickly in my opinion you should just play whoever you want in gacha games Yan is very versatile due to off field damage so she'll pair nicely with most characters so for Echo you'll have two sets to choose from the first of which is the electro set void Thunder providing up to a 40% Electro bonus to yland this is the set you want to go for in order to maximize Yin Lin's personal damage if you're playing her as more of a support type sub DPS unit you might want to strongly consider the moonlit clouds energy regen set as this will buff the main DPS and also make it a little easier to get your ultimate off for your main Echo you want to prioritize getting either thundering mephis or Tempest mephis both of these are totally fine Tempest mephis will buff Electro and heavy damage whilst the Thundering variant will buff your rro and Liberation damage the main key difference is that thundering meis takes a lot longer to perform the echo skill whilst Tempest meis is a lot faster so for the sake of saving time with your damage rotations I would probably lean more towards getting the Tempest instead but like I said both are fine for the forecast you want to focus on either crit rate or damage keep in mind yinlin already gains some crit rate from leveling her skills so maybe crit damage might be more ideal for you it'll just depend on your substats for the three cost you want to prioritize either an electro damage main Stat or an energy regen main stat Electro damage for more DPS or energy regen if you find you're having trouble reaching your Liberation during your rotation for the one costs it's pretty straightforward attack percent main start for sub stats you want to focus on crit stats skill damage and attack percent where possible energy regen is also pretty helpful in general for weapons if you wake up one day and feel like selling your house then feel free to grab be her best in slot weapon string Master which gives massive crit rate damage bonuses and also an off field attack bonus perfect for yland the next best option is the other five star Cosmic ripples providing Massive Attack energy regen and basic attack bonuses for four stars the battle pass weapon augment is fantastic for the crit rate main start and attack bonus on Liberation cast giner keeper is really solid as well with its attack percent main start and attack buff on inro skill if you don't have these then the three star weapons Guardian rectifier or Rectifier of Knight are decent options to start with okay so now for the damage rotation the main thing you really want to make sure you're doing here is using skill press one into four basic attacks and using heavy attack when the Forte meter is full start off with the intro skill which will give Yin Lin 30 judgment points for the meter then use resonance skill and quickly use Liberation afterwards after this intro you'll want to use your four basic attacks when this is done you should have your full Forte M ready so use your enhanced heavy attack to upgrade your siners marks to punishment marks use impermanent Terin if you're running it then swap to your next character and have them apply the mark damage while yinin is off field and that's pretty much it
