They REALLY don't want me to teach you this AMAZING card trick. Easy Tutorial

welcome back guys Spidey here and this week I am teaching you one of my absolute favorite card tricks this is an amazing car trick that you can do anytime anywhere with a borrowed deck and it's very easy to do so I'm sure you guys are gonna love it it's perfect for your summer parties that are coming down now the trick or learning today is not something I created something that I adapted from something that in turn was adapted to an earlier version basically the whole thing starts on the trick called ace deuce tray by a gentleman called and Marley for those of you sided card magic you know what Marlowe is he created like my cartridge on the planet then a very good friend of mine is an incredibly talented comedian magician producer and all-around amazing guy David Acker from right here Montreal Canada wrote a book called random acts of magic it is an incredible book I think it's out of print but you can get your hands on a copy you must it is full of incredible close-up magic content just great material he wrote about a trick in here called new millennium ace deuce Trey which was an adaptation of ace to straight he improved it he reworked it and he brought it into the new millennium now once again this is out of print but I will leave a link to David's Instagram in the description please do give him a follow he's always posting such amazing content I'm always laughing I'm always amazed I'm always inspired so go check his Instagram out anyways I took that version and I changed one thing basically I just changed the end to where for me I got a little bit more impact so now we're at a trick where it's three phases the first one is like a quick visual or it's like whoa what the heck the second one is really cute and the third one is just a spot on the back of the head now before we learn it I want you to see what the trick looks like so here it is this is the performance fifty-two cards all different yeah all different all together and I'm gonna ask you Christine to just reach in and take out any one card anyone at all show it to everybody do not show it to me have you all seen it quit and then pop it back good you could have taken any card right do you know do you guys know what the three most powerful cards in the deck of cards are you know I'll tell you most people can't guess this it's kind of weird there's one of them there's the other and then that is the third one yeah these are the three so I'm gonna show them to you here they are the most powerful card in the entire deck of cards is the ace of spades do you see that Ace of Spades that is the most powerful card I'm gonna put it down right over there the second most powerful card in the deck is the two of spades ace of spades the most powerful a second is the two of spades and you guessed at this point that the third one is that's right the Queen of Hearts yeah no I'm kidding it is the three of spades three of spades is the third most Rock ace of spades on problems two spades second Ostrava three of spades the third most powerful card a deck would you like to know why watch closely watch the three of spades this is why the three of spades is the most the third most powerful I put on the table drop all the cards on top and the three of spades can do that even the phone thought that was amazing the two of spades is a little bit different because it's the exact opposite the two of spades goes on top you give it a squeeze and it pops through the deck and right to the bottom weird right but the ace of spades is the most powerful card because I'm writing a deuce on the table do me a favor open your hand right there open your hand right here I'm gonna do the ace of spades right in your hand watch the ace of spades carefully I'm gonna put it right there don't move I'll tell you why the ace of spades is the most powerful card in the whole deck what was the card you chose earlier clubs queen of clubs queen of clubs the reason the ace of spades is the most powerful card in the entire deck is because the ace of spades can do thank you hope you guys enjoyed that now let's learn a snus tray Ella Spidey so for this you could use any deck of cards any bar deck of cards I'm using orbit cards fifth edition these are my good friend Corbett Brown I will leave a link in the description these feel great they look great I love but you don't need to use these as I said you can use any bar a deck of cards as long as it doesn't taste a two and a three of spades and even if it doesn't just use the hearts whatever does matter now a lot of card tricks take a very long time to set up I'm going to show you what the setup to this one is you can it's so quick you can even do it in front of them as you're looking through the cards that's it after I shuffle these cards that's all it took for me to be ready to do this and essentially all I did is cut the 3 of spades to the top so it's in the middle somewhere I went through the cards found it and I just here it is just spread at that point cut another 3 of spades on top of the deck it's as simple as that now if your spins on top of the deck and I'm going to start the trick by having somebody pick a card so I spread to the cards and they take one out let's say they take out the 9 of clubs they show that around and now it's time to put it back here's what you do you're going to give the deck a swing cut what that means is that your thumb and middle finger is holding the deck top and bottom your index finger this one is gonna come over to the front of the deck pick up a portion kick it over to the left your left hand is gonna come grab that top portion extend it they're gonna put their card right there basically they're putting their card on top of 3 of spades you don't need to know what their card is you just need to know that it's on top of the 3 of spades you throw the rest of the deck on top that's it now you tell them you're gonna show them what the 3 most powerful cards in a deck of cards are usually you're gonna do you're gonna spread through the cards and I'm gonna give you an over-the-shoulder look at what it is you're doing at this point okay so with the deck facing you here's what you're looking for you're gonna spread through and you're looking for three things the ace of spades the two of spades and the card after the 3 of spades so here we go there's my ASA spades I'm gonna help jog just push it up like that keep going there's my three of Spades that's not the one I want all of the card after it because remember they put their card on top of the three of spades so their card is the nine of clubs I now know that keep going out jog the remaining two of spades now here's the way I'm going to take them out of the deck I'm gonna go to that selection card the one on top of three of spades and I'm gonna pinch like this with my index I'm holding that there I'm gonna cut at that point bringing the nine of clubs at the top but most importantly now when I pull these three out I've secretly put the three of spades at the top of the deck because of that cutting sequence and now I'm gonna reorder the cards in my hand into this sequence so basically if they were in the wrong order I would just resequenced them and get to this point to where I have the selection the ACE the two and the three of spades is on top of the deck so even if the order was wrong let's say it was something like like this so why not I would go through once again same thing the order doesn't matter for now to the card after the three he ace I say you know I'm still talking saying you guys know what the three most powerful cards in the deck are that cuts here I remove these three and I reorder them like this I place it on top so these all go on top here and I turn the cards face down okay so now they think you've taken out three cards and set them on top what's actually happening is you've got their selection on top then the ace of spades two of spades and the three spirits now you're going to show them the cards that you took out to do this you can use a series of double limits now I'm pretty sure most of you at this point know what a double if this but for those of you don't both of you are new to card magic a double loop is when you turn over two cards and make it look like one huh now I would teach you how to do that but I am NOT the best qualified person to do that two of my friends are Xavier Spain and Alexandria they're both incredible card magicians and they've both been generous enough to upload videos where they teach you their insight on how to do this move the double lift I will leave those links of description when you're done watching this tutorial when it's time to practice this trick go watch their videos learn it up a lift and you'll be ready to do this trick amongst many many other tricks that use this incredible move as for me I'll use something called a strike double basically I don't have a break or anything I just push the cards like this with my thumb so they battle a little my index finger comes over pulls up one card bends a little pulls up a second card and in that continued motion I've turned two cards over but obviously not up here it's done down here but again go check out Spade and pan drea that's where I learn the doublet anyway so here we go I do a double lift and I show the ace of spades of course this is two cards their selection is hidden behind the ears I turn that double back over and I set it down on the table that is or so they think I see the second most powerful card is the two of spades that once again is a double it's two cards I turn it back over and I set it down we're here they think that's two in fact that is actually the ace and the third most powerful card I say is the three of spades I turn it over and this one stays over here on the deck so here's what's happening they think that's the ace that's situate this is the three in fact that's their card which they have no idea is in plain that's the ace and the two is hidden behind the three over here the double I say let me show you why watch the three carefully I turn the double over I set it down on the table I grab the cards like this I dribble them on top and I go look the three cross to the deck and all the way to the top that's a really like visual moment like what the heck just happened they saw that three at the bottom you set it down over here now I pick up the cards with my thumb I let one part this is secretly obvious in that one card dropped like this so I'm just doing that I'm just putting a bit of pressure and letting out one card drop and i'm regrouping with my thumb like this so just got that one part looser than the rest of the deck I say watch the - I think what they think is the - but is actually the ace I placed it on top of the deck you want to squeeze and say that one goes through the deck all the way to the bottom there's the two but the ace is the most powerful one let me show you why now I pick up the ACE oh by the way awesome bring up the ACE there's a get ready while I'm going for the ACE my left thumb is pushing the top card over and then pulling it back and my pinky is staying under it this is called a pinky break and that's gonna help me do a better Doublemint or an easier down lift and that up is while I go for the eight so as I go for the ACE my hand is like naturally here or by my side and I'm just doing this I'm getting that break under there I pick up the ACE and I say to them I say hold out your hand I'm gonna do this in your hand because this is a great reason to put the card down some of the gesture to them open your head I don't like where magicians put the card back on top of the deck for no reason gesture to something point to something it makes it more reasonable so I pick up the card the ace of spades what they think is the ace of spades and I go actually hold out your hand now I've added it over here to the deck and I've got a break under the actual ace of spades they hold up their hand I do a double and once again show that ace of spades just to reconfirm what they but this is a very sneaky and convincing display because those are two cards and their selection their card is back there so now we're here I turn it back over I place it in their hands at this point melt this I asked them what was your card they say nine of clubs I go the ace of spades is the most powerful card in the deck because they could do and that's when they get crazy reactions okay guys so that was it I hope you
