at the newest tick tock house called the one it's a 100 000 square foot mega mansion that has 19 bedrooms five swimming pools a 50-seat movie theater a 50-car garage some bowling lanes and its own nightclub i'm just kidding it's not a tick-tock house unless some social media agency is willing to pay 500 million dollars for it that's right it's a real house and it's on the market right now and i think the only thing crazier than the vastness of this property is the guy who built it meet nile miami he is the visionary behind this gigamansion he started out as a b-list action movie producer and now he's a luxury real estate developer you know as as the natural progression goes he went from uh producing stuff like this to developing a property that's twice as large as the white house let's meet nyle and take a quick look at this property guys my name is nyla i am the one and seven years ago i had an idea to create the biggest most expensive house in the urban world now i know what you're probably thinking you're probably thinking that's that's him that guy's a real estate developer and not a dj and i know i would agree with you this fit just screams how are you feeling miami let's turn it up a notch together as one the one the one bellaire and i did it and in 10 weeks from now this is completed get ready to see something that no one has ever seen before get ready to see the one bellaire it's the most expensive listing in america and it's called the one [Music] one of a kind one in a millennium one in the world over one 000 square feet [Music] okay so you get it it's a big-ass house uh i'm pretty sure most resorts are smaller than a hundred thousand square feet the best part about this little intro video that he posted is that after two minutes and 40 seconds of him showing off the features in the house it just cuts to this guys this is the one and i also want to let you know something else very important and dear to my heart we are going to give a certain percentage to charity from this sale and that's something that i really want to do something i care about post coven and i think it's very important that we bring the world together rich and poor black and white it doesn't matter we bring everybody together and i hope that this does it and i hope this changes the world and helps everybody love more thank you and then goes right back into the features three-bedroom guest house okay so he said he's giving away a certain percentage of this sale to charity but he didn't say how much and he didn't say which charity he just kind of said it's very near and dear to my heart that we do this and and so we can bring people together and that's it i don't know how you know what actually dude i think this is a great idea you know and also let's buy a yacht together because i think that on the yacht we could we could help shatter the class divide because it would give us time to think about how we're going to do that in the sea you know when we're away from you know all the poor people that bother us all the time all right so this property is pretty much done now and it's on the market i've actually driven by this place in la before and it's so preposterously big and over the top so you might be surprised to learn that the wheels fell off this thing pretty quickly after it went on the market he put it on the market for 500 million dollars that's what he wanted for it and nobody bit you know weirdly enough and so he knocked the price down to 350 million which honestly if you ask me it's kind of a bargain your own personal nightclub i would pay 350 mil for that and the thing is is he's kind of in a crunch to sell this place because he borrowed a lot of money to build it uh 110 million dollars to be exact from hanky capital and they kind of want their money back now so if he doesn't pay back at least some of their money within the next 90 days they're gonna force a sale on the house also side note this is not the first time he's done this he also owes about 30 million dollars for other mansions that he's built so it's safe to say this guy is in a little bit over his head at this point and because he's trying so desperately to unload this house zilla he's been like doing press including a house tour on the youtube channel of producer michael and it is absurd i know that was a long intro but i had to give you a backstory on what this property is why he needs to sell it and so now we're going to jump into the house tour and it really is one of the most special videos on the website of youtube.com to be honest it's three videos what the [ __ ] is it what is this the blair witch project why is this intro so creepy okay so like i said this is so long the house tour that it's broken into three separate parts totaling an hour and 20 minutes so instead of watching a feature length video on what is uh just an episode of cribs basically i've picked out the best moments for you of epic videos we are at the largest house in the urban world when i say the largest it is a hundred and five thousand square feet it is called the one and what gets better than that we are with the one the one and only nile who is the visionary behind this he built this and he is just soccer handshake love it but guys what what are these fits i think we've both probably aged out of these styles a little bit but you know whatever teach their own so you can see like i i picked out every single thing in this house every paint color every stone every tile all of the furniture i worked with the furniture company but you know i picked like all of this was all my idea like to keep it warm and supple i'm sorry did he just say supple did he just touch the wall and then and then say supple you know a lot of words come to my mind when i look at this living room but supple definitely isn't one of them this is a elevator elevator i think there's six elevators six elevated you know i'm a big developer i i have built a lot of houses no houses like this but i've learned over time that we really need to start sustaining and trying to do things where we don't just waste um so this is one thing that that we found all of my flowers are artificial but you could never tell right i thought they were real yeah and and and it's good because it's a bigger cost at first but then you don't need to feel real you don't need to worry about them stating and dropping and you don't need to worry about sustainability what i'm sorry did he just say that sustainability and not wasting is important oh good so thank god they use fake flowers though so that their entire staff of housekeepers won't have to pick up dead flower petals from the marble floors in the 100 000 square foot mansion cause that would be a little wasteful let's check out the cigar lounge this is really cool this is the smoking room the cigar room and i did special ventilation here i don't smoke cigars but um look at this it has all vintage playboys wow hell yeah baby vintage playboys for when you're smoking some stogies with the boys and you want to peep a little bush together just cigar lounge things wouldn't expect you ladies to understand but now you when you turn the camera i'll give you a little surprise that you've never seen this in all your life but by the time we're done with all of this and the story and everything else this day you will not forget ever for many reasons but check that out that is the i want to say my the master bedroom swimming pool with walls of glass oh my goodness am i seeing that right am i seeing that right is that a pool 15 feet above another pool saves you a cheeky little walk down the stairs in the morning i'm with you okay so there's just so much of this house that is so absurd look at the chapters of this youtube video office formal living room wings of angels sculpture dining room one cigar lounge art gallery one bedroom family kitchen family living room outdoor family room running track that's right there's a running track around the house because it's so damn big because sustainability is important but also exercise is important but then you reach the nightclub section so you could you could have people come here without entering the house yes and they go straight into the night yeah you know what we'll go through the front way since we're doing this but it'll be a little confusing until we get there but follow me so this is my artwork and i have one in a glass case in my other house it says giraffe anatomically correct giraffe skeleton anatomically correct it took me it took three guys one year to make the mold every light that you see is custom because they don't make lights this size this guy is all over the place man all over the place it's like yeah we could take you back let's take you in the front way and here's my anatomically correct draft skeleton and let me show you these [ __ ] lights these lights are insane i'm sorry did you just say anatomically correct giraffe skeleton why do you have that okay so look at this i mean the pools in the nightclub are are insane but then let me show you probably one of the weirdest things he says in this whole uh tour right here turn everything around like i know and unfortunately in l.a i know a lot of the dudes are scumbags here and i'm going to change that i'm going to turn all the dudes into good people how are you going to do that one of the things i'm going to do is i'm going to set them on their feet so check out what i didn't hear so this is his and her bath right this is the community bath so this is the her side this is the toilets and this is the sinks and see these these uh plates right here that's for a monitor right and then if you come into the his side can you believe these are the these are the urinals and i'm gonna have cameras here looking at the guys you're gonna have cameras cameras looking at the guys putting the image in the girls bathroom out of the box thinking that's a normal thing like a guy would do now i'm thinking like the girl get in the back for a minute you know what what he's gonna put cameras in the guy's bathroom so that the women in the women's bathroom can watch them pee and that's supposed to make guys in la be better people first of all i don't think women want to watch that i don't think they want to watch guys pee and second of all it kind of feels like the shitty dudes uh might just show their dicks to that camera because that's the type of dude they are well this is this is the sky deck but you know what i'm gonna do fitting with the sky deck i tried forever to get a helicopter pad here approved and they wouldn't but what i'm going to do is right here i'm going to get a gigantic helicopter with no motor i'm going to gut the inside and i'm going to make it the coolest vibe space you could ever have in your life with shag carpet with televisions that go around with like this is gonna be with my helicopter sleeping pad why it actually sounds kind of cool honestly it does but it also kind of sounds like those same shitty la dudes are gonna be waiting outside of the girl's bathroom being like yo what's up did you pee my dick what'd you think should we head up to the helicopter bed what do you say we hit the nile high club part two of the house tour starts in the his and hers closet of the master bedroom itself which has its own hot tub and swimming pool right outside the sliding doors look at that it's glass the entire thing is glass look how thick this is this is oh my goodness what is that that's three inches what three inches no that's eight inches what are you talking about okay so i could show you weird clips from this all day but there's there's three that i need to show you i know this is a lot but there's just so many good parts okay when producer michael asks niall about his favorite part of the house nyle says this what would you say is your most favorite part of the house there's so many but i will tell you i've been asked that before at a univision interview and it's hard to say now because i haven't given it away but my favorite part of this house is the house's ability to change the world that's my favorite part what i he said that in the first video too change he wants this house to change the world i don't see how this mega mansion is gonna change anything about the world but i mean i guess you could throw a pretty sick charity event there you could raise some damn money in that place for sure or you could film the world's sickest rap video maybe that's what he means he's like he's like just wait until you see the new migos video that we filmed here dude that is going to change the world oh you got it you do the spin i'm a director so like i you know what i mean like i i'm going to be directing like two or three movies i'm writing right now i never and i'll show you you know what i'll show you in the i'll show you the theater wait it's very hard it's very hard to see this because i my ex that i met eight months ago i'm married and already it didn't work out cause she's from argentina she hasn't listened to me blah blah blah in the last 20 seconds he said he's a director he's directing two movies that he's writing and then he gave producer mike a little a little slap and then we learned that he his wife of eight months didn't work out because she's argentinian and doesn't listen to him that's that's what happened in the last 20 seconds this is supposed to be a house tour this guy is having a manic episode or something this is wild can we play that slap again wait one person michael's like what the [ __ ] and this this clip right here is my favorite i know we've seen a lot but this clip is my favorite part of the whole thing right here if you're gonna like this video if or if you're gonna send it to somebody else do it because of this clip this is the entrance we have digital movie posters so you could change this is our candy room which will look great when it's all filled with different color candies oh you didn't forget many things now okay here's the theater that's the best thing in the whole video you didn't forget many things now did you and he's just the camera pans over to him and he's on his phone okay that's literally the best thing ever just not paying attention at all okay let me show you the movie theater you [ __ ] perfect it's [ __ ] perfect he doesn't even see he he doesn't even say k it's like a all right okay he is so in his own world there right oh [ __ ] i'm filming a video i totally forgot so the third part of this the third that's just the first two parts the third part niall sits down with producer michael to discuss the plans for the house going forward and how it's going to change the world and i guess this is why holograms when you say holograms what do you mean holograms we have the latest technology where you have someone standing there that looks like a person but it's a hologram that's created on a stage in two and a half seconds with all the cameras taking a picture of you at the same time but we're also going to do things like the new technology of televisions that snap together we're going to create virtual shark tanks where we talk about how we don't need to take things from the ocean because you have so much more versatility and you have less cost i'm sorry did he just say virtual shark tanks holograms what are we talking about and the whole time producer michael is sitting there like when in his head you know he's thinking what in the bloody hell is this guy on about i genuinely don't understand what he's talking about here and i either feel very sorry for this dude because he's clearly under a lot of stress and may not be in the best head space um but i also potentially maybe want whatever drug he is on right now because it seems awesome everything that i want to do and there is so much but i want to i want to say one thing i have so much to say but let me just say one other thing i am going to buy this plane that i call the god plane and it is gigantic god play god plane and i'll tell you why because i have a lot of friends who are billionaires i have a lot of friends who have more money than they know what to do with and you understand if you have a billion dollars how much money you're making a year if it's at five percent what if you have two billion what if you have three billion you could never spend that money well i have a friend who has three billion dollars and when i was in my house looking up at the sky saying i didn't have enough money to buy a cheeseburger he wouldn't help me i think producer michael's face here perfectly sums up what i'm thinking too it sounds like you have some bad friends all right that's it um i kind of just scratched the surface on the absurdity that is the one and those three videos there's so so much more so go watch those videos if you want and honestly i feel bad for nile you know i feel like he built the most expensive house in the world and maybe he just timed the market wrong or something but nobody wants it except for me i want it so i'm gonna apply on the google
