The MARVELS Post Credits Scene and ENDING EXPLAINED - Avengers: Secret Wars, Deadpool 3, and More!

[Music] hey welcome back to screen Crush I'm Ryan Ary and let's talk about the ending and post-credit scene of the Marvels so the Marvels just connected to the Multiverse and Deadpool 3 in a big way with a huge Cameo we just saw beast from the X-Men Kate Bishop is back and she and Kamala are assembling a team of young Heroes and Doug I am going to play venomous blur person blur blow all right so after Monica Rambo Saves The Universe She is transported to another un verse where she meets beast and yes your eyes do not deceive you that is Kelsey gramar making a comeback as Beast from X-Men Last Stand who's the fur bow Hank McCoy so this is a major connection to the X-Men and also Deadpool 3 right also in the sexmen universe Monica meets an alternate version of her mom and her superhero name could be binary and that is huge the other major surprises of the Marvels is the ending with Kamala Khan meeting Kate Bishop who recently became the new Hawkeye there's more because they're about to recruit ant-man's daughter Cassie Lang who is also a young hero so guys young heroes are assembling which means we're about to get a whole new team in the MCU and that is the Young Avengers so we have to explain the ending of the Marvels and how the movie connects to the Multiverse and sets up Deadpool 3 Avengers of King Dynasty and Secret Wars oh oh hello okay bud the next catastrophe is nuclear winter so you actually lose a card from your jean pool yeah whatever man my Gene P was eight and yours is four you played yourself oh my God you are right all right so before we talk about Beast and the X-Men let's start with the ending of the movie She tore a hole in space at the end of the Marvels darb Ben almost destroys the universe with the quantum bands the quantum bands yeah these are these Cosmic bracelets that we're going to explain in a moment now early in the movie darbin gets one half of the quantum bands and uses it to create tears in SpaceTime and then she and the cre use these tears like space portals and the bangle she got is like the one that Miss Marvel has right exactly there are two Cosmic bracelets like these and Kamala KH has the other half we were first introduced to this bangle and M Marvel seriously though for a second what's the deal with evil cre Warlords who use ancient artifacts glowing with purple energy to destroy worlds anyways the Marvels confirms that the Bengals are actually called the quantum bands do you guys just put the word Quantum in front of everything and it's revealed that the bands are ancient devices that were used to map out the universe so ancient space Travelers use these bands to create the jump point system that allows for basic hyperspace travel in the MCU and also the cosmic energy of the Bands can open tears to other universes but more on that in just a moment and the next age is called Eclipse so you cannot play Red traits oh good my guy you're the one who's trying to collect kidneys darn it hey what are weapons they can absorb energy and make their wielder stronger sort of like vibranium basically the bangal is like a battery of cosmic energy since the Bengals and the Marvels connect to the Multiverse there is also a good chance that the MCU is planning on the Bangals having a key role in the future of the Multiverse Saga now kamala's dormant abilities were awakened after she wore the bangal for the first time kamala's great-grandmother is from another reality called the nor Dimension and this is how Cala can manipulate light this is also very interesting since the bands have like nothing to do with the nor Dimension however when Camala wears the bangal for the first time she is temporarily transported into the Nord Dimension and then her abilities are activated so the bands can send their wear to other realities and possibly to to anywhere in the vast Multiverse not to mention that Camala previously used the bangal for freaking time travel and when the bands are used together they can create portals to another universe and who knows what else they also let Camala do the Wonder Woman pose now real quick we should mention the quantum bands from the comics you see the quantum bands were created by an ancient being called Eon and they are awarded to those who are worthy to be the Protectors of the universe now what is so special about these bands is that they draw energy from the quantum realm which provides their wielder with basically unlimited power and get this in the comics all energy in the universe comes from the quantum realm but in the MCU they could draw their energy from the Multiverse so all of this means that moving forward Cala is going to be a major player thanks to her bangle now in the final battle of the movie darb Ben uses the quantum bands to open a tear in the universe she tore a hole in space there's a different reality leading into ours this isn't another portal in space this is a gateway to another universe and while the movie doesn't confirm it we believe this is an incursion which is huge because incursions are the biggest threat to the Multiverse an incursion occurs when the boundary between two universes erodes and they Collide destroying one or both entirely incursions could be triggered by multiversal travel but also by multiversal man ipulation then we met Kang the Conqueror and Ant-Man in the WASP Quantum Mania and he explained that his variants are triggering countless incursions just because of time travel universes colliding endless incursions I saw the Multiverse and it was dying now this ties into the 2015 version of Secret Wars from the comics where the incursions were the biggest threat to the Multiverse Now Avengers King Dynasty and Secret Wars will be based on this story so all of this fits so when the quantum bands are together their cosmic energy is so strong that they can punch a hole in SpaceTime into another universe and at the end of the movie Monica seals this portal to the other Universe however don't forget that Monica Carol and Kamala were entangled so it's possible that when Monica was interacting with the incursion she was drawing on kamala's energy and Cala had both Bangals by the end so Monica might have harnessed that multiversal energy to close the incursion now this could mean that the Bengals are the key to saving the Multiverse and by the way everybody now back to the Marvels since we're already on the topic of the Multiverse let's switch to the credit scene but don't worry we're going to talk about the Young Avengers teas a little bit later after Monica seals the tear she finds herself in Another Universe and she meets an alternate version of her mom and Beast and yes that is Kelsey gramar making his return from X-Men the Last Stand wait what Beast X-Men 3 what yep that is the big Cameo of the movie it's a big house it's funny that I only ever see two of you it's almost like the studio couldn't afford another X-Men now I admit it's super unexpected strange and well kind of random they brought back beast from The Last Stand a movie that most fans didn't really like but you know what compared to some other X-Men movies it ain't that bad and everybody loved Kelsey gramar as Beast it was perfect casting I thought you were a diplomat as T said there comes a time when all men must you'll get the point and he also made a cameo in Days of the Future Past which was like a way better movie and of course Nicholas Hol played Beast after Fox rebooted the franchise so why is Beast such a big deal anyways well his real name is Hank McCoy well it's actually Henry but he goes by Hank he is a brilliant scientist and an original member of the X-Men and he always believed in the dream of peaceful coexistence between humans and mutants anyways Beast meets Monica in what's revealed to be a room inside the X mansion we even see the iconic X on the doors and it looks exactly like the rooms from the fox X-Men franchise so is this the X-Men universe or what you know what it's unclear actually I'm not even sure if even Fox knew that when they were still making X-Men movies makoy or Stewart these timelines are so confusing but Shawn Levy the director of Deadpool 3 confirmed that Logan is Canon to the third movie and of course Hugh Jackman is returning for Deadpool 3 and and in case you didn't know Jennifer Gardner who played Electra and Daredevil not that one she will also appear in Deadpool 3 also Sir Patrick Stewart returned as Xavier for Multiverse of Madness and the MCU canonized all the previous Spider-Man movies and no way home so every Marvel movie ever is now part of this like MCU Multiverse you got to be you miss me so all of this is leading to a big crossover in Avengers 5 and six where we will see all the actors from Old Marvel movies returning so the portal scene but with the Multiverse so this is the real reason why they're doing the Multiverse just a bunch of ceras of old actors well I'm not sure what gave you that idea bring me everyone what do you mean everyone everyone now let's get back to the credit scene and explain Maria Rambo so this is an alternate version of Maria and obviously it's a variant of the one from Earth 616 for starters she's alive and she doesn't recognize Monica so this this means that in this X-Men Universe Maria never had a daughter and there is no alternate version of Monica in this universe that's not all though Maria is a superhero however she's not Captain Marvel though Hank refers to her as binary so this is huge but to explain binary we must shift to the comics for just a moment you see in the comics Carol Danvers is the one who became binary Maria's outfit is a clear call back to the comics version of binary just less you know flaming bikini ah the80s so this happens after some crazy comic Booky stuff the short version is that Carol had something really messed up happened to her she lost her powers and her memories and then she became a member of the X-Men despite not actually being a mutant but then she got kidnapped by aliens that did all kinds of experiments on her and after that her true power was Unleashed and she became a Godlike being called binary so that's what happened to Maria I mean maybe our guess is that in the X-Men Universe Maria was the one who became Captain Marvel and not Carol and then she eventually transformed into binary like in the comics or or maybe she just became binary from the start but that's not all in case you were too distracted by the Beast Cameo and Maria's binary outfit you probably missed something huge in this credit scene what oh was it Wolverine Magneto Cyclops cable no no no no more cameos but Maria is wearing the quantum bands both of them so they got these bands in this other universe so this is huge because remember the quantum bands can open portals to other universes and this could be Monica's ticket home Maria could open a portal back to Earth 616 and that is how we get a crossover between the main MCU universe and the X-Men Universe well what do you know put out fly paper catch a spider make one wrong move please and you're shish kebab also Beast mentions Charles and of course he's talking about Charles Xavier so Professor X is also in this universe and this probably means that all the X-Men are in this universe so person what is this universe well that's a good question because in the fox X-Men movies there were no other superheroes it was all about the mutants but with all the multiversal Crossovers the most likely option is that this universe is the same X-Men Universe from the fox movies but like they will reccon and change a few things like adding other superheroes such as binary to the Canon I mean the whole point here is for the MCU to cross over with those X-Men movies so a few small Recons to the history of the X-Men seems to be the easiest way to bringing them into the MCU maybe they could use the reccon in Days of the Future Past to explain the diverging timeline since they messed with time travel and in the MCU time travel always creates new branching timelines or maybe this is all Deadpool's fault I mean Deadpool 3 is scheduled to be the next MCU movie after the Marvels at least for now Deadpool 3 is going to deal with the Multiverse and time travel I mean he might actually try to save Wolverine from Death in Logan but how would he do that well in case you forgot Wade stole Cable's time traveling device to change the past so Wade might actually end up messing with the timeline of the X-Men movies like him trying to fix all the RC that fox made to the franchise which would be really funny and So Meta but one day your old pal Wade's going to ask you to get back in the saddle again and when he does say yes so by messing with the timeline he is going to accidentally create this new X-Men Universe sort of an amalgamation of all the previous movies but now it has other superheroes who aren't mutants and with all the incursions and the quantum bands we could eventually see this X-Men Universe colliding with Earth 616 in fact the incursion that happens in the Marvels might not even be over Monica sealed the terrce but the portal between Earth 616 and the X-Men Universe might still be there so Wade's actions in Deadpool 3 will reopen the portal and Trigger the incursion the two universes will collide and that might even lead to a war between Earth 616 Heroes and the X-Men but why would they be F Well because the incursion means that two universes will be colliding and the heroes in both realities will have to fight to save their own universe and this could actually be the start of the multiversal war in Avengers the King Dynasty and Secret Wars but that brings only more malevolence more violence more war more of him they're coming they're all coming now let's switch to the actual ending of the movie The Scene that happens right before the credits and that is the tease to a new Avengers team and here we get to see a fun call back to the in credit scene from Iron Man where Nick Fury approached Tony Stark about the Avengers you think you're the only superhero in the world Mr Stark you become part of a bigger Universe you just don't know it yet and Cala does the same when she meets Kate Bishop Kate Bishop hi so thanks to some information she took from Nick Fury Cala learns about other young Heroes on earth and the first hero she meets is Kate Bishop in case you didn't watch Hawkeye Kate is a skilled Archer who is inspired by Hawkeye sort of like how Miss Marvel was inspired by Captain Marvel and Kate is sort of like the new Hawkeye so Kamala is planning to form her own team of Avengers just a younger version of them the scene ends with Cala asking Kate if she knew that Ant-Man has a daughter and she is talking about Cassie LAN Scott Lang's daughter now in Quantum Mania Cassie got herself an Ant-Man suit and she can shrink and grow Giants just like her dad and she's also a scientist and apparently a Quantum realm expert so the MCU is now assembling the Young Avengers and this could be big we've been waiting for this for so long so in the comics they are a team of young Heroes who assembled after the Avengers disassembled and right now in the MCU The Avengers aren't really a thing anymore The Avengers broke up like a band like like the Beatles so this would be the perfect time to assemble the next gener ation of Avengers since all the oldies are busy with retirement Parenthood or simply breaking the Multiverse the first lineup of the Young Avengers in the comics consisted of Kate Bishop Cassie Lang Eli Bradley hawling as well as Wanda Suns Billy and Tommy the founding member of the team that's very important actually is iron lad yeah Tom Holland close but not exactly iron lad is Nathaniel Richards and get this he is the younger version of Kang the Conqueror and that is the big bad of the Multiverse Saga for now at least Kang tried to manipulate his younger self but Nate ran away ended up in the past to became Iron lad and assembled the Young Avengers now the MCU is going in a different direction with Kamala being the one who assembles the team but this does not preclude iron lad from appearing in the future anyways let's talk about some other Heroes who could join the mcu's Young Avengers like America Chavez she can punch portals through the Multiverse and America will be a key player in Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars and then there's Riri Williams who became Iron Heart and wakanda forever and she is getting her own show I think at some point sometime maybe year after next nothing is said now Eli Bradley appeared in Falcon and the Winter Soldier and he could become Patriot like he is in the comics and if they ever decide to bring him back there's scar he's Hulk's son please kind sir do not cut my hair now Billy and Tommy were part of the team in the comics and they were introduced in the MCU they weren't real in W division however in Earth 838 they're real boys so if the universes Collide then Billy and Tommy from 838 could end up joining the team AER Vision he's very young what vision's not young at all what are you talking about yeah he he was born in Age of Ultron so he he's very young and white Vision he's just a little baby I never thought of it like that I guess cuz he sounds like an old British dude well I was born yesterday but Vision was born in 2015 and technically died when he was 3 years old making his romance with Wanda even more freaky and mayonnaise vision is like a 2-year-old so you know what that works great job buddy high five I'm not amused now if the Young Avengers won't just be about earth-based young Heroes we can also see some Cosmic Heroes like Nova he is a cosmic hero and one of my personal favorites Nova is basically what if Spider-Man became Green Lantern now there are two versions of the character Richard Ryder and Sam Alexander they both become Nova when they're teenagers so either one could work in the MCU and I mean Nova is so awesome so this would be a great time to introduce him unless they are saving him for a future Guardians of the Galaxy movie anyways I always saw the Young Avengers in the MCU being earth-based and dealing with smaller scale threats but now that kamala's bangal is connected to the Multiverse they might actually deal with far bigger threats and if they end up introducing iron lad we could see the Young Avengers going on a multiversal adventure with the young Kang to stop the older Kang and this would be awesome because it would be a great way to explore Kang in a completely new Direction so that was the ending of the Marvels and the third catastrophe card is mass extinction that's the end of the game dogs and cats living together Mia and just kind of looking at this guys I think I have way more points than either of you well I am a little dog and I exist in a constant state between life and sock ah whatever
