your sloppy joe game just got a huge kick in the ass and I mean that in the most positive way ever we're putting in Chipotle's beer tomato paste it's gonna be insanely delicious let's go vegetables first in a pan so we serve with a little oil in a hot pan and we add diced green pepper and yellow at this point we're just trying to just soften a tiny bit couple minutes and after a couple minutes in goes a pound of ground beef 80/20 which means 80% lean 20% fat and we mix so this should be pretty obvious we're trying to brown the beef and incorporate the vegetables okay it's almost done let's add some garlic right there just one nice big beautiful clove and as I always say wait till it starts to get really aromatic then we'll mix it in nice smelling great about to get much better because will now add some Worcestershire and by the way I'm probably saying it wrong I mean it kind of reads worst or Shire worse Esther Shire the Brits say Worcester sauce and I don't know what I mean we need a name that we can say we that don't have that British Aussie Kiwi mother tongue Worcester sauce the brown stuff in a bottle here we go a couple more things make this really good so a couple tablespoons of minced chipotle peppers six ounces of tomato paste it looks like this we're gonna mix this around really well first and once it's mixed in we're almost there I hope you're looking at this thinking Sam that it's looking good but it's definitely looking a little dry we're gonna fix that in a second this thing's gonna be frickin epic now that it's all mixed in now a very fun ingredients about a cup of beer and I'm using red stripe because I love red stripe it's going to make them on and then mix look at the colour tomato paste to pull a wow we've not added salt and pepper we want that to simmer a little bit so as it starts what some salt and pepper that's what you want you see that that's the looseness that you want for a sloppy Chipotle sloppy joes ladies and gentlemen these are gonna crush another minute or two and we're there alright so we want to we want our bun a little toasty so little butter face down will these get a little color we're eating and now we build and bun first next the gorgeous Chipotle sloppy oh boy sloppy because of that and one more thing I know it's not traditional but I like it from crispy onions on top and the lid so here's the question so I pick it up or do I use a knife and fork I've answered it I have to pick it up a knife and fork would be embarrassing wouldn't it so we figure this out and then we'll go no good can come of this I'll be honest it's supposed to be a mess hence the name sloppy ow Oh hunga be honest they sell sloppy joe kits in the store that's just complete horse crap don't ever do that again people please just do this the Chipotle adds that beautiful smokiness the crispy onions add that crunch that you want and then the beers just that underneath flavor that oh my god doc there's a sloppy joe look what a left the holding the holding my hand it's just like a trail of destruction underneath all right as we say comment like and if you really do like us and like the food we make then subscribe because then you get this stuff when it first happens and you're on top of everything and then you can tell your friends oh did you see the Chipotle sloppy joe Sam made is amazing they'll be like no what do you mean I didn't see that you go well you're a loser and you should subscribe
