definitely nervous and very excited for chef room to try my food it is um a sauteed chicken um it's something my mom made growing up so something that stuck with me so it's definitely stuck with me and as it often happens on hell's kitchen it all comes down to the last two chefs uh right young lady name my name is jessica and is my birthday thank you your fish what is it a rosemary crusted venison loin with roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts venison is one of the most difficult proteins to cook and you absolutely nailed it hold up this is the little light fennel dusted uh wreck a lamb i am very risky taking taking on lamb but i've got pure confidence that chef ramsay's gonna love my dish you have the most stunning and the most expensive cut of lamb anywhere in the world and yet you've just managed to [ __ ] it completely congratulations ladies good job happy birthday i just won the challenge for the whole girl team that young lady was an amazing job it's better than an jason's shoulders as his first appetizers hit the dining room on order table 12. one tuna one oyster special let's go the pressure now shifts to demarco you have a tuna order right now make sure that incredible no wonder they call it hell's kitchen burnt melanie yes chef bouncing right back lady melanie here i think she's starting to lose her mind don't burn the second one melanie melanie that's burnt again i think a screw came loose come on melanie there's no panic yeah chef come on man let's go walk in with those two risottos walking right now with the capillary feel sorry for that little here just taste that quick just jump in and taste it let's start off with you tastes like oodles and noodles all right cafelini was missing that lime that butter that cilantro it was missing everything yes bland there's no cilantro there's no salt in there i forgot the cilantro i'm sorry come on it's finished where's the lime at the end i put the lime in chuck yeah well i can't taste it you think i scream in the office he tops me come on melanie gotta care for it a little bit love it i'd like to say to him don't holla be nice i'm sorry i'm coming up right now 30 seconds everything is going silent in my head melanie the capellini excuse me behind you travelini service please thank you god bon appetit thank you avenging her previous mishaps melanie has finally delivered a successful capellini for stan lee's table the seasoning is unbelievable scallops cook beautifully thank you pretty nice nice color onions slightly over crisp however the most important part puree the scallops you nailed it well on i'm just really pumped up right now i really feel like i got this risotto why is it piled high uh i started cooking it too soon's chef i did notice her risotto was up very high still and chef ramsay likes it a little looser than that rich's result is definitely gonna be better than hers risotto slightly too dense and 30 seconds overcooked okay chef is that a toothpick [Music] because i've got to opt to the table it's got a skirt in it really you don't make a mistake like that i mean never ever i saw a double cross go on there now what was that i flipped the fish over to check my temperature and the first crash slid right off fish season beautifully good job thank you chef very good job thank you way to go juice oh my god i'm so relieved i'm going to win i'm going to so [ __ ] win rich let's go please rich nice sear on the scallops scallops cooked beautifully [Music] and that parsley in there just lifts it as well nice scallops nail risotto what's the first thing you taste there first thing just comes straight into your mouth ginger and what's the risotto lobster chef so the rice is overcooked by about a minute and it's turned almost to like a rice pudding chef ramsay is saying some negative things about richard's dishes i think that his time is up halibut crust is beautifully done where's the heat coming from hello red pepper flake chef a little bit too overpowering but sauce is delicious thank you chef good job good job rich very difficult let me tell you um jessica yes chef highs and lows across your three dishes but to get those sweet dishes out there within that time working on your own really good job thank you chef i feel like i deserve to be here because i cook with the most amount of passion as possible i really think it's in the bag richard yeah chef mistakes i didn't expect but collectively pretty good job thank you i knew my help it was perfect i knew my scallops were seared perfect so i was just hoping that those two perfect dishes were enough to get me back this is a very very difficult decision based on the three dishes jessica chef highs and lows across your three dishes but to get those three dishes out there within that time working on your own really good job thank you chef this is the most important thing that i've ever done my entire life it's really big it's huge it's really big richard yeah chef mistakes i didn't expect but collectively pretty good job thank you i'm not scared now scared of what i'm not going anywhere i got the most experience there's nothing to be scared of very difficult let me tell you based on the three dishes and today's performance the evaluations the person leaving hell's kitchen is jessica your time is done my darling no please tell me go back in the line chef please please chef [Music] the lobster was way undercut i'm sorry you should be very proud of the work you've done it's you are a great competitor and you must continue with that kind of attitude the passion and the love you have for food outside of this competition you're just not ready to be a head chef okay please give me your jacket [Music] this is my dream and it just is so
