service okay Ross Trev Lisa Sabrina step forward please dear oh dear I've never felt so disappointed on the opening of Hell's Kitchen Trevor yes sir why should you stay because I think I could do this I think I can be a great chef I'm self-taught I might not have the experience that these guys do I got the drive to do it Ross why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen now that I'm more familiar with near service can someone give me a little bit of insight to why she's nominated we feel it's a mixture of a weak link and she does jack-shit during prep she doesn't do her prep list I don't stay awake all night writing a prep list because I understand it I don't need to write it down make a list of it every single day because I get it okay this gives out the way Emily Sabrina step forward [Music] pretty much the whole night okay blue team Russell first nominee and why please my first nominee is Boris he didn't pull this way tonight and it still is not getting into his head so he needs to go home well second nominee and why second nominee is Rob Rob was buried all night and you know everyone was trying to help him need clearly buried us okay so I asked you for two suggestions and I'm gonna take one from each team on the red no no step forward from the blue [Music] robbed [Music] right Nona are you the next chef for the LA market yes chef I'm not convinced tell me why you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen I'm a hell of a team player I give everything I've got I fight I push back and I never give up I put my head down and I fight through it something quite humble and honest about you I just need to see this fight Rob tell me why you think you should stay in Hell's Kitchen chef and know tonight was a rough night but I fought through it way to the end I never stopped fighting I got zero support on that station I fought all the way through it you have no support no one's lived to help me know so yes I was alone on the theater Russell is that true that you had no support absolutely no chef I can't do everything on the station for him chef at the end of the day style one chef really honestly and everybody knows that I mean I just felt like Russell definitely had you know an opportunity to step over and slide and I just think he just stayed the speed limit and didn't floor us tonight I work hard I dug deep and I did the best I could with what I had [Music] attitude of against Executive Chefs want me to cook no I don't want you to cook I know what the I'm doing I stood on my own two feet in this kitchen what exists conflict Oh Thank You chef who's got two thumbs and thinks he's the right now this guy I really really tried to win this thing you may not be liked but you've got the jacket damn straight it's fine to lose but ultimately heart and determination did not win out over experience so welcome okay listen to me this is the moment you've both been waiting for one of you is about to realize the dream of a lifetime I've thoroughly scrutinized the customer comment cards the customers on both sides really enjoys your menus your scores were incredibly close I really wish I could give the job to both of you but I can't don't we both to step up to your doors this means more to me than anything else I've done in my culinary career it's so close you can taste it good luck I want this so bad my family is counting on me [Music] was soon saying yes yes yes she has a phenomenal palate and a real passion for cooking soon all of America is saying yes with me when they see her excel as the head chef of LA market
