butter vinaigrette that sounds a very sophisticated dish okay which book did he copy out of I didn't copy out of a book chef no okay we be honest I don't really even read that often yeah [Music] the balance of the dish is beautiful and you've done something slightly unique because the fish is cooked perfectly big boy first name is Raj I am an executive chef and I began cooking when I was 14 years old show me a fish I was always the best cook in the kitchen so I can't see why this would be any different this is a seafood and vegetable pancake boy Josh I said what a seafood and vegetable pancake pancake yeah it's a pancake what that is a pancake it's a yeah does that look like a pancake oh he's going for a piss a pancake that pisses it's a shame cuz seafood actually tastes quite nice inside Roz and Russell tell me this is wine tasting and this is really for education of the palate but for me it was like oh my god I need a glass of wine I try to really only drink once a week we supposed to sip it no golpes but you know I drink pretty heavily that once a week the path flying high don't you can't put the OL isn't every station needs this you cannot give us [ __ ] yellow parsley I just have zero expectations of Raj he has no clue what's going on you're not even cutting you're just patting it down and bruising I'm really psyched it like shine tonight I'll try one chicken three rib special we've been out of the so special what I've got free on order I ran it at Dover sole oh man this is gonna be real ugly this sucks embarrassing [ __ ] it's a very bad situation I don't know what we're gonna do I think we have to figure something out quickly to the customers and tell them you [ __ ] it up so I get left there with this jacket community if I tell you to get out there I think even [ __ ] if you got a thumb of your [ __ ] off out there with you couple of things going on my head oh my god look at this I'm a star I'm terribly sorry but we ran out of the soul specials then next thing you know it look at this I'm an idiot so let's this elation and then it's dis digression all at the same time we have other nice fish though that if you'd like to try that instead okay this is a very difficult decision the person leaving Hell's Kitchen is Ross do you also be you big boy are out of your league big-time I personally can't go an inch further jacket as a dog a big boy I can't believe it's just a shock I didn't get along with anybody I think it along with Chef Ramsay they get along with Scott I didn't like the menu but it was a great experience I had a great time I'm really glad I did it
