The Best Ghillie Crafting Kit (And Most Affordable) | Adaptive Ghillie Mesh

what's going on guys Airsoft steeney here and in this video I'm going to be doing an unboxing video on the new adaptive Ghillie Mash or AGM by silly Gilly and kicking Mustang okay so we're gonna start with the unboxing and then after that I'm gonna go through the price of this where to find it and kind of compare it to other crafting material that I purchased in the past to use on my ghillie suit or my rifle really anything that I'm going to be crafting I'm going to do a little bit of a comparison between different manufacturers so let's get right into the unboxing so it's going to come in a big Ziploc baggie here so the first thing that I'm seeing here is a whack load of cable ties so each pack is a hundred Brown 2.5 millimeter cable ties again there's a hundred in here and we have six of these packs so these Brown cable ties guys the 2.5 millimeters the Browns these are perfect for Ghillie crafting and I guess you could call it like an industry standard for Ghillie crafting that you want to be using 2.5 five millimeter Brown cable ties this pack comes with 600 of them and this is more than enough to craft an entire ghillie suit okay so next up we have a bunch of coconut rope here so coconut rope you can actually cut this to whatever size you'd like and you can attach the Adaptive Ghillie mesh onto the coconut rope so you can cut a strand like this and then you can zip tie a bunch of the AGM onto here as well as Cottons and you can you know cable tie it to the side of your rig like so and as you can see the coconut rope is actually hanging off of my mask here or my suit and this just adds more depth and bulkiness to your suit so this is really clutch that they actually included this in the AGM summer crafting kit because no other crafting kit on the market comes with coconut rope nor does any other crafting kit on the market that I know of come with a bunch of brown Cottons this is so clutch this is the one thing that I see a lot of people missing the mark on when they are crafting ghillie suits they don't place any of these Brown Cottons and like these are all cut to size and they're actually already kind of pre-wrinkled as you can see so these basically act as like dead leaves or leaves that you find on the floor bed of the environment that you're playing at so it looks like here we have a couple different colors here as well so we have this like medium brown a light brown and then a darker brown that's almost gives off a little bit of like a red hint these obviously were tested in the field super clutch that you just get a whack load of these Cottons in your AGM summer pack before we get to the AGM we actually get a strip of it looks like kmcs materials as you can see here you get a bunch of this material and this is the it appears to be the exact same material that's found on the kmcs brown 2.0 or 3.0 ghillie suits so this mesh material this strip you can actually use to wrap rifles with or maybe place on mesh masks really whatever you can think of you can get really creative using this stuff but I'm for sure going to be wrapping my SSX 303 and my SSG 10 with this cam CS wrap this is super clutch the nice thing about it is it has the little mesh holes on here so basically what that means is you can poke these Brown cable ties through and attach your Cottons your coconut rope or the AGM that we're about to get into right now okay so the first color of AGM that I see here is a dark green so this is beautiful man wow this is really nice the color is very nice material very very strong I'm trying to rip this as hard as I can it's not ripping so this material it checks out it checks out um it's very very durable so we're getting a very long strand of this dark green as you can see here this is fully stretched out and like look at how many strands there are with this this is an insane amount of mesh guys like just off of this one lock and we still have two more to go now the one thing I want to mention before we get into the other two colors is that all of these locks of AGM are actually zip tied at the top for a reason it's not to keep it nice and organized in the box or in the bag it's actually because when you go to snip the AGM off of these locks so we're just going to Bunch it up here so as you can see I have it here you're going to just grab the top of your AGM you're going to take scissors and you're going to cut at a very narrow angle up and what that's going to do is it's not going to have just straight edges or straight lines when you cut the AGM off of this lock you're going to get a more natural looking fake vegetation on your suit for when you are actually attaching the AGM to your suit all right so next up we have this more medium green or neutral green so yeah again it's the exact same amount as the dark green as well as the more vibrant green which we're going to get into but again guys look at how much material this is this is absolutely insane like this is an excessive amount of mash material and I for sure know that I'm going to have leftover material after I'm done crafting my suit which is awesome to have because I'm not going to have to reorder more AGM and then last but not least for the mesh material we have another color here and this green color is a much more vibrant green as you can see beautiful beautiful color this is what I'm going to kind of litter my suit in most because I can already tell that this more vibrant green mesh is something that will be mimic more in my playing environment again everybody's playing environments different so when you do add the AGM to your suit make sure that you know you are field testing your suit a lot of people just toss on like mesh whether it's Halo screen or the AGM or even knob Ridge mesh and you'll notice that oh why isn't the mesh matching my environment well it's because you actually have to field test your suit so it does require a little bit of playing around with but my God guys like look at how much I still can't get over how much mesh we have like look at all this like this is all bunched up but oh my God like this is so much material this is absolutely insane and last but not least in the summer crafting kit we have some pre-combed Raffia and this Raffia looks very natural looking which is nice I love that it's pre-comb so I don't have to actually go go through maybe a little bit but I don't have to go through and split the Raffia a whole too much which is nice because a lot of the Raffia that I purchased it isn't really pre-combed out so it requires me to go through and it just adds more time to the crafting yeah you get a decent amount here again this is probably more than enough than you would need for a suit but yeah it's just awesome that they even included Raffia so it's really just a One-Stop shop for Gilly crafting an entire suit now I will mention that before I purchase the AGM summer crafting kit I was using the Halo screen by the cover to look I don't know how to say his name I'm totally butchering it my bad but I used to order the starter packs off of scrim shop now I live in Canada so I believe those starter packs are about 45 Euro which comes out to about 60 or 70 dollars Canadian plus shipping from overseas like it ended up being a hundred dollars for a starter pack Canadian and I'm telling you right now like yes I got I want to save 500 cable ties with it and a decent amount of Halo screen in four different colors but I mean I just purchased this off of one shot Airsoft in Canada which is one Province over for me and I paid eighty dollars for the crafting kit Canadian and ten dollars for shipping which it came in like three days in my opinion you get much more material than these other crafting kits plus it comes with Raffia plus it comes with the coconut rope which is somewhere in here there it is you get the coconut rope you get 600 cable ties which is more than enough cable ties you get Cottons which is huge plus you get the kmcs base material in brown which you can use to wrap a rifle and the other thing too that I really like is that you know this was built by content creators slash veteran Airsoft players in the you know Ghillie sniping community so this was really built for players by players so overall guys I give this crafting kit an 11 out of 10. this is the best crafting kit I have ever seen in my life and I'm very excited that has finally come to Market if you are watching this video maybe who knows six months down the road and it is middle of winter uh cam Cs and silly Gilly have also created a winter crafting kit which I'm probably gonna purchase for more early spring late fall environments but for now I'm going to be rocking the AGM summer kit and before I let you guys go as promised I'm going to kind of do a visual comparison between the knob Ridge mesh the I'm butchering it again but the Le covert Halo screen mesh which is right here I just have a couple pinches of it and then the AGM so I'm kind of just comparing the more vibrant colors that come in the kits first and foremost I mean I'm going to do a more in-depth video on this but first off initial Impressions anovich Halo screen it's dark you only get one shade of green which is kind of a little worrisome for me because this isn't even enough to craft a whole suit in my opinion you get you do get a decent amount of material for sure and it's very very affordable but I'm not sure how effective this would be it's just this tool material that I just don't know how I feel about it really I haven't gotten into actually crafting it on a suit yet but not sure how I feel about this now the Halo screen mesh that I purchased off of skirm shop is this very very vibrant green now they have four different shades of green so there's this more vibrant green and then I have one that's just a step lighter which is definitely more comparable to the AGM and just looking at it I can't really tell much of a difference in my opinion it looks like the AGM is just more saturated which like a more a more brighter saturation which in my opinion would actually at least for my playing environment I need this color like this color is so perfect for like that mid-summer everything is Bloom there's grass there's all these vibrant colors happening in a forest this AGM is like literally perfect and it's slightly more saturated than the skirm shop Halo mesh by the cover see the other thing too I guess is that but you know when you order the starter pack for again it comes to like 60 70 Canadian you know you're only getting about I would actually say it's very comparable to how much an average mesh you're getting maybe a little less but when you compare this amount of AGM to how much you get out of novrich for the green I mean you definitely get more AGM and plus you don't only get just one color but two other colors plus the cons plus the Coconut Row plus the Raffia plus the zip ties plus the cam CS base material and if
