there are seven specific rappers who perfectly represent the seven Heavenly virtues we are going to start off with the virtue of Charity charity is defined as the voluntary giving of help to those in need and a perfect rapper for this is Travis Scott Travis Scott has launched his own charity called project heel through his Cactus Jack Foundation after the astrofest tragedy happened committing $5 million for different Community projects in his home state of Texas one aspect focuses on addressing safety challenges as large scale events obviously because of what happened at his own festival and along with this Travis pledged $1 million in scholarships for colleges across the us and not only is Travis venturing through event safety and schools another pillar of heal addresses mental health with a seven-figure commitment to fund different types of counseling and hotlines led by experts in each field Travis also dedicated a seven fig expansion of the cactus youth Design Center in Houston supporting Young Artists and and designers with a newly funded program all of these different initiatives show that Travis is dedicated to helping his community and even before the astrofest stuff he was doing different charity events but it has really ramped up since then and very similar to charity is what this next rapper could be classified but he is more renowned and known as humble which leads us to our next virtue humility humility is known as being modest in self free of Pride or arrogance the rapper who owns humility doesn't need to prove that they are great to actually be great production along with a tireless dedication to pushing creative boundaries has resulted in the masterpieces that are his albums and honestly his discography as a whole and like I said before not just his music but his Venture into the fashion realm with all of his Yeezy products shows his determination to make an impact beyond the music scene as well y's ability to seamlessly blend that Artistry business and an insane work ethic showcases an individual who perfectly represents diligence patience is described as the capacity to accept or tolerate delay trouble or suffering without getting angry or upset and someone who's a perfect example is jid which if you are a big rap fan you have known this name for a while now but for the casuals he really only blew up around 2 years ago jid's journey in the music industry began with the release of his first mixtape Cakewalk in 2010 which would make it over 12 to 14 years until he really blew up if that does not show patience I don't know what does despite early mixtape releases jid's breakthrough into the industry came in 2017 when he signed with J Cole's dreamville label releasing the never story this marked the start of his real career in music which locked him in even more by the positive reception of DiCaprio 2 in 2018 and the forever story in 2022 jid has had pretty big placements with artists like DOA cat and Imagine Dragons having a lot of success on the charts but in my opinion his mainstream blow up really started with the song surround sound featuring 21 Savage which blew up a while ago when the forever story first came out but now is just exploding all over social media jid shows patience because this man here obviously worked really hard for a long time for the career that he built today went through that delay and I'm sure a lot of trouble as well to get where he's at with his Fame if he didn't have that patience who knows he might not even be in the rap game Temperance is described as the quality of moderation or self-restraint self-control is another big aspect of this and a rapper who represents this is Tyler The Creator Tyler the Creator has been pretty open about his choice to maintain sobriety revealing that he has never been drawn to drinking despite trying weed on two occasions when he was younger in 2020 Tyler participated in Converse's creative Allstar Series where he discussed his decision to stay sober and like I don't be out here saying it but like I just ever wanted to drink is just something that didn't interest me um and don't get me wrong like I've been hied twice in my life when I was 17 I smoked weed and I was like this is not fun going back to his limited encounters with weed he explained trying it at 17 and experimenting with an edible on a past New Year's Eve which led him to conclude that weed was not for him Tyler's avoidance of alcohol stems from his self-awareness of having an addictive personality showing a lot of concern that liking and also along with this he did not forget the people who brought him up producers who he has known which are kind of hated by his community to be honest he still uses them because they're in his inner circle I don't think anyone represents this as well as Uzi so yeah that's why he's here just look at him how could you not like this guy what a kind young fellow which leads us to the last virtue Chastity the definition of chasti is the state or practice of refraining from extramarital or especially at all sexual intercourse yeah this is a tough one chasti could also be known as Purity relaying oneself to one person so I think I'm going to stick to that definition of it instead cuz I don't think there is a single rapper who practices the original one let's talk about Ice Cube and
