Testing my DNA to find out why I am a bad person

hey there friends how's it going my name is Kevin and today we're gonna learn a little bit about me because I'm a bit of a strange subject and I really feel like this test isn't gonna work it's gonna come back negative it's gonna be like yo stop pranking us what did you put in this and I know these videos have been done before and people have used a DNA kit to figure out more about themselves but have they used to - DNA kits I don't think so they do slightly different things I think I think this one's more accurate like ancestry and this one tells you a little bit about your health and and it'll probably just come back like you were a broken human give up I think I'm gonna do this one first I think that's what we're going to do I mean apparently it'll tell me exactly where I'm from like it'll break down you know not exactly but it'll break down where my heritage comes from so we'll get people to blame for me and this is also the one that tells me about my health which I'm not honestly too excited for there's some things that's best left unknown I think and this is gonna tell me everything that could go wrong with me and I already feel like that's a lot this already looks too complicated luckily I think I just gotta spit in this thing that's one of my few skills it's like one of the only things I can actually manage spitting and drooling that's a lot of spit I gotta get right up to this fill line and like then I kind of do another one how much spit does the human body even have okay this is kind of gross I I feel like belt elfine or something see me spitting on camera for money this is [ __ ] gross what that's like no stupid at all how long am I gonna be here for apparently this says databases like 50 million people so that is kind of comforting that like 50 million people have been spitting into these things how much spit do I need oh wait hold on okay it's not actually the full thing it's actually only this amount because they've got like a little blank put in here but still that's a lot i've not filled it like at all well best get spitting it's not much but it's honest work how much do you think I could sell this on eBay for I bet I could make like 5 euros someone would probably buy it for the me it's taking a lot of spit out of me this is a lot of effort my job is tough I am assuming it's not including the bubbles because if so I've put in too much spit but I'm I'm no expert when it comes to spit how many times we gonna say spit in this one video I hope that sounds really nasty on the the mic I have a feeling it will I just hear like staring at my own spit yeah this is content okay now I need to close the funnel this this is very very delicate you have to be like at least a doctor to be doing this and I am a trained doctor close vial of my spit I don't know what it's mixed it with I don't like it it's got all wavy I don't know if you'll be able to see that I don't know why you'd want to see that I don't know why I'm showing you say hey you want to see some spit no strange man in the alley I'd rather not okay that was 23andme that's that one done now we got a do ancestry god I'm lucky that I'm just full of saliva today okay great this one says build a tube until your saliva not including bubbles is a door just above the wavy line okay great this feels less sciency it feels just like one of those cheese dip things again you know what's a little breadsticks but there's no cheesy goodness inside just another thing for me to spit him oh my god this is just as much spit required okay that's fun there was no noise it was vacuum sealed I don't like this this is weirder for some reason hey all that little spit there I apologize I didn't want you to see my spit flashback like two minutes and they're like want to see my spit okay this one's a lot grosser it doesn't protect you as much there's not as much here you know okay I think that's about right this isn't very fun you know maybe I should just play video games I'm the spitting isn't isn't really my thing you know and it used to be kind of a little hobby of mine but not so much anymore now drooling oh I like that oh I got spit on my desk god damn it alright this is gonna stabilize the DNA in my saliva see I like this one because it tells me a little bit more you know tells me what what is actually happening here it also told me to don't ingest the liquid and I was gonna it looks pretty good hurry hurry do science stuff hurry up oh it's actually working hurry he better give it a good shake apparently that's good smacking on my desk a second ago hurts in the next step was like do not shake it alright that is my DNA collected I'm so excited to find out who was responsible for this mess of a person now I got a register and then send these off and I get my results in 6 to 8 weeks so I guess you and I have to bid each other goodbye for now because once this part of the video is over I'm gone forever and then you'll be stuck with future Kevin and god knows what he's gonna turn out like probably a dick I do feel like he might be a bit more professional though like this this setup isn't that great I like this free gameplay but it's not super high def so I'll try and sort something out but for now I'm going to disappear forever I hope you've enjoyed me spinning and let's look forward to the results let's hope it doesn't say I'm gonna ancestry and then we're gonna move on to 23andme because I think the health one is making me anxious and when I'm anxious I'm funny so we'll just make me constantly anxious through the whole video hello Kevin the test is shown to matches as Kevin all right watch it okay so no surprise I'm a hundred percent Ireland and Scotland has discovered Ian his story I think it's just gonna be like a pin on the map like where my ancestors have lived for all their lives oh my God look at this what were we doing we're just going around in circle there's a lot from monster in general I thought there'd be some from like Northern Ireland maybe there is maybe there's just more from the south of Ireland Irish potato famine no don't remind me a tad he'll get PTSD one of our DNA matches where my relatives living 5th to 8th cousins I don't even know my second cousin's help help me make me interesting I had a feeling this one was gonna be boring thank God I did two tests and the other one might be a bit more interesting because this is boring it's like I'm blaming the website because I'm boring because I'm just 100% Irish well at least that like firmly stakes my claim to be the best Irish youtuber because I'm a hundred percent Irish like I'm no 99 percent or anything honestly I think you should have to be a hundred percent Irish to even qualify as an Irish youtuber wait I'm sure jacksepticeye did one of these what did he get but 34 percent British yes he's out running good look at this shock in his face I mean you can also argue that maybe it just makes him more interesting but I'm not gonna bring that off [ __ ] I already did I think that's me done here wow that was very expensive to just tell me that I am Irish like I already kind of assumed all right now on to the really interesting one I'm kind of scared of it because it's gonna tell me a lot about my health and I already feel like I'm falling apart I don't really need to know there's more down the road waiting for me I'm also not sure what the deal is with these I know one of them got a bit of flak for like is saying that they could use your DNA I'm not sure why they want to use mine anyway thank you they wanted to make like clones of someone or something go ahead you're in for a world of hurt ooh you're gonna want to die if you have to deal with any more than one of me and one is already pretty tough deciding whether or not you want to learn about these risks is a personal choice yes I do want to receive my health reports otherwise the video is not fun wait choose your health reports and they say genetic testing for these conditions in the general population is not currently recommended by any health care professional organisations the Alzheimer's Association a patient advocacy group also does not recommend genetic testing for Alzheimer's disease in the general population but you're gonna go ahead and do it anyway aren't you I'm just gonna go ahead and do everything if no health care professional agrees with it that's been pretty much my life choices so far anyway I'm scared it's like this that I don't want to know this stuff I just like I gotta know I can't say no at this point the option is there I have to take it all right we got a lot of reports on my ancestry a bit of research questions answered I've loads of relatives but we're gonna start with health and get that out of the way oh wait traits look at those I want to see what my traits there even though you could just look at me I guess and less likely to be able to match a musical pitch that is a hundred percent correct [Music] likely can smell and that's going on the resume like little upper back there likely no bald spot thank you it is total head hair up there it might it's it's ran well in my family you know I think my hair is gonna be around for a while thank God likely can't taste bitter taste you know I do actually have problems with my taste I can't identify taste so good I thought it said likely no left chin I was like people supposed to have a chin here likely blue or green eyes that's interesting because ever else in my immediate family is brown eyes well then it's my grandparents are dead blue eyes more likely than average to be afraid of heights that's true too about a 50/50 chance of having a fear of public speaking I'll be public speaking pretty soon maybe I did already depending on this video goes up at insomnia so we'll see we'll find out if I do or not likely lighter-skinned wrong I am tanned tall dark and handsome everyone says likely to wake up around 8:30 you are wrong that's interesting though cuz a lot of them were accurate I mean a lot of them were really big too so it's kind of hard to you know really go WOW you know me exactly but a lot of them were accurate it I'm just like just show it to me Oh oh my god this is so nerve-racking I don't know why I don't like it if you really have a warning on this kind of stuff there's something weird about them saying held highlights and having these in here and like slightly increased risks and stuff that doesn't seem like highlights to me well that went better than expected to be honest there was no thing like hit by cares more likely than average you something so that's a bit of a letdown wellness this is gonna just say fail people with your genetic results and typically process alcohol normally as a result they don't tend to flush bright red in the face or experience unpleasant symptoms like headaches of nausea after having just one drink I'll tell you right now that that's true I've tested it extensively and I seem to handle my drink just fine predisposed to weight above average I wouldn't say that at all I actually struggled to put on weight a lot muscle composition common and elite power athletes yep that's me itself would pack what's my health action plan don't tell me what I need to do to become a better person well you think I'm like some bodybuilder some things so I don't know if I should believe this don't smoke this is [ __ ] they don't know what they're talking about well that would better than expect that actually I really thought it was gonna tell me I'm falling apart I guess we can go onto ancestry now and I really hope this is like a hundred percent African or something I just want to at least say that there's a chance I'm not a hundred percent Irish and that would make it a 50/50 you know the end at all ancestry okay yeah that's accurate 99.1 percent British and Irish I'm assuming that's just gonna be Irish so you see this is way better now I'm just 99.1 percent Irish 0.7% broadly Northern European and 0.2% broadly European I'm Way more exotic than I thought I was you have 284 yonder tall variants this is more than 65% of 23andme customers you were 1st place out of your family and friends finally I've won one variant associated with your height does that make me tall cuz I'm okay with that that's all it says at least I got height so that I got being tall rather than less likely to sneeze after eating Daft chocolate I'd rather be more associated with the tall Neanderthals than the ones that were able to eat tap chocolate in silence that just shows you how many Irish people went to the States I have 800 DNA relatives in the states and 15 in Ireland I have one close family I hope I'm more than the under-told in them I have one relation that's like a second a third cousin it's one point eight two percent DNA shared I'm more neanderthal than I am linked to them Oh family and friends oh look those surprises there no one god this test is accurate learn about your relatives they are 67% less likely to drink instant coffee yeah we're an exciting bunch look at that I am way more exciting than we thought 180,000 years ago I was in Africa all right I took a long journey to get here I am Pat African and look I have a common ancestor Benjamin Franklin it says ten thousand years ago ah so he also belonged to V and V was from your vaguely I don't know well I guess we can thank me for electricity then well like my family but but you can just thank me and I'll pass on the message I think that's about everything I'm fairly pleased just the fact that I didn't say you were gonna die like I'm just glad it wasn't a single pin on the map on Ireland just pointing exactly to this tiny little location where my parents live well I guess
