amen let's praise the Lord how many of you enjoyed the worship a man is great to have live worship well you may take your seat where you want to go directly into our message and this message is it's like transforming it's transforming me I started studying for this particular message months and months ago and every time I handle it I actually study it every single day and God is just taking a life and turning it like a prism and I'm learning so much and I can tell you honestly and sincerely that if someone took me aside the day that I got saved and taught me this lesson I tell you my life would have been that's so different and it's just about understanding and comprehension sometimes you do things and you're doing it in the dark you're doing it because you know and you believe that it's right but you really don't have full understanding and comprehension of the principles and so in this series we're going to give you the principles give you an understanding of how life works and it's going to be fantastic it's going to be amazing this is going to be a game-changer for each one of you and so it's something to hit you it's permissible for you to say Amen hallelujah thank you Jesus amen and I'm praying that this group is not a dead group I'm praying that there's someone in here that is hungry that it's gonna make a demand over the anointing [Applause] there's nothing dead about me everything around me is like one big birthday party after another so if you are coming with a dead spirit we're gonna resurrect you amen so if the person on your left and right don't say Amen you were allotted for where us to share the Word of God Holy Spirit we recognize your presence let your anointing fall let us feel you in our atmosphere let us sense your presence we thank you Holy Spirit for being the greatest teacher of all we know that what we are doing is not by our might know by our power but is by your spirit and father we thank you for giving us the gift of the Holy Spirit we also thank you for your word your word is light and life for us it is a source of deliverance and healing it's a source of direction it gives us wisdom and it teaches us principles so that we can live life according to your original plan and purpose everyone that is gathered everyone that is partaking of this particular teaching I decree a revolution in their life a revolution of the anointing a revolution of the word of God of revolution of prayer that they would live their lives so that it is truly a testimony to those that are in darkness that man would see them as light and then they would see their good work and glorify you which is in heaven bless us now let no one leave like they came in Jesus name I decrease so that you may increase I bless you father for each person that pressed their way I thank your father for each person that is hearing this message that wherever they are right now wherever they are emotionally wherever they are psychologically wherever they are spiritually whether they are financial wherever they are professionally wherever they are in terms of their business wherever they are in their health wherever they are domestically right where they are give them a visitation clear the cobwebs from off of their spirit open up their eyes so that they can see the wonderful things from out of your word wake up those that are sleeping inspire those that are discouraged put a prophetic defibrillator on them that are blinded and have lost their way let them come to life for the dead things that have died illegally I pray that you would quicken it with your word everyone that is sitting under the auspices of the voice of the Holy Spirit I decree that the spirit of blindness has been lifted and the spirit of deafness will be cut that they will to be delivered from the spirit of deafness let them hear you let them see you let their eyes see again let the heart believe again remove the burden from offer their life and let them cast their kids upon you because you care for them there are so many people that are struggling in life they were struggling with their health they are struggling with their children they are struggling in the workplace but I decree that the struggle is over that you are going to give them principles and you're going to give them insight and they're going to break through father and they're going to be elevated and they're going to prosper and they're gonna succeed and they're gonna progress beyond all limitation I'd agree the anointing is lifting lids as lifting limitations I thank you all God that you are going to imbue them with with faith that their faith will not fail Ida green they are confiding the good fight of faith and that will not give up they will pursue they will overtake and they will recover everything that they lost in an old season father their head is lifted up their arms are lifted up their legs are gaining strength they are running through troops they are leaping over walls because it is you that gives them the victory now unto Him who is able to do the exceeding abundantly above all we can ask or think it's according to the power that works in us in Jesus name Amen when you forget the person announced to them last thing you're going to see me in this state they're gone and if I could get more volume I'm competing with the music in the monitors and if you notebooks your bibles amen and we're going to just through a do a walk we want to encourage you to make sure that you're taking notes you don't have to record anything everything is being recorded and we don't want you to miss a visitation from God so we want you to be really actively involved in what we are speaking if you would turn your Bibles with me to John 10:10 it's a familiar text very familiar text and we're going to be springboarding off of this particular scripture the Bible says that the thief cometh not but for to steal to kill and destroyed how many of you have ever had an occasion in your life were you knew that it had to be the devil amen it wasn't a deacon it wasn't your enemy it was the devil and when he came he stole something from you he killed something he destroyed something but your days of living with the devil having the upper hand in your life stealing and killing and destroying is over there is a promise right behind there the scripture says I am come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly this is a season for us to going after abundance God wants you to have an abundant life when we look at the Bible the Bible speaks of life and it uses many metaphors and today I want to talk to you about life mastery and in particular a school called life a school called life and I'm in part three of this particular teaching and tonight I want to focus if this is a school then I want to focus on your curriculum you cannot go to school and there'll be no syllabus and no curriculum and so we want to be able to show you what the curriculum is and then introduce you to your teachers and then one by one we're going to take the lessons together but the Bible speaks of and uses many metaphors to describe life number one one of the metaphors that it uses is from out of job chapter 20 verse 8 when it says that life is like a dream that flies away and I decree and declare that you're going to live life to its fullest and you're gonna live the life of your dreams the devil will never penetrate your deem'd dreamscape in this season and I decree and declare you're gonna keep dreaming and the devil will not replace it with nightmares I decree that God is not only gonna give you a personal dream but he's also going to give you a dream that is going to change the landscape of communities and industries and families and government and nation I decree and declare that even as he gave the people such as Joseph a dream I decreed that in your family you are going to be the Joseph and you're going to begin to figure out why things are the way they are or where they were the way they were in the past because you're gonna have instructors that are going to instruct you through this next season in your life the Scriptures also said in first chronicles 29 and 15 that life is a shadow that disappears I decree and declare that the shadows may disappear but you will always be connected with the light I decree and declare this over your life that if life indeed is like a shadow you will never know a dark day you will always have light that shines and when we think about a shadow a shadow is casted when you have a blocking agent in front of the stream of light and when there's a blocking agent then there's going to be a shadow the scripture says that nothing shall separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus so we know that shadow is not the devil the Bible says though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death that means wherever you go God is with you because God in the light and nothing will separate you so you're seeing your own shadow I decree that this is the last day you're gonna be shadowboxing i decree that you will not be afraid of your own shadow that you will keep your eyes on the light and don't you walk through the valley of the shadow of death I've discovered that in order to conquer mountains you got to go through shadow a good through valleys and in the valleys you will see the shadow but when you get on top of the mountain you are going to be lighting up the world the Bible says that you are the light of the world and I decree that you're going to make it through all of your valleys and as you go as you go through a degree you will not give up in this season number three the Bible said according to Joel chapter seven verse number nine that life is like a cloud that vanishes and I had two different revelations here and I want to say this in the form of a declaration I decree from today on if you are living under a sky that is filled with clouds I decree there showers of blessings i decree that you will live all the days of your life with showers of blessing and this is the last day that you're gonna live in drought or in dryness your season of drought is over and your season of dryness is over and your seasons of showers of blessing filling your life is him the scripture says that life according to John chapter 14 verses 1 to 2 is like flowers that dies I decree that you are not just a flower you are a tree planted by the rivers of water your leaves will not wither and whatsoever you do shall prosper 1st Timothy 1 24 to 25 says that life is like grass that withers and everyone knows that grass wants it withers it becomes a desert I decree and declare that your life will never let me live in a desert i decree everything around you is green there is a saying that the grass is always greener on the other side and I decree you on the other side that people are talking about that your grass is always greener number 6 James 4 and 14 says that life is a vapor that vanishes that means life happens really fast that means that you've got to live your life to its fullest before it vanishes I decree and declare that in this season the comma you are not going to waste any time with individuals that cannot enhance your life I decree that you will not have any wasted moments any wasted seconds I decree that you are harnessing everything that you have and you were focused on your assignment and you were focused on fulfilling your purpose and I decree every destructor or distraction is being eliminated from your life and you are not afraid to walk away from things and people that have become a distractor and you don't have to wait for them to say goodbye give yourself a going-away party number seven life is like a mere breath and you know this is psalm thirty nine and five people inhale and they wait to the end of their life to exhale but I decree and declare you will not wait to the end of your life to exhale God is a God of inspiration inspiration means to breathe in and what God breathes in I decree and declare you are breathing out I decree and declare that life will never take your breath away i decree God is gonna bless you with so much that everyone that sees you is gonna be left breathless I decree and declare that light will never knock the wind out of you I decree you are going to run and you are getting your second wind and you are going to end every year strong I decree it over your life and it is shown in some 39 and three it says the life is as nothing and this is a nihilist statement in other words they feel like it's not worth living but jesus said I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly i decree every morning you awaken you are going to awaken to a party that you throw for yourself i decree and declare you're gonna wake up smiling you're gonna go to bed at smiling and you're gonna go through your day smiling I decree and declare you will never have a nihilist attitude I decree every day you wake up I decree that you will be asking God God I know that there's only 24 hours in a day but I'm having such a good time can you end another to another 24 hours so I don't have to go to sleep there are so many people that are sleeping their life away because they're they are depressed but I decree at the end of your day you are going to live life to its fullest you are going to deserve the rest i decree that you are going to be progressing and succeeding until the devil will have a headache and he will not bother you when you go to sleep because they would say this one right here walked into my kingdom and snatch this victory I decree and declare God is placing happiness into your life and enjoyment into your life and you are squeezing every second out of every minute and every minute out of every hour I decree and declare you are enjoying your life you are enjoying everything about your life you are enjoying parenting you are enjoying being married if you are single you're in joy being single I decree and declare you are enjoying your children and your children are enjoying you I decree you enjoy the drive to work I decree you enjoy the job that you have I decree you enjoy the job getting good coming back home the scripture says you're down sitting is blessed your uprising is blessed when you go out you're blessed when you come in you're blessed the word blessed not only means hallelujah that you are beneficiary of a benefactor but it also means to be happy I decree and declare the blessing of the Lord has overtaken you and that you're wearing the blessing well turn to your neighbor and tell them blessing the blessing looks good on you hallelujah not only that but Psalm thirty nine and six it says a strange thing that life is a like of ten tum' and I thought for a moment and it simply means that one minute it's here and the next minute it is gone I decree and declare you will never be controlled by the idea of a phantom nor fear principalities or powers or rulers of the darkness of this world I decree and declare you are being led and protected by the presence and the power and the provisions not of an evil spirit but of the holy spirit i decree and declare you were filled with the holy spirit life life is spoken off in many metaphors and another metaphor for life is Psalm 90 and 9 and it says that life is like a sign in other words you are disappointed with what you got out of life I decree that your days of disappointment are over that God is changing your size and sorrows into songs and singing a hallelujah I decree that you will never sigh another day in life because you are disappointed I decreed this is the last day of disappointment I decreed that you are going to be like David when he said my expectations are of the Lord I decree that you will not lower your expectations but you will lower your expectations of man because the man will disappoint you but God will never disappoint you God is not in the business of meeting your expectations he's in the business of exceeding your expectation and I decree and declare that you're disappointing days are over man are going to be man so let man be man and women be women but let your God be your God he is going to fill your life in the season to come and then there's another metaphor for life Psalm 78 verse 39 says that life is like a whim that passes and when there's something that you cannot control but I decree and declare that the next winds that blow will not be your winds of destruction I decree that till you rock lit in winds of the spirit of blowing blessings into your life with gale-force in the days to come I decree and declare that your blessings are gonna be out of control you're not gonna be able to block do to control it you're gonna be blessed on your right hand blessed on your lap everybody that sees you is going to bless you I decree and declare they're gonna bless you with opportunities they're gonna bless you with network they're gonna neck bless you with inside information they're gonna bless you with patterns are gonna bless you with patents they're gonna bless you with trade secrets they're gonna bless you with trademarks I decree and declare they're gonna bless you with property I decree and declare that your blessings are going to blow into your life hallelujah with great gale-force in this season a Paul wanted to weigh in and Paul did not see life like other people Sauron he didn't see it like a dream he didn't see it like a shadow he didn't see it like a cloud he didn't see it like a flower he didn't see it like vapor or a breath or nothing or a phantom or a sigh or winner when Paul decided that he wanted to explain to you an eye what life is a life he wrote it to the Corinthian church in first Corinthians chapter 4 verse 15 if you can go there with me please when Paul's so like Paul saw life as a school and he said for though you have ten thousand instructors in Christ ye yet ye have not many fathers for in Christ Jesus I've begotten you through the gospel and as we talked in a previous teaching this is very important because of Paul understood that it was the responsibility of the good father who was was from Royal stock a good father who was from the upper class who had the means what they would do they would give their children they would give them tutors and governors and so he stood as a father to be able to say that I'm your spiritual father and I want you to know that when I send you out I'm gonna send you out with your pedagogy's I'm gonna send you out with your tutors I'm gonna send you out with your governor because those that were wealthy and those that were a part of the upper class and those that were a part of a royal family they would not allow any of their children to go unattended they would always have for each one of the children a governor and a tutor the governor was responsible for moral character development and the tutor was responsible for intellectual development and I decree and declare that you will begin to understand that you are in your father's house and even as the natural father saw it necessary to give them instructors or tutors so it is with your Heavenly Father he is not going to let you go out in life without having your personal instructors so for every believer God has given you your personal instructor and it's just that we have studied so much about spiritual fathers and mothers no one has trained us to sit and become a disciple or student of our instructor that means for every believer who is ever born again you will be trained in the academy of spiritual protocol you will matriculate through the school of the Holy Spirit and you will graduate from Kingdom University I decree and declare you will not be a dropout and when you graduate you're gonna graduate with honors I decree and declare a valedictorian is here I decree and declare a salutatorian is here Jesus taking his disciples as student then he was referred to as a rabbi in John chapter 3 we recognize here is Nicodemus and he is a government official and he is an intellect and he caught he said rabbi we know that thou art a teacher come from God in other words he was able to identify Jesus as one of his instructors and he was able to ask questions from a lesson that Jesus was teaching about the kingdom who do you turn to that has the skill and the ability to understand life I know a lot of people understand church and they understand religion but who around you really understand life who has been through life that can help you to connect the dots but you are going to be a graduate of Kingdom University you are going to be a graduate of the school of the Holy Spirit and you're going to be trained at the Academy of spiritual protocol there are so many people that have talents and skill and ability but they don't have the protocol of the spirit and it means that you set a lid over your life once you are promoted but you don't understand the protocol in the next round that you are living in it is possible that it can deep fold to the old realm that you came from but I decree and declare there is going to be no default that is necessary in this season to come you are going to posture yourself as a student of the Holy Spirit and you are going to be sent out in life and when you are sent out in life you are going to learn your lessons so that you don't have to repeat a class this is why you have people in and out of your life you get rid of one person but another person comes with a different name of the same spirit it is because you have never ever passed your test but I decree and declare you are not gonna be a dropout and you're gonna ace every test and this is the last test in life you're going to fail and so in this school and in this Academy and in this university you have the president CEO and founder and the president CEO and founder of this great educational system the school called life is gone himself and the Provost is Jesus Christ your Board of Regents is the angelic host your department heads our leadership your supervisors your mother your father your employers your mentors your coats your role models and the fivefold ministry give this a school called life also has a principal and your principal is wisdom the Bible said that wisdom is the principle and then you have a proctor someone that supervises your tests and your Proctor is mr. fiery trials and missus tests you have a syllabus and you have a curriculum curriculum and your syllabus and your curriculum is drawn from the institution's library and the institution's library consists of 66 books which are all designed specifically for each student to maximize their potential to fulfill purpose to grow holistically to progress succeed and prosper and to live as God's representative and then this institution has teachers and instructors and your teachers and instructors are assigned to teach you your lesson so today I want to introduce you to your teachers but I also want to give you an overview of your syllabus for the Lite lesson you will learn so I want you to take out your notepads brothers and sisters because class is now in session your first teacher and their syllabus is experience and experiences teach you about the nature of God and in discovering who God is you discover who you are in the process Ecclesiastes 1:16 says I commune with my own heart saying lo I come to great estate and have gotten more wisdom than all day that have before me in Jerusalem yeah my heart had great experience of wisdom and knowledge I decree and declare that you are not only going to be a hearer of the word you are going to be a doer of the word and it's going to affect the experiences that you have in life your second teacher or instructor is the word of God the Bible said we will shall a young man cleanse his ways and you're gonna cleanse your ways by the Word of God the Word of God is your life manual and it is a divine library that is open 24/7 for you to study and final references for every challenge in life when it comes to the Word of God there are nine metaphors for the word of God the Word of God is the length that shines so that you will never have to go through life in the dark this is psalm 119 verses verses a 105 the Word of God is a light that guides some 119:105 the Word of God is a two-edged sword that pierces Hebrews four and twelve the Word of God is a mirror that reveals and reflects James 1 and 23 the Word of God is a seed that germinates first Peter 1:23 the Word of God is milk that nourishes first Peter 2 and dreamed the word is meat that fortifies Hebrews 5 and 14 the Word of God is a fire that consumes and purifies Jeremiah 23:29 the Word of God is a hammer that shatters Jeremiah 23:29 here my brothers and sisters I present you with your second instructor the Word of God brothers and sisters permit me to introduce your third instructor your third instructor is rejection rejection is divine redirection that teaches you to value your greatness and who God made you to be rejection is one of the greatest teachers because rejection will teach you hallelujah that just because you have lost favor with others but it's called just because you have lost a position in the workplace just because you have lost a relationship because you wanted to be who you were in the process of losing all those things you are going to find yourself up you are going to discover your work you are going to discover your dignity so I don't want you to miss that class late and gentlemen brothers and sisters have let me introduce you to your next instructor your next instructor is a loss loss will teach you Values Clarification and it will show you how to value what you had when you have it while you have it my mother used to tell me Cindy you're not gonna miss the water until the well runs dry you're not gonna miss your hell until you're sick you won't miss companionship until a divorce you won't miss your sight until you're blind you won't miss your ability until you are you can uh uh uh uh don't have a platform to perform it on and what this particular lesson is about when you lose something you're going to learn how to live with gratitude you're gonna learn the art of saying thank you you're going to learn the importance of understanding and all things give thanks for this is the will of God before Christ Jesus nothing and no one comes to stay forever and this is where you learn not to take for granted of the little things you will never take for granted after you go through this course of your eyesight or your health or your ability to walk or your ability to hear you've got to understand that loss is an instructor brothers and sisters I want to introduce you to your next instructor and your next instructor is death and what does that teach you that teaches you how fragile life is and how to lever to value life and time Ecclesiastes 3 says to everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under the heaven a time to be born in a time to die in other words there's a time for conception and there's also a time for expiration there's a time for something to exist but everything has an expiration date and that means that they are both on the same continuum a time to be born and a time to die I decree and declare you will never ever from this day onward missed a divine timetable of God that all your experiences are time sensitive every assignment is time sensitive every relationship has a time attached to it and I decree and declare you are going to learn from death that you are going to learn how fragile everything around you is and you're going to learn to value everything and everyone that God places in your life ladies and gentlemen I've got to move on and our next instructor is opportunity opportunity teaches you how to maximize your potential and the value of preparation I decree and declare that this is the last season that you will be presented with an opportunity that you will not be prepared for i decree you're gonna pray and you're gonna pray at a different level can you imagine God giving them hallelujah God given Noah the heads-up that the season was changing in the earth and God was giving heads-up that there will be new trends and there was going to be a revolution and there were going to be new mega trends that would sweep the average person away in the current of change can you imagine if no-one ever listened to God and gone instructing him to build a structure that was able to ride the waves of change while everybody else was swept away in the current of change this world is getting ready for the full up Industrial Revolution and many professions that we hold dear to us is no longer going to be and those of you that are in the workplace it's time for you to begin to pray differently even those that are doctors will have to work differently even those that are lawyers are going to have to work differently and many of the businesses that some of you are working for they will no longer exist because the world is changing do you not know that we were just talking about Suri and Alexis and everybody is afraid of Alexis but Suri and Alexis is going to have another companion named Geneva and Geneva is gonna run your entire house you've got to know that when they gave five g5g connects the entire world that means with facial recognition hallelujah and you're gonna have lights on you're gonna have cameras on every light and you were going to be watched can you imagine that God already said that my eyes run to and fro that man is only just connecting with what God already done and technology is catching up but listen to me carefully as in the days of Noah so shall it be at the coming of the Lord they were eating and drinking and they were giving a marriage until the flood came you gotta understand that the flood came but God gave him an opportunity to build a structure so that he could ride the currents of change I decree and declare in the next fourth Industrial Revolution you are not going to be swept away by currents of change I decree and declare you are going to be ahead of the curve you are going to rebuild your life this is very important for you to understand that those that will be relevant in the workplace in 2020 and Beyond will be those that have the ability to learn to unlearn and to relearn if you are stuck on one way of doing things if you are stuck on one way of doing ministry you are stuck on one way writing books you are stuck on one way doing you know your day-to-day or discharging your day-to-day responsibilities in the workplace you are going to be obsolete and unemployable but I'd agree declare it will not be you that you will begin to pray and hear God give you instruction because the opportunity is going to come we have so many world problems and this is the time for the church to stop hanging out in the shadows and step forward in the light we talk too much we are we are we are commentators and spectator but nobody is bringing any new models to the table but I decree the anointing of Joseph is upon you the anointing of Daniel is upon you the anointing of Mordechai is upon you the anointing of jay-bez is upon you the anointing of Daniel is upon you the anointing of David is upon you i decree you are an innovator i decree that your creative juices are flowing god said i know the thoughts i think towards you thoughts of good not of evil to bring you to a to a expected end why should a an individual from outside of the church always be the one that is leading change you are an agent of change but i'm gonna tell you the hardest thing to do is for you to change we want everybody around us to change we want our husband to change we want our children to change but we get to remain at the same but i decree and declare that you are going to change because you are being conformed into the image of your father turn to your neighbor and say you go first hallelujah you change you'll be the first to change in your family you'll be the first to change in the workplace you'll be the first to change in the ministry i decree and declare that God is raising up agents of change i decree you're an instrument of change and when the opportunities come you're gonna be first to the market i decree you are not gonna be a day late and a dollar short I decree you are stepping forward and you are allowing got to download a new model you allowing God to download new patterns you are allowing God to download new patterns you allowing God to download new intellectual property you were allowing God to download hallelujah new solutions to problems you were allowing God to give you answers hallelujah took the problems that are plaguing the world and the issues that have gone unanswered I decree and declare you are the answer I decree and declare you are a sharp threshing instrument in the hand of God and that's you're bringing I decree and declare you will see yourself as the answer clap your hands and shout I am the answer glory to God ladies and gentlemen I want to introduce you to your 7th instructor and your 7 instructor 77 instructor if the 7th instructor is problems and crises and problems and crises is is there to expose your potential number 8 I want to introduce you to your 8th instructor and that is time what does time teach you time teaches you patience time also teaches you teaches you urgently and the danger of procrastination and one of my favorite quotes it's from Lord Chesterfield know the true value of time snatch it sneeze seize it enjoy every moment of it no I don't know procrastination never put off tomorrow what you could do today so time is a teacher this is what David said so teach me to number my days that I will apply my heart to wisdom 1st Corinthians I think it's chapter 4 verse 1 where Paul is talking to the Corinthians church he said let a man so account of us as the ministers of Christ the word account is the shortened form of accountant and we know that accountants are one of the oldest professions in in the universe the oldest profession in the universe is actually prostitution but the oldest amongst the oldest for real for real but one of the oldest a one of the oldest profession a man and is accounting and and Paul would say look David said teach me to number my days he was talking about giving an account for every day that he lived on the earth round you see you're giving 24 hours and at the end of the day whatever is left is what you account for can you account for last week can you account for last month do you have anything to show for you being in this world and some people are gonna live all their lives but have nothing to show for it another generation will not even acknowledge them not even your family would even remember that you live how could you live a life and not leave it in debt not leave a debt into this world I decree and declare that you will leave a dent in your industry you're gonna leave a dent in culture you're gonna leave a dent in technology you are going to leave a dent in education you're gonna leave a dent in science wherever God has planted you whatever field you are working in you are going to leave a dent and you're gonna have to maximize your potential because one day you are going to stand before God to give an account for how you spent your life therefore life has its own balance sheet your birth is your opening stuff time is your credit how you use your time is your debit your ideas are your assets your bad habits are your liability your name your character and reputation is your capital your successes are your profit your failures are your losses your education friendship and knowledge is your investment your age is your depreciation your depth is the closing stock your purpose purpose is your accountant and God is your auditor and you are going to be audited hallelujah and gone is going to look at your balance sheet hallelujah and you are going to give an account of your time ladies and gentlemen I want to stay here with this particular instructor but I must move on your next instructor is enemies and critics they are twins and they teach together and they teach us the gaps that are in our character listen to me carefully your enemies are important and your critics are important why because they're teaching you that gets in your character and they're teaching you the gaps in your brand you are saying one thing but you're living another you are not living on brand and your enemies and your critics are gonna call you out for it so your critics and your enemies become your teachers they also teach you our value in the marketplace therefore when you look at David and you look at Goliath you could tell because that was the enemy of Israel and David was able to win a battle over Goliath you've got to understand this that when your enemies appear they're not appearing to destroy you they're appearing to expose who you really are hallelujah the next ladies and gentlemen I want to stay right here but I've got to introduce you to your next instructor your next instructor is history history teaches us the strength of the human spirit write that down your next instructor number 11 your next instructor is nature nature teaches us about God and that he created everything and everyone has a purpose number 12 children are your instructors one of the things that Jesus said in I think it's Mark chapter 10 verse 14 to 15 he said but when Jesus saw it he was much displeased this is with the disciples and said unto them suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not for such is the kingdom of God very really verily I say unto you whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child he shall not enter in so children are your teacher Albert Einstein said something interesting he said the pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all of our lives and so children are going to teach us how to remain flexible how to have fun in life how not to take ourselves seriously children are going to teach us number thirteen this is your 13 instructor and that is pain and suffering and pain and suffering teaches you how to be resilient and how to use your pain points as prayer points so your pain point should be crafted as your prayer points and your prayer points will point you to your assignment so pain and suffering has to do with your assignment I see one person that got that and number fourteen ladies and gentlemen brothers and sisters class is now this is like your assembly so we're having an assembly and we're going to explain to you who your next teacher is and introduce you to your next teachers teacher ladies and gentlemen your next instructor is the Spirit of God he teaches you the ways of God and we're gonna spend a lot of time with this particular instructor the Holy Spirit the Spirit of God he's going to teach you the ways of God number 15 your next instructor is truth truth is going to teach you how to live with freedom without lids without limitations and without restrictions john 8:32 says and you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free in other words you're gonna live without limitations you're gonna live with our lids you're gonna live without restrictions you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free ladies and gentlemen brothers and sisters I'm gonna introduce you to the next instructor and your next instructor is you of family and your family teaches you citizenship and the value of community but what you did not get in your first house you're gonna get in your second house in my father's house are many mentioned Ephesians 2:19 says now therefore you were no no more strangers and foreigners but fellow-citizens with the Saints of the household of God ladies and gentlemen let me present to you another lecturer in the school called life and that is friendship association and networks and their triplets you had twins earlier I want to present to you your triplets your triplets are you a mirror of self so if you want to know who you are examine the five friends that are around you if you want to know who you are examine your associates and networks why because they are a mirror and they're here to teach you more about yourself number eighteen your instructor that we are presenting right now brothers and sisters are the elders your age the age wisdom they teach you wisdom and perspective the Bible says in a job thirty-two and seven your day should speak and multitude of years should teach wisdom and so we're going to learn a whole lot about life and learning and how to look back we're going to begin to teach you about not only the eight stages of spiritual maturation but we're going to teach you about the four phases of life and you're going to grow in phases and then you're gonna begin to understand why it is that you're hard-headed fifteen year old and sixteen year old and seventeen year old an eighteen year old a nineteen year old and 20 and 21 22 23 and 24 and 25 or know-it-alls and why they take risk and as it is in the natural so it is in the spiritual we're gonna begin to teach you what happens in your first year and your second you and your third year and your four pure and your fifth you and your six year legal seven-year and why it is after a while when you've been saved for about thirteen or fourteen and fifteen while all of a sudden you become a rebel you don't want to submit to anybody you want to do your own thing because you're grown but we're going to show you what happens and during those ages of spiritual growth and many of you I tell you if you had this information raising your teenagers you wouldn't have had the heartache you wouldn't have been sitting up as long as you where are you with as you set up you wouldn't be banging your head you've got to understand the world that they live in and how their brain is wired as in the natural so it is in the spiritual when you come to babes in Christ is different from instructing someone that has been saved 15 years or 20 years but if they have not fades gone through the phase that means they're stuck in a phase and this is why you see people after 20 30 40 years they are stopped and this is what Paul said when you should be teachers you have need that one teaches you again you may be a mature but you excuse me you might be have been saved for a long time but you don't have spiritual maturation you're not mature in the things of the Lord this is the ages brothers and sisters ladies and gentlemen I don't have a few more instructors to introduce you to we have mistakes and trial and error that is up next mistakes and mistakes teaches you how the beamers persistent how to never give up mistakes is the tuition you pay for your future success and the thing about it is all the mistakes don't have to be yours and after after you turn 25 you should be able to listen turn to your neighbor and say listen you're acting like a teenager listen listen teenagers know it all they flap their lips amen anybody that's age don't know anything they're not hip until they get older and then all of a sudden they thank their mother for the wisdom that she gave but this is how they should be you don't throw your sons and your daughters away just because they're having moments of rebellion they're gonna come back home you just the ones that want to be rebellious you let them go with your blessing you never ever hold someone with guilt you give them permission go find yourself I'm gonna be right here when you come back cuz you will come back are you with me amen number 20 ladies and gentlemen I want to introduce you to your next instructor and that is culture are you still with me say Amen every now and then his culture and culture is gonna teach us the value of humanity as the multi-faceted expression of God not everybody's gonna look like us like us not everybody's gonna worship like us not everybody's gonna want to worship with us and a lot of people talk about well that's prejudice it may not be prejudice it may be preference people have preferences and just because someone prefers to be with someone else it doesn't mean that they're prejudiced they just prefer are you with me are you getting this and so a lot of things that we we repeat in church that has divided the church I'm praying that people would learn how not to do that is fine if you want to hang out with the rockers and that's the church you want to go to and somebody else wants to hang out with you know a more conservative Church some like it hot some like a cold some like it in the pot nine days old but we're gonna learn cuz culture is going to show us how to celebrate all the beautiful expressions of God that he's displaying in humanity and number 21 your mentors your coaches your role models teaches you several things number one IQ number two EQ number three CQ and number 4sq squid write it down IQ EQ you know what IQ is you know what EQ is but they're also gonna teach you see Q and s Q squared write that down and I'ma float that as a balloon your mentors your coaches your role models it's possible that your pastor can be also also be your coach your pastor could also be your role model your pastor could also be your mentor it depends on what part of his mental you're going to pull from but it also might mean that you have a pastor but you also have a mentor you also have a coach so it's possible to have several different people and then your role models are not necessarily people that you have access to you read about them you watch their life they're at a distance but your mentors your coaches and your role models are their IQ EQ C Q and s Q squared and then the last two that you will learn from number one listening the last two and this is number 22 this is your instructors number 22 listening will give you perspective you've got two ears one mouth to listen more and talk less you're gonna learn listening is not the same thing as hearing you can hear but are you listening and so when someone said do you hear me especially you know when it comes to kids and teenagers you hear what I'm saying yes mam and they have an attitude but they're not listening they're already giving you the hand in their mind but listening gives you perspective you got to learn how to listen to people that have different perspectives because it's going to help you number 23 is life long learning lifelong learning teaches you how to stay on the cutting edge listen to me carefully when you won't on the cutting edge you're going to get cut and the cutting edge is going to cut away superfluous things things you cannot use in the next season things that you got to give up things that you got to cast away so when you move to the cutting edge it simply means that you're going to be challenged to the next level and you're gonna keep your brain nice and spongy and being a lifelong learner is it's about acquiring new knowledge it's about learning unlearning relearning it's about acquiring new skills it's about becoming competent it's about becoming it's about self mastery it's about familiarizing it's about experiencing it's about increasing your skill base it's about understanding it's about ascertaining it's about self actualization it's about gaining wisdom and you are going to be a student of lifelong learning and then number twenty-five last instructor ladies and gentlemen brothers and sisters is the prophetic and the prophetic is a teacher that reveals the mind of God Amos 3:7 2:8 surely the Lord God will do nothing but he revealed his secret unto the servants the prophet the lion had roared who will hear or who will not fear the Lord God shall speak who came by prophesy and I forgot I had 24 and as I was studying the Holy Spirit gave me the last one the last last one so this is the icing on the cake number 25 and he gave me this today as I was studying this out during my devotions he said Cindy you forgot one and I said what the fivefold ministry gifts and the fivefold ministry gifts is there to help you with spiritual maturation Ephesians 4:12 2:13 they are given for the perfecting of the Saints for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ till we all come to the unity of faith and the knowledge of the Son of God unto a perfect man unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ we grow up I want to end with on this note this is a note about your text books in the school called life you do have recesses you do have lunch breaks you do get home passes legitimate hall passes and you do have laboratories life is going to be filled with a lot of laboratories where you get to test your skill you test your ability you test yourself and in laboratory sometimes things blow up my life is a laboratory 80% of what I do blows up I still got my eyes I wear my goggles the 20% that I get right gave me my success and prosperity just imagine if someone stood in front of me when I was 17 years old and gave my heart to the Lord and sat down and said you have spiritual mothers and fathers but Cindy you also have instructors you have ten thousand instructors but let me just give you a few I would have looked at life differently I remember my darkest darkest hours remember navigating through life and not understanding if I knew that life gave you the test first and you learned the lesson second I would have looked at the test so differently I would have been more eager and spiritually to go through any Testament if I knew what I knew about rejection if I knew what I knew while I always hung around their age people at 17 my best friend with 54 I should have been the babysitter they were my best friends but just imagine if someone took you aside when you were 15 and 16 and 17 18 18 to begin to teach you they begin to talk to you about what's going on between the ages of 13 and 25 that nothing's wrong with you you're right where you should be but after 25 if you're still doing that stuff you've got Arrested Development what if they didn't judge you at 2 & 3 & 4 but if they didn't control all your emotions that made you feel like somehow what you were feeling was wrong but they showed you how to channel it what if you didn't get it in your first house which came to the second house they were able to teach you they were able to give you instructions so that you didn't feel like a victim when the student is ready the teacher appears maybe I wasn't worried back then but I'm certainly ready now and a mature enough and old enough to look back because I'm in the fourth phase in that stage but phase I'm in the eighth stage is only eight stages but I'm in the eighth stage of spiritual maturation where have a responsibility to my sons and my daughters and I want all of my sons and daughters to mature not just my sons and daughters to all of my constituents I'm in the fourth stage or sports phase of growth and development and this is where we're talking about the intellectual but also the character not just capacity but your character where now I am mature enough to look back and start connecting dots and give you wisdom I cannot live your life for you because if I stop living mine to live yours who's gonna live mine but I can live mine I can learn and connect the dots and stand before you as a mother in Zion the mother of Nations and give you the wisdom and pray that you will be able to sit with it until you internalize it so as you go through you'll be able to say oh this was an instructor and it was a horrible student this was an instructor and I was in the hall when I should have been in class and this was the instructor and I played hooky and this was the instructor and I was a dropout but just like you have 89 year olds that are going back to school class is now in session and so I'm going to give you your textbook your textbook is your library psalm 119 verse 72 says this is the message translation my troubles turned out all for the best they forced me to learn from your textbook and so your syllabus and your curriculum is drawn from the institution's library comprised of 66 books all designed specifically for each student to maximize their potential to fulfill purpose to grow holistically to progress to succeed to prosper delivers God's representative your library is the Bible the Bible is a collection of writing from different writings at different times and during different epochs of human history and it's accentuated by the superpower of that day and in some ways when you know the context of the writings it gives it us the ability to approach the Bible differently because we have the ability to read it in chunks rather than needing to read the whole Bible and everything book of the Bible was meant for you to read it in one sitting from start to finish so that you have continuity and so the shortest book in the Bible is second John everybody should be able to read second John it's the shortest there John is the next shortest and then you've got Obadiah that's a short book Jude is a short book you could sit down and read it from cover to cover but the longest book of the Bible is not Psalms it's not Genesis the longest book of the Bible believe it or not it's Jeremiah it's a long book but nonetheless it's meant for you to read it in one setting and so I want to charge you when you go home tonight when you leave your life groups I want you to take the shortest book it could be third John second John Obadiah could be Jude read it in one setting and extrapolate the lessons from there then I want you to tackle Jeremiah in a week read the whole book of jeremiah these books are written by brilliant people not so that we could stand back and admire all these great people in the Bible because the age that they live in was modern for them in another 10 years they're gonna look back at this year and say that we were ancient but we're living in modern days what we call modern and each book means something so as you walk out of here I present to you your library Genesis the book of beginning and conceptions a book of new beginnings in the book of beginning again if you want to know how to begin again if you were beginning to something read Genesis it's gonna talk to you about the struggles and triumphs and failures this book if you were looking at it is a book of the wounds the birthing out something that is being incubated when you go to the book of Exodus you have the birthing out of a nation neck's it is is a book Genesis is a book of conception Exodus is a book of incubation and birthing out so you see a whole nation being incubated and then you see them birthed out or delivered so this is a book that you're gonna study it on how do I come out of bondage how do I overcome restrictions and limitations how do I leave my past behind how do I get rid of habits that are enslaving me Leviticus is a book of toddler what do I do when I'm a toddler in the things of the Lord it talks to you about worshipping and why worshiping is important it's a book that gives you instructions traditionally written by Moses numbers is a book about spiritual adolescence look at number Israel fails to trust God they start wondering doing their own thing they're hard-headed they're not listening to God as their father so this is numbers if you want to know what to do with your teenagers read the book of numbers Deuteronomy is Moses giving instructions it means the second law and it recaps the laws of Exodus and numbers and how to obey God Joshua is a book of maturation they're maturing now they're an army they're going in to possess their possession this is how you possess your possession how you conquer your enemies Jen judges is about breaking cycles because you see just the cycles they turn to God and they fall away into captivity and then they cry out and then they turn to God again and then they're oppressed and captive again and it's about really how do how do I break the cycles Ruth is about how do I survive loss and how do I bounce back First Samuel is about kingship and understanding what it takes to be a king heavy is the head that wears the crown and if we look at kingship as leadership it's one of the same thing that's first time you'll second Samuel is about the replacement what happens it by default someone is moved out of position and you're moved in how should you operate this is in the workplace what should you do you shouldn't you shouldn't do the same thing the previous did if you're going into ministry and say you're the first fruit out of the womb of a ministry you're able to stand back and look in your you're able to say this is what I learned I'm not gonna repeat this you don't judge but you just don't repeat and and and this is what I need to bolster in but David compromised in a lot of ways because he didn't have true spiritual a true spiritual father he just wanted a father a father or father and here's this leader who had never led a nation before made all kinds of mistakes but yet he maintained honor and respect for previous generation this generation has lost their ability to honor we don't honor God we don't honor our leaders we don't even honor our parents if you do not honor the parents in your first house you will never honor the parents in your second house we've lost the ability to honor so this this this is a book on what it means to honor do you have do you have a little more juice you have just a little more juice can I just give you a little bit more are you listening on what's happening there all right all right I know it's 66 books but I'm gonna finish here first Kings first kings it's 66 books I'm only on first King so I'm gonna do it really fast first Kings is about Kingdom life it's about living with pea and prosperity you see King Solomon and then you see the kingdom splitting it's it's a fantastic book in what what to do with your spiritual sons and daughters so that they have succession without causing a church splint first Kings is about Solomon second Kings is about both kingdoms and both of them are ignoring God till I fell into captivity and they lost ground how to keep from losing ground one of the kingdoms listen to the elders the other was split into two the northern and the southern one listen to the elders to others listen to their peers don't listen to your peers don't don't ever allow someone to give you instructions if they're not walking it out themselves you know I don't take instructions from someone philosophical about it but but he's so he's got this nihilistic tone all is vanity and vexation of spirit but that's fine because you're wealthy you can't after you're wealthy and lived it up and drank and did whatever you can you can't just say well don't go after money you went after money but you need to tell a person that you're swimming in the sea and ocean with drugs and how old a swim with sharks without being eaten alive that should be the teaching Song of Solomon is loved those of you that are married is about love desire is it's just beautiful Isaiah is about warnings about future judgments Jeremiah I love Jeremiah Jeremiah is is prophesying about the Babylonian of the Babylonian captivity but he says this Jeremiah and you know the verse the thoughts I think towards you what is that Jeremiah 29 but that's the only thing we know about Jeremiah but we don't recognize that his prophesying captivity but it's also giving them instruction he said when you're captive there's going to be a statue of limitation and you're only going to be captive for 70 years during those 70 years prepare go ahead and marry go ahead and make babies build your houses but make certain happens to Jerusalem when they were plundered Jonah is about what happens when you disobeying Micah is about leadership nay home is about at the foretelling of the judgment of Nineveh Nineveh so he's telling them about this judgment have a or have a is about the violence and there's one the violence in Judah and how this one man was surprised that God just pulls the curtain back and he sees God's thumbprint so this book teaches you about the sub-grantee of God the sovereignty of God Zephaniah is the book of warning Haggai is about encouraging people don't abandon the work of God and is a book of him so many people abandon the work of God but keep your hands to the plow and don't don't abandon don't don't just cast away your assignment all of us know who we are signed when I went up when I got saved I got saved in Bermuda and I was assigned to a bishop and his personality was it was choleric to say the least and so a lot of people had resentment because it was just and he was apostolic he was in your face he told the truth he didn't care what you felt you know he was just just just like that but he was the person that God assigned me to and when some of my colleagues used to whisper we're leaving if you leave we're gonna leave well just because you have no offense don't mean I have no offense little foxes oil the vines if I had left I would have undermined my global influence it's not about personality suppose I listen to these people III mean you know I don't know what he did to you he didn't do anything to me yes he's a hard taskmaster but today I am grateful that he had didn't that connect the service and he relied on my gifts and skills and that great influence when I was put in leadership with people that were 50 and 60 I was put in that leadership at the age of 22 and I can handle my stuff honey Robert's Rules of Order I go handle I introduced so much to that denomination minutes strategy and you do so much but when I was 22 his job was to break my spirit and break it he D when God put the pieces back together and when he put me on a global stage my back was straight and my knees were not buckling coz had he not raised the standard and identified areas of weakness I grew up without a father so they were wiring parts that were not wired in my brain when you're when you grow up as a fatherless child there are parts in your brain that's not wired and they had to be rewired not just submitting in the horizontal level but to submit vertically and had he not had not submitted 100% I thank God for him every day others didn't get it but I got it when you are called to a leader others may get it but it's none of their business it's about what you lose in the future and a lot of people are sitting with potential but nobody said look I'm gonna raise the bar and I was open I didn't even care I was so open to him there was never a day I shut down and I always honored him and respected him because God sent me there I didn't go there myself God set me and when he sent me he gave me an assignment I am calling you to hold this man of God's arms up until his deathbed I held his arms up by then I had my own congregation at a ministry when he was ill and when the church was splitting he said Col Cindy and I got him straight cuz I don't bite my tongue when it comes to the things of the Lord but you're not gonna do you are not gonna disrespect this man of God you will not do it as long as I'm alive that's what you're not gonna do it and you know I'm not afraid of anybody cuz I wired that way didn't get the wiring right is right wrong is wrong and you're gonna honor the house of God you got to respect the things of God we're gonna raise the standard because that's my role in your life my role is to be the accountability mechanism when I see you and you have the ability to perform here but you're performing here I'm the right person honey I'm the right person and if I give you my time the most precious thing that I have is your gonna honor that cuz nobody has come to rescue you nobody but that's what I'm here I'm here to serve you they're not about you serving me it's about me serving you I wouldn't you like to work you have to find out when you're 60 and 70 and retired I should've did this and should've did that you don't have to live with regret your days of living with regret are over you are building the equity if you are under 40 in this house you are building the equity in your personal brand you're gonna need it after 40 you're gonna need it and when God raises the standard of ethics and moral is not about a killjoy and removing listen let everybody else compromise but you don't compromise God said I'm gonna protect you like a mother hand other people can but you cannot not and as long as I'm in your life I'm not gonna let you I can't live your life for you you have the right to do whatever but if I could raise a standard for you if I could say look you could do better here's what you could do this is who you could be there's not a lot of people that have excellence everybody operates in mediocrity all you have to do do everything you do every assignment with excellence and excellence will announce you're coming into realms of influence leadership wealth and abundance excellence will do it for you do it in the secret and people a few people that write books and they ask me would you autograph up would you forward I don't let anybody any book that I forward I send them back why because you're competing every day about 23 to 25 thousand books are being poured into the marketplace that's every single day and you're just gonna write an inferior book nobody's gonna read it your mother your friend new who feels sorry for you and they're going to put it in their library they're not gonna read it so what I do is I tell them the truth I can do it I think you're good but you're gonna have to fix this you don't have to fix that you're gonna have to fix the other just challenging you think above forget about everybody around you they love mediocrity but that's not you you're coming out of the clutter of the common folk and you're coming out let me keep going I'm almost finished hey guy is it's about not don't abandon an assignment that God is giving you because you're frustrated you know people don't like you you're not there to be liked I see people pray for me the people in my workplace don't like me I send me your job description I don't see anywhere in here that says you're not there to be like what's up with you you got friends and family to do that you look there for about a fractured church that was immature and he's addressing their levels of immaturity 2nd Corinthians in this Paul's defense because he fathered a new church and then they got that you know their chest was stuck out and they started disrespecting him and telling them oh you're only writing letters because you're a coward and he just clears up a lot of concerns he brings a lot of reconciliation into the church he said if you think I'm a coward wait till I get there that's him because he's an apostle he said I'm not afraid and then Galatians we know about Galatians it's about salvation it's about being delivered from the laws of Moses it's just beautiful Ephesians is about the church and how to walk and grace and reconciliation with God and love and peace Philippians is the Paul writing to the church at Philippi it's a lot of encouragement if you need encouragement read Philippians Colossians is about your walk with God that first Thessalonians is its encouragement because he was just giving them like hope and faith and and love and and just telling them you're doing an excellent job excel some more just go beyond what you're doing second Thessalonians is about how to stand firm 1st Timothy and second Timothy is Paul talking to his protege how to leave church he was young he was a millennial and the elders were giving him a hard time so we ended up with an ulcer and he was just encouraging him look you know yeah they may be judging your message but they can't judge your life and he was encouraging him to preach the word in season B instant you know and it was telling him look I know that some of the elders are hard to get along with but don't rebuke an elder talk to the women and you know just giving the instructions as a pastor Titus is a book about you know if you're living in the kingdom the kingdom has its culture the world has its culture and this is how you live counterculture Philemon is a recommendation here was this runaway slave and Paul was showing his compassion and he said look take him back just take him back so it's about love and then Hebrews is again encouragement to the church a lot of them were being persecuted and you know it talks about Jesus being greater than this is the book V bruise James is a letter about faith and he puts faith out there and he says well you know look if you like wisdom you can acts from God but you have faith but this is not wisdom this wisdom doesn't come from God and this is how you know you got wisdom and then he talks about demonstrating your faith through wisdom first Peter is written to Christians that were being persecuted basically in as a letter of encouragement second Peter is about the truth about Jesus and it's it's warning - it's their it's warning them about false doctrine and false teachers and be be careful first John is written by John first second and third John and revelation is Right written by John and these are just letters that he writes to church and they encourage them you know make sure that your love is not going going cold and this is how you you know someone is walking in the love of God that they love the Brethren and second second John is about walking in truth there John it's just about fellowship Christian Fellowship there John and Jude is a letter of encouragement again building up the believer and making sure that they're living a godly life as opposed to an ungodly ungodliness because he noticed that there were once very very godly but then this this ungodliness started to crap to creep in and they became sort of relaxed so they have this standard then they don't have a standard and they're relaxing now it don't take all of that and he's just encouraging them look it does take all of that and then Revelation Isle of Revelation is a book about John seeing the unfolding of future world history straight up into the marriage supper of the Lamb from God's perspective and that's your library and I've introduced you to your instructors I've introduced you to your syllabus I've introduced you to your library I've introduced you to the Provost the president the Board of Regents I've introduced you to your principal I told you that you do have lab time you do get home passes your whole passes are for transition not for you to hang out it's just for transition you do get recesses times of risk by your Sunday service of those 25 instructors and show you how and to benefit and how to go through life and how to succeed when the student is ready the teacher pairs and brothers and sisters class is now in session now
