Stihl 500i With Bravery Option

it seems pretty lightweight good power i would say it's probably equal to like a the ground of this of this fence post just left and took the post with it and the main body of the fence stayed over here this erosion retreating all right about to make the third a little bit there it is 462 to the ms-500 i got stuck right there guy got pissed and it like pulled me forward nice nice [Applause] also to add in the tree for the first time with the 500i yep looks good tell me what it weighs when it gets down there i guess first cut pretty smooth doing that one too this next one will probably hook it in here somewhere and then there's a long branch that comes up there that's upright that'll probably hook to keep it all from tipping out that way because most of the weights actually out there see there's not much down there yeah that's pretty good placement huh look jeff i don't have an lmi damian wants to know how much it weighs i'm gonna say yeah probably 3 500. i mean i guess those cypress slimes are pretty heavy [Music] uh [Music] a little bit now let's get the cuts free uh you might bloom back here left [Music] oh [Music] one wow for these uh [Applause] [Music] uh [Music] last cut on the second to last tree we're cutting it with the 500i here we go oh [Music] um all right so we had a tagline on here directly redirected out away from the house uh but clearly we didn't need that however that is a lot of extra security just in case a cable angle was a little off say not here but like over here this whole piece would want to you know come off the stump and swing and get a little rowdy so we didn't need it but it was good to have it didn't look like it was hung out much and it it kept creeping as it was coming too you know i like you how you went from saying almost what the hell he stopped in the middle and switched it to heck and then finished it off strong and made it bold by saying a rooney what the heck a rooney that's as good as a cuss word right [Music] there if you guys think zappo's doing big things now you just wait so the 500i has been really great so far we would like a full wrap handlebar and more aggressive dogs they might look aggressive to somebody but to us they they don't because we run aggressive dogs and i don't know if you noticed or not this is monumental this is going to be adam's first crane kick not as the operator as the climber so the 500i it comes standard with a it does come with bravery it gives you a shot of bravery [Music] uh first time doing a crane pick and uh definitely nerve wracking definitely gives me a respect for climbers it's been appreciated to be on the ground um i'm up here with the 500i i'm going to make a cut here in a second it's the lewis power supply in grants pass oregon and uh yeah it might not look very high up to you guys but for someone that's used to being on the ground anyways i'm gonna gather myself and let you guys go so also part of your job right now is to be guessing the weight so break it into 1 000 pound increments you got to do some math so that you can talk to me [Music] oh thanks it's going a great bit of a saw pinch oh like i it's a weird concept seeing it go wow [Music] not bad and i don't know if you can tell but i'm all sweaty and tired and shaky [Music] that was pretty smooth nice pick i mean it had a little bit of a buck to it but nothing we didn't kind of expect so there's adam's first pick now we're going to go into his next kick and we're looking for kind of a slow deliberate environment of instruction and calm deliberate no drama that doesn't mean no butterflies it means no need no actual verifiable reason for mega butterflies this is your boots on the ground recorder checking in with damien how do you feel the first pick went in pretty good considering it was his first time you know you could tell he was a little shaky on the ground when he was just getting started but uh aside from just using his handsaw real quick and just instead of hooking it throwing it straight to the ground uh everything's been pretty spot-on there august back to you see if we can get some instant replay of that handsaw hitting the ground so we got adam up here again we're kind of hooked on the inside of the weight as far as the log and we've got um we're hooked into a big limb up there because it's gonna tip some this should keep it pretty pretty calm and he's going to do a little bit of a v cut because he's because he's cutting around limbs that he's leaving and we're not wanting to weaken uh the big one that we're hooked to by cutting too close to it you got it hooked on this this limb out here and then i got the other one hooked on the stem up top yeah just trying to stay calm and breathe and it's kind of nerve-wracking up here [Applause] [Music] oh [Music] foreign oh get me down let's bring the drone down [Music] so [Music] dang it last cut with the 500i [Music] you
