Speccing my new Aston Martin DBS Superleggera!

so today we're we're starting our adventures at Casa Lamborghini here in Pebble Beach it's a beautiful day it's chilly it's a little bit cold but it's absolutely gorgeous and we're gonna go explore Lamborghini today have an event together with Roger Dubuis watches so they have all the cars outside they have watches inside in a beautiful buffet which we're going to indulge in cheers to that and okay so this will be a comprehensive review of the back seat of a Rolls Royce as a ghost this is indeed the ghost okay so we have lovely fit and finish we have the push-pull knobs that you've come to see in the front of Michael's car they also happen in the back and here as well we have you better straighten those before you have a heart attack I know yeah same controls controls here we have beautiful things to light your cigarettes not that anybody smokes anymore Oh use tissue lovely blows that little drinks holder you're a horrible reviewer item horrible we've got a nice sunroof here you have a fabulous front seat passenger that would be me I do know this doesn't have monitors in the seats does it this one no no you see them in the back yeah I was gonna say this is the Havis Spectre so here's the Cullinan let's have a look at it there's nobody here so this is the rolls-royce Cullen I hope I pronounced that properly beautiful beautiful car if you were to stop looking here looks like a phantom and then you see the extended portion which is the SUV let's take do you know the funny thing as we pulled up then I did think it was a phantom yeah it looks very very similar to the Phantom which is a gorgeous car and well the the beautiful smell in here is amazing this yeah I mean it's an itch in the back of it see a lot of room it feels like a fan Tate's so nice so nice yeah I didn't have any expectations for it but it's so nice it's beautiful one I know I saw on morning octane no not money I'm saying that Westlake GT beautiful beautiful car I love these seats in the back that's on it I love these seats little picnic little picnic set it's very pompous allow me to demonstrate so there we go care for some Grey Poupon ah don't mind if I do sir you're loving the viewing suite is a viewing suite the viewing switz rather does this come included it does yeah and here is the view from the viewing suite this is very cool we come out walk the dogs have a little rest yes indeed I'm impressed very nice very nice swimming brushed and when you don't have the viewing suite you can still have what they call the recreational module at the back here then you're able to have storage for anything from your gun collection whatever is it you fancy like that you can have I'm trying to blend in here this is a curious inch interior it's white with white blue yes curious oh wow or it could be torch AZ torch AZ even better the resemblance of tortoise this is also a great idea yeah see I need these seat to go on you see so you see you know what's weird about those we brought those out from the factory just because we were getting in and out of cars and people let the people like the people have seen them sir is that an option can we have that really because if we're out there playing in the dirt it's nice to keep those seats clean I asked Austin if he can get me a set of these how did you get on without luggage last year I didn't it didn't work out well this I love the [Music] [Music] tiny details like the rolls-royce logo embossed in here so Range Rovers have these buttons to operate the rear seats but I'm assuming a rolls-royce does it better well it's funny you should say that because what normally happens if you look there wants to see sit down and you'll also notice how it stopped it like 90 percent of the way that secret so it could then extend out the head restraint so it wasn't gonna be pressed into the leather of the squab but when you actually get to this position now you'll see this that big lip there about six inches there that is to prevent anything rolling into the cab and upsetting any documents the cabin area but when it comes to loading stuff just with the touch of a button down here it will actually just all floor out so it makes life much easier for the loading so that's very clever will take to every little detail another thing and it's a practical thing that some manufacturers forget the parcel shelf you see us missing here normally in these sort of style of cars you have to take the whole parcel shelf out leaving the garage it gets lost and in all sorts of things that pedigree conveniently it's actually folded up and tucked away right which stays with the car do you press a button and it goes back up the rolls-royce workout participation exactly yeah you may use the term thank you and the nice thing is we don't even have to do a to touch system to put it away again all we do is the one touch button and everything is done for us they're beautiful thank you for this information for you this is actually called the bustle back now bus or bustle back originally I think it came from you know when ladies had these dresses on the head the frames and them yes call the bustle back but it goes back to the days when Rolls Royce occupants would never travel with their luggage so back in the day the luggage always went on the back of the car and you had that bustle back effect there right that's why they've actually done this now to bring back a little homage to the good old days again in fact what you do get different low when we have the immersive seats you'll see there's actually a separation of glass there between the the trunk space and also the the cabin area so there's a glass partition across there limo partition so we can't do that with the lounge seats because obviously they're folding right but that is fixed on this one and these are also fully electrically adjustable of course as you'd expect for Rolls Royce we have in the top section there yatta with your flutes but just in case you don't fancy champagne that particular day in here you have it be bit for you you decanter you got you decanter you would normally have tumblers in there as well if you fancy something a little bit stronger bridge guys this is so amazing you know that I'm not a huge flashy guy [Music] [Music] we're where we going we're going to go to the Casa Aston Martin in Carmel and we're going to go look at the Superleggera which is supposedly amazing from everything I've heard about it I've seen pictures and it looks spectacular but I want to see it in person and if it's as
