Should You Play Wuthering Waves On Mobile?

all right so many of you might be asking should I even be playing this game at all why specifically are you making this video for mobile players well the mobile players do make up a majority of the player base they're a very important part of the player base and I think this is a great video for those mobile players to take into consideration if they should play the game or not now for those of you wondering is this game even going to be big enough is there enough hype for me to even play the answer that would be yes they recently crossed 30 million pre-registrations they hit their final goal so all players will be getting that additional final reward if they are pre-registered for the game which is very exciting that they reach their goal it shows that there's an interest in the game and that there is enough hype behind it they are also doing a great job advertising as they recently had Billboards up in Time Square showcasing the game the characters and all of that now the biggest question for most mobile players is can my device even handle this will it burn up will I even have a device once I'm done playing the game and I do have other few videos just talking about that explaining it a little bit more there's a great website you can check out that talks fully specs benchmarks everything and I go further in depth in that and now I do think the game needs more optimization for a lot of those lower-end chips but for most of you if you go to that website and you are in I like to recommend the top 67 chips I think I said you'll be probably just fine playing the game and I assume there's going to be more optimization anyways so the best you can do is try maybe try on release if it doesn't feel good with wait a few more updates try again but obviously the game is going to need more optimization over time to feel better and you'll just have to be patient with that now the next biggest question is does this game have controller support can I play this with my Bluetooth controller if you have a backbone or whatever you use and the answer is yes they were working on controller support and that was announced in their launch live stream for when the game was announced and they did show briefly some gameplay on that I have no idea if that's going to be there for a release we still have to wait and find out on that but there is an upcoming live stream again before the game Launches on the 19th where they might talk about optimization and maybe some controller support there as well now even if it isn't there for release and you're still looking for a device there are some devices out there that do have like a key mapping feature in them a software that allows you to map the buttons to a built-in controller on the device the best device that does this in my opinion right now would be the I Odin 2 uh that's a great device if you're looking into it it has that key mapping software so you don't even have to worry about controller support in any game another one on the lower end would be the Logitech g-cloud the chip in that is pretty bad though so you don't really have to go with that but those are some devices that do have that feature in there as well if you're still looking to get a device before launch to play with those aren't terrible options but the ion Odin would be the best option in that case now another quick point is this game does allow you to edit the onscreen controls anyways if you don't even plan to use a controller you can resize the buttons move them around to make them feel more comfortable if you still plan on using just the onscreen controls I have a video on that as well it is nice to have that feature and I showcase a little bit more from Clos beta test 2 it might be changed for a release but that's another minor point there that some people care about okay now wrapping it up in my opinion I do think you should 100% try the game if your device is compatible even if you plan to play on a different platform like PC Mobile's a whole different experience it'll be a whole new ch challenge I should I just recommend you try playing it it was very fun when I played it and I'm going to play even more when it comes out it felt fine I'm sure most of you will get the hang of it over time so just give it a try if you can when it comes out on release
