Shopping For NEW House To Buy With Music Studio! (4000 SQFT)

we are here in greenville texas we are house shopping we are looking for our final destination to grow old inn and still have the space to run our business out of that's what we're looking for [Music] this house is 4 000 square feet you're like that's a huge house that is a huge house but think about it we used to pay for a house of rental we used to pay six thousand dollars a month for a building to run our auction house out of all together we were spending like eight nine g's in rent alone so if we can reduce that down to a mortgage of say even two thousand dollars a month actually going to be cheaper in the long run [Music] alright guys so without further ado let's get out let's meet our real estate agent let's look at this house he really really liked this house literally like a mile and a half away gina's sister and my brother-in-law and their kids literally live across the main road i had no idea was this close and her parents also live a few miles from here [Music] all right
