welcome everyone once again for the sake of those who are on youtube platform and uh those who have just walked in so once again a very warm and very happy sabbath to everyone we are very happy that you are able to join us this morning this sabbath at edmonton north sda church uh i'll reiterate once again our pastor is away but he sends his warm wishes and his warm blessings to each and every one of you are there any first-time visitors that we have amongst us this morning any first-time visitors among us amen praise god my brother we are so happy that you're able to join us this sabbath will make sure to extend warm hands or hugs or eyes after the service or during the service please feel very welcome feel very uh we appreciate your presence this morning may god bless you and may you come again continuously um for all those worshipping with us online we'd like to welcome you i know there may be some first-time visitors as well on the youtube platform like to welcome you extend a very warm welcome to you in the name of jesus christ our lord and savior and like i said without wasting too much time i would like to get into our divine service and welcome you to our divine service with our call to worship call to worship is found in romans 11 verse 33 36 romans 11 33-36 it says oh the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of god how unsearchable his judgment and his path beyond tracing out who has known the mind of the lord or who has been his counselor who has ever given to god that god should repay them for from him and through him and for him are all things made to him be glory forever amen that is our call to worship and and just to remind you the quote worship doesn't come from us it actually comes direct from god he is the one who is inviting us into fellowship into worship with him these are the scriptures that are inspired by god and they are spoken to us to welcome us into our fellowship with him to prepare our minds and our hearts to receive him i will also do the operatory service we have been collecting it online and through our treasurer and our elder and our pastor i'm sure we're all familiar with that now uh we have elders here as well if you need to do that here this morning and i'd like to pray a special blessing on the offering that you will give this stuff shall we our father in heaven we have no other god but you would like to invite your presence into this church this morning come down and tabernacle with us and as we give what we have to give may you bless it may be used in the presence of your work may enable preachers and teachers and administrators to bring forth those into this morning bless us as well as we give and bless us as well if we have none of you we ask for your blessings with jesus amen the scripture reading for today there are two verses first one comes from matthew chapter 18 and verse 21 matthew chapter 18 verse 21 and it reads then peter came to jesus and asked lord how many times shall i forgive my brother or my sister who sins against me up to seven times and the other verse is psalm 130 seven and eight psalm 130 seven and eight israel put your hope in the lord for the lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption he himself will redeem israel from all their sin the word this morning will be given to us by our very own elder elder p elder p and the sermon title is the measure of giving a measure of forgiveness now i'll invite our now i will actually invite our music team give us the opening hymn thereafter we'll have children's story then the intercessory prayer song of meditation and then foreign jesus paid it all him number 184 shall i ask the church to stand as we sing i hear the savior say [Music] watch and pray finding me [Music] see [Music] is [Music] happy uh let me see here one of my favorite verse isaiah 41 10. fear not farm with you be not dismayed for i am your god i will straighten you yes i will help you i will uphold you with my righteous right hand that was a beautiful limb that was just sung just now jesus played it all let's kneel and we can talk to god dear god we thank you for protecting each and every one of us despite what is going on in the world right now all the uncertainties all the chaos and restlessness thank you for forgiving us of all our sins we are sinners lord and need you to cleanse us we praise you and give you thanks for all the blessings you have given us may us always be aware of your presence in everything that we do give us wisdom as we'll be as we deal with the challenges of each day when we lose hope help us to remember that your love is greater than our disappointment and your plans for our lives are better than our dreams re receive us we pray despite all our undeserving selves cleanse us and give us a new heart we come we come with praise on our lips oh lord you are our strength and our redeemer lord this week we want to bring the family of the week to you the macquarie family be with them in whatever they may be facing lord we are living a challenging time right now and we pray oh lord along with this family that all will give glory to your name please guide our words thoughts and actions so we may glorify you in everything we do pour out your love in us and through us that we may be a blessing to others be with our speaker elder mccasey that whatever he shares with us today may be food to our souls bless us now please continue to guide us direct us protect us and remember our church families the children the youths and the communities around us as we come to you with prayers and petitions baptize us daily with the holy spirit and be with us as we continue to battle with this virus in jesus name i pray amen good morning boys and girls happy sabbath to
