you know I've been noticing a trend Bubba and and I'm gonna ask for it to stop here in the program I think I speak for most men whenever we have to go into a retail store and you know discount whatever it pick up some item that either you need or your wife needs you to get we just want to get in get it and get out got it you know and there's been this trend and it started to trickle but but now it's completely out of control and and it's got stopped it's got to stop now do you have what you have one of our cards no I don't do you want one of our cards I know I don't it's it's free I don't want other cards I just said please just scan it just scan it and let me pay you won't have one of our cards just one of our cards you got cards you got a card card card card how about this Ivan my billfold as already got stuff in it I don't want I don't want everybody's card okay to me first of all the savings on them are nothing I mean it's all a scam and and you know about these stupid stop asking me if I've got one of your cards and quit trying to give me one okay I am so done are you are you get are you if you like a car yeah all right are you are you are you remember of our discount Club no I'm not I don't want to bake no I you know what I say I want to pay too much I want to pay more into this item than anybody here and we'll just hurry up please for the love of us I'd know enough when he goes would you buy two two more are you and I said why is it contest I said I got about three is it only counts for three yeah so I want to add a half before guy got back yeah there you go Achmed I went into I went into of the I went to a movie one night and they got to having some conscious for who could sell the most pickles they kept hashing you about them stupid pickles yeah you won't win these big pickles no I don't know why anyway we'll walk around a movie when in big quickly how about that even in ball games white paper by they're not that good and you stay when y'all pay my way to a concession stand I don't know who chooses a pickle I think I go to a movie the last smell I want in there that's right I think I'd like to go back in here sit in this movie and let pickle juice run along yeah yeah after after I have to dodge every joke how my friends were making about comfortable to walk around cheering on that's great so you remember of our membership pressure to push these cars stop that's what I say oh yeah yeah no I agree that but you know what y'all need to go back to management and say customers hate it and I think our job is for customers come in here and have a pleasant experience I don't need to come in there and have somebody trying to sell me I mean I mean I next thing I expect the cashier is to get off a ten-speed bicycle with a white shirt and slacks on fire stuff and leave give you a bunch of pamphlets yeah I'm with you right away thank you but he was let go because he didn't sell enough cars well I hate y'all put in that position whoever's in management has miscalculated this and you know it's a weird concept you should have a pleasant experience when you come to store you know I don't like it every turn so much trying to hock something on you sure you get 30% off right now no no I don't want one no I want to pay extra five four you could ask me right and you know can I please have that and get out it and you know what I don't even like I go I got to go to a grocery story and they tell you how much you saved have they know that oh I know how do they know where I was going to shop and how did they know the other choices I had hey you saved six dollars you don't know that I mean you I mean we're I mean and some of these things you calculate all the possibilities of places I could have bought this product and assembly shop but here you're near me if you are further down the road I've never come in here and you know that's icky Rick it's called a lot of more convenient stores having to deal with that ain't convenient no no you know and the reason I'm in here I look if I wanted a deal I wouldn't be in here today thank you thank you I'm paying for convenience Club thing works out pretty good you've cards and I agree with you that they push way too much stuff but weren't we get in trouble if we don't have enough skin on those cards yeah and it goes towards the total score that if we don't have a high enough score we don't even get it right well how come your higher-ups have not figured out to me a simple concept that the public coming in that you're serving that is a good said hey I think I'll come into your place and buy your product that they don't want to be hassled when they get to the checkout counter getting ready to leave we don't want to hear about all that why don't they understand that I don't know because when we tell them that the customers don't like it then we're not asking them correct right well let me ask you this you what I see happen a lot of times I get asked for a card now I don't want a card that say well it doesn't cost anything and I saw stout I still want a card I want a high so they will get one anyway scan it give me a dollar discount and then they will either throw it in my bag which means it's going into garbage or they will throw it into their garbage they have just cut the middleman out and throw it in the garbage themselves is that a way to beat the system so your boss thinks you're doing it yeah we have to have like a 70% scan rate of this car well how about this one I don't know yeah why don't all of you just start scanning don't even say anything to us just do that you scan it in the morning for I get there they say what this is you and you know I'm gonna pull the curtain back on management 101 this this is this ain't the store manager this is somebody hiring this is a mid-level manager because the top guys wouldn't be hassle with it no and if they shopped in their own store they wouldn't they wouldn't put it well I like that show where the boss goes in right right they have no idea what's going on in their own business and they always find out that they're hassling me so some middle market guy who's trying to justify his job said when he goes to the meeting where they go well hey what have you done for the country well I implemented the card program did you hear about that look how many we scan oh you did good you did good all over we're gonna let you be over three stores now you know what happened it's true yeah we do open we do that yeah I mean you got to bring something you've never go in and go hey it's been a great quarter steady as she goes but really yeah you can believe it I implemented a new program I see you are all over this it's like a minefield to get in and get out somewhere over the register now you are constantly asked if you want to donate to this you want a card you want to buy this you need one of those grab this on what oh yeah and don't forget six free newspaper right push down and people wonder why they sit at home on the Internet well I don't know shocking it and fun when they corner you on the donation to a great charity right in front of everybody yeah so you want to give to the children yes or no listen you should and I will and I do I don't want to do it right there no that's not I don't that ain't two times a day it's a customer you're supposed to be making the customer enjoy the experience that we don't want to be hit with a machine gun you know what I'm gonna say next time put my donation on one end discount cards tell you what I'm gonna do give me one of those discount cards put that in the envelope and give it to what if I said this I refuse the discount card put that discount rewards on there you go y'all do the math oh no not that right you think somebody gotta count money like register shuts down the count oh my gosh you think you'd ask him to split the atom it's $3.30 I gave you 10 for actually saw my meltdown and turn in front of my well I don't want you communist card give me my stuff yeah and if they give a military discount and they say well you want the Carles or what do I need your card to give me a discount yeah you know what taking care of the people who serve our country I'm all about that that's across the board hey you serve our military your card here's your discount end of subject you know nobody asked us about cards and donations and and candy candy fundraisers I mean let it can we just get in the store and get out yeah I mean yeah I mean we're just trying to get out well you know what it is because the clerk's don't have to count money anymore they got to give them something to do so they turned them into salespeople yeah you know to me the whole sale let me tell where the sales took place as I roam the store looking at all the various signs look at all the /cry sellers yeah I've been trying every buddy up there selling me some as I move through the store I know they're interactive now - they got a little you know you're gonna get a TV presentation if you walk by the right makeup hey hey yeah you know would you like a prettier face well yeah sure and don't make me feel guilty if you've been overcooking beanie weenies and it's not something I want oh yeah you want one of these not something weird on cards no I don't you uh know that United Way no I don't you want to buy some donuts no I
