Rick & His Dad Go Fish With Gary (SOMEONE gets PRANKED)

one of the things that I had on the list I was gonna try to do this week was to take dad fishing and now it is not a great time of year to fish where we're living because it's it's harder than nine hell's out there and so we're getting a little bright yeah right we got now feels a little better but you know it's just so humid if we're living in the tropical rainforest yeah you know I mean like mosquitoes like I looked at when I got to the pond three mosquitoes were fishing yeah you're the main I mean that they're gigantic you're they have their own rods in it like bad right yeah and I said dad you wanna go fishing well yeah yeah height does that yeah yeah and I said I'm getting up said good morning I'm coming to get you and we're gonna go to the farm and we're going fish and we're gonna hang out we're gonna look at game cameras we're gonna move stuff around and and we'll just see how it goes we'll get us something to eat and we'll hang out all day well then of course as we've talked about for years and it's the weirdest thing ever is that Gary the bulldozer man can sense if I'm going anywhere near the farm he can sense it I don't know how it does it huh it's really scary it's almost like there's something but when you had a place near with some land down there when Gary's ghost Gary start working Bubba first do you not agree he has this weird I can't describe it's turned into a game to see if I could sneak in right sneaking into the county without him knowing yeah all of a sudden here comes a call hey you coming down the phone and I said yeah I said man dad and I are gonna go down there you'd be bringing coach hey man I just love him I love coach and I said well we all do Gary hey hey well hey Glenn's gone watch I'll come down to Lake house and I said well guys I you know I don't know I said let's get over there and let's say let's let me see how the pond goes let's keep it as simple as we can and dad loves the pond and you know of course you know we had the fish turn over so I know I don't have any big fish in there but I've got you know some that were still be fun if you can get them happening course you know it's the hot there yeah and they're not exactly active and well hey once y'all go down there and see how it goes and you know you won't try something different you came down here with checking my own boat and fish I mean something okay what tell me in groceries mm-hmm hey see I look over and flipping and garage sales okay you know cookie I'll be go state potater keeps getting better and then what I what was odd I wouldn't ready for this in a salad and I said you don't like a salad and I said no I don't care about a salad that's stuff you that people make you eat you automate yeah that's what you when you don't have the other stuff and then in a shocker well I mean I make a pretty good shopping but I put that in they let's see yeah okay listen let's just see how it goes so the fishing was very very bad it was terrible now so but and also I'd noticed and this is only young you yet you can't have nothing over time some of these willows and stuff have grown up around the pond and now some of the places I fish I can't get to them now with it because they're all Scott I might need to take I need to do some cleaning on the banks well I mean I ain't doing nothing to say they're Birds test me for today I said hey I didn't learn about messing with [ __ ] I ain't cutting nothing now no more ever he said I said I'll cut that one tree and he said I had to get me a new pair [ __ ] she didn't eat behind in I think so as we all know ok as we all know my dad Greg you can do this if you're if you're fishing this time of year you throw one thing you throw one thing only purple worm that's right so soon as we start we get out I said well you gonna throw today well you mean what my going folks and throw purple worm I said I know I said I may go with something different you throw any worm you won't - as long as it's purple so we we go a recourse then then we start I said I said now we're going we're gonna keep score keep score I said yeah I mean who gets most fish are you going for biggest fish today I said let's listen there's the biggest fish but he said it's both its biggest fish and most I said okay game on so we lunch account do you have a minimum I mean you gotta set all the ground rules yeah and then so then we get down and we get we get to fish in then and and and I kind of come out of the gate you know and catch a pretty good fish I thought we were kind of in business I thought I'd kind of found them but they kind of petered out again it so sure enough you know we've been down there a couple hours and we did go out and check the game cameras and dad loved all that and we jumped a few deer and he loved all that and that was great so Gary the bulldozer man rides up in his spur master Jeep and he's got a GPS Burmaster any-any it's a write-off for the business he said hey they see you snake give up on this they said copse needs to come in when you get home some fish and I'm y'all come down my lake house I'm on cooking in coach of steak and in nice in a potato and a salad I don't know what his deal is with this salad so so anyway I'd already made the mistake once of telling him he didn't use tackle box my dad tell him a trick he might need be stunned well I said that I have everything that we need now I'm gonna take my own talk box okay he said he's looking somewhere gosh I don't know doc don't I have any weights in here that I got some weights hey I got my own tackle box Rick yes sir yes sir I have some weights over here if you need them now I got them in and I'm gonna find my own weight okay all right hey dude yeah here they are see so you think I don't have weights neither wouldn't say that I just say and I had some if you need so now Gary's taking us down to down to the down to his Lake place okay here we go now Rick what are you fishing at his pier or your I don't know we're gonna get in the boat and we're going in to vote hey I won't take coach out my boat okay all right so we get down there and so then it happens and I know better than this I know better than this yeah it's just you're stupid on your part and for you to to try to let this happen so we get down there whether you know if you've got my tackle box dad's tackle box in the tackle that's already in the boat mmm it's a lot of stuff and there's three of us and yeah and so Gary says hey coach you don't need you tackle box I got everything hey you know here we go yeah I'm gonna carry my tackle box well I mean coach you don't need it I mean I got look at this I got I got every kind thing you could ever think of you're just let him have his colors in a in a miraculous moment miraculous moment I finally get that talked into it you would just add the stuff to the boat we're just too much we don't we don't need it our body all right all right our rods are already done in your tackle box is as big as a trailer and multi-turn look under here Gary Gary do you have anything we need oh man I got it out I mean right you think I'm gonna have the same setup without a bunch of junk in here and I said okay so we get in the boat in here we go oh gosh y'all mm-hmm hey let's get over here and he won't throw in these grass over here so anyway first of all dad is mortified that Gary says I agree once you throw one in problems and so Dave goes what he doesn't face and I said Gary wants me to throw a frog in there a frog I said yes sir not a pig in a jig no sir is it a frog it is it looks like a frog look there is time that's a sucker for hey though it's in there get them ways and come out with it so dad all of a sudden gets gets hung and he loses his purple worm Gary you got a purple worm oh hey yeah I'm gonna get in and get it and we get you where I'm coach I look back and Gary's frantic he's throwing every color one he just see packs of stuff flying everywhere and then Gary says the line that altered the entire day coach I believe I got spunk and see and I watch my dad's head turn around I still say the sunglasses I would say the reflection of the water on his sunglasses I can see his hat I can see his camo hat and I can see he said what punkin see so here I am in this moment we're gary and dad this face-off is it like the matrix again do you just say punkin see hmm they said I've had a lot of success but I can see which is art retail yeah he goes with her what let's got a little neon chartreuse to him and and that and dad said you want me to throw something says pumpkin seed with a lime-green tail I said Gary please find a purple worm whatever you have to do find it yeah I knew I should have brought my own day you know yeah you taught me to leave my tackle box my talk about some back of the truck can't do this no good out here is and it's full of purple worm and I was like Gary please please Gary oh my gosh did you just say [ __ ] see yeah but if you say punkin see one more time I said please if you don't if you utter presence eat again I'm gonna throw you out of this boat I will push you in the water and Gary at one time I know it doesn't seem possible Gary's good he was up under you know where they were you the storage areas in tired of thinking about I could see like his butt come out so we go to take the boat in and had a great day on the water with that and and and then with it with Gary and once we got the purple worm established so we we get in and gary is trying to get his boat now on the little deal that pulls the revival out of the wall lift little lifts and so dad you know who's had knee replacement and all that goes to get out of the boat and and Gary in my opinion was not paying attention and was still moving the boat you know trying to get it situated I guess dad and him had a breakdown in communication so dad goes to step and the boat moves well dad is about to fall okay so he's going back and I reached down to grab him and he hits on the side of the boat for a minute he gets up like that and course you know I said well Gary I I hey I wasn't doing nothing I said I said you gotta let us get out the boat before you start all it Hey I didn't I said I said just didn't and that's there like he just had a little blood blister on his fing and he's like he said let me ask you this how many said me seven-year-old man would have not fallen in the water and I said most he said most of them but you'd be taking him to the hospital a broken hit right now and I said Bob he goes did you see me he's you see I got on my feet you see I caught my balance and got back up I did assume he said you really name any you think there's any seven seven real men do that and he said everyone I've been there but you'd be pulling on the water right now so we get we get him home okay and all that and Gary was shot to him of course which way I had to go home and you got to try that and all this I get him home we had a great day together was fantastic so I get home go to bed and get up and go to to spoke at the church yesterday had a great time so as I'm about to Clutton afternoon I noticed that Gary had text me early and I just missed it and it said did y'all get home okay if they okay we'll come so I wait to about 8:30 at night when I go to bed and I takes back sorry but happens hospital I said I said hey I said I guess when he when you when you let him fall in the boat everybody's knocked him down I said I said he said he's hurt pretty bad so we went to hospital all day and I said mom's upset she's mad at me he said I should have left him at the farm I should have never gone down to the lake you went that far and so nobody deserves it more than Gary no so then he and then all sudden you can just say in his little text hey I'm sorry coach I and so then Greg I pulled a picture of dad's arm from the staph infection okay I've got I've got a hospital gown I've got a national hey hey hey I can't believe I said yes bad I said I hope they keep his arm he said day one that's so I said I mean I said tonight nothing and I said his ribs are messed up I said must hit hard and I thought he did hmm I said I said you had the ribs and I said did you see him he why I mean I hate that side of that boat and I said Gary I said this is bison mom's very upset and I said well I said I'm trying to keep you out of it well I mean you know I should just I should just left it alone this won't come down to my lake house and I want to take him out on the boat I said well you took him out on a boat and hurt you sure did yeah and I said we should have stayed to farm look and he's sitting there and though it's just silent he goes so what you been up around I asked her where we're going to hospital all day I just go home I'm sorry I missed your text I didn't wanna upset you like that also not struggling laughs he goes you [Laughter] like your he goes I was in the bed I was going to bed and you sent me I touched it upset me so much I've got up got dressed got a pot of coffee [Laughter]
