yeah and I say and and this is a quote Gregg imma turn the light off I'm about to turn the light off right now with TV was on load I Greg and and he says I like sleep understood I like to sleep because yeah you know it's got something quirky about me I like sleeping you'd like to sleep under stuff yeah I like to go yeah and I said and I tell is he like you know what I mean so you got I said you like I saw a canopy on your bat adjourn oh I wish I did but now Rick Rick and it goes out of a real hot way doing it hey are you sleeping a princess but no it wasn't like that you know those are like dugout right on the bus like all the tour bus and you climbing it I love it reg you have a great line there you said no I don't sleep in a princess bed I sleep with a princess oh yeah that would bei drop that with me so anyway so I asked that question you just asked what do you mean you like to sleep under stuff all you know back in the band days when we didn't all have you know room to sleep in the beds I clean sneak up under the sink I mean suite later then and I'm like what we got you well so we had two people yeah I don't know we'd have like ten yeah so and I always got a brother thing he would sleep under the same yeah I mean there's the turn passed out should probably when I woke up you'll be real thirsty and that's another thing about you Burgesses and I know we got phones but you y'all are so funny cuz you get locked in on something oh yeah and you won't let it go yesterday he tells me he's got to leave torque at 115 so I move up torque to 12 well he told me about 20 times you know I got leave 115 why Greg I don't know that's why we all do that's why we moved it up that's nothing marking me from you today it gets to be about 12:40 we got I leave 1:15 I said no Greg I know you do now you got a text in the break Dean you agree yeah my wife ii did everything l just said it was dead-on yes okay especially why the negative yes I quote it where's people out hey guys we got to hold us up a pull up mr. Johnston I feel like I needed a nap you yeah we had to hold a pull up yesterday and torque for 50 seconds which it sounds bad but you just horrible I know what do you do if you can't get up there the first time yeah so so you go and you have to hold it up now if you had to come down I wasn't seen at well my chin of course before you ever talking do that ain't no way I can do that I came and do one you know that's you that is you when I go though I'm getting pull-ups better the good news is now that's how hard and also they learned a tour program the Greg loves chicken yes now they went over what we now now this exercise I'll hang out we get it Steve Jobs you got a new liver I made you point my money start surviving banks ladies no I know I'm ready we're great Rick asked a question in this session stuff but this is funny great Rick this is funny I'd say that's negative yeah let's talk about me sleeping under stuff that's not listen they have something forced to register how many calories we burn but we have to kind of have an ID a of what we're going to eat so we know how many calories was taken so they give us a little mil plaintiff hey look you know in the morning eat some oatmeal or replace it with you know some bananas or whatever here's a bagel here and then it shows like you know for a meat you know like have a have a tuna sandwich here or a chicken sandwich well I like chicken and I said we're okay hey well what can I put chicken right well yeah Greg it says tuna but in O'Connor was like yeah you can just replace it I mean turkey without chicken cuz you know and I mean we're like Greg we know so we move on with the center think of the dish with him really saying you could take it eat chicken at E these places was a one-sentence thing exactly what because I Connor going back to Connor replies with well yeah a chicken if you want to sorry let's move on okay midday you know have a little shake here and then in for dinner you know have what about chicken connect chicken again I was like well great yes you I love chicken say well Greg wing out of right bonds is fun let's look at me go yeah well because he just told you right you can have chicken I like chicken now this didn't last checking on chicken riders may for want to do it right I think this lasted 10 20 SEC's noon how about 10 20 minutes I like chicken masala chicken Holly chicken sandwich I bought it we go hot now when I head over it gets frustrated with yeah he gets all I do I'm working well he don't want to push me though yeah y'all had all have grilled chicken your chicken sandwich you can salad I love chicken can I can I get what about chicken right here can i but you know Lisa makes cheese you good chicken maybe chain with the Sakonnet we got it Mike Akana who does this program need to understand here's how you communicate with Greg before I go any further I want y'all know young eat chicken for anytime and then and not don't just keep leave don't keep bringing up other foods there's two words chicken yes and then here's another thing well you know you've got to all relax me better he likes any well yeah what you're funny uh you he says when now look you got you know twenty to twenty four hundred calories a day that I want you to you know take and we got to burn more than that well what about you know we get some ribs coming up in the morning and whatever what if I eat a bunch of ribs hey what can I do for that smite total if you eat heavy in the morning which we don't really want you to do but you just moderate that and then we roll and then taper off throughout the day so we're by the American bubbly front-end load we'll load it like see what I can have some chicken I might yes you guys do like chicken I'll go Jason Oxford Alabama Greg's hometown try your engine warning right when I'm born though right my god okay thank you can i three things real quick I'm a one with speedy started as a listener it's speedy started impersonating Greg just win place show I thought it was great ah that's a bunch of mess I thought it was great great was just chiming in I thought was part of a bit good one on your part by the way that's not but you don't mean that Chelsea Chelsea Alabama go in Greenacres does hey thanks for the call I'm sitting at work getting ready I go out I crank my work truck right in the middle of speed ease rent and I thought it was great feeding gets excited he'll get a little high-pitched oh yeah I thought well Greg's testosterone dropping again so y'all set these calls up with the call screener I'm not a yeah y'all did it's a Gallo site Willingham in there I'm not in mister negative that's not hey yes this is Melissa and I have one thing for mr. doom and gloom Greg are you ready yeah okay brother here it is from a sister to a brother as a man thinketh in his heart so easy now come on with it what's she saying Greg that's from the publication the Bob okay how about this the best seller of all time I hear I hear
