you know you need to be up to do 10 at least 10 minimum I'd say before you if we start so get cracking on yeah while I try some sit-ups or press ups well then I think most people can do press ups you know they can do at least saw 2025 for I think but not many people can do pull-ups oh I don't think is come on I watched a lot of people today people can do you like one you might as well come into being us to do at least ten or definitely press ups and sit ups smash you with ABS we have one set of ABS like like five minutes constantly drilling before God yeah great on to chest now on to back something I never set of apps I want to get good at planking you spell to plank like a millionaire time minimum and to be able to be able to do so definitely you set up different variations of silks these setups a block on YouTube different variations don't just come doing the standard still you've got to do them all nice do it 507 well it's so good I mean we're only walk a five you know it's not I think so we find the session today PD session alive but what was tough about it the constant working if you're not mean there's no time for breaks you gotta keep pushing and pushing through it yeah Russian twists I reckon was the hardest there the light was your preparation like before he came in I was running 10k at twice a week I went to the gym every Monday and that was sort of about it I did you say to the guys who was joining what they should focus on you know I'd say I'd say if you think they're doing enough keep doing more keep pushing a little bit more you add a lot of things everything just everything you think oh I'm ready just keep adding a little bit more in orbit because you'll never really expect how hard it's gonna be at first but just keep going keep pushing yourself and you'll get it on nice and just go really just go to the gym really it's not all about running I would say big things work on your core your core is the one that will kill you while at the preparation like before he came in though my preparation it was good at the star especially when I was going towards my assessment and then it kind of tapered off towards basic training because I felt more comfortable okay cuz I've already got the basic transport bar definite bars like keep your training keep it going eat well don't drink fizzy drinks especially because they I started and it wasn't a good idea Oh bad today yeah but I'm feeling good now my wife so what you were televised and girls are looking to join definitely train the core understand pull-ups press up set ups you know do varying different ones so that you get all of your core just keep practicing because it does hurt but you feel stronger after this really understood a part of delicious meal yeah let's talk Indonesian pork and rice those delicious I didn't expect it to be this nice exactly horrible you know was the PT session today it was tough yeah was I you know there was you call it yeah pops yeah I had a tough time doing a series of what would have changed I would have prepared more done more you know ops work out before I came here I would tell the boys and girls look into joint exercise kill yourself
