[Music] hi guys welcome back to another day in life with two nine commanders just finished a quick warm-up then because we're gonna move on to four-mile speed march this is something i haven't done for a while now um so this is gonna be a massive refresher for myself yeah so really excited looking forward for it guys and this is the third day now it's going good so far i think after the speed march they're going to be going back on exercise again and do a night nav and then obviously i can't video that because i don't got night vision goggles so i'm gonna miss that one out yeah guys for my speed march it's gonna be a lick especially vlogging at the same time anyway can't wait without further ado come on let's get the ball rolling put up okay [Music] [Music] so enjoy on the the catch-up lessons that you're about to catch up on that you missed yesterday all right a minute when the road forms okay what so oh oh come on use the hill you're good he's here swinging across the body good man keep going okay good do you know the right so [Music] up today we just completed a four more speed march which is effectively troops advancing into battle and then being effectively needing to fight at the end of it so the lads completed four miles around oak camp to battle camp which is quite a hilly area and stuck to it so good effort in there tonight they need to advance into contact from that so they're going to move into a navigation exercise followed by a close target recce so no rest for the wicked lads get straight into the deep end and the going keeps going from here tomorrow the troops going straight into a swimming session followed immediately one return with a bottom field session which is for those that don't know an obstacle course but commando style with ropes with regains and refinement carries which we'll find out all about tomorrow followed by that they've got a trip up heartbreak hill which is probably one of the more arduous pc sessions of the week and then they're free for the weekend but that's the plan for the week soldiering on for now hump day done that's it [Music]
