In the video you suggest to swap out Shiro if you need another legend. You can do this if you still need the Kalla utility, but from a pure DPS perspective Shiro does more damage than Kalla.

So glad to see Power AlacRen get some love (along with everything Renegade related). It was my go-to Alacrity build for ages gives it has such good burst damage (slaps for open world) and is freer to swap legends around compared to the condi version.

after the February guilt was too balance patch one of my favorite bills has made his triumphant return [Music] let's go ahead and dive into it this is going to be a good one in our last build guide we covered off from a condo Equity Renegade which as a build absolutely slaps but today we're here to go through its counterpart the power alacrity Renegade as much as I love the Condor life build it doesn't have the flexibility and sheer Godlike levels of utility that the power version has a Condi build is really hurt by swapping out as Legends whenever it needs the extra utility this is way less of a problem on the power version of this build another one of the biggest issues I have with the Condi Renegade build is just how very much not bursty it is it takes a long ass time for your damage to ramp up and sometimes you just really need to delete something quickly the power build fixes this with some juicy burst that's going to make your DPS players very sweaty it also boasts Mythic levels of braid bar damage with star 5 so you can carry entire brake bars on your own the power I like rent is a greedy little piglet it's got Condi cleans it's got life still it is blocks built-in evades and the ability to gloss over any of your team members mistakes so let's get cracking and Jump On In First up with our weapons we'll be running dual swords as our best DPS option and this is where you're going to be spending most of your time sword Auto attacks simply offer good damage and apply vulnerability sword 2 strikes enemies around you applies chill which is very nice for soft CC and Deals bonus damage if you only hit one enemy Saw 3 will cause you to Shadow step around nearby foes Grant you a one and a half second of a and Grant you might on every strike sword 4 applies 8 stacks of vulnerability does fantastic Spike damage and immobilizes enemies which lasts for even longer than more enemies you hit sword 5 will cause you to Shadow step to your enemy Grant 8 Seconds of Fury and if it hits we'll deliver a second strike this skill can be used to teleport closer to enemies when outside of range you just won't get any of that sweet sweet damage on our swap take starve it doesn't offer much in terms of damage but it's truly god tier in terms of the useful toys it gives you a auto attack just to buy some strike damage and heal nearby allies star up to or apply weakness some damage and heal nearby allies this heals for even more if you manage to hit an enemy star 3 is amazing it gives you a two second block which can be an absolute Lifesaver and save you from wasting a Dodge it also blinds enemies at the end of the cast for extra damage mitigation star 4 will heal allies around you as well as removing two conditions it's also a blast finisher so you can use it to help stack might at the start of encounters or blast water Fields with some additional healing staff five alone will justify taking this weapon on your swap you charge forward attack nine times knock back enemies on each strike and you even evade while charging forward for a little extra spice each one of these attacks does 150 damage to Defiance bars so if you manage to land all nine attacks you will do an absolutely catastrophic 1350 brake bar damage seriously when a break bar pops up it's your life's Mission as a power lacrin to Nuke it from orbit now for the gear with the update to orders from above we now only need a bare minimum of 33 Boon duration compared to 78. so if you have more than that you're all good as far as Boon duration goes personally I like to run 40 Boon duration just to give me that little extra buffer for this build we have a mix of diviners and berserker's gear as well as the Nifty little dragon's back piece to get us to 40 Boon duration we'll be taking scholar runes with them being the premier power DPS room for food we're going to be using sous-vide steaks or sweet and spicy butternut squash soup we don't need any extra Precision so we're just looking for extra power and ferocity here for a utility take Superior sharpen Stones I've included a link to the build in the description below so you can check back on exactly what gear you need one thing to know with this build is that due to the Drake brutal momentum we get extra crit chance when our endurance is full this means though is that when you dodge your crit chance and subsequently your DPS will fall slightly so always try to minimize dodging where you can and do your best to stand in the safe of a spot as possible you can also use your sword 3 skill as an evade to save you wasting your endurance I find this one to be particularly useful and I'm always falling back to it for fractals where this build shines in particular you get so many extra stats from the various Factor potions especially Boon duration so you can run a lot less Boon duration on your equipment and still get the same result your ideal gear setup will change depending on how much Agony resistance you have but I've included a build in the description below that's optimized for 150 acne resistance which is the minimum AR you need for Factor level 100 if you want to figure out your own setup I've included a link to the discord's website and their gear Optimizer in description below here you can plug in your total Agony resistance and it will spit out what your ideal gear Loadout is going to be I'll do a separate video covering off on just how to use a gear Optimizer go ahead and have a play with it it's an amazing tool for adjusting builds to your liking and testing out different runes sigils and food without the need to drop fat stacks of gold now for our traits Devastation is our go-to power damage straight line basically everything here is some sort of damage modifier just stack as many as you can and move on with your day while not ideal you can swap Swift termination with down to death for some extra sustain this can be useful when soloing harder content as well the invocation line works exactly the same as the condylac Renegade build here we're just rocking some damage modifiers generating some Fury and take the god tier trait charge miss you need this trait so that you always have the energy you need to spam orders from above off cooldown just like the Condi build if you need more might take incense response if not run Spirit Boom for the sake of your team the Renegade trait line is obviously required here the main thing we take is Righteous Rebel for the extra likely duration and Boon range and this is what lets us not have to run absolutely insane levels of Boon duration also because there aren't any good power damage traits in the middle Renegade line for free to always take all for one so yeah we can always provide some decent protection uptime for our group good protection uptime is one of the more underrated things it's going to make clearing group content much easier for you for Legends our first choice is always going to be Carla and Shiro this will be our highest EPS option mainly due to the Shiro stance so to touch on some of the more important skills in the standard Loadout ice Razor's eye does great damage and provides a ton of vulnerability to enemies it's really useful to start up an encounter to max out vulnerability very quickly break races Bastion will heal you and your allies and will also reduce the damage You all take from condition damage darkraisers Dairy can provide huge amounts of CC as it daises mobs over and over again really good for disabling entire groups of mobs very effectively slowly Summit has been nerfed since its Glory Days but it still gives you and your allies additional lifestyle when you attack which does more damage to mobs and heals you at the same time so a nice little win-win a heroic command provides some nice AOE mind it will also give you an option to burn some energy really quickly this will make certain parts of your damage rotation much easier such a bombardment will launch out 10 projectiles and delay ton of damage orders from above is the linchpin of this entire build it provides pulsing alacrity to you and your team and if you press this off cooldown bam you've got Perma alacrity taken care of one of the best things about power likity Renegade is that it is much more free to swap out Legends compared to the Condi version of the build if you need to swap out a legend for more utility just go ahead and swap out Shiro as needed so for a quick rundown of the highlights of each Legend with a jealous trait light we have inspiring reinforcement which provides amazing group wide stability forced engagement towards enemies gives break bar damage through soft CC and reduces the damage you take from taunted enemies ventral hammers basically replaces impossible odds from the Shiro stance it also reduces strike and conduit damage You Take by 20 outstanding right of the great dwarf is rather expensive but it breaks done for five people and gives a massive 50 damage reduction for 5 seconds everything in jealous is just damn outstanding even though mallex is a condition focused Legend the power bill gets some useful toys here banish and charlemen are bad spoon removal which is super nice for fractals when no pain no gain makes an appearance cool to anguish false mobs you land on together for you and your team to burst down it's also very useful as a clutch Mobility skill the best thing kantari gives you is the absurdly long lasting projectile barrier from protective Solace if there are malts at log projectiles at you you can completely trivialize encounters for your group this skill is so good there are encounters where Revan and Sport specifically for this skill alone just remember that this is a projectile block not a reflect there's also some healing and Condi removal on the other skills that's nice and shouted daggers will give you a small initial heal as well as let you siphon Health on your next six attack reposting Shadows is an excellent backwards available stun break it will also remove movement impairing conditions and Grant you some Fury face reversal sort of does the opposite it's going to teleport you to your Target and your next to your attacks can't be blocked impossible odds is going to be one of your main skills when in Shiro it offers you a massive 50 movement speed increase and whenever you strike enemies it will deliver an additional hit just remember the quarter second internal cooldown that you have Jade wins is one of the least used skills in Shiro it does offer a massive CC that has a very high energy cost costing a total of 50 energy but it can be very useful if you really need to Chuck a cc bar now for the rotation once you get past the opening skills in your rotation it starts to vary quite a lot this is because your orders from above and sit into a bombardment are both going to come off cooldown at different points and when you're in different Legends so you're going to need to adjust your rotation to suit depending on what skills are available when and where the more you play this build you'll get a feel for how much energy each of the skills cost for our opener we're going to start in color we use ice Razor's eye orders from above sword 4 activate impossible odds sword 2 Etc bombardment and sword five [Music] we'll then use sword 2 twice after that swap back to color during the color Loop you're going to want to use orders from above whenever it's off cooldown first we'll use ice Razor's Ayah Citadel bombardment sword 2 sword for sword five [Music] sword two again finish up with ice Razor's eye and swap back to Shiro for the Shiro Loop generally you're going to want to activate impossible odds Citadel bombardment sword for sword five sword two fill in the rest of your time to sort Auto attacks like we mentioned before your rotation will change depending on what skills are off cooldown at different points using your skills on para alacrity Renegade comes less like a rotation especially compared to the conduit build and more of working your way down the list of skills to squeeze into your energy budget this does make it a bit more complicated to play than the Condi variant but there is tons of room to flex your skills and build up those shoulders from carrying your team on your back after the recent bus to Renegade as a whole the power alacrity Renegade has returned from the Wilderness and is one of the more slapped on bills in the game there is so much room to adapt your build to each encounter and provide Omega utility for your team and we haven't even touched on some of the more Niche scenes you can do on this build to carry even harder you will never be bored while you're playing this build
