- Greetings, Pokefans. Michael here, and today
I have a different kind of video format for you guys. I stumbled upon this, "Can You Guess The
Pokemon From the Emojis", challenge by Astounding Fact. I'll link to the original
video in the description below and it basically
shows you some emojis and you're supposed to guess which Pokemon those
emojis are referring to. As someone who knows
Pokemon very well, I thought it would be fun to see if they
actually did a good job of making this challenging or if it's so easy
that it's a joke. The thumbnail for this video is a bee and a drill. It's Beedrill. So maybe if this
is like super easy, you guys could come
up with your own Pokemon emoji challenges
in the comments and other people can
try and guess them, make 'em, try and
make them hard, not so hard that
they are impossible, but I think it'd be fun. Play the game for

play on this video and see where it goes. All right, let's begin. Pokemon number one is, a dragon and city, a dragon, dragon. Oh, it's Dragonite,
Dragon night. Okay, all right. I got that one. That was actually, that was more challenging than
I thought it was gonna be. There we go, all right, cool. One for one. We got the next one, okay, this is Pikachu. Okay, come on. A mouse and an electricity, this is, you can do better
than this guys, come on. This is the most famous
Pokemon out there. I hope this isn't
just gen one Pokemon. Yeah, okay. Surprising no one, alright. Pokemon number three, What? Oh, it's grey ninja, Greninja, okay, all right, this one was a good one. This one took me a second. Okay, all right good. They're not all
gen one, thank God. All right, great. That was a good one. Now give me some
more obscure Pokemon. All of the ones
we've done so far have been very famous Pokemon. What? Two cats? Oh God, oh my God I don't know. Oh, I'm gonna fail
one, I don't know, I'm brain farting. So two cats? Mewtwo? That's some BS. I mean, I guess
it's not that BS. I was trying to think
of a two headed cat. A water horse! A water horse? The only horse Pokemon I
can think of are Rapidash and Zebstrika. Horsea! It's Horsea. Okay, all right. All right, you stuck
that in just in time. My goodness, all right. This is Bellsprout. Okay, this is another easy one. Yeah, all right. Come along it's Bellsprout. Okay, all right, so I've
only failed one so far. I failed Mewtwo because it was like Meow two. So that was hard. Okay, Bellsprout obviously. Pokemon number seven, Is it a starfish? So I'm gonna guess Staryu, 'cause I think this is trying
to say it's a starfish. Yeah, Staryu. What? Magikarp? That's a shooting star. How is that magic? Okay this is Squirtle obviously. Man, they got some
that are jokes and some that like, a
shooting star is magic? No, it's science. Yep, Squirtle. Yep that one, okay, Pokemon number nine. We've got, Mankey. (laughs) Man, key? Oh, Mankey. (laughs) All right, so we've had one non-gen one Pokemon
in this so far. Which is a shame and it's the most popular
Pokemon of all time. So they disappointed in the
generation representation here. What? Snow massage? Oh God! Snowhead? Snorlax? Snow, relax. I don't even think I
can be mad at that. Ghost plus heart plus death. This could be any
ghost-type Pokemon Gengar? 'Cause they're doing
all gen one Pokemon? Oh, okay wow, all right. All I had to, Oh, it's not the heart,
it's the color purple. Okay, yeah all right. It was a ghost, okay
here's the Beedrill one. We can skip ahead for this one. We don't need a big
reveal for Beedrill. There we go. Pokemon number 13, Golduck, all right, I'm skipping ahead for this one. Yep, it's, yep, that was easy. Pokemon number 14, a purple, so now
because of the Gengar, I know that that's not heart. It's the color purple, so therefore this is
a purple mouse or rat, so therefore it
is Rattata, boom! I am an expert. A purple snake that kills you. Okay, it's Ekans. All right, these are
deteriorating fast. Arbok? What? Okay, it could have
been either of them. Like a purple snake
that kills you. Both of them do that. So that one doesn't count. Okay, I got that one right. All right, so that
was kind of short, but they have a second one, so we'll see if they expand to like more than one non-gen
one Pokemon in this one. This is Zebstrika! Oh, hey I was right. They did it. They did do non-gen one Pokemon and it's one of my favorites. All right, let's
celebrate Zebstrika. Make it into the
emoji challenge video. Hello, hello, hello Zebstrika. Good to see you my friend, so proud that you're here, so happy you're here. So far, this one's already
better than the first one. A water dragon, Palkia. The only, or is it Kingdra? Oh no, I'm gonna guess Kingdra. It's Gyarados, it's
not even a dragon type. Alright, Pokemon number three, this is Parasect. No Wait, no there's two of them. It's Paras. This is absolutely
Paras, not Parasect 'cause if it was a Parasect, it would only be one. Not technically a crab, but it does look like a
crab so that emojis fair. Yap, Paras. All right, Look at
me analysisealizing. Pokemon number four is, a pig and a shell? What? What, pig Pokemon,
Grumpig, Emboar. I'm just gonna guess Emboar. Slowbro? It is not a pig. This is some BS. I got Bulbapedia open right now and it says Slowbro's
Shell and lifestyle are somewhat similar
to Hermit Crab's though it is physically
similar to giant otters', giant salamanders and
hippopotamuses, okay? It also may be a reference
to the mythical Sazae-oni, a magical sea demon of Japanese
folklore distinguished by its spiny sazae or turban
shaped snail shell. I probably messed that up a bit but notice how I did not
once say the word pig. Slowbro is not a pig. Justice for Slowbro. All right, you're
gonna screw me over with some wrong emojis. A timing, what, oh Sandile. It's not the time aspect, it's the sand. It's Sandile. Yeah, all right. Look at me go. I'm incredible. Pokemon number six is, a sleeping bear. Ah, this has gotta be, Oh my God the sleeping
koala from Alola. I'm brain farting on its name. Oh no, I forgot its name. It's Snorlax again? No, you can't repeat a
Pokemon from the first one. Oh, ridiculous. A grass frog, Politoed? It's not grass type, but
I mean it's kind of green. Oh God fricking, I
am so embarrassed. I keep forgetting
Bulbasaur's a frickin frog. I always think of
it as a dinosaur because of saur. This is Ponyta. This was the one in the
thumbnail, for this video. Yeah this is Ponyta
to not Rapidash, 'cause if it was Rapidash, they'd use the unicorn
emoji if that exists. So this is for sure, Ponyta. Yep, I was right. All right, Pokemon number nine, question duck, it a Psyduck because it has questions, about the universe, which is, he asks
the real questions. That's why he has a
headache all the time because his thoughts
are incredibly profound. Yep, Psyduck. Now we've got a dragon
that has all of the powers. What dragon has all, there's no dragon
that has four types. What is happening? What? Another repeat
for the first one, that doesn't even
make any sense. All dragon types can
learn all of those. This is stupid. Red and black. A red and black ghost, Banette or Giratina. It's Giratina. Okay... No, Darkrai is not a ghost. A pig that licks you. Is this Lickitung? Are they tryna tell me that Lickitung is a pig too
when Lickitung is a lizard? This is the dumbest
thing I've ever done. Pokemon number 13, an egg baby. Okay, this is Togepi. Yup, surprising no one, Pokemon number 14, a
star, fish and water. That seems the water with
fish seems kind of redundant. I'm gonna say it's Staryu. I thought the the star, that's not a shooting
star, so it's not magic. It's Staryu this time. Yeah, let's go. There's my starfish. Pokemon number 15, this is one of
the Totodile line. Really don't need to specify, well I guess if it's Sandile. Yeah, it's, let's just say
it's the fully evolved one, it's Feraligatr. Okay, it's Totodile. Whatever, it was either
Totodile or Feraligatr. Let's reflect, that was dumb. (laughs) There were some that were, all of them were
either extremely easy or BS like saying
Slowbro was a pig, saying Dragonite with
a dragon, was a dragon, plus water, electric and fire. That's ridiculous. The only one that
I couldn't get, that I thought was fair, was the Snorlax one
from the first one. With the snow, plus
the light head massage, like snow, relax. I thought that was very clever, but that was the only one, (farting) that was not BS
