awesome colorful whatever the title says in the video video here today so basically in this video I'm gonna teach you guys how to make your own offline screen which of course if you follow this sort of offline screen my video tutorial you'll basically be able make your own cool intermission screen if you want to make one of those also to make your own cool overlay now that also how to make your own sweet awesome panels and stuff like that so in the video I show you guys all the dimensions I show you my color scheme I should also show you guys this little thing right here I'm gonna show it again again really quickly it's called colores SEO on that sponsor thing like that but I just found this really cool but I just press space you can actually find some really cool color schemes and like then generate for you like this one right here it actually looks pretty freakin sick so I don't know I just did that for my whole coach new thing and I found out it's really awesome color scheme of course using a little bit of a color correction as well to make it look even better and all that cool stuff so hope you guys do enjoy the video of course - Mike's on the video he goes a secret down below which mostly VPS DS of this video so if you guys aren't the offline screen the overlay and the panels and you want to kind of use that for your home twitch thing and it change the clothes around if you want to do that that is a thing just can't turn the lights on the video and I swear I'll put it down there as always also I did come out with a pattern pack on myself I so self I comm slicer HQ I come up with a pattern pack and an eSports color correction pack those two things are three dollars each also my everything pack is on sale for 15 dollars half off for the back to school until the 14th which is a basically Friday of next week so if you guys aren't gonna get the everything pack for half off it's already an incredibly great purchase for $30 however you actually get everything in myself I store and then future products for free so one thing that did came out and I also did using the video is the pattern pack herbs only three dollars really cool I swear as you see they're really awesome really freaking cool in the high quality so hope you guys do enjoy the video up first is gonna be the offline screen and then the overlay and then the panels and stuff like that so hope you guys enjoy I'll talk to you since way to out pace alright guys let's go to sort of for the currently offline image for your twitch channel now I think this probably most like important thing to do because if you're not streaming this is what they're gonna be seeing and you can have all the information that you want what you want them to follow wherever like that and it's really really important to have a currently offline screen so of course for one if someone's very very just not familiar with twitch they want to know if you're online or not having this nice little image for them is gonna work out very very awesome so of course the dimensionally using today is 1920 by 1080 pixels three inch a resolution sort of like the same exact thing you would do if you're fine like I yeah I guess a like a monitor screen background whatever just a really simple monitor screen size because it works perfectly for twitches sort of dimensions what do you want to use and make and create an offline image now because it's gonna be using today I actually got off of what it is called it's called colors I swear to God not sponsored in like that but I was just pressing spacebar and I found like the really dope color scheme and it just matches really like really like scuse me it just matches colors really well and I found it just by looking up I just literally looked up color plat or whatever the heck they call I don't know platon what the heck's the word that I'm looking for it's okay I'll figure out later on but anyway I just found this sighs I'm gonna I mean I use this site for my little color scheme here so if you want to do the same exact thing I would pretty much adjust it like this is right what it was right here I'm so yeah so I'm gonna go ahead and just like do something like this so it's kind of really awesome just using circles basically where's the marquee tool circle we're gonna be using patterns like I talked about before and the brush pack and that's pretty much it everything else is just sort of like just really fun and stuff like that so this is what it looks like all finished up and all that cool stuff so like I said you can have all the information you want in your offline channel and yadda yadda yadda so it's going to get this thing going alright so the first thing I course to do is just hide this right here and I'm gonna get rid of this just for now because we already know that background is there so what am I gonna be doing right now is we're just gonna go and start off with the first color which happens to be basically I guess the first circle which will be like the first form circle right here so we're gonna make a new layer right also this back and come on I'm using yeah I guess if you wanted to get the same colors I'm using this back and color is called or soudanese a hex code for it is 3 1 3 0 to 9 for the orange it's for F for 9 and B for C and then I'm just not gonna read them all and because until I get to that point but you can read them all stop the video if you wish to to get the same as that color scheme or just look at this right here that'll work too alright so with this new layer I'm gonna take the rectangles whose me I'm gonna go to the rectangle marquee tool but I'm using the ellipse marquee tool so just make sure you guys switch it and we're gonna go ahead and just quickly put the rulers in here because why the heck not just put some rulers you know verify what happened half is okay so basically only click in the middle here I'm gonna hold all and shift while I make this big circle here I'm gonna stop right here for now I'm just like sort of out of the frame right now but this kind of want to want to look for what I'm looking for is not I'm gonna be filling in in the middle but on the outsides so I'm gonna go ahead and just move this around like I don't say I'm gonna get as close as possible to what I have before uh this rate here looks pretty accurate to what I had um let's just say like rate around yeah like break around here so basically I'm looking at what's the outside area so I'm gonna say to myself what do I want to fill on the outside which is gonna be that orange I'm gonna move it up just a little bit more over there just a little bit more and I think that's pretty accurate to what I had before so basically what I'm gonna do now is I'm not feeling on the inside so what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna right click with the marquee tool and create Suz me select the word select inverse which is gonna core select the inverse and when I was talking about what's on the outside and now what's in the inside so it's gonna happen here is I'm gonna choose my color which is this community this orange right press ok and I'm gonna just press alt backspace as long as you fill or sees me change the foreground color not the background color change the forearm cards whatever color you want and that way you press alt backspace to quick fill it in and there you go our first shape is now in there and ready to go so I'm gonna go ahead and quickly do the next shape right now I believe everything that goes up after this has to go below this because you want this to be the foreground so you want to make sure that everything goes behind it almost like my intro tutorial that I did it for like After Effects with the whole landscape thing make sure your building behind it so the next one we're just gonna make another circle right another pretty big circle and for this I'm just gonna sort of utilize some like this I'll sure I get to like over here so let's go ahead and say everybody once you can press the transform selection just move it over like so get something like this now right more like an oval right um I think this is pretty accurate to what I had before let's move it over just a little bit more and I think yeah it looks okay let's just do that now so press enter select the inverse and then just like the color which is this red here and then I'm just simply alt backspace and there we go now I have our secondary color and now the second let's use me the other color that we're using is going to be based on the background so basically going to fill out excuse me we're gonna like fill the background with the circle with another circle that has a color on it okay so bear thing for a second what we're gonna do is really go ahead and just make a new layer of course below everything again make another nice big circle here and we're just gonna see like I said before this is this space right here is gonna be all in the background and the next sort of I'm gonna be creating right now is for basically the actual color I'm gonna be filling in that's I'm not sure gonna fill in it with just the actual fill in the circle sorry it's a little confusing because I'm trying to make sure you guys understand that I'm looking when I'm moving around I'm looking for this right here this sort of shape right here that's in my background and the shape inside is gonna be a color it's gonna be this blue press okay and then just fill it in and now we have sort of the foundation of what I had previously I'm gonna make it a little bit more bigger though just for the sake there we go so now basically we have here is four different colors this background color right here is actually nice little shape that kind of corresponds to these over here and now we're looking good and we're sort of ready to go I'm also gonna put in the currently offline in here right now so you guys know that this space is filled just like that maybe a little bit bigger okay now perfect now that we have this you sort of have like I would have had before right so what I let go ahead and do now is start filling in some of the patterns of stuff that I had previously so pretty much if you had a pattern pack like mine COFF COFF $3 or sell for calm sauce and switch queue um yep if you just go over here patterns and I believe the one I have for this one was something around it like don't you see I'm gonna move up a little bit so I can see what it looks like I believe it was the one that had like squigglies which is this one so this one had squigglies I can do this one as well but I'm gonna use this one this time but I'm gonna go ahead and just put these little squigglies in right my opacity up if I wish to just like that I just do the same exact one because I want to look exactly the same right just like so press okay and then for the one on the inside here just do the same exact thing pattern overlay select the one you wish to use which I'm gonna use this one I don't know let's just use this one make this a nice opacity boom press okay and then the one for the actual background was gonna already have that filled in so you can see the one I use was this diagonal line one so I'm just gonna make sure I have it on as you see now it's on and then last but not least the one in the middle which happens to be this one right here pattern overlay and we're gonna use the dots again so just gonna use this one we're here and are pretty much good to go now for that and I think that looks okay all right perfect now of course the main difference between what I had in the actual thing I'll showcasing to you guys a preview and the thing I have right now is currently the color questions a little bit off so just don't worry about we're gonna fix that but until then just like understand that we're gonna do a nice little color correction at the end but before we do that I want to add a couple more things like brush hits in this so I'm gonna go ahead and just add some little bit more texture I guess you can say is I'm gonna make a new layer right above this circle right here and above this circle Arce's me we're gonna have that new layer of course right click it clipping mask it that way whatever is on this layer here will not only be attached to what this layer is right here so if I were to take my brush here and try to find with that one I used before which I believe it was something like where are we this is or this one or this one we don't think is the same one but I really do want to use the same one um yeah it was this one okay so we're gonna change this to white just like so and then now as you can see if I click over here it's all over here as well but I'm gonna click here it's only couldn't mask into this shape here we're just gonna click a couple times just like so let's just do it a little more you know that's that's okay and IRAs gonna put it on overlay lower the opacity down a little bit that gives us a nice little more just texture with it and then the same thing on let's just do the red one here right click clipping mask it on the new layer and now I'm gonna do is take my brush and then find this one raid over here take a nice white brush and click a couple times and fill that space there just a little more texture if you want to use I guess Google textures or whatever textures that you have yourself definitely go for it it'll make the same exact you know sort of design in the end right that you want to go for or at least the same premise right so I'm gonna do now is and also just fix this where is this currently offline put it above here Lee quick and we're just gonna go ahead and stream package video lower this down here just like so alright and perfect now a couple thing I'm gonna do for the cut before I do the color correction is I'm not choosing new layer use my brush I'm gonna make a nice little simple soft brush right click on the site simple soft brush hover over like a nice light blue like so right that very simple blue which is 3 B 9 4 B 1 is a blue that I'm using I can just click a couple times now around this design just like so right around where the blue is really instead let it leak into the orange and the reds what's gonna happen here is gonna change this blend mode from normal to a linear dodge add or than your Dodge which one Wow let's just call the new Dodge ad ok and we're gonna load this opacity down a bit and we get something like this now it kind of just gives us a nice little full color look to it it looks really good and I'm also gonna fix this little text here for you so the way I did my little like box to text like this little rate thing right here right there is I just simply just use a new layer right I went ahead took my pen tool and this sort of pen tool out a very simple box around it you can do whatever you want you can use a different shape in like the actual photo shop like default shapes or whatever but once you do this little shape gonna fill this in with it was like an orange but then it was like a little bit like yellowish so we're gonna find a yellow and press ok press ok again delete the path here and now I'm gonna press ctrl while I'm holding ctrl I'm gonna click on the T where the text file is just like so and it's gonna click back on my layer here that I just made the box in I'm and just personally on my keyboard and what's gonna happen here is I'm gonna click to you again for the text tool and hover over this and then delete it and then just like so you have a nice little currently offline screen with a nice little box around it now so if I want to change the color I'll go just click over here color overlay and I kind of do want to change the color just a little bit to make it just stand out just a bit more and I think a little more over there and I think that looks pretty good okay perfect and after this right here we'll just make this a nice color here make a nice and how do you say just looks good just proof like that all right perfect and now finally we're gonna do the little simple color question I was talking about previously which all I use was a color balance and a brightness and contrast so above everything that you've done currently you use color balance just like so I'm gonna be my settings because I'm just using my color scheme I had negative 45 for the cyan which is more blue and then I have negative 21 which is more magenta and then I have positive 29 which is a little more blue and I get this sort of nice tone so when you're messing around with your version right you want to make sure you just sort of click around like move this around a bit and say which one do I like best and then you'll figure out what you like best when you just sort of like I said flirt with it a little bit and then you'll really just like no you'll fall in love with it and then you'll figure out what you're gonna do next right so once you have this right here the color balance that I used sees me brightest and conscious that I use was a simple one brightness what I believe doesn't really do quite much but it is something right since that one and then I had 48 contrast and just like that we have a very nice sweet clean and very simple just attractive looking at currently offline screen where you can put where I put stream package video you can be like next stream every Monday at whatever o'clock at night or in the morning in the morning in the morning the hell that I go Lars in the Mon and all right so once you have this you're pretty much good to go and so like I said we're gonna move on to I believe the overlay version now and then we're just gonna you know just keep on going so you can see out like also really quickly these patterns a little too bright for me it's a little gay pack sit down right don't make it too harsh right okay so once you've done that you're gonna go let's go and go to the next version so you're not next version but the next part of this video which is the overlay and hope you guys enjoy this version for the offline screen dude like what's going on here I keep saying version part and we need to like the part okay not version part all right let's go okay okay guys let's go ahead and move on to the next part of this video see where I do it okay I did it right this time all right which is the overlay so pretty much we're gonna use the same exact follows file size which is gonna be 1920 by 1080 300 pixels once again sees me 300 resolution pixels once again press create and now one thing I always get asked about people is how do you measure the actual camera that I'm using like how do you measure the camera size and I'm using now what I ended up doing is I just make our new layer again the same exact size 1920 by 1080 P right I just fill it in with any color so any color you have alt backspace quick build in it does not matter so it's gonna happen here is this is sort of like a 1080p resolution screen technically right no matter what your camera should fit in the 1080p screen resolution because it's gonna downgrade or downsize or shrink when you actually you know shrink it down to a you know like a rectangle goes like this right all right now just imagine your cameras this big and like a stream I guess OBS in like that a start shrinking it you know no matter stay this sort of box size so what's gonna do it just simply drag this in to this here and that was gonna happen here that layer that I just had just shrink it down and then you'll figure out hey this is my playing field before the video overlay now works perfectly the whole camera overlay thinks so I have not had any problems currently or yet however I might have to like maybe move it over just an inch over like to the left just like sometimes it happens right it's like the clients like you know it's a little off but for the most part this will work for you and hopefully this will help you guys out sort of measuring what the camera should look like so now they have this done and I'm gonna go and just get rid of that and okay let's go ahead an get this thing going so new layer we're gonna be using the rectangle tool for reasons being that if I were to go ahead and now excuse me kind of like hover over this or copy this again just like so right you can see I'm office a little bit or not off okay cool so now I can skipper this rectangle here what I'm gonna do is the reason why I did that is I'm gonna get rid of this fill here sort of like it's a little like illustrator right so you gotta have a fill and you have a stroke so both them are probably gonna be turned on or Sue's me one's gonna turn on and ones me probably turn off most likely your fill is turned on you want to go ahead and just press this little little red slash going through this it was just no color click on that to turn off the code that's inside now we're gonna do is gonna go it over to the stroke every doesn't make this black for now and we're also gonna bring this up and this of course would bring up the stroke size of the little red tail here I'm gonna use ten size stroke which is for me it works pretty good and like the whole simplicity or not simplicity or the like the nice smoothness of having skinny sides or whatnot right I'm actually put up just a little bit more I lied okay let's do that put it up a little bit more oh I didn't change it to ten that's why there we go all right cool so now that we have this this makes our nice strokes to us like our lines here the corner is very very sharp that's why I use this and not like actually like if I use this here and I went to like stroke size right and then I just went on the outside you see that oops if I were like actually oh it's on overlay put on normally quick and it's put on not white there we go so you see what happens here it's gets all pixelated stuff like that that does not happen with this right here obviously right so that's why I use this it's basically using a rasterized image or basically a illustrator type file looking thing all right vector there we go you know what I mean okay now you guys what I mean let's go and continue so basically mm-hmm what we're gonna do here is to make a nice little middle for both of these things here just like so now or see the middle of this now everybody make a new layer again and we're gonna just build the actual overlay in a very nice cool way so we're gonna click on this left-hand corner here I was gonna click on the pen tool just like so and let's just go ahead and click on like this way there now let's start bringing it over all the way over here by holding shift however before that I'm gonna make this a little bit like that do something like this and then bring it over just like so this is gonna make a nice little very nice little I guess back or simply bottom piece of it to make it just look more full and to give the actual overlay a little more dynamic so when I click in the middle here I just went straight up like you see it's on the exact same middle line I went all the way over in the inside of the actual overlay and then connected it back at this corner here so I'm gonna right click fill this path in drop down the color and we can just use black once again press ok press ok again and there we go now we have one little half here so I'm gonna do is on a hold alt and shift move it over I'll make a duplicate while also keeping on the same exact orientation control team and then right-click flip that vertical excuse me a horizontal which is gonna flip it of course this way right not like up-and-down so gonna flip it horizontal so if I move this and get rid of that you'll see they'll be having a nice little cool bottom piece now we're sort of builds like a really cool I guess dynamic when you're coming to an overlay right it looks pretty dope so I'm not gonna do now is show you guys a little something you can do as well so I'm gonna group these two things together is gonna call this bottom for whatever reason we're gonna do that right we're gonna make a new layer below everything really quick I'm gonna take our pen tool here and just show you guys what you can do when you have a little bit of color now I'm gonna just make this here a different color for now and before I continue let me make sure I can like actually show you guys we're gonna do really quick so if I make this red for now even though this sort of red piece is gonna be black in a quick second what I don't do really quick is show you guys how to simply make a really cool color scheme to overlay using the same exact actual image that used before so if you have your offline screen done like I said before make sure you basically go back and hide it where is it the text that you use for both of things whereas the offline thing where is this let's find that please and thank you move that out the way Nantz right here okay i which is blind alright sweet so now you have this all the texts and stuff moved away we're gonna do really quickly is group everything together ctrl J and ctrl e to merge everything together and as you see here now is one full image of your little pattern and stuff like that so I want to do now drag this over your overlay put it on just like so and I'm gonna say this would look good right there and then what I'm gonna do is on this rectangle here go over it right click clipping mask and there you kind of go you sort of have let's also move this bottom piece here in here as well so we're going to actually group this together before we do that in this little bottom piece I forgot move that out for a second this little bottom pieces group the rectangle and the bottom piece together and then could mask it and there we go now we have a really dope and simple color scheme that looks exactly the same as what we had before and you can move it around as much as you want I think this is perfect perfect right so now this little red piece that I have I'm gonna make this black now to give myself a little bit of contrast and we're also gonna move this over on this side as well so flip it horizontal and then get it to as close as what you had before which I believe is like something like over there right it might be a little bit off but for now this looks pretty cool and if I just run show this really quick you have a nice little black thing right there so now what happens here which is really cool if any moment you want to add something cool this angle I'm gonna call this overlay layers add the another I guess layer right now and I don't know the shape into the group that you have put mass towards this little picture here so in this little group here I have I made another new layer I'm gonna take my pen tool mm-hmm click around over here put this in the middle put this down here always I always put the middle here so I know exactly where I need to put the opposite side so that's symmetrical right fill the same with any color does not matter whatsoever you can see it automatically gets the actual fill horizontal flip the horizontal and then connect it enter and now we have another piece on the top now this is like I said it's really really freaking cool because of course you're giving yourself just a sort of awesome color scheme by just using what you get already before so really quickly as well I want to add a nice little nameplate thing so I'm gonna just make this again I'll make out a new layer fill it in with any color does not matter delete the path move it over ctrl T flip horizontal make sure it's even and there we go so I'm going to write the word sessue HQ in here make this white and I'm also gonna make sure it's not inside the group and make sure it's above everything and then just put it right in there so we now I have our nameplate right at the top which is pretty cool and it just looks still right so there's that and also if you wanted to do this as well you can go ahead and add more black bars here or whatever but I'm gonna add some black bars on the side here so go below everything make a new layer take your pen tool and we're just gonna click boom not so far out like right there and we're just gonna hope that's even for now we're just gonna keep on going right usually I would use the rulers but forget it fill it in we're ready here and then just use the black press okay since it's below everything some like that move it over now we hit the flip it vertical excuse me align horizontal there we go okay and then just move that in and sort of make sure it's as even as you can get it for now I'm just looking I'm not looking to like make it perfect I'm trying to show you guys the whole example so what happens here now you have a really dope overlay and if you're almost done because I want to add just a little something-something I'm gonna add these cool I call it ventilation okay just call it what it is or what it's not I don't really care what it is called we're just gonna make very simple small rectangles like this I believe I did some other video I'm not entirely sure I forgot all right some like this right fill this in with white just like so press okay delete the path and we're just gonna go ahead and zoom it out really quick so I'm gonna show you I'm gonna hold alt and shift on that layer so it makes duplicates when I move it over I'm gonna make like a double line and we're gonna make another one moving over and we're gonna make this one here and then we're just gonna make like a triple line almost right there we go alright so now what's gonna happen here is gonna group all these things together or if you want to do converge the group together with ctrl e move over to this side flip it horizontal that way it's even on both sides and then what you have here is really cold a ventilation thing you put it on overlay and then call it a day if you wanna lower the opacity on you could right I think that looks pretty cool kind of like it just looks cool it just looks like it's I guess how do you say what's the verb rating is that the word we're just gonna stop trying to use big words alright so it looks pretty cool and then I think that's pretty much concludes the whole overlay part of it so if you want to do like I guess how do you like how do you like the like some recent subscribers leaving like that you can put like a little thing on the bottom here like I usually see on other people's streams you probably like make another triangle choose me or a rectangle a triangle we're gonna make another rectangle that's a circle that's a rectangle there we go click over here match it up on both sides right and what I would do I would just use a nice little corresponding color I already actually have one over here so let's try to get that like it's like this blue I guess we'll just try to copy this blue down fill it in there right something like that and then you sort of just like to start building it that way now if you want to what I would do is I would just use the same exact color this little same exact thing right here plate mask it but this time I'm going to put it on luminosity and then lower the opacity down just like so that gives it a nice little contrast as well right and if you want to make like that the edges like circular whatever but I we're not gonna go that far into it and also this is a little bit off so I'm gonna press ctrl T move it in one pixel I think they start putting the currently offline of things like that inside there and I'll say if you wanted to use rounded edges you would just use a rounded edge a rectangle tool just like so you can make their edges as brown as you kind of want them to be right and this is how that goes right that's really cool very simple stuff but I'm not gonna go into that however so that's what you want to do for a little bottom plate there but otherwise I just wanted to have a nice little overlay camera this would look pretty cool it's work for you guys and like I said you can add any little part that you want and then just put any little words that you want in there as well so hopefully guys enjoyed this part of the video which is the overlay part and now we basically have the overlay part now and that we have the offline screen we're just use that and yeah we're looking good right now we're looking good so far and okay let's go ahead and go on to the last part which is pin the panel's right which is I'm gonna give these three main parts the overlay sees me the overlay the offline screen and the panels for now and then if you guys enjoyed the video maybe there's something I missed and I'll just start adding some more stuff on right so until then I'm gonna see you guys in the next part of the video which is the panels okay alright guys last but not least are the twitch panels if you guys have no clue what those are those like the little rectangular or little cool little shape things on the bottom that say hey you can donate here hey you can follow me here subscribe to me here all those cool stuff that is what those things are now the dimensions for those things happen to be anywhere between six by six hundred or 300 by 300 or anywhere in between or lower it does not matter what I'm gonna be currently using is 600 by 150 if I press to create you'll see that this rectangle is very nice and skinny very sleek and it works out for me now you can do things like um 600 by 200 there's a little more like thicker like width wise right and I can use something maybe like what did I have before where is it 600 or 320 by 600 which is basically an up-and-down version like I see people that have like their PC parts or whatever they can just list them like so with like a nice little cooler rectangle um just I'm gonna get into this a little bit but you don't always have to use a rectangle I'll show you guys what I mean by that in the future of this video or the future of this part of the video um but yeah you can use anywhere between those dimensions but like I said another using 600 by 150 pixels and this is basically this little rectangle right here I just made it look I just zoomed it a little bit more this is like right here right a very nice sleek looking rectangle looks really cool perfect let's just finish down and stop talking about it cuz it's not that hard but sometimes people have a hard struggle of understanding what the dimensions for your which panels can be there's no set dimension but there's nothing more basically than 600 there is those gonna fill up too much space and probably cause little problems but there's no written s sort of reason for right because they're smaller its compacted and this is need to be incredibly big so I'm just gonna right follow my follow my Twitter and we're just gonna make this a little bit bigger so this is gonna be I'm gonna use Twitter for example for this video here so follow my Twitter which happens to me Zazu HQ cough cough right okay little shameless let's move it a little further up alright cool so once they sort of have this if you zoom in more of course is gonna be very blurry because if you guys not know already this sort of 600 by 150 pixels I guess document is not the highest quality if you zoom in of course you know looking at some like this this is where like the quality you must be seeing it as it's gonna be really nice to start quality because it's a shorter document size but it does not matter when you're zoomed in it's not gonna look this choppy or whatever trust me about that expecially if you have the resolutions at 300 right here right okay so follow my Twitter so I'm gonna do I'm gonna take this nice little tutorial image again just like so and drag it in here just like before it does not matter for me this is not like lazy but it just makes complete sense to me Hamid I can just make it it's kind of like verifies to make sure that you have the same color scheme almost the same exact pattern of course but if you want to design it again you can design it over again but for the sake of the tutorial and for the sake of sometimes I do this a lot um it works out alright so I'm just make it a little more shorter it is not matter if you make it shorter because you are in a smaller document size in this one as long as you don't make it try to make it bigger or anything like that you'll be perfectly fine it'll you know kinda keep the quality there we go I'm trying to say keep the quality right so I'm gonna change follow my Twitter both these things to a nice white and not black that way you can actually see what it looks like in right here right now you can say to yourself yo I'm done this looks freaking awesome this rectangle works perfectly for me and this is exactly how I want my my panels to have you can change from follow my Twitter to scribe to my YouTube and whatever and whatever you can of course that will later on when you apply the actual panels is you'll kind of hyperlink them to that whatever you're looking for right if you say this is perfectly fine for you this is cool now I want to show you guys how you can make and create I guess more authentic or not authentic more original looking panels now to do that is or easy pen tool and also before we're gonna do that I'm gonna make sure we have the middle set right I'm gonna make a new layer and we're gonna take our pen tool here and we're just gonna click on the outside here and what we're gonna do is gonna hold shift them in a straight line now we'll do something like this drop down almost like I'm making another overlay so we're gonna do is gonna fill this little thing in here with black just like so right and then we're gonna hold alt and shift move it over ctrl T flip to horizontal and make sure that this is on the actual part right there and it is perfect so what's gonna happen here what you're gonna be looking at this as is as this black is actually empty let's just imagine that for now right I'm gonna ctrl click on these two things and control them to merge them together i'ma hold all in shift again drag it down and make a nice duplicate and I'm gonna press ctrl T and flip it vertical and now we have this right here so let's imagine that these black bars here are basically what's empty or let's just say there's nothing there it's blank let's just pretend when we save it these black bars what's not gonna be actually there just the inside here which is colorful it looks really cool and I feel like my tags just a little bit too big for it I'll shoot it down just a little bit so to basically apply this little effect here is I'm gonna ctrl click on these two things again which is the black bars combine them in so that they're one layer I'm gonna hold ctrl select the thumbnail we're gonna select basically the two black bars that we just created select the backing image that we have and under press Delete and our keyboards just do it twice or three times make sure that it completely deletes it all and then I fire control D to deselect and then unhide this black layer now we have a really cool sort of looking I don't know a really cool futuristic type of looking panel design right kind of matches our overlay a little bit right so now if you guys and I know every document that you create always has a background to start off with it might be a white background might be a black background or if we turn that off you'll have no background however we have a background right so this little white right here if I were to try to save this which is gonna be under file export safer web you'll see this white is still there so I cancel this and hide this white here if I just go back to this right here again you'll see this little dotted or checkered stuff line it's just indicating that this is actually blank there's nothing there so when you save it and if you pull up the image itself you'll only see just this the inside rehear which is really cool sometimes you really don't understand that and they really don't understand how they create cooler panels that you know don't have to be completely erecting all the time yes you are in a rectangle document but you can even make rounded edges on the outside now if you want to do that before I would do quickly do that let me go ahead and group all this stuff together which is basically like the actual thumbnail basically what's gonna happen here is this right here is actually the background right so I'm gonna make a new layer clues mask this we can get with not create an object click mask and delete this we can do that anymore and we're just gonna nice we're gonna take a nice little light blue of light blue make a couple hits around it to make some nice lighting and then linear dodge add lo of the opacity down you can go into more detail with that lighting it stuff like that if you wish to however this is probably fine for me and I might also we're just a little bit just like that right now that looks really cool we're looking really good so far now to make these really cool little rounded edges there might be an easier way to do this however religion has been the way I've been doing it so I'm gonna make a new layer I want to go to the ellipse marquee tool find the mill pick a nice circle excuse me make a nice circle that kind of goes on the top of the actual rectangle here and the bottom of here it's a one pixel off but it's okay for the fake of the second tutorial on this new layer here just fill it with any color does not matter alt backspace it move it to the edge here just like so what's gonna happen here this little this little image is just a template right just a template so if I press ctrl and click on it what's gonna happen it's gonna select the actual image for me and I'm basically have a nice little cutout of a circle is what I want I'm gonna do before I actually do that isn't gonna make a mask layer right here just by clicking this little mask right here what's gonna happen is if you don't know about the mask tool or the mask layer selection is basically what happens here you're gonna use a brush every time you click on it's gonna be a black and white brush black isn't your race and then white is gonna fill it back in right so if you guys basically do not know that there's your little quick tutorial about it so if you want to make sure you fill it in it's white and in blackest we erase it's kind of nice it's kinda like a nice to redo eraser if you ever need to do so right so now I'm gonna go to new is I'm a ctrl click on that circle and on this little part here before I do that check click back on the right down marquee tool right click select the inverse and then while you're now here go back to this little little mask here take a nice black brush which is this right here you can use a 100% hardness and then just erase on the outsides just like so yes perfect and I can do the same exact thing the other side click on that circle drag it over to like right here select the inverse and then I click here black brush oops make sure to click on that there we go black brush and then erase and now oops I erased that right there and basically to fix that I'm gonna have to you dad let's go ahead and take this circle move it over here and then control click on it there we go actually fix that little mistake he just did take our black brush select the inverse take our black brush and then you erase that on the outside right there so my control D that should be fixed sweet now what's gonna happen if I save this you're just gonna have a cool-looking little panel I just looks like this and only the part that's actually being shown a little checkup on the outside here is actually not what's gonna be saved it's just gonna be this nice cool rounded edge cool looking like spherical whatever it is looking at panel design which looks freakin austin when you save it and put it on Twitch it's not gonna be a rectangle I promise it's gonna be exactly what you guys see here basically that is the end of the toriel so basically we created an offline screen we created a nice cool overlay for your webcam and stuff like that like I said it's not laid in the overlay it's more like a webcam overlay whatever but it works in the same exact process you actually the same exact thing he's gonna make an overlay on the top or bottom or whatever right or if you want to add some more extensions to this right here which I would to say was probably the best bet and also this is way too big for you all you would have to do is basically merge all the groups together resize the background and oops besides the background and basically have this here and then you can shrink it down and make it as whatever size you want to have it put in the corner and then to save this of course you unhide the background so the background is not actually being seen and then of course just you guys know as well the save settings that I use is file export save for web and I use PNG 24 and then you press save and you save it that's exactly what my save settings are it saves in the best quality possible-- for photoshop and all that cool stuff so like I said before it is the offline screen we have the overlay now as well let's get rid of that thing offline screen overlay and now the panels and pretty much when you create these things and you kind of upload them on your Twitch it'll make your twitch look super cool really awesome really professional and it's a very simple and clean process InDesign and I really
