Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
the drums are so loud, and the audio goes up and down. how can the sound mixing be this bad for such a high quality series and production.
My favorite part is when she reads the instructions of how to make them. It’s so ridiculous and she is so deadpan when she reads the instructions.
I about died when she said “drill 6 or 7 holes into the top of a salad spinner” 😂

Oh no Claire...
That sound mix tho 😫
40 minutes long... oh boy, rip Claire.
This seemed like a let down in final product. The chocolate was more gourmet as it’s not just milk chocolate. But the shell wasn’t comparable. Like Claire said chocolate and peanuts taste good.
Also I feel for Claire having to spend a ton of time on things that are easy if you have the right equipment. I’ve been to a candy factory on a tour. Those drums make the process so much easier.
1) wow, that's the longest we've heard that sad piano music, eh?
2) 'centrifugal force'. This is why I love Claire.
3) oh my heck we got a brand new sad piano music.
4) also Rhoda really shines in Gourmet Makes. Rhoda for MVP!
5) and I think this is the episode where Claire's perfectionism truly comes to the foreground.
IS THAT SOHLA EL-WAYLLY WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND?!
She's at BA now?!
Edit: Holy shit she is! I'm so happy for her, I loved her presence at Serious Eats, and I can't wait for her to make her way in front of the camera.
Wow the sound was so off. Couldn't hear claire and then the music was too loud. Reminded me off the first couple of gourmet makes when they were just starting out. They couldn't get the two volumes of claire sowaking and the music quite right
