hey gang had been a big-ass t-bone steak tonight mmm but first of all we're going to work on some green beans I've got a can of green and chilled beans here we go it's a little pot back here there's like that I love these green beans and chill beans that's good stuff we're going to cook them into the bacon grease get that mixture in there then green beans get them started first like that without some some pepper in there with them yeah yeah looks pretty good to me now here's our t-bolt let's get back to that bad boy right there it's about two inches thick pretty good sized t-bone and I'm a minimalist I was like salt and pepper that's all we're going to do and get over here we're going to salt and pepper this big bad boy just like that just like out here just like ah so we're getting our cast are paying up the heat right beside it let's miss miss crock black I like fresh cracked black gonna take ya gig yeah just going to push it pepper down in there it's good to me over here is a cast-iron pan come to heat just add some oil where's our oil there it is when you back there something like that we're gonna Pat I butter little pat of butter we're going to throw in there too so extra flavor you know little extra flavor let's turn our beans up a little bit give them a stir you get bacon grease all mixed up in there and melted know each other that pepper and and baneling left me good stuff which I too can then beans can be alright now those want to pan sear this big t-bone I don't like are always quite hot enough yet getting close though getting close I'm giving it all about the 30 or 40 more seconds we will be right back alright I think our painting us come to heat that butter that all we take this big t-bone here boy it's gonna be good you see the size of that good size by few inches I guess we're going to throw it season side down like that we're going to leave it alone press it down a little bit make sure everybody's touching the bottom of that means that once these on the top of it or this side of the salt more correct black kind of heat a little bit more yeah I guess I'm going to cook this about three and a half three or three and a half minutes it's pretty thick I'm kind of looking for a medium get you guys over here looking for a medium rare just pushing that pepper in on that salt it's got a pretty thick fat fat ring on it right here so I'm going to turn it up later on its side there and cook it now just leave it alone and we'll be back when it's time to flip it alright guys I just flipped it boy it's got some good color on it a little bit more oil because it's topped it all up turn the heat down it's a little bit I think it's about four minutes on this side so let's read more free half more minutes so we'll be back and we'll take it that way the rest for a few minutes Hey alrighty there it is and all its goodness I'm just pulling it out of the pan and we'll look at sucker rest for about ten minutes those juices redistribute or whatever hell you won't say to it anyway damn it looks awful good I don't know if I got a medium or medium rare or not I think I may have overcooked it just a little bit but it does get a good sear on it so at the way to find out after it cools down for a few minutes let it rest so we'll be back about ten minutes so uh we'll see you then all right boys and girls I've been letting this feller cool off or whatever you wanna call it about ten minutes and there's a t-bone I'm gonna cut the meat away from the bone there like I said I think I may have overcooked it but we're going to see just cut away from the bone it looks old don't know if I ever cooked or not looks pretty good so we can get off at bone yeah my knife not sharp enough or what am i doing round here I'm eating something right there there we go let's cook this way don't worry angle B now that's wasted so now we got that piece off oh boy boy boy boy it looks good let's get this side here off this side here's tender I don't think we overcooked it everybody I think it looks that perfect to me now don't worry this piece right here you want to go to waste I'm just gonna stick it to the side for a second and we're gonna check out this the rest of this you know let me get a better knife they're cutting of this hey somebody's text me I know who it is that's Oh Jethro with so Blarney ring ranch like a few slices into this man that sure is juicy oh we don't want to lose a piece there the fat is still a little undercooked you can see right there I did stand-up in Sirit so let's just cut that piece off it'll piece of fat get rid of him Oh guys and girls this looks like it's pretty much perfect to me yeah let's take a look at it real quick how about that what about that bye guys even like I see it like a fool let's go ahead slam it in our face mmm mmm yes sir oh it's fat I'm just going to trim off here I didn't get cooked all the way through set it off the side man where is a good piece of meat right there - wrong piece all right how about cut into the Tenderloin part of it yeah it's a little it's a little more dinner it's a little more done er than the other side of it is but oh man can you guys see that alright well that's it I'm gonna go slam my face in this knowing that big bone and tear up these of these beans I cook their bacon grease man that's a good piece of meat as always over here looking good Cheers thanks for watching hanging out cheers guys mmm and we'll see you next time bye
