PALWORLD SOLO MEGA BASE BUILD! - PART 1 - THE WALL

what is up beautiful people it's your boy cloudy let's get into power world man let me uh hop in here I hope you guys are having a wonderful day if you guys like this type of content make sure to drop before we get into this build this is going to be a massive massive build so let me show yall what we're working with for my where is it I actually lost oh there it is for the uh difficulty settings right I turned the uh deterioration rate down to zero structure deterioration rate zero I'm tired of it I did a little play play testing and recording with um pal multipliers and and item multipliers and my game is laggy as hell when recording so we're actually going to turn that down for the sake of this video gatherable items multiplier let's turn that back down to like one and a half that's fine uh maximum number of items dropped in the world let's just do 2,000 for now uh deterioration rate zero our XP rate has been turned up to 20 because I got tired of the grind the game is is very grindy I think I'm going to do a twoe review in a couple days probably Friday um about this game because this game is awesome but man does it need some work with endgame and progression it is um it's pretty rough towards the endgame mid to late 30s early 40s is such a grind I had to turn these uh capture rate up and the EXP rate up cuz damn it's rough out here but let's get into where did did it go pal appearance holy hell this one affects my game like no other option we're just going to do two for now um so pile appearance rate down to two the other one which one was it uh deterioration rate is zero damage to structure multiplier zero maximum numbers of items dropped in the world um two just under 2,000 gatherable items we could just draw that up to three that's actually fine that's actually fine but uh this one right here um pal appearance right crazy but that's my settings that's what I just bumped it up to yesterday so let's get into the game but yeah man for this base I uh I actually didn't know what the hell I was doing right so this is my base that I have now and as you can see it's a little laggy we might have to turn that setting down uh but this is my base as it currently sits it's pretty cool I'll do a fly over for y'all and I finally got the breeding breeding Farm you know we good on that end over here got a nice little cave got a skill tree we already out of stamina but this is my base right now man it's a nice little humble abod um but the problem the problem that I'm experiencing I can't have any flying Pals uh I can't have any big Pals they all get stuck they don't like going up to the second level here so what I think I'm going to do I've been perusing Reddit like a mofo oh this is actually back this despawned yesterday I don't know weird um what I've been looking around is I'm just going to tear all this down and because the deterioration rate is zero we're actually just going to build way the hell out there we're going to surround this whole area right here and hopefully it looks good so I'm going to do a little bit of magic through editing and tear this down skip ahead at some part show you guys what the update it is and see how far we can get today I don't plan on getting super far just because this took me all day yesterday to do and I'm already tearing it down but it took a long time just to do this um but I do want to make this like into a mega base where this kind of goes over this whole region right here sticking to one foundation and not several thousand so we'll see what we can do I'm I'm going to go ahead and maybe do a time lapse we'll see maybe I'll just do jump Cuts cuz last time I did a time lapse that was a nightmare but um yeah here it is y'all so without further Ado let's get started man I'll see you guys in a bit and of course when I'm trying to do something for you guys I'm getting raided why every time I turn the camera on I get raided I don't understand but I thought this would be a cool little experiment to do right here cuz I think when I get all this Foundation off this thing might just explode so we'll see in just a minute I am level 43 now I've been grinding like I said I would be I had to turn the experience rate up but yeah we can already see this base oh wow yeah they had no chance oh wow oh wow I don't know what that is but it hurts and now these Gunners are going to get up because they decided to join in on this fight that was a bad move watch they're going to get destroyed right now I'm not even going to do anything I'm not concerned but we are going to have to manage our inventory watch this yeah you guys chose the wrong Castle to invade bro I think what I'm going to do I'm actually going to have them encircled in my castle in this new build just because I like a little bit of chaos but let's see what happens when we got all these Foundation pieces off cuz now this thing is just completely floating oh wow [Applause] what bro what the hell is this man I've never seen this before that's freaking awesome yeah that was freaking awesome man the whole base gone hours of work gone the whole thing okay that's all right that's exactly what we wanted to happen Okay so I'm just going to get all this stuff and delete everything this is going to be a nightmare consolidating all this I have a whole bunch of stuff in uh in these containers right here yeah I have 1,600 iron ingots I have a little bit of stone whatever but I have a whole lot of stuff right here too so let me show you guys how much stuff if I actually have yeah that's a lot this is a lot of stuff that we're working with now like 20,000 wood 30,000 wood oh wait oh that's like 50,000 wood right there yeah it's I have an asinine amount of of things so let me let me just uh get this all cleaned up and I'll get back to you guys I don't want to record too long it's going to mess up with my hard drive so let me get all this stuff cleaned up and then I'll get back to you guys when we're have my kingdom up yet level 23 we're going to wipe the floor with these dudes I'm so sick of this got more of them over there just overlooking that's probably who told on me right over there sons of watch this we're going to annihilate their whole Army me look at that y'all with the wrong crew man oh that's a shotgun ouch that's a flamethrower come on man I think his abilities are too long of a cool down might need to swap some stuff around oh never mind all right so with that out of the way let's go clean up and continue [Music] building so the first order of business is going to be getting these walls up this is going to be very fun not really we need a lot of cement for the defensive wall but the regular stone wall should be okay let's see how this goes but we need to get this wall up more than anything first just to have like a sort of idea of what we're doing obviously this isn't going to be perfect but we have to see we have to just start doing it and then I'll probably put the um probably put the gate right here so that's two and this is going to be a double layered wall of course chop down some of these trees yeah this is going to be a long time this might be a multi-part video or just an everlasting ongoing video we'll see I want to preserve this Forest just because that's an easy access for me to get some wood but um we're just going to keep trucking away but I don't need any wood right now so we're going to drop a lot of this man I have a whole Force I can always come back later you know what I'm saying so yeah this is going to be awesome though when it's done I cannot wait to see what the finish results going to be building this is actually going to be pretty fun too at least in the start it's okay he needed to move don't don't judge me but um yeah we're just going to go and continue oh boy of course it's all right this will all be figured out this is going to be a a multi like a layered wall this isn't just going to be some bum ass wall right here and I'm thinking of doing it probably three High I think three high should be okay right here we're going to have a gate so this is the middle yeah perfect so like proba H we should do some stairs here actually just to get it started character or object interesting this counts the water counts as an object so we'll do that I wonder why interesting can I do this no so water counts is an object so we won't put a gate right here or maybe we will yeah that looks all right right here I don't think we can put a wall here oh yes we can holy I'm learning so much so yeah I guess I guess this will be okay because it's an opening right here it will the this is too wide right yeah I think this will be all right yeah we could put that there for now just to see what it'll look like give us an idea but man this place is going to be awesome I'm thinking of leaving the cave open just because like why not you can have a cave in your whole Kingdom like that's super dope we're going to have so much Wildlife here oh yeah perfect it opens out let me see how it looks yep that's cool and I can close it right there boom sick so I'm just going to do the outside and um do all the walls I'll get back with y'all in a bit cool so we're almost done here um just chopping away trees damaging my base no big deal a lot of lot of different buttons going on but um yeah we're just going to finish up this wall and [Music] probably get started on the second layer I'll show you guys what I have right now as soon as we get this spot filled cool so there it is and there it is almost the entire base closed off and wow this should really give you guys some perspective like the draw distance is really far and we're barely rendering the other side of the base so yeah this place is going to be massive I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do with all this space like I said I want to do something cool but I'm just a solo player like honestly you don't need this much space but um they said I could do it so we're going to do it cuz why not just going to put a wooden gate here for now this is just temporary all the stuff that's wooden is going to get swapped out later for stone I'm just putting it here so I can remember what needs to be swapped out but yeah this place is massive I'm so hype like this place is going to be awesome so now we have a little exit in the back and this will be up three wall High give a little aerial view so we have all this here all that's connected all that we're going to have our own Wildlife our own trees our own Stone yeah this place is going to be sick our own cave kidding me crazy everything is on the same plane too so this is just one Foundation level I didn't change any foundation levels at all at all like this is flat as flat as you can ask for obviously some areas are going to be a little bit more uh rough than others but for what the building is in this game I call it good I say it's good it plays so yeah there it is see right here is a little messed up I might delete this right here but um we'll see when the time comes but I got a gate over here yeah massive massive massive stuff a lot of this like I said is going to be decorative just because you can't utilize all the space in the game right now there ain't no way I wish there was a system where you can kind of tell the game what your area is or what you'd like the area to be cuz then you can build functional multi-level multi-tier systems like this and have it completely functional but this is just impossible right now so I'm wondering if I could put another PO box right here in this corner and maybe utilize some of these trees I mean we'll see we'll see what the what we can do with it I already deleted one of my bases uh to have this one here and then I have another one in a coal mine area so kind of just endless opportunity of what you could do but I do wish you could um be a little bit more specific of what you want to do when it comes to bases and selecting areas but yeah this is what we have so far I mean for what it is pretty dope pretty dope we got our own forest our own wildlife our own cave like our own dungeon yeah it's pretty awesome so I'm just going to continue building and see how far we could get tonight like I said this might be a multi-part video cuz this is pretty insane so yeah give me a couple seconds and we'll see where we're at I think next up we're going to do the multi-tier system where we're going to add uh some this this number right here and do this all around all the way around just to kind of give it that depth so yeah give me a minute and we'll get her done see you guys in a second all right guys so here is the first level done took me probably an hour maybe a little bit less than an hour to get this fully complete but I got it multi-layered all the way through the entire thing it was a lot of uh chopping wood because of all these trees they don't just despawn you actually have to physically chop them down it looks like we missed a spot right here oh perfect example so each tree that was in the way you have to chop it just like that each one and you come up and you fix the Gap and you do that all the way around so with the first level done we can get started on level two and then eventually level three and I might need to put some mining post down because I don't want to run out of stone halfway through that's never fun I actually had to you know fix up this area a little bit because we're running into an issue with the wood and the gates and whatnot but yeah there she is so we're going to get started on level two eventually level three and look at that they're right outside their little uh raing PO is right outside but um yeah there it is so let's get started and wrap this up and I think that's going to be the video for today oh this should be good these Syndicate thugs wanted to fight this mamist I wonder who's going to win yeah they just took out that gamos bastards yep one shot one for [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so there it is guys there is is the full build so far of the walls of this Mega base that I plan on building let me know what you guys think down in the comments below took me a couple hours to get all these walls multi-leveled and multi layered but I think it turned out pretty well um obviously this patch over here these two cave entrances are going to get opened up eventually but for now I need them to be closed up off so that way I know exactly what I'm doing U when it comes to the gates but yeah guys we have our own Wildlife we have our whole own ecosystem Within These Walls our own caves our own nodes for stone I could just picture this in my head I Envision like a huge castle Town whole Kingdom type of uh situation it just looks awesome like even with this little structure right here we have our chest we have our bed we have our animals it's just so peaceful come around over here same thing so peaceful so tranquil besides them fighting each other all the time we're going to have our own sidewalks I'm not exactly sure how I'm I'm going to plan this out because I need this spot I need it to be as productive as possible without these piles getting caught up on stuff so if you guys have any suggestions on how I should do that please let me know down in the comments below I'm going to be continuing to play a little bit offline off video just so I could focus on getting everything set up I already know it's going to be multistory it's going to be at least two floors within this circle
