Original Star Wars Episode IX Script LEAKS | Is "Duel of the Fates" Better than "Rise of Skywalker"?

he has stubble indicating the search has been going for a long time and he's being haunted by Luke's forecast I like that dynamic I like the idea that Kyler I just wants to be evil and Luke's just like floating next to him like hey buddy hey stop being evil [Music] [Applause] [Music] what's up guys it's your boy Vito here with more exciting Star Wars news can't stop talking about these movies I really can't I find it endlessly entertaining to read about all the behind-the-scenes drama all the infighting who's getting fired who's getting hired and this is a very interesting story now for those of you who followed the rise of Skywalker saga you will know that originally JJ Abrams was not supposed to direct a third movie in the trilogy he was supposed to be Colin Trevorrow you may know as the director of the Jurassic world movies now it's unknown exactly why Trevorrow left the project there's some rumors that he was fighting with Rian Johnson he was upset that Ryan killed off Luke Skywalker who he wanted for his movie could have just been creative differences who knows but the point is that everything he worked on for his version of the script though he is credited on the rise of Skywalker his name is attached to that movie script supposedly mostly that movie is JJ Abrams ideas and he threw out most of what Colin Trevorrow had started with so of course that leaves us with the question of what did Colin Trevorrow think that the third installment in the sequel saga should look like and interestingly it seems as though that information is coming out with a leaked script now this may just be rumors though there are some industry insiders who are you know saying that it can't be verified that this is an actual script going around called duels of the fates named after a famous piece of Star Wars music and it is indeed Colin Trevorrow script which he finished maybe as early as 2016 and what his plans were for this final movie now this script was leaked by somebody named Robert Myer Burnett or at least they got their hands on a copy taking a quick look at his history he is kind of an independent filmmaker he directed his own kind of Star Trek fan film and he's also been a consultant for the Star Trek fan Chai's so he is somebody in the industry now I don't know how he's able to talk about this script without getting sued into the ground but I guess if it was given to him by a third party he's not responsible he doesn't own Disney anything but I'm sure they're not happy that he's leaking this anyway rather than try to watch his to our reading of the script thankfully we have this from a friendly reddit thread which kind of goes piece by piece and breaks down the whole script now I have not read this yet I obviously if you've seen my no spoiler review of delay the rise of Skywalker I keep wanting to call it the last Skywalker if you've seen my review of that movie I did not like it I had a lot of problems with it I have my own ideas of how they could have done in episode 9 that I would have personally at least been somewhat satisfied with and I have not read this script yet so I'm gonna be kind of doing this live just giving you my reactions unscripted let's see what we think okay open and crawl the iron grip of the first order has spread to the farthest reaches of the galaxy only a few scattered planets remain unoccupied okay so the first order has taken over the galaxy fine traitors acts are punishable by death sure I'm bad that doesn't seem like I would just assume that about the first order but okay thank you for letting me know determined to suffocate a growing unrest Supreme Leader kylo Ren has silenced all communication between neighboring systems okay led by general Leia Organa the resistance has planned a secret mission to prevent their annihilation and forge a path to freedom okay opens at the kuat shipyards now here's the thing you guys need to know about me I'm not a big Star Wars buff I've heard some of these names and references before but I'm not gonna be able to say like oh that makes sense because at the coart shipyards there's you know large amounts of Kyber crystals which I don't know okay so these names and places maybe they mean more to you than to me which you know maybe this is an interesting review because then you're gay it from a guy who is not a die-hard Star Wars guy I would be an average moviegoer trying to understand this script if this was made into a movie trying to understand that movie so let's see if this movie would work for me yeah a guy who knows Star Wars but isn't obsessed with it okay opens at the coart shipyards man on a mission bb-8 Andros Tico would be a key character in the script which I have no problem with I thought it was really weird that they just kicked her out of the movie kicked her out of the franchise I have no problem with trying to make something out of that character just because in you know the last Jedi she wasn't a great character doesn't mean she couldn't have evolved into something more than I don't know radar operative number two they're infiltrating the coop moon where the first-order build their ships workers are oppressed and that makes sense there's an orbital ring and moon below it okay I'm not exactly sure what that means I would imagine orbital ring is some sort of ring structure is that what they're building the ships on like a halo looking thing and the moon is below the ring Finn and Poe are there on the moon this is not a great summary no art to slice three three people raela riot I did it ray arrives the plan send explosives into the power shaft that delivers raw war into the ring okay so there's a shaft connecting this halo type thing that is siphoning material from the moon that's what I'm assuming plan goes wrong RBM loves dialogue at this moment RBM is the guy who's reading this right he enjoys the dialogue okay the first order is able to contain the blast Admiral Vaughn says resistance tactics are pitiful Rey disguised as a Tuscan Raider is revealed to have created her own weapon a double blade light saber hybrid of her staff and Luke's cracked saber all right that's cool I got no problem with new light sabers and it kind of answers how Luke's lightsaber got repaired after it was split in half I believe during the last Jedi yeah all right interesting little tidbit doesn't make a break anything they battle are we talking about ray and Vaughn battle well Poe Finn rose rey and bb-8 steal a Star Destroyer and escape okay I gotta stop you there stealing a Star Destroyer with five people seems this is one of those things one of the problems I had with JJ's script where it's like yeah all three of us can just board a Star Destroyer almost completely rescue Chewie and also retrieve stuff all his gear from kylo Ren's room like they almost managed to do all that without getting caught you know they did get caught and then it Hawks had to end up being the spy to save their lives but the fact that characters like just like three two or three of them can you know board a Star Destroyer and either you know completely just run rampant on it or commandeer it now okay I'm gonna assume this was a Star Destroyer that had just finished being built on the moon it's still it's a little bit of a leap of faith especially because that was not their original plan if their original plan was let's steal the Star Destroyer I'd be like okay well I mean that was their plan they obviously like planned it out here it sounds like their original plan goes wrong and has a backup they steal a start Strayer adds a little a little much okay the knife 9 a ship containing the Knights of Ren okay so Trevor OH knew you had to do something with the Knights around good arrives at kuat a Tasca Ren so I guess this is one of the Knights of Ren kills Admiral von for his failure so one of the Knights of Ren kills Admiral von okay cut the chorus aunt I know course aunt that's where Han Solo grew up right no longer a vibrant city wait is that wrong no he grew up on Corellia I don't remember where Khorasan is remember what I said about not doing Star Wars words yeah okay so rasaan was the homeworld over the Republic I knew that I'm not that dumb I'm just I'm just pretty dumb all right the new structures are built atop the Art Deco structure of the Old Republic occupied by the first order now they have a citadel slash palace there see that's interesting because we've always had this thing where we're like how did the first order take over what does that even look like who's on Coruscant where's the Republic that would have answered some of this to be like okay the first order took over Khorasan they did away after Republic you know because that's oh we've had all these questions about I don't understand we won the war why are you guys not in charge how did the first order get so big as seeing this would have been helpful I would have appreciated that citizens are scavengers Hux is now Chancellor Hawks and is addressing bisque Cova it's a tasty soup a bisque Cova the traitor who helped the resistance steal the Star Destroyer executed with a light blade guillotine I don't know why this has made its way into the franchise we saw phasma with a guillotine I guess no that was an axe so I they would actually have a guillotine like I like a whole structure to kind of guys have just shoot him in the head oh my god huxton commander Selleck who Selleck Tom Selleck have a meeting with several alien warlords first order has allies they're aware of Rey being the last Jedi Council wants to know where is kylo Ren he is missing Huck's knows he has gone searching for something of great power cut to moose too far now this is what's interesting is the beginning of the rise of Skywalker we see a kylo Ren and he's cutting down a bunch of fanatics to get the magic triangle and that was supposed to be Mustafar which is uh let me make sure I'm getting it right Moo so far I believe that's uh that's where Darth Vader's magic castle is right boost afar is a small hell-like volcanic planet yeah okay boost afar that's where Darth Vader hung out and that's where Darth Vader had his castle is that also where he got cut down wait did Darth Vader Darth Vader built his castle on the same planet he got cut in half okay I didn't know that anyway so this is something that he's in the rise of Skywalker which may be why Colin trevorrose name was on the script because the way the guild works the writers guild is uh when a movie is gonna get released everybody involved in writing it goes to the writers guild and they go here's my script and somebody's in charge of figuring out okay you used the most material from this guy so this guy gets top billing however you did use some of Colin trevorrose materials so you have to put his name on the script below JJ Abrams name and I think this is definitely something they used from him as kylo Ren going to MU stefarr hanging out except for a Darth Maul Eska dried I don't know what that's about he has stubble indicating the search has been going for a long time and he's the rise of Skywalker which reveals a hologram of Palpatine the recording is for Vader Palpatine has a contingency for Vader if Luke kills him if Luke kills Palpatine I assume Vader is to take Luke to the Remnick or system to seat or Vallum master of Seth and Palpatine's teacher is this a new dude I ain't never heard an auteur Vallum for I thought that Palpatine's teacher was Darth Plagueis this is not a guy who exists in existing canon as far as I can tell so I guess just an evil dude who what is a master of Seth that's a new idea I don't hate it I never understood the whole rule of two thing I think it makes sense that you would have more why do you only want to sift you're trying to rule the galaxy I know you guys all our backstabbing Psychopaths but it seems like having a couple extra of your around is not a bad idea so I have no problem with tour Vallum master of Sith after scanning kylo the holocron explodes releasing red lightning which burns kylo who screams you weren't supposed to look that holocron Kyle oh that was for Vader that wasn't for you cut to the resistance base on coral off Leia is introduced as she feels what's happening to Ben she feels her baby boy getting all lightning scarred Chewbacca and Lieutenant conics tell Leia that the kuat team is back they're shocked to see a Star Destroyer funny moment with Rey using mine trick on first-order officers who were still on the ship okay the resistance now has a Star Destroyer why not Rey confides in Finn that she doesn't feel like she has it what it takes to be a Jedi and can't live up to everyone's expectations [ __ ] you have more powers than anybody oh shut up I don't know if I can be a Jedi you've been using the mind trick since like day one okay you're a Jedi deal with it Finn asks if she still senses kylo write confessed she's been having nightmares ray says she can't explain her connection to kylo Ren you have to shut him out sis Finn he can't change it's too late rice says it's never too late to change you taught me that Finn Finn that's not a good piece of dialogue how did Finn teach her that we're supposed to believe like Finn changed had like some radical change cuz he used to be a stormtrooper but literally the first time they handed him a gun he's like I can't shoot people like this dude never changed okay there was no point at which he was a ruthless cold-blooded killer who learned to fight for a greater cause like he immediately became a good guy so that whole little theme always falls flat for me Finn learned to fight for a greater he's a good guy okay this is pointless shut up resistance realizes the Star Destroyer still is most of its weapons tanks TIE fighters etc they just need an army to use it okay this is starting to sound really stupid we found a Star Destroyer it's got a bunch of tie fighters in it yeah we're back in the game you can't steal one ship it's like in World War two this is the equivalent of like stealing an aircraft carrier you can't do it first of all okay it's not a thing can you imagine the Japanese just take one of our aircraft carrier it's some they're like we're back in this thing it's a little far-fetched to me III don't like the idea that it's like like the idea of a war story is yeah it's like a military fight and you know a war of resources and everybody's trying to build new technology you know a good military story is not we found some tanks that's less interesting okay ray researches the Jedi texts to discover that under course on Jedi Temple there's a communication system called a for speakin from the Old Republic that can send a signal to 50 planets okay this is more convoluted so as we said in the opening crawl all the planets are cut off from each other they have no way to communicate because of the first order thank God there is a magic communication device that are is only referenced in the ancient texts like nobody else had any information about that okay so they're like we got to go there I don't know I don't know about all this so now the plan is we got to go send out an alert and then everybody's gonna come and get on our Star Destroyer first order can't stop it because it predates Imperial Tech races hope is all we have left okay and not my loving this Luke comes his raid trains he's pushing ready to get stronger in the force while also pushing Kyle loader up Ben let Ben out I don't know about this Luke just floating around [ __ ] with everybody he's like ray you got to get stronger Ben I know I know Ben's in there you better let Ben out a little too much Luke so far I feel like you gotta use force ghosts very sparingly you can't have them just be everybody's best friend and showing up in every scene Kalwa makes it back to course on faces damaged Mandalorian armor is smelted and is applied to his face he confronts Huck's the little Simpsons he doesn't need titles because now Huck's is a chancellor okay ray to Luke as they trained balance the dark suffocates the light the light extinguishes the dark over and over again how is that balance in the force I have this exact same criticism now I don't want to get too deep into this but we had this idea this prophecy about the one who would bring balance to the force which has been weirdly interpreted it's you know in some strange ways one of the interpretations is you gotta have light side guys and you gotta have dark side guys and there's got to be like an equal number of them for some reason uh no I think the light side guys just got to kill all the dark side guys cuz the dark side guys are clearly evil I think balance in the forest is when there are no dark side guys [ __ ] up the force I think the force is supposed to be a nice stable thing and dark side guys [ __ ] it up and balance is achieved when you get rid of all the dark side guys and everybody's happy again the idea that you have to have you know Ray as the ultimate light side person and kylo Ren is the ultimate dioxide person it's just this endless tug-of-war I don't make sense to me now I don't know if that's exactly what's being said but it kind of sounds like it Luke says I know that anger my father had it too I don't know how that's anger just kind of sounds like dude this has been going on for a million years Jedi fighting sift light fight and dark like it when does it ever end how does it ever end maybe I would be frustrated too such as my masters Master behind him--as bastard okay thousand masters so eager to tell us how to live it says right I'm with Rey on this one you guys got it you guys gotta figure out what exactly the point of the Jedi is what are they trying to do ray tries to back away from being a Jedi admit she is no one which is something I guess is reinforced by this script which I love I never understood the idea of Rey needing to be a magic relation of daughter so you know nephew not a nephew yeah well it was nice whatever I didn't understand her needing to be related to everybody I thought it was stupid I was actually happy when Rian Johnson was like no she's just a powerful force user she doesn't come from some magic lineage then JJ Abrams ripped his action figure playset away from Rian Johnson and said she's magic cuz your Grandpa's magic that's how it works in my movie so III missed this I wish they'd stayed on that line considering it was kind of like one of the major themes of the second movie Cal says he's leaving again but not before telling Huck's the Perry's discovered will make destroying planets insignificant that's nice no more planet killing like something different even even Rises Skywalker we had to have Star Destroyers that can blow up plan is there anything gonna blow up a planet now I like the idea that finally somebody's like there's other stuff that is bad that isn't blowing up planets and I'm gonna do it Kyler's last order to Huck's find the resistance wipe them out leave the girl to me team a rose Finn r23 p oh i mean i'm yeah i'm ok with rose and finn teaming up i had no problem with that i mean i thought it was a stupid kind of shoehorned in a relationship in the second movie but once you establish that relationship I don't know follow it through why not sure Finn likes the Asian girl they're gonna kiss on the mouth I got no problem with that I don't know why JJ Abrams was like no black man needs black girl friend can't have this inner mixing of the races it's unnatural JJ you're a racist there's no reason that Finn can't have an Asian girlfriend you weirdo they're gonna go to chorus aunt to light the beacon the beacon is of course what will connect all the planets and let everybody know we have a Star Destroyer come help us please one Star Destroyer though I mean doesn't the first order I mean as we slide JJ Abrams you know you you know thousand Star Destroyers I don't know why they're so excited about having one team be is rape oh and Chewbacca I don't know about this teeming Poe up with Ray as we saw I mean in the second movie they meet for the first time at the end of the movie so suddenly deciding they're best friends is kind of forced in they're going to a planet to find someone to help ray figure out what she needs to do this is a very vague description okay Cal is going to a sith planet before he leaves Khorasan he takes Vader's mask says he understands Vader now you allowed love to cloud your judgment throws Vader's mask off a balcony and it shatters okay Leia is at the base looking at the resistance stuff makes sense she's not as I was saying was somebody earlier we were talking about Star Wars he's like Carrie Fisher was not really giving her all in those in those scenes she was not acting too hard I'm like yeah use her sparingly I don't think her heart was really in the whole Star Wars thing before ray leaves she and Leia have an exchange where Ray says she still believes there's good in kylo lei is skeptical but ray believes in her Jedi training Leia says you're not like my father or my brother you're new whatever happens remember the force chose you Ray your story isn't written by anyone else this is directly contradicting again JJ Abrams there's like the force chose you your grandpa's magic you were chosen deal with it I don't know about this whole the force chose you we never figured out okay the the the movies called the force awakens and I thought at some point somebody would have a conversation like there was a disturbance in the force and it awakened and that's why this happened to Ray and we we never had that like the force didn't awaken is the force awakening just means one person gets a lot of powers that's considered a force awakening is that the definition very confusing okay we're almost at the end so uh and I really wish I could get my hands on this full script cuz uh I want I want more details here but here's the whole ending the first order tracks down these store in Star Destroyer to Coral off don't know where that is the resistance does escape in the Star Destroyer I assume hopefully Team a manages to turn on the beacon everybody around the galaxy gets the signal there's a cameo through bosque the bounty hunter that's boss right like we're we're just gonna cut to a bounty hunter bar and see the boss who's hanging out good I'm glad that we were gonna see Bosque that's super important to me okay it's then cut off by the first-order team a flee into the underbelly of Khorasan so they make contact okay now remember that in the last movie the last Jedi they contacted a bunch of planets they said we need help and nobody came but we're supposed to believe that Luke Skywalker ghost fighting kylo Ren was like super inspirational to the galaxy to the point that children have little action figures and talk about it that's super weird doesn't really make a whole lot of sense as a lot of people have brought up is like who's spreading this story around is there like a resistance propaganda team that shows up on planets and they're like hey I know you think the resistance only has 13 people but did you hear about how Luke Skywalker ghost fought his grandson and like some stupid is a grandson nephew cousin I don't even know it's his nephew right whatever who cares okay somehow that inspired all these peoples now if you contact I'll be like oh we'll help out cuz we heard about Luke Skywalker being a ghost we're ready to help now we weren't ready to help back when the odds were much better when there's like I don't know 10 80 80s on the surface of a planet you could have dealt with that alright Team B was being pursued by the Knights of Ren they reached the planet of bond atom kylo reaches remand Corps I know he's remin Korra thing is this a thing I should know or is this a new planet remand core this is a new thing I have no idea what this is supposed to be confronts tour Vallum a 7,000 year old this is the master of the sith Lovecraftian kind of alien okay kylo begins training with him Wow is going on well the beacon stuff is happening okay like just like a day of training or something there's a scene where kylo fights Vader the fight is brutal and kylo loses so he fights like a Vader apparition I mean that would have been cool it's a little weird to try and connect Vader to kylo this late in the game though I kind of do think like if this is supposed to be the end of the Skywalker saga we go all three of those movies we brought Palpatine back but I would have liked like some weird kind of Vader cameo in some respects oh I do I like kind of where that's going that's just weird that he's training right now Poe takes raid to a seer who could pull information out of memories the seer pulls a star chart out of Ray's mind from her visions with kylo Knights of Ren show up fight Rey and a lights her battle she defeats them and Team B escapes she she fights all the Knights of Ren and kills them all good both ray and kylo eventually get to mortis as you may remember rises Skywalker and had that magic dagger that is the dagger of mortis don't ask me what that means I don't care and I don't know but you can look it up I do know that the dagger is something to do with mortis which I guess is a planet Leia asks Lando if you will organize the smugglers and fight the first order jam Lando in at the last moment Rose is captured and tortured by the first order okay random is this not in is this not in sequential order at this point is this all just random stuff Finn artoo and c3po start a citizen is uprising on chorus aunt Leia brings her forces to Coruscant to battle the first order massive space battle ground battle Return of the Jedi style you know the works Chewie flies an X Chewie flies an x-wing that's kind of cool I just don't know Leia brings her forces I'm gonna assume this is everybody after the beacons been activated shows up because otherwise they don't have anybody so Leia and everybody's fighting the first order it's the last battle of the first order trying to save course on well ray and Kyle are battling on mortis but why does this I don't understand these two things are connected I feel like this is left out it seems like rayon kylos battle and the battle against the first order are not on the same page because like if Leia destroys the first order and they take over Khorasan like don't they just win anyway like does it really matter if kylo Ren kills Rey kylo Ren by himself isn't gonna be able to take back chorus ant like you know what him and his TIE Fighter gonna show up and kill everybody I mean I guess would still suck that he's around being evil but it would still be like the resistance r1 so it kind of feels like Ray and Kyle Lohse battle doesn't have any stakes here it's kind of yeah well that's battle why not using forest energy that poll from each other is how they fight it's revealed kylo killed Rey's parents at the behest of Snoke okay I don't understand how that's relevant towards the end Luke obi-wan and Yoda appears force ghost to save Ben but are unsuccessful Ben is extinguished I don't know if that means dead or not the resistance when the first order loses okay well that kind of fell apart at the end there I don't understand why did kylo Ren meets an ancient Seth trains with him then fights Rey and loses god I'm missing something I'm missing something here okay I mean maybe I'll watch this two-hour video at some point and see if this guy forgot to put something in there but I think you put everything in here now it's possible this was an early draft of the script and they didn't really have the ending finished but yeah I really don't understand why Kyla went to train just so he could then get his ass kicked anyway and the big reveal is kylo killed Rey's parents which is pointless having read through this I mean I called out the things I like there's some interesting ideas but overall this doesn't this doesn't sound better it sounds different I don't think it sounds better than the rise of Skywalker because there's no I don't see any overarching theme what is the theme here the only thing that seems to happen is they steal a Star Destroyer activate a beacon to tell everybody we got to start destroyer and then have a big space battle and it kind of seems like everything ray I did I miss something it seems like everything ray and kylo did is like pointless I must be missing something here I rightly or the guy who read the script is missing some alright yeah so here's the thing as this script has been a AV Club has supposedly independently verified that this was a legit draft it is something they were working on I could see you finding a way to make this script work you need to give me more reason why kylo Ren is teaching seeking out this ancient Sith master what does that mean and what is kylo ren's plan that's always been my thing is we never found out why kylo Ren is evil he's just evil for no reason you know Vader had Palpatine was evil for no reason and that was fine because he was like a comically stupid bad guy like they're not stupid in the way they like he was cunning he was clever stupid in the way that like he had nothing else going on in his head other than I'm [ __ ] evil you know very one-dimensional and that's fine for like all a character but with kylo Ren we kind of wanted something where it's like what does he want what is he driving towards he says he wants to pass to die he kills his own father he almost kills his own mother what is this character what trying to accomplish and I don't think any I don't think this script answers it I don't think the rise of Skywalker answered it the rise Skywalker was kind of like alright the only explanation they gave was Palpatine was putting voices in his head that made him go crazy and I'm like oh well that's stupid that's not interesting that means he wasn't like acting logically it means he was basically tricked into being evil and then once he found out he was tricked into being you why didn't you go oh [ __ ] you for making Vader's voice appear in my head kill Palpatine I'm with this [ __ ] no he was like I don't know I guess I'll just keep being able I got nothing better to do that was a big sticking point for these movies and a big a big problem with not planning out the whole franchise is both ray and kylo are just there they're just there they have no purpose for being there there's no understanding of like what journey they're on what is Ray's journey just I have a lot of powers I don't know if I'm gonna be a Jedi oh I guess I am a Jedi I killed the bad guy yay Oh kylo Ren killing her parents doesn't add anything of that dynamic like neither her nor kylo there's no arc that I can understand it's just kind of like yeah whatever I don't know I have powers we should fight because you have the dark power and I have the light power it's very superficial very one-dimensional and the script kind of has that same problem yeah I would like to see this full script all the stuff about we got to activate a beacon on Khorasan it's whatever it's all just like standard heist movie stuff it's better than you know the fetch quest that we gotten Rises Skywalker it seems a little more logical then we got to find a magic dagger then we got to find a guy who can read a magic dagger then we got to you know use the magic dagger to find the magic triangle I like it better in the fetch quest I'll say that for sure but this whole this whole series suffers it doesn't matter what you do it all suffers from that fundamental flaw that we've talked about a million times you're gonna write three movies you're gonna write a trilogy start at the end honestly I know it's supposedly a bad writing tip to start at the end of a story to write your ending first but I think with something like this you should know what the ending is gonna be okay when you invent a character like kylo Ren you should know that at the end of the story oh he's gonna be redeemed or oh he's gonna stay evil and this is why I like you need to know why you can't just be like he's evil I wonder what's gonna happen it doesn't work I want to know where that's going and you as the writer need to know where it's going this is a very interesting script I recommend looking it up maybe maybe you'll find some information I missed again duel of the fates is the name of the script as written by Colin Trevorrow and Derrick Connolly we will see if the full script leaks a lot of people are saying oh this would have been so much better in the rise of Skywalker to me I don't know it just sounds bad in a different way some stuff I like some stuff I don't like again it could have been an early draft maybe there was gonna be more to this I mean originally we had Matt Smith attached to it was gonna play the son of mortis there's a whole bunch of behind the scenes stuff of all the stuff that supposedly got cut out of these movies and crazy plans they didn't go with so I'm really interested in seeing that stuff coming out we're gonna look for more of it but that's my take I would love for you guys in the comments tell me what do you think do you think this would have been better than the rise of Skywalker do you think it would have been worse or do you think it would have been about the same well what are your thoughts here and real quick I want to say something to you guys this is this is a little personal for those of you who follow me on Twitter and a couple other places you may have heard that about a week ago my father died it's been very painful for me like it's been a big nightmare let's put it that way I'm working my way through it I mean my father was a big part of my life he really was I would talk to him on the phone at least once a week it was a big support for me and losing him it's been very hard so I am trying to keep the channel updated I do have lots of plans for new videos and I hope you guys are gonna be understanding and I know you guys are understanding all you guys understand I'm working through some grief right now and it might be a little slow to upload new content but I really hope you'll stick around I do want to keep entertaining you guys because honestly your support it means a lot to me you know I don't know what I would do if I didn't have the support of this community to help drive me forward to help motivate me to make more stuff and I really do appreciate you guys and my dad I think he appreciated you guys as well he loved the videos that I was making you know a
