Dead… On… Arrival

cw doesn't like money um i know they're kind of in limbo right now you know it's like up for purchase and i'd imagine that it's gonna keep getting cheaper and cheaper as long as they do this maybe we can buy the cw but they are working with dc on other projects even though some of their recent work has been dead on arrival bad whammon naomi and people that worked for some of those have been promoted like with bad woman and now they're doing the show known as gotham knights now this gotham nice is not associated with the video game that is about to come out uh similar premise though that's what the gotham knights were always about it's like batman is not here and therefore people of gotham after uh heroes of gotham mainly the guys that were tied to batman have to defend gotham minus batman it looks like it's going to be a similar thing but cw i don't know who they do stuff for they do this and this is like entertainment stuff for it's like they make material for an audience that doesn't exist but they want to tie to characters that people kind of a worlds of characters that people like know like this type of stuff should be a layup but these cocky [ __ ] are always trying to reinvent the wheel here you know it's like we got to do it always and all that kind of stuff so we finally got our first look at gotham uh cw uh uh cw's gotham knight excuse me and they posted about this you can see the picture here and okay so you get the premise of the gothic knights which i think they released if i'm not mistaken let me see here um yes here's the official subnasis batman is dead a powder keg has ignited gotham city without the dark knight dark uh night to protect it and in the wake of bruce wayne's murder his adopted son turner hayes is framed for killing the caped crusader along with the children of some of batman's enemies do uh doula uh dewella uh an unpredictable fighter and skilled thief who was born in arkham asylum and abandoned by her father harper rowe um a streetwise and uh acerbic engineer who can fix anything and her brother cullen rowe and uh the virgin oh this is where they're from a clever transgen wait when i didn't wait a minute i didn't even know that so our brother is colin rowe and it's a clever transgender teen guys i miss that part who is tired of being polite and agreeable and uh turner will rely on allies including his best friend and coder uh stephanie brown and unlike your batman sidekick kerry kelly brought our knights blah blah blah this this is this is dead on arrival and as their first look of course they don't show you anything that's um hey this is them and their suits right this is about batman this is uh basically his the people that he's raised in terms of uh or some had some impact on and these guys have become crime fighters in the wake of batman being gone and instead of just taking the layup this is the first thing that they want to show you where it looks like some generic like young adult kind of uh i don't slash later teen show that's about i don't know like if the gotham nights thing wasn't on there you would know what the [ __ ] this is now some of these are yeah they're using like these obscure characters aside from like if i'm not mistaken duella which is is well which i don't know which version of the her they're gonna use because like she was like the son of joker and she was like harvey dent's daughter and all of that [ __ ] and of course carrie kelly was one of the female robins that exists stephanie brown hopefully she'll be spoiler and not just another robin uh there uh and and of course by the way kerry kelly is tokenized the black chick is the one that's playing kerry kelly so you know there's that we we covered that when they announced that and i don't know which one of these guys is the transgender uh team team as far as i'm concerned literally everybody here could pass for that um this is dead on arrival but you didn't need me to tell you that this is coming next year if it makes it i don't see how it doesn't get canceled um i don't see how someone makes a bid for three dollars to purchase cw and says this show is not going to happen because nobody's going to watch it again it's a layup it's gotham at minimum show us it show them to show us them in like the suits about the team up even if you of course work it to work it the the actual narrative or the seasons to that point how this character becomes this character character that's fine but this is gotham knights this ain't got nice what i'm looking at what i'm looking at is i don't know and i'm not interested in the synopsis oh man it's a catholic wolf said the grassy gotham edition it's dead on arrival but again you didn't need me to tell you that but in case you i guess uh this is me just updating you guys you wanted the first look this was announced the other day and gotham knights nobody's gonna watch this you just listened to a clip from my podcast for
