i helped my brother transform his body in 90 days he gained muscle lost fat and got a lot stronger he won 500 bucks with his transformation and did you get it i got it crazy transformation boom it's nicely but now 30 days later what happened did he lose his gains let's ask him so what happened the last 30 days did you lose your gains well on day one my brother weighed in at 81.9 kilograms 90 days later you weighed in at 71.9 kilograms but then after the 90 days holiday struck and this is what happened we went on holiday did lots of epic stuff it was a really active holiday but he did definitely eat plenty lots of calories all kinds of calories so when we came back home this was the damage so you gained two three kilograms and now he had two weeks to recover from the three kilogram weight gain let's see how he did in the past two weeks and if he uh he's back on track machine this is around a kilogram by mosquito by mosquito oh oh she's learning what is it 74.2 kilograms 14.2 i would say that's actually quite accurate so are you are you happy with that could have been better but this is not too big of a deal i actually expected it to be around like 73.5 ish maybe 74 and it's not too big of a deal because this guy still kept working out so he still gained mass he also gained fat but he kept working out no he didn't lose his gains no he did well he did lose maybe a bit of his abs but that's not lost in muscle all right loss and abs is not loss in muscle keep it keep it in mind right i'm very light right now abs are a sign of low fat percentage not a sign of high muscle percentage but you're feeling good i'm feeling good ready smash it again yes sure i'm getting my leg this guy is a machine and i'm still very proud it's insane what this guy did and that let's continue with the test [Music] okay so these are the measurements and these are compared to the last day of the 90 days so the finale the last day and interesting enough the waist the belly the hips and the butt you can uh see a clear spike the waist grew a bit and the belly really the belly fed that grew a bit and his butt i mean maybe he made some booty games and your hips don't lie okay so i'm actually kind of happy with this let's kill it it's nice league okay let's test your strength you ready i'm ready first pull ups after nine days you were able to do 20 pull-ups 20 bullets good okay man you think you can get 20 today maybe if i'm lucky maybe i mean it's also a bit wet here it's raining right now but i know you can do it come on i want to see at least 16. come on you can do it let's go proper form boom oh these are clean these are cleaner than ever [Music] come on 60 come on more i want to see more i know you can push more come on come on get close to the 20 again get closer come on come on okay so that was six and a half 16. it makes sense that it's a little bit less because he's a little bit heavier right now it's not a lot but in calisthenics and bodyweight exercises body weight is key the lighter you are the easier a lot of stuff is so let's see are you gonna do with push-ups after 90 days you were able to do 50 push-ups one more yes are you gonna do that today i don't think so okay so let's aim for 40. very clean come on on come on come on keep it up five six seven eight nine ten come on more more ah more okay okay okay you're actually doing really good come on smash it and now your nightmare let's uh let's go let's try not to pass out burn 20 calories as fast as possible last time it was around 14 seconds i think you will come close to still a lot better than day one like a lot better and again this all makes sense he did an insane job in 90 days took a little bit of time off not even off it's just a little bit rest he just tried to maintain enjoy the 30 days on holiday as well and now he is dead smash it i you guys ask a lot of questions okay so for real how did the past 30 days look like and were they any different than during your body transformation yes definitely definitely every difference so at the beginning it was just the same then we went on a holiday and enjoyed myself but it was really active it was an active holiday you still gain weight i still gain weight that's true so when i got home i want to get back to it and that's what i'm that's where i'm at now we're getting back to it and he is going to make more gains we're going to add next question will your brother you also work on skills calisthenics skills definitely i already did a bit but i'm gonna get more serious so let's see where it takes me let's do it we actually tried it real quick here's that footage sure was the front lever but higher oh yeah but higher but higher legs a little bit more in yeah we're going to make you a calisthenics really fun and actually something that i really wanted to share is that during these 90 days two of his friends joined the challenge as well and they made insane progress their names are ghosts and luke goes is a really big guy he's almost two meters tall and he weighed in at 104 kilograms at the beginning of the 90 days and he's weighing in at almost 90 kilograms right now 92 kilograms so he lost 12 kilograms he is looking better than ever worked out regularly with my brother luke is a smaller guy and he started his journey of the 90 days at 74 kilograms and now he weighed at 62 62 62 he also lost 12 kilograms these guys went at it now the crazy epic part is that they recreated a picture that they took last year on the beach not really fit all three of them a year later this year and look at this just it's crazy they made insane transformation and all of this was mainly during the 90 days actually luke is in the hospital right now do not worry too much but he made gains in the 90 days then when on holiday he got a appendix inflammation they got home rushed to the hospital and uh hope you're doing all right look don't lose too much muscle smash leak if you want to know more but that got easier over time staying in a caloric deficit is actually it's not it's not fun but if you do it slowly but steady it's actually really doable that's what we did with this guy and now video people asking did you lose your gains no he did not lose his gains no he did not lose his chest muscles long story short you guys need to learn that not everyone is looking instagram ready every single time of the day especially during videos or during certain poses oh do you feel more confident yes a lot yeah yeah in what way i think especially in the gym i know in the gym everybody started in the gym but it's really in the back of your head like maybe he looks at me and he thinks i get it by training at home you already overcame some of the the steps that people do when they first step into the gym and they're like oh i have no clue what to do people will look at me weird you have some experience now the weather is quite [ __ ] here so he sometimes goes to the gym trains legs there which is obviously a lot more fun with weight than it is with body weight in my opinion we also do a lot of muscle ups there as you can see in my instagram stories but he just overcame that step and can just walk into the gym confidently knowing what he's going to do and that he he's doing it right when you go to the gym for the first time get a plan like know what you're gonna do there that's really the first step to don't don't feel awkward there confident at any more levels i went to my shirt off on my instagram my last post before all my other posts with it without a shirt it's still up on my instagram if you want to see it i posted it in 2017 and then in 2020 i felt confident enough to show every everyone i know okay and every new person on my instagram wow my new body so how do you feel about yourself right now how are you feeling better never than ever yeah that's what i want to hear i feel way more energized about everything about school about my my work everything becomes a lot more fun how was i as your trainer as your coach was as strict not really strict but when i did something wrong you pointed out in a way that i did at the work so not to harden him not too strict on him and whenever he needed me or whenever i noticed because i was tracking him constantly i knew what was happening the entire 90 days when he needed me i would jump in or tell him in a way that it worked that you need to change something or look at this a little bit more of hey you need you need to keep up or get your workout in stuff like that yeah when i uh made excuses or something you just tell me to shut the [ __ ] up and uh and work out also lots of questions about the workouts you use the diet you followed the bodyweight master the bodyweight master the brownie diet you can just
