today we're going to break four world records not just three world records like last time but four you can do this too maybe just go to the world records website and search on records and subjects you're good at and if you think i can beat that try it beat it or beat our records in this video we're going to be doing official world records and also viral world records online let's go have you ever done a way to play no me neither really let's break the world record let's go we're going to start off with the record for way to plank this video of my man daniel went absolutely viral a 200 kilogram 441 pounds weighted plank for about three seconds that my friends over at calisthenics family also upload the video about their max weighted plank they set the rules for this record hold for five seconds minimum with proper form they did a 150 kilogram 330 pounds way to plank easily over five seconds with great form okay so we need to hold it for five seconds five seconds blank all right this is a 25 kilogram plate and we're gonna weigh all these plates here because people call these videos fake uh it's uh a bit more than 25 kilograms 25 kilogram it's approved we got a lot more nice we got some more 25 kilograms come on the 15 kilogram obviously the weights weigh the exact amount that it says okay so we got a small one five and 10 kilogram 10.1 and 15 kilograms okay so we got the weight right there we're trying 150 first because that is what my friends over at calisthenics family did for a proper five seconds that was pretty insane let's go 150. three two one go i think here right yeah so i underestimated how hard this actually was and i lost perfect form i failed in my bag but i didn't want to quit okay okay 200 is going to be a challenge but i actually want to do it 150 first yeah sure the guy in the blue shirt's first attempt didn't feel too good and like me he was slipping away aryan back into 10 150 maybe more let's go yes yes okay 50. yes you're almost 150 you're ready yes come on come on come on keep holding hold it hold it hold it how much was that that was 170. all right i wanted to try again i wanted to beat my friend daniel 200 kilograms for 5 seconds but there was no way i was going to go over 150 kilograms so i tried again and filled again okay day 2 i need to go for 150 kilograms plus and five seconds let's go ready yes first 50 let's go yeah let's go let's go hold it hold it hold it [Music] easy oh that was actually very easy no way how much was that 170 how is this possible okay so what was the secret we were way too wide with our arms we looked back a lot of the videos and we noticed that they were closer which makes sense it's just a stronger plank so let's go for 200 let's go so we basically grabbed all the weights here in the gym except for those two that's another 30 kilograms but what's here right now is 200 kilograms 200 kilograms for five seconds then i beat my friend daniel with one second because he did a kilograms for around four seconds sick man that's crazy [Music] uh oh that fell on my back ah that was a solid five seconds right that was a solid bicycle okay okay okay oh you did it i'm taking it oh that means that means i do not recommend trying out this challenge but that means that i'm the record holder now on the internet if you want to take this record come and get it on to the next challenge oh magician oh that's it that's it ah that's not without any pain subscribe and bell so next record is most one leg side to side hops in 30 seconds this guy's doing pretty nice job you managed to do 103 side hops 103 so um one leg one leg so i only need one shoe right let's go let's go let's make a line all right so obviously i'm gonna try first i never trade something like this art is actually really good at this we'll just do it let's just try i'm the mortal guy three two one oh his feet was in front that's actually easier because you can keep the bell oh i think it touched it oh this is actually hard come on come on oh gels i don't even care if i touch the lion or i don't know the exact amount because he will he will do it he will do it okay so what's your goal 104 right just beat do you think you beat it that's that's 58 times two so that's one okay you did it you did it smash it man let's go come on this sushi was crazy yes all right so next we got quite a weird odd official world record the tendon push-up the record is 30 it looks like this and we actually attended this before but we sort of like the four like we need to do better and we can do better we can beat 30 i hope and if we do so we're going to send them the official guinness world record and let's hope we get the record let's go do it let's go boom huh nice don't waste energy one two three four five six
