(rock music) - Hey guys, I'm Miles Teller. I'm currently in the beautiful Gold Coast in Australia filming a movie called Spider Head with Chris Hemsworth and Jurnee Smollett. But I have a little movie coming out this summer, it's called Top Gun Maverick. (upbeat music) I was able to train Jason Walsh for about two and a half months. Right now I'm outside it's a beautiful day and I wanna run you through some workouts if I can't get into a traditional gym. So we're gonna do a circuit of some bodyweight movements, try and really utilize the space that we're in right now, and we're gonna hit upper body, lower body and core. Before we get into the exercises, I think it's just always good to get a nice warm up in. I kinda get the heart rate going a little bit. You got a beautiful path, kind of slight incline, so just go for a run. And for the first exercise, we're gonna use this bench and we're gonna do 40 flutter kicks. (upbeat music) All right, for this next exercise, think I'm just gonna do some dips. It's great for the triceps, and gets the heart rate going a bit. Not a bad view either just looking at the waves and we're gonna do with 20, 20, 30. Okay, got a little bit of space, so we're just gonna do some squats, it's great for lower body for the glutes and legs, get the heart rate going again. Again if you want, you can add a jump, just to make a little harder. (upbeat music) And that's how I like to do it in the end. Okay, for this next workout, we're gonna do some decline push-ups. Got a nice little kind of natural step here that we're gonna use and it will hit the top of the chest a little more. I recommend probably do about 25 of them. Okay for this next workout, it's another lower body workout, just gonna do some reverse lunges. It's great for the glutes and the hamstrings. (upbeat music) You can add a jump to make it a little harder. (upbeat music) So thank you for spending time with me. That circuit you can do two, three times.
