coming up on Marcus and Joan they're bringing restoration between Christians and Jews we sit down with rabbi Curt and Christi Landry live from day stars world headquarters in Dallas Texas Marcus and Jodi and now your hosts markeson eel and [Music] hello everybody thank you for joining Joni and me today we are so delighted you've tuned in and Joni today rabbi kurt landry and his wife Kristy are here [Applause] so we dis appreciate their great testimonies gonna be on today great it's gonna be good if you loved all things Israel and about the Jewish people you'll want to stay tuned because I want them to talk about bridging the gap between Christians and Jews that is something that for far too long there has been a gap we're making progress but you know what Joni I just think this I think there's gonna be a lot of people in heaven that we don't think are gonna be that totally including some of our enemies yeah so maybe you've got somebody and you don't like them maybe they did you wrong another somebody done somebody wrong song isn't that a song I think so hey if God forgives we need to forgive and you need to forgive now because you could be spending a lot of time with people as I said they're gonna be people there you didn't think we're gonna be there they're probably surprised to see you cuz they might have thought well I didn't think he would be there I didn't think she would be there well it's why it's so important not to judge your brother or your sister we don't know the heart of people only god can judge the heart so it is important when we hear that God has touched people's lives and we're thinking well there's no way God could save that person they've been so terrible or so horrible yes he can save that person and so we need to pray for those people when we hear those testimony and I thought that came to me is even though we believe in reconciliation or restitution somebody doesn't have to come to you to confess their sins they come to the Father yeah and that's and we pray in the name of Jesus that's what gives us access and when the father hears us coming in the name of Jesus he attributes Jesus righteousness to us otherwise we'd all be in a big mess that's so important I there's so many times that people just can't forgive and they'll say that exactly what you said well I'll forgive when they ask you know or they apologize or they make or they make things right I mean most of the time that's not going to happen we just forgive because it's the right thing to do and it sets us free in the process we begin to pray for that person or that individual and then God is able to many times move but regardless of whether they apologize or not you are still commanded to forgive and I tell you what we we've been forgiven so much I heard a story one time over a girl that was in a church service and her and her husband had all kind of issues and she went down for prayer and she's talking to minister and she said I just can't forgive him I just can't forgive him I just can't forgive him and he looked at her and he said well he said you ever thought about this have you ever thought about what you've been forgiven and she said all of a sudden she began to think about all the things that God had done in her own life and she thought you know what if he can forgive me then I can forgive my husband and their marriage was restored though unforgiveness it's a dangerous thing in it well let me just say this to make it easier for you forgiveness does not start out as a feeling it starts out as a choice and it's a lot of Joni is much quicker to forgive than I am but I do get better I do get there eventually but pray for people if you pray for them and you bless them then eventually it'll turn into a feeling so yeah and you know for some people they don't care whether you forgive them or not you know they don't care if you like them or not so you don't do it for them you do it for you because you want to have the joy of the Lord final comment on that how do you know if you forgiving somebody when you hear their name or you see them if you have that angst that earth then you know you haven't yet truly forgive it's gonna say just like you when you look at that person or that situation if you've really forgiven you're not gonna have that that like you said if you still have that that means you're still working through it it's a process that's so process just go ahead and pray for him right then say Lord bless them and and I just pray that you do a work a mighty work in their life and I tell you what it sets us free Rachel and Josh are standing by and how are you guys doing is this important message talk about Rach forgiveness absolutely it's so important and it's something that we all need to practice even though at times it can be very hard and I gotta say Johnny that Rachel forgives a lot quicker than what I do say well like you guys in that Marcus and I we need to catch up to our wives and our ability to quickly forgive and let go that's right well you know this past heart for the world we were so touched by the ministry and the life of Philip Cameron from the orphan hands for those who don't know the Cameron family has been dedicated to transforming the lifes of orphans and romania and moldova for over 25 years with sex trafficking being the biggest threat for children without homes orphans hands exists to stand between the orphan and the trafficker and not only did Marcus and Joni get to hear the testimony of Philip Cameron but they also got to sit with three girls who've been personally touched and impacted by the orphans hands ministry and because of Marcus and Joanie's compassion and you our Daystar viewers heart for the world they decided to give to the ministry with $100,000 that is so cool and they say a little thank you in video so let's check this out together mocking Joanie and all my friends and a star what a great family they star is it's an amazing and amazing miracle that God has put together many members fitly joined together to make the greatest television network in the world today it is ridiculous and I will be so and forever grateful for what you did for us just a few days ago and heart for the world you're giving in compassion for orphans in Moldova and Ukraine turning orphans and the sons and daughters that sons and daughters into missionaries it's an amazing thing that's taking place and the Daystar is right in the middle we love you Marcus and Joni you have been friends for decades and I look forward to what God is gonna do through you through us for the kingdom of God's sake we love you and can't wait to see you again [Applause] understate what it was the delight it was a joy and a star now has given actually several hundred thousand dollars to that ministry to reach young girls in Moldova which is part of the former Soviet Union and the Ukraine which is also part of the former Soviet Union so these are countries that are really really a difficult condition financially and I'm glad they get to do this on your behalf and one day in eternity we will meet all these people all these girls that were touched and have a great time of rejoicing together it's going to be fun in eternity to meet people from other countries that have watched maybe that we never have the opportunity to meet but day stars touched their life or they've been healed or they've been encouraged I just got an email yesterday talking about when Joseph Prince was here and a mother in Africa and really needed the Lord to touch I don't remember it was a family member and they communion and God healed that family man this I love hearing your stories and those of you that are around the world we love you and I tell you what we just look forward to meeting you one day in eternity if we don't get to meet you on this side well Jonathan Susan you're standing by and the most important part of Daystar the prayer courtyard and again that's why that toll-free numbers on the screen for you to call anytime during the program today and we will pray over your prayer requests good morning how's everybody doing wonderful good morning excellent great always being here another beautiful day I've got a scripture I'd like to share this is from James chapter 2 verses 21 through 24 it says our ancestor Abraham was shown to be right with God by his actions when he offered his son Isaac on the altar his faith and his actions work together his actions made his faith complete so abraham believed God and God counted him as righteous because of his faith he was even called the friend of God so you see we are shown to be right with God by what we do not by faith alone Wow how powerful is that so today we just want to stand here and encourage you to put your faith and your actions together it's not one or the other it's easy for you know certain people like me it's very easy for me to have the whole faith thing going because I always believe in everything that God has his good intentions towards me but it's action so we just want to encourage you whatever you're going through today whatever situation whether it's letting go of a relationship you know something that might be super painful whether it's letting go for a job or stepping into a new season whatever it is whatever how much ever it means to you God means more to us so put God first and step in to put your faith and your works together and sometimes faith it works might be also just waiting on God but waiting aggressively speaking God's promises over our lives expecting the best from him so just be encouraged today to do not just to have faith but also put in put in the action and like like Abraham did with Isaac that's true they truly go hand in hand it's the faith and the action that will says faith without works is dead so you've got to have them both for it to work out and I want to encourage you if you have a prayer need we have a wonderful prayer team standing by they would love to take your call and pray with you today Oh an action is also making that phone call to get to find sari with you that's right so do it put your action to work today back to you dad okay I want to just amplify on what they said we're not saved by works but there are things that we do because of our faith it's not that we're trying to work our way into heaven but because you do believe that God is a good God and that God honors certain actions that we take faith is a fact and faith is an act anybody can say they believe God but when you act as they were saying action shows your faith that's why it's important to call that number because there's just something about the power of agreement and you say well I'm dealing with this but you know I really don't want to tell anybody we don't to give your name and your information but just call and say hey would you pray with me today and we'll be glad to do that are you said you were gonna tell story about Suzie story about Suzie let's show Suzie okay so you think oh my god what is noni gonna start in the morning I hear stories about Israel and Arielle said this morning I heard the story that Suzie was doing Israel's math with him and so like he's only in the first grade and there are already doing you know 8 minus 16 is this and then plus this I mean long problems Wow and I was like I was doing like one plus one equals to see dick run James jump jump you know I mean this is what I did in the first grade so anyway she said she's working on his math here comes Jonathan in the door from working out and Jonathan's very smart in math just like you and she said you can't take credit for being smart it was Nonie that helped you with reading to you and all those early it's true everyone else says this kid is so smart well you don't know at home with the spoon yes it's truly a team effort I mean you've prepared for a lot of work into the homework and then the teacher helps and look in the class and the student applies themselves and are you so if you want to thank no need for all those hard nights I feel your pain now no need do you want to think I mom did you did you put a lot of hours as me on my homework when I was showing ideas I did in dad did too we both helped you but I mainly read to you when you were little like two three four I read to you every night so I think that helped you as well but anyway that was so cute because Susie Susie and I both math is not our favorite like we like the English history better than math but you're like a little math genius but so our kids got that from you so thank you honey for the thank you Joni is very smart don't let her well you know speaking of smart Rebecca and Jonathan are standing by jonathan was smart to get Rebecca yes he was yeah Rebecca was probably smart to get Java that's right that's right how are you guys doing it Howard sure he's doing great no math homework yeah which is nice fats I remember growing up my dad helped me a lot with homework my brother a lot with homework so kind of runs in the family you know parents got to dig in and help out when it's time I don't remember I do like algebra or anything at all so until you get to that phase I'm gonna be like you're gonna be on your own just drop him off with Jonathan and Susie they'll be fishing can be Asher's math tutor is really good at school so David ministries and Oklahoma I want to acknowledge somebody else we've earned knowledge in people today and that is your mom and dad they've been here for several weeks while your mother has gone through some medical tournament that's around 16 years ago yeah but more importantly than that it's your mom and dad that got you started that's right and so I'm thrilled to have them I wouldn't have my fabulous Joni so I'm gonna ask each of them to say something about Joanie Joanie is so beloved you know most people love our family but if they just had to choose one of us they would choose her and I would too and I don't blame them for choosing her over all the rest of his probably combined so let's start ladies first so Sandra tell us something about Joanie what I can say about Joanie we were talking about this morning you and I just by ourselves before we came and she was getting ready was I was telling you what a wonderful daughter she is you're gonna make me cry but I love her so much we're so proud of her and we have two other wonderful children outside better grown adults that are wonderful but she has just knocked herself out for us we've been living with you guys for over babes so Google baton therapy yeah it's helping a lot of people several members of your family has gone through this and also friends and everyone of us been successful so check it out proton therapy yeah Google it that's what I do i Google things all right we're so delighted that Rabbi curt landry and his wife Kristy are here let's welcome them back from house of David ministries in Oklahoma [Applause] [Music] all right so good to see you now that music let's get Joe to explain that because we played a lot of times our Jewish name what is the name of that Joe what is the significance of bet song that is the Jewish national anthem the hatikvah and I believe it means the hope I believe Rabbi Kirk could expound upon that but that's how I understand it he is correct the hope yeah Jewish songs for 20 please there we go so I want to ask this question we may have talked about this before but how did you and Christi meet and how did you talk her into marrying she smiled no no she may have left on that but it's at least a smile well we were secular people not saved and she came out from the University of Oklahoma to work at Harrah's Casino Lake Tahoe they would hire people from Texas and Oklahoma because they're beautiful and very polite and Harrah's Casino like that and anyway I was a valet and in Harrah's Casino and the first day she got there she was walking through the parking lot and we'll call it you offered to Park her car actually no I it's embarrassing I actually said something out the window like you're beautiful or something that you would say in the 70s and yeah so I don't know Chris did you hear him say it yeah what were you thinking we heard it the short story of it is I actually actually had asked her out about how many times and you said no prob about three months yeah yeah that's a lot of rejection yes you need to go see a psychotherapist no I I didn't but I probably should have but I had roommates here's an interesting part of the story is all our roommates that we had because we all lived in a big house and you know and it was you know we're nineteen to twenty five and they were all saying you need to get with this girl and and they were referring to to Christy and she was embarrassed because that she worked at the club and so she changed her name to she had a different name on her nametag and they also made they didn't like long hair so they made her wear a wig so I would go in Marcos into the club to try to find her and I would see her come in and then I couldn't find her inside and you didn't recognize her with her short haired wig oh no amazing yeah so Christy what was your fake name well I used my middle name okay so I was tagged with my middle name so you wouldn't recognize I was the middle name because middle names hardly ever get using christyjean there was a short gene walking around but you didn't recognize her no and then but I asked her out several several times and and then one night it was interesting I did ballet i late for Frank Sinatra and Don Rickles and and this particular night I was valeting for BB King oh wow and he'd the great blues artist played the guitar I love BB King yes he was a great man very very kind to us but he he would stay up he had a Late Show and the last show would be like about 3:30 in the morning and I had to wait for him to make sure that he got to the hotel anything he needed I had to be there and so I actually she worked days and I worked the graveyard and so I actually called her at home and I hope not at 3:30 in the morning yes yes I called her this is crazy I called her she worked that shift so no she was she was having dreams and visions yeah and but from in my heart it was like this is going to be the last time but I called her and I said listen I'm I'm having valeting with BB King would you like to come and catch the last show and then when he's done we can go out and eat breakfast and she said yes Kristy I know why after 30 months did you early in the morning something inside of me said you need to do this I went I went to Tahoe to escape boys and just to work to make money for college and so I didn't want to get involved in any kind of relationship I was gonna go back home and so I just I really felt and I know now it was the Holy Spirit but I just said as crazy as it was in the middle of the night okay I'm gonna go because like what happened when y'all went to that show and after you went to go eat did it go good yeah it went great and we were really inseparable in 44 years if we get him say well let's just can you do probably would be good to give how did you got saved first I got saved first yeah yeah women are just more sensitive and more pliable have anything to do with getting saved or not right now yeah no he did not so what happened to you it boy it's a long testimony so I don't know how but you did it went to church I yes I went another one of those things they were guests at the house at my mom's house they come in from out of state and I just felt this urge to go to this church that I'd been invited to for months and I never would go and in the middle of the dirty Bowl I felt like I have to go and I have to go right now so I asked my mom to excuse me no dishes no and finish the meal sorry about the guests but I've got to go find this little church so I found the old church well I didn't find the church I looked for the little church and I got into a phone booth in those days phone booth and to look for the address and when I pulled up to the church a girl a young lady that that had we had had a lot of issues in our childhood and we've been back in McAlester for 15 years and there was just a lot of walls there a lot of hurt a lot of tragedy a lot of tragedy and when I got out of the car and she pulled up right behind me I thought oh this is gonna be very uncomfortable and I got out of the car and I waved to her and she got out of the car said if you'll wait I'll walk in with you and so she came in the church we sat down together and then we shared the same hymnal and the pastor came off the platform and spoke a word to me and it really made me neat weak in the knees I just I was like oh this is really God if God's real this is really God and anyway after the service we went outside and we summertime we talked on the hood of the car till 11 o'clock that night and we forgave each other fall so then when did Curt what happened with two and a half years later two and a half years did you notice the difference in her yes in fact I got angry at the Lord and because I felt like Jesus stole my wife but he gave me a better wife so she was really provoking me to jealousy because she her love and she was always a very kind like in your family she's she's the she's the most gentle loving patient of all our family members but she even became something different she was better and the Lord told her don't preach to him just just pray for him and that's what she did and then after two and a half years I had the most successful year ever had in business in Seattle and I was fact Employee of the Year for the corporation I worked in and I had always promised her parents that I would always send Christy and Megan our daughter back home to Oklahoma every year so I sent him back and we had just built a new custom home and very successful and anyway long story short I was going to celebrate myself and get in the bathtub and and when I did someone came to visit and it was the Lord he came up behind me and and and the I didn't know it was the Lord but it felt like it almost like an anxiety attack and I started to weep and then this is in 1989 but like a monitor came up and I saw things passing before me that you do as a child and when you're young that you're ashamed of and those things were coming up and I found coming out of my mouth speaking to Jesus behind me I said I didn't mean to hurt you and so there was no condemnation it was conviction and the thing that's so ministered to me is I could feel the love of Jesus he was always with me he never he never first sucked me and of course my testimony is I was born out of wedlock separated from my mother at birth I was in an orphanage six months so when you have that kind of background to know that this God never left you even through these bad times it was it was really touching and so I called Christi on the phone she was in Oklahoma and I was in the water about three hours and I had been you know really crying and my voice was hoarse and and I said to her I said I said I think I've had a nervous breakdown and she said no you didn't have a nervous breakdown you got saved and I only had to say Marcus and Joni I had to say save from what I didn't even know and so she explained it that was on a Saturday and the next Monday I went to church and I mean what the church went to work and by the time Friday came I was so radically sharing Jesus with all the employees there that I got fired by Friday oh my god here you were the employee of the year then you start being radical as an evangelist and you get fired that's pretty well and you're still touched when you hear about God supernaturally appearing to him because you've been praying for him right yes yeah what an awesome thing in your husband and he's a world changer yes so he know I got a new why but then later you got a new house absolutely that's amazing okay well we're gonna figure this out because we need insurance we need to talk about this reclaiming our forgotten heritage how understanding the Jewish roots of Christianity can transform your faith and the Ford is by our friend Perry stone okay first of all why did you write this book I think the revelation I had several people asking me in ministry when are you gonna write a book and I and I said I'm waiting on an unction from the Lord and the the real mystery that's revealed in this book is the power of identity you know I'm an ex corporate corporate guy corporate trained and so I'm used to activating people's purposes and their destiny and all the things that go and in the business world but I realized that the most powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit is when you find your true identity yes because then identity produces your purpose and so I felt like the Lord said I want you to share your testimony and this was the word of the Lord to me says what has happened to you in 60 plus years is what's happened to the church in the last seventeen hundred years from the counsels of Nicaea and Constantine period where they purposely tried to change the calendar and the identity of the church and he says what I've done in your life bringing you back to your roots so that you can answer your call and your purpose he says I'm doing the same thing in the church and so with the publisher actually contacted me and said we need a balanced testimony teaching on how do Gentile Christians return to the Jewish roots of the faith and I said I can share that because that's who we are we're one new man and so that was the motivation for the book was really empowerment of identity so the book deals with the counterfeit self it also deals with you know when I'm minister I'm minister kind of in a deliverance lifestyle where I bring out I preach a problem and then bring the solution which is always Jesus and this book kind of takes you through a personal journey 12 chapters of that but there's also very powerful intercessory prayers that they can pray at the end and I believe the book is very much about inner healing and deliverance for people to find their own identity and I I feel Marcus and Joni that I have a testimony because I had to find myself not only in the Lord but I had to find myself in my biological roots and finding out that I was Jewish yeah so I I love the part of you kind of reclaiming that Jewish heritage that was such an important part of you and you know we have a son in love that is Jewish yes and just to watch him and Rebecca you know observe things like Shabbat and so on is it's such a blessing I think we're gonna skip this song because we want to get to you and allow you a moment to preach but who needs this book who would it be good for to read I think that if it's anybody that is in that crossroads time this is a great book for unsaved Jewish people because you can be more Jewish with Jesus that you're in you're not abandoning your people you're you're not a traitor in fact Marcus and Joni this book is going to be published in Hebrew in Israel and it's actually going to be put in all the libraries government offices and schools and Curt Landry ministries is making it as a donation to the nation of Israel but so many people have asked how how do you because of the humanitarian aid how how do you why do you do this and I said well read the book so some of the leaders read the book and they've actually given us permission and it's going to be it's going to be out it's in transcription right now all right so you mentioned Joni about our son and love Jonathan Weiss but let's also mention about our son-in-law Joshua Brown because Friday this Friday is the Jewish service at Gateway Church that is our home church for about the last 12 years the first Friday of the month they have this service and Paul Wilbur is going to be ministering and he's asked Josh to come and be the keyboardist to accompany him while he sings in minister so that is open to the public so if you're interested in that and Gateway church is helping to do this very thing we've talked about bridging the gap between Christians and Jews than if so since most of our viewers are Christian what are some of the things maybe two or three things that they can do personally to help bridge this gap between Christians and Jews well one of the things they can do is start to go to a Shabbat service you know it's not legalism but like gateways does a great great job and they have for years our ministry does the same thing where you have people who go to church on Sunday they can go visit a place where they're celebrating on a Friday night I would say the biggest thing is go to a Passover you know we're gonna have a Passover here in Dallas on April the 11th at South Lake Hilton go to a Passover experience it because I always tell people Passover is basically communion on steroids can we put it that information about that service and know it's next year but hey it's not too early to start planning I think that's a great place to stay fact we put a lot of our day star guests there and let's put up the information about this book reclaiming our forgotten heritage how understanding the Jewish roots of Christianity can transform your faith the Ford is by perry stone and there is a website Curt Landry dot-com and I want you to see the beautiful setting of we're right by Kirtland jury is about to stand there isn't and the share of the word of God that is epic that's one of my favorites that I've seen us come up with so that is awesome okay so we're gonna take a break and then we're gonna come back and Rabbi Kirtland jury is gonna stand and share the Word of God amen get ready is rabbi Curt Landry shares an anointed word next whenever you need it whatever it is we are here for you what a beautiful set behind me I feel like I'm standing there in Jerusalem praise the Lord thank you so much Marcus and Joni for having Christi and I here and what a celebration time it is for Daystar to be able to be blessing the world with the gospel but also highlighting and blessing Israel and the Jewish people I'm just I'm so excited I'm blessed at this time I want to bring you a word of the Lord and and I believe it's a word for this season and when Joni asked me she said well who needs your book you know the reclaiming your forgotten heritage is really Psalms 23 the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want you know when you don't have your identity in Messiah you always want and drift off into other areas you need an encounter with him and to know him not only as the Shepherd but to trust him when he says I'm going to make you lie down in green pastures and I'm gonna lead you beside the still waters that green pastures he's going to bring you into the Word of God in Hebrews 4 and 12 it says the Word of God is sharper than two-edged sword and it's discerning the thoughts and the intents of the heart as you Gorn again in spirit-filled and allow the Word of God to be able to minister to you in a powerful way as a sword it will discern the things that are counter to your identity that counterfeit identity the best way to find it is to allow the Word of God to say this isn't who you are you're you don't we all have a sin nature but we can overcome it by the blood of the Lamb and the word of God and the word of our testimony the scripture goes on to say in verse 3 and it says and he restores my soul and he leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake you know how Marcus asked me says what was the motivation of writing reclaiming our forgotten heritage the motivation for me was I found my and I realized that my name was his name and I realized that I was adopted so to say again I was grafted in and born again into my father's name so when you say Jehovah Jireh Jehovah Rafi he is my provider he is my healer he is Jehovah Shalom he is LG Bor he is the mighty God all the names of God he is a wonderful counselor he is the king of kings he is the shepherd of all our souls and he's the high priest of your sanctuary when you know those names of God and you know those names belong to you because you're family and you are co-heirs with him and it's praise God that he'll lead you and restore your soul and restore your personal identity with him you know after you receive anything from the Lord the way it's sealed is by the blood of Jesus but the way it's sealed in your soul is in Psalm 23 and 4 says for though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for his room his rod and his staff they will comfort me that rod and staff in the hebrew is actually what they call a matei and matei is a large walking stick that the families have and in that stick like the rod of Moses is carved all the lineage in the history of everybody that's in that family line and all the major events are in that so that rod and staff means that I am not alone when I go through the valley of the shadow of death in fact I have this history that you know I've my family is the victories of Moses my vet my victories are the victories of Elijah and Elijah the victories of Daniel and Joseph the victories of Jesus himself so when you go through those valleys you understand that you may not have a rod but you have a tree which is Calvary which paid for every single thing in your life which makes it yes and amen and this is where I wanted to get to today in verse 5 and it says and you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemy that table is actually Passover each year God calls you to his table because you're his children and that's why I want to personally invite you to join us on April the 11th here in Dallas Texas and southlake Hilton fact it's such a beautiful facility and Marcus and Joni put Christi and I up there this last time and that's when the Lord spoke he says I want you to have a Passover here I want you to call a gathering of the nation's and so many of our partners and friends want to come and it's so much easier to be able to fly into DFW than it would be to fly into Tulsa and so we're going to be having this and I want to invite you there one of the things that's so powerful about Passover if you look at Exodus 23 and 20 there's actually nine covenant blessings that God actually releases to you by just simply coming by face sliding your feet under a Passover table and I want to review them with you real quick Exodus 23 and 20 it starts and the first promise is a promise of divine protection because you are in covenant with the Lord second is positioning your alignment for favor that God will order your steps and put you in places where favor upon favor will be released in your life third divine authority of commissioning Passover every year is commissioning you for a new season and a new time for Supernatural health and kingdom prosperity so that when you when you participate in the cup of plagues and the cups of healing you're canceling the sickness and you're receiving the blood of Jesus and the healing of God the fifth the fifth is the covenant of protection of multiplication and longevity the scripture says and a good man and a good woman leaves an inheritance to his children's children Passover is a gathering time of the family of God where we come and we remember that it was the blood of Jesus that was put on the doorposts and the lintel --zz that when the Spirit of death came we overcame the enemy of death by the blood of the Lamb and that is the Passover story is a respect from your enemies and godly fear respect from your enemies where your authority in the courts of heaven your name is recognized when you pray in his name seventh is the Lord drives out your enemies where your enemies become the Lord's enemies and the Lord drives out your enemies before you eight is Dominion and inheritance Passover is a time when you come and you receive your inheritance for this new year that's coming and ninth is freedom from corrupt covenants a lot of times you don't know where those corrupt covenants are but the Passover table blessing brings them to light and set you free from them but I want to go ahead and finish with this Psalm 23 he says you anoint my head with oil my cup runs over surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever isn't it interesting at Passover he says he anoints your head and in the midst of your enemies you know that really can't happen in the natural because you don't have enemies at a Passover table in biblical times even the stranger had to be circumcised to be qualified to sit at the table now we can sit Jew and Gentile at the table of the Lord because we have been water baptized and according Colossians we have the circumcision not made with hands but that which is the circumcision of the heart when he anoints the enemy it's the enemy it's those thoughts those fears those doubts the unbelief that we all battle but praise God he sends an anointing of new identity Passover is a time to reclaim your forgotten heritage and I think doing Passover's now for over 30 years I think it's probably one of the most powerful celebrations that that you can do and remember the Lord is inviting you to be not just saved and not just known as the Lord but he wants you to know that you're a child of God and you are so absolutely precious to him and if you need prayer you need to call and at this time I want to ask Marcos to come and join me and we want to pray for you yeah so called the number go online today Starcom if you'd like for Rabbi Curt Landry to pray for you and let's put up the
