Highway for a day because when you're a [ __ ] millionaire you can do whatever the [ __ ] you want and inconvenience as many people as you want for your little ego drive from Parata Nevada to Vegas there's a stretch of highway that has an about an 11 mile straightaway it's not flat but it's straight and the road surface is in very good condition and we'd always talked about joked about how it would be great to see how fast a Koenigsegg can go on this particular highway and Mark was generous enough to offer his car to make this world-record attempt my diet in their lawsuit accuses students after which Buddha Mandir released an apology video yes we also get terrible apology videos in the MLM world not just on YouTube I don't know if I've ever known a YouTube videos you include a literal [ __ ] prop of a person from the marginalized group that they've just offended it's like if that logan Paul's apology video features like a corpse in the background and he was saying look I do respect corpses I have corpse friends look that would explain why he has friends though they must all be brain dead so what do you think mark and Yun did in response to this you think they chose the charity over the Buddhist of course they chose to cut ties with the charity yes and here's the Facebook post that they wrote we are deeply saddened and disappointed to announce our decision to end our relationship with the National Down Syndrome Society our company and the independent fashion retailers have embraced the NDS s and it's important work and have enthusiastically supported the organization's efforts over the past year regrettably a lunar independent fashion retailer exhibited an unacceptable and insensitive behavior during a live sale which understandably offended viewers Luna ro the organisation will no longer associate with us we do not believe this is the most productive response to his actions which he has fully apologized for is to close his business and threaten his ability to provide for his family you mean provide for you the am don't you you mean provide for you and then the comments are a literal dumpster fire everyone's very a very pissed off basically as if we didn't already know by now they chose the money that the top sellers made them over their morals hilariously however this proved to be a pointless move by the students and they might as well have pretended to have morals in the end and cut ties with the food and vendors because the Buddha Mendes left Luna row only eight months after to join doTERRA another MLM based in Utah that sells essential oils which are often claimed to do things like cure cancer and lose weight with their slim & sassy line so after their break with the National Down Syndrome Society Luna row have released capsules which they say are in support of various charities like a capsule II released in June Live 2019 for breast cancer awareness one dollar from each qualifying piece in an order was donated to the charity but the pieces were in general our two dollars more expensive than normal so lularoe were just making $1 of extra profit per piece sold out of this charity capsule so that was going straight into that pockets it's a way to grow your business they call it cause branding or cause selling right now is a perfect time to kick-start your initiatives in your business with fundraiser and her sister Lynnae in lynnae's husband lynnae's also at lularoe consultant herself and they like to pressure their top mentors into traveling across the border to Tijuana in Mexico and get gastric sleeves because allegedly she likes her mentors to be sized small or medium small medium [Music] I've lost 72 pounds or 2 pounds so don't listen to what people are saying about Mexico Mexico is especially Tijuana is safe and it is very very very clean in the areas that you're going to and and they're going to take really good care of you so anyway she goes I'll get my sister watch with you awesome ok I mean think about it y'all what are you gonna say no yeah you don't say no just so everybody knows you don't think no but I went to bed that night crying thinking I am not good enough I am they will begin pressurizing women into this what's that group called Tijuana skinnies Courtney got the right into the group but due to other health concerns like being on certain medications she was quite rightly thinking twice about getting the surgery one day two days after I got home I started getting text from Dan sister Lynnae about we're going to Tijuana in two weeks let's get you on the schedule it's like they would not approve you in America you're taking a big risk she goes especially with the mentor on it wasn't just anxiety and depression if seizure meds - and she's like you've gotta be monitored you can't stay there for one night she eventually agrees to get a balloon put in her stomach instead which is meant to be less intrusive but it almost kills her so the week I went about that in the US and they had already added me to a group chat called the Tijuana skinny chat where everybody that had gone to Tijuana talked about it mm-hmm well when I told them I was going to get the orb era balloon in the u.s. act he brought the chat I could hardly stand up I was basically spewing acid out of my mouth because that had no food and I told my husband but you know we're hitting I was like please take me back to the dock I've got to get this tip out something not right and that start having seizures my children I thought I was dead they only thing that they could think of is that what happened was that my meds weren't being absorbed correctly they got part of you know but they were bearable hoon you're basically a balloon being placed in your stomach and then she eventually had it removed but afterwards even after that Lynnae continued to pressure Kourtney into getting the gastric bands done instead what do you know week later guess who contacts me what she says via text and she says her she went through with it were bearable own how was it I texted her back I said look it didn't work I got really sick Bob of the watch said see I told you dr. Michelle said it wouldn't work when he went from Tijuana called he eventually declines and then she gets kicked out of the Tijuana skinnies what's that group that was a la Salle's ever asked to speak at any convention or leadership or anything the only other text message I ever got was hey guys they were doing plastic surgery down there now - what would you like to get done we do breast just never happened she just took them in her private jet threw them back to her own house and kept the kerrick's for herself now she just acts like the hers it also turns out that Lynnae is allegedly getting a $1,000 kickback for every person that she refers to this Tijuana clinic which comes out of the $5,000 that the person pays she and her husband are listed his official contacts on the website as well from a quick scroll on their Facebook page you can see another lady who's recently got a surgery done by the name of Chrissy and just after a quick google of lunar Oh top sellers caught Chrissy yeah she's she's another one that's been caught Indiana lynnae's gastric band net and many of the before and after pictures on their Facebook page seems to be of women wearing lularoe esque clothing as well weirdly another example of the yarn being a great model to women is her attitude towards drops allegedly according to former consultants Diana's constantly popping pills and by the look of her Instagram stories I'm just saying she does always seem a little bit Oh nobody got tried I'm tired when to lay down I couldn't because I'm so excited so excited about life I am tired of Martin we need a new t-shirt so do she sure is an interesting character and the interesting funding life that she hails from could go some way to explain the way that she is [Music] helping back to the beginning of video the an explains the humble beginnings of her business she finds cheap kids justice she buys them she saw someone at parties then makes a maxi skirt for her daughter all of a mate's want one she makes a load of skirts sells them at parties instead and all of a sudden she's a multimillionaire what daeun seems to leave out of this story though is her relationship with her twin sister Diane yes you heard that right Diane's mother gave birth to twins and decided to call them Diane and Diane and I would say they're pretty much identical they look extremely similar but since the birth of Luna ro from what I can tell Diane has never mentioned Diane in the public so Diane lives much more of a private life and there's not so much information about her online that I could dig my nose little teeth into but from what I could find though she studied fashion design at university so she's an actual seamstress seemingly much more qualified to start up a clothing business than Diane who dropped out of uni before getting a degree apparently the twins opened the nail salon together for a brief time in 1992 before moving on to selling clothes together until about November 2012 this is when the most recent evidence of the twins working together can be found online in the lularoe the on the top story video the answer she spent 27 years selling little girls dresses but doesn't mention her sister even once some shows a nephew of the students has been involved in flu neuro since the beginning and tells a different story about the origins of new Tyrone he says that Diane is the real seamstress and Diane is the one who originally made the original maxi skirt as she had experience selling the dresses at the parties but Diane was the one who would make the dresses as she was the seamstress and together for some time they made a great team until they had a falling out I couldn't find any information anywhere as to why this fallout happened but before that Diane and Diane were very very close they even had a joint wedding where they two men who are cousins keeping it in the family the mandiant married in this ceremony was her first husband who she had four children with and adopted three more from a orphanage in Romania rumors circulate online that Diane and Mark met on a plane while they were both still married and began their relationship on the plane I'm not talking mile-high club but the plane story is what I've heard from various sources online nothing too official so you know take that with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt the an of called honey and lace which later changed its name to PIFAN II in 2017 it's a much smaller MLM but with much nicer clothes if you ask me either way though it's still an MLM so it belongs in the [ __ ] bin the sibling rivalry never ceased though and in September 2017 when Luna rose issues were thrust into the limelight and coaches and mentors started to leave tiffany began soliciting them and recruiting them into their company instead Luna row has since sued Tiffany for this so before lularoe mark worked as a concrete contractor but before that in 2000 mark was involved in a company called chino hos LLC a real estate investment company matt was listed as the organizer of the LLC with aldo bacala as their manager aldo went on to be convicted of running a ponzi scheme in which he made 20 million dollars and was sentenced to 20 years in jail for fraud he convinced close friends and family to give him their life savings and remortgage their property many of which ended up going into foreclosure but Carlos spent the money he stole on lavish lifestyle including treating himself to four home and would gamble away millions on the stock market how much mark knew about the color scheme being in the business with him is unclear so now let me introduce you to Sam Schultz an interesting character in this whole debacle in himself he was with Luna ro since the beginning and even got the gastric band treatment in Tijuana albeit for free paid for by the name he saves Luna wrote terminated his contract in 2017 leaving him with 40,000 dollars worth of inventory so he joined PIFAN II instead he says his job epiphany was to target Luna ROS most productive consultants Schultz also described Luna ROS trade secrets epiphany including the protected leadership information whatever that is he loudly announced his departure from lularoe in 2017 via a Facebook post this prompted many angry lunar row consultants opposed to their stories in the replies including Kourtney heartwood the allegations on these replies are pretty wild portly says she reckons the name must have got hundreds of people to get the Tijuana gastric band surgery or the consultants speculate about how many consultants that really are one here reckons there are about 100,000 but Kourtney harps in and says that she's heard on two separate occasions from head office employees that there are a hundred and fifty thousand but they didn't admit this due to saturation worry sam says he was acting multiple times to be a testimonial to women for the gastric sleeve surgery and it made him feel awkward he also says that he helped Luna wrote guitar from millions to billions and only ever got ten thousand raise from the stidham's he goes on to say that many new neuro mentors are pharmacists so they have direct access to whatever drugs they want and they can take them wherever they want to with their private jet apparently they don't drink as per the Mormon religion but they pop pills like a pick-and-mix Kourtney goes on to say that they went on a retreat to a pharmacy in Guatemala and oxycontin was basically just offered to everyone they would mix it with xanax and 5-hour energy drinks but she would be belittled for even having a glass of wine one night yeah I was like we've got to go to the pharmacy yeah and I was like the farmer fee yeah she was like oh my god anything you want it sounds cheaper than AmeriCorps you buy that prescription just get everything you want she's like thanks oxy god blah blah well they threw it back to me okay and so I didn't want to know I wasn't taking it so I caught it actually I'm pretty good catch things and they would under the seeds after you guys went shopping and then came back from the Guatemala trip and you had to go through customs Deanne told us to say that we were buying all this stuff our extended family don't sing your inventory back guys don't that's what they're trying to tell you they're gonna recycle it and put it in other people's boxes which none of the consultants want your old inventory and no one wants uh their their money or clothes to be held hostage for months on end and it's obvious now that they're not paying anyone back until they onboard more people Deanne call me let's chat you think you're untouchable it's ridiculous these are humans that are you you're absolutely scamming absolutely you're scamming them have you ever been cut out from a family member that you helped take their business from seventy million dollars to 1.3 billion dollars and you quit to go become a consultant and you go on vacation and you get a cease and desist letter in the email and you never hear from them again now some shorts after he parted ways and made his money from lularoe allegedly went back to his roots as a musician and decided to start managing and promoting artists here's a quote from a musician who he managed Nicole paid him $600 a month for two years before parting ways he would not pay as for shows and she said he would make all sorts of promises and not keep them he would just disappear at times and just a lot of things would go wrong but the deception didn't end there in February 2000 and nineteen he was charged with 26 felonies for getting people to invest in a pot farm which never even existed there are 13 victims that the police know about one of Schultz's Vick to set the following some shells contacted me in February 2018 and asked for $7000 he said my investment would double and I would get it back in two days he explained it was for a pot farmer owned by some kind of Polynesian gang or mafia it was located in Oregon and he was obligated to facilitate the investments for it it sounded ridiculous and I told some no at that point he said I should just give him the money and keep it a secret from my spouse since the investment would double in two days I once again told him no however the pitch didn't sound ridiculous to everyone in all Schultz recruited at least 13 investors who collectively gave him three hundred and twenty three thousand dollars including one woman who asked not to be identified due to the nature of her investment she said she gave Schultz a hundred thousand dollars moving on to a man called a Mon Becca this guy was a loner Oh IT guy he is Diane's niece's husband so in December 2015 to October 2016 noodle row Consultants noticed their money going missing and at the time Nuala Road denied it was their fault saying their payment system is more secure than PayPal they never reported any identity theft or credit card security breaches to the Corona PD in August 2016 in the middle of Luna Rose consultants money going missing that car bought a house mortgage three hundred and fifty thousand dollars then he takes out two more mortgages and it totals up to four hundred and ninety thousand dollars in November 2016 he is arrested for embezzling funds from Luna Road got to February 2017 Luna Road buys his house for some reason Becker is ordered in court to pay a whopping one hundred and fifty dollars a month to pay back money that he embezzled from lunar oh no no no sued Becker in october 2009 team for embezzling money from their company and stopping paying the restitution in April 2000 and nineteen except he has been paying it and has provided proof but lularoe owned the house which was supposedly paid for by the money that was embezzled from their company so unpack that one for me guys with remote otherwise known as work from home jobs becoming more popular the need of sslvpn s have grown tremendously with remote desktop you are opening up ports for anyone to gain access to your network while SSL VPN is encrypted and connects directly via your firewall consider how important that encryption would be when traveling or working from an unsecured Wi-Fi connection because attacks and intrusions can come through your SSL VPN - Diann has also been accused of verbally abusing her own niece in text messages of lularoe are all related to Deanna mark in some way including Kim and Doug roylene's who appeared in this video I found no hard evidence to back this up but people are alleging this Deann apparently does not charge the initial onboarding fee to her relatives when they sign up as well another interesting quote from Deanne which I couldn't find proof of but I have seen alleged for multiple comments from ex consultants is that Deanna told women to get down on their knees for five minutes a day and please their husbands so that they wouldn't care about how much money they were spending on lularoe the story behind the ants childhood and in particular her parents could go a little way to explain the way that she is Dee Ann's parents were called Maureen and Albert started yes startup was their literal name they met at university in 1935 and had 11 children together the startups were entrepreneurs and were business partners from the beginning they had a catering company which the children helped out with Maureen also started a bridal shop which Deanne helps her out with during the 1960's feminism was starting to take a hold in society the women's liberation movement despises the playboy concept of women women had started pushing his ass to work more money for themselves and to be able to compete with men in the same career paths rather than be expected to give up their careers as soon as they had children rare is the girl who wants to be a doctor an engineer or a pilot the Southern Pacific Railroad had refused for the fourth time to promote her from clerk to station agent the reason was California laws said women cannot work overtime nor lift more than 25 pounds it's myth of male protection of women does not exist so it would be obviously impossible to fly a Wikipedia page says this American surgeon who was convicted of second-degree murder after the death of a 79 year old patient in his care come with me down this tangential rabbit hole you will not regret this John our Brown was a GP for two decades before deciding to train as a surgeon he passed the written assessments for his qualification but failed the oral blaming his domineering father for making him fall apart in front of authority figures in the early 1970s not long after he'd written the foreword for the startups book citing himself as a plastic surgeon even though he was not qualified as one Brown had begun forming surgery anyway so due to his lack of qualifications Brown could not use properly equipped theaters so he used his GPS offices garages hotel rooms and even sometimes trains Brown would operate mainly on people who wanted gender surgery because this was the hardest surgery to qualify for at the time only 24 out of 2,000 people who applied for gender band they're related then I remember it was Tahitian noni juice this family was peddling that then the woman who's running lularoe she started doing this con where they would hold these auctions to raise money to send people to former Eastern Bloc countries and visit orphanages sounds noble right well what they didn't tell you was that they'd spend a day at the orphanage and then a week or two touring Europe after that there was a string of crap lasers that you shot into your palm I forget what those did pest control companies catering companies sandwich shot I recently saw a story at a Provo where one of these people who runs a sandwich shop wasn't paying the college kids who worked there instead they were strong-arming them into working hours without pay then it was wedding photography companies will other offshoots eg photo editing companies then they were doing these learn how to become a wedding photographer seminars then it was the Aquabats yes connected then Yo Gabba Gabba again connected basically whenever someone in that horde of a family has a spark of success they all quit their jobs and climb aboard and then ride that success until it completely tanks which lularoe will tank as well I'm not a writer I'm not the most eloquent person I just know these people and I don't like what times it's false advertising and in many cases they're feeding on their fellow Mormons for financial gain I know that there are people who see this company on social media and think it's so wonderful and on the surface they do seem very charismatic and successful and in pictures they're living this life it seems beautiful but it's alive over the decades they've become very skilled at selling themselves in this dream and as a result people might believe enough to take out a second on their house or dip into their child's college fund or borrow from family only to lose it all so that's it most people think lularoe are on the brink of filing for bankruptcy and in all likely nurse when they do the students will just get away with everything they'll get away with all of their millions hidden in their LLC's and no one will be able to do anything about it but if you
