I was an animator and used to teach classes on it. As far as i’m concerned this old Looney Tunes stuff is the height of 2D hand drawn animation.

If you’re curious to see some of the artistry behind it, find a moment where a character is doing a very fast movement and pause the video to see the stretched out distorted drawing that makes the movement seem faster than the 24 frames a second of the film.

It’s a lost art.

I can't, I'm going to watch the creature double feature instead. How about Godzilla v Gamera and then Godzilla v Mothra? If I want to celebrate my 20's then I'll still watch them but with Joel and the bots.
