[ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] cheer you already know see your boy joe back at it again codingphase.com your boys backing out and did it again one more time listen guys i'm excited to uh basically congratulate you know one of our um subscribers from codingface.com i told you guys a few months ago shopify was the wave okay so shout out to devin who basically emailed me and told me hey man joe thank you for what you did thank you for this opportunity um learning shopify i didn't even know about it right he was studying the merge stack he was trying to become a front-end developer and and it's fine it's great to become a front-end developer it's great to um you know try to get into this industry in all the different type of ways but there's an opportunity right now guys okay shopify is open okay you guys have probably seen this everywhere okay you've seen those commercials where people are like oh how to make a million dollars how to make uh six figures in in a year right people are promoting shopify like crazy okay what does that mean for us developers that means more jobs more opportunities the bigger the shopify becomes the more opportunities that we have as developers to basically come in and do our service okay so it's like a new piece or a new branch of of the industry is opening up right and then now not everybody's going that way okay a lot of people are choosing other different things because of course you know you see everybody talk about oh you gotta become a developer at google you gotta become a developer at facebook you gotta do this and that right that's all gray and dandy but you know to the average person that's just trying to get a job right away like [ __ ] the best way right now is shopify okay so shout out to devin he hit me up he's like yo i've been a developer for shopify development uh basically the last two months and a half right and he's been killing it uh got 80 000 on his first job right this is like what i've been telling you guys right i've seen guys that come into the game and they get a 50 000 job i've seen guys that on the first job they get 70s i see some guys that get 80 some guys might get a hundred okay it all depends on your location now for him he's actually a developer that was in north carolina and recently moved to miami because of his position now it's crazy because we created this shopify course around june and now we're seeing all the results right because think about it like this everybody learns on their own pace right some people might come in and do a course and and you know learn all of the basics and all the stuff right in a month or two but then some people might take their time it might take them six months okay so now is that we're start seeing all of the results from that course as mean you know meaning like all the people that's coming back and telling me hey i just got a job for for this hey i just got this opportunity hey joe i'm going to these interviews right because everybody learns at a different pace you know some people get to put in eight hours a day some people get to put one hour a day right so that's just how it is but i'm super happy for this dude man he already told me he's like yo um literally buying a a c-class shout out to him he's [ __ ] he's definitely [ __ ] he's like yo he went from uh a honda night honda what would you call that the nissan sentra he had a nissan sentra and now he's going to the c class okay so shout out to him for those of you guys that don't know what the c-class looked like pretty much let me see if we could share this on the screen real quick uh let me see where is it let's see if we can share this for you guys okay so the c-class is this one okay guys so it's actually pretty cool man because this is like it's weird it's weird right so my first job was like 13 an hour right like i didn't even get a mercedes until probably like five six years after i became a developer right because i i'm one of those people that's scared right but this guy's [ __ ] he's like yo we balling we good we got the down payment we got the c class 2021 he's doing better than me right now so shout out to him no but this gets me excited because i just love seeing like my students come in and and come from like a place of like yo i'm just working everyday jobs right all the bs job and and then from there to see them like oh i'm a developer now like you know they pop into college like yo i'm an engineer now right and they all came from codingface.com right so it gets me excited seeing you know what my students get to accomplish and doing their own right and for some people might say it's just a car just who cares but to me it's like [ __ ] it's a goal right it's an accomplishment right nobody this is the thing guys nobody is going to come in and give you an applause right nobody's going to be like your parents your mom your uncle your best friend nobody's going to come in and be like oh good job kiddo you you busted your ass the last six months and you've been working hard right you've been studying at home learning to code nobody's gonna come in and give you an award for that the awards get given by yourself right you get to give it to yourself right so this right here him getting him himself a little nice c-class you know jumping on the bandwagon with the mercedes because you already know it's the ben's gang in here you know what i mean that's what we do so shout out to him it's a nice car you know it's a good starter kit right it's a starter kit he can't he can't you know pop his collar too much it's the starter kit the first car that you get is the c class right you start from there and you start going up then you go get yourself a e-class and you get yourself a s-class right and then from there you go in you get the amg packages okay you take it from there kiddo but it's nice the c-class 2021 c-class is not bad you know what i mean oh white with the the black top it's not bad the interior is crazy that's the thing though the interior is crazy but congratulations to him man um i'm happy for you bro keep doing your thing you know that's nice the inside's nice bro i've been inside the e-class i've never been inside of a c-class but um yeah it looks nice pretty legit i like it okay so congrats to you bro you know you you keep doing what you got to do out here but again why am i bringing this [ __ ] up bro like this is the truth man like you guys need to stop slacking man if you still haven't taken the shopify course you're seeing the results right by the way we just added a section to codingface.com where you can see reviews also too if you have reviews that you want to say hey joe i just got a job hey joe um i'm learning so much on the course uh whatever it is right come in send it to me email it to me i'm going to be posting it up on the website right i usually don't do this i don't like to go and be like brag about the things that people are doing with my courses i'm not that type of guy you guys know that right i rarely come in here and share like everything that is happening for my students and things like that i feel like i should be able to to sell my service on my own without having to use other people as examples but at the same time i'm like you know what people always ask me and one of the things that people search the most on google if you search coding face one of the top two or top three different um recommendations of what like what people are searching for is reviews right so people want to see the reviews people want to see what other people think okay of the service so we're definitely gonna be adding it to the website and let me see i think i i added it let me see last night but maybe not maybe i haven't pushed the changes so i'll push it right now we're live kids right git commit dash a.m added reviews all right like we do this live man you know me i'm i'm spontaneous i don't even waste too much time okay uh get pushed that's you origin master let's see put that online put it out to the world [Laughter] all right so let me see hold on asking me for my information i got like two uh well how you call that two two factor authentication whatever it is every time that i push i gotta put some extra code to it uh but yeah man it's hot man i'm happy man i'm happy because you know what believe it or not like all of this things takes time right all of these courses all of this um things that i do here on codingface.com like it takes a lot of work and you know my motivation to continue doing this because i don't really make that much money out of this [ __ ] right the amount of work that i put in and a much amount of time that i put into it like doesn't even equal to the amount of money that i should be making for the amount of time that i put in but what gets me excited is when i see somebody that you know was working you know as an uber driver as a lyft driver was working in a warehouse was working at a job that he hated right and then comes in and tells me hey joe thank you for your services thank you for the opportunity thank you for opening my eyes to other avenues right and now i got a job now i got a freaking benz like yo shout out to him that gets me hyped because at the end of the day you see how i just told you like it took me like five six years to really get into my my first benz right and that was because one i was scared two i was like yeah you know but i love it when my own students are more [ __ ] than me they're like yo bro we balling this this ain't going nowhere let's get the benz like you don't even have six months in the game yeah you're like i just got the benz yo [Laughter] so it just gets me excited you know shout out to omar sodia you know uh that was another uh uh of like my subscribers that you know really motivated me one of the reasons why i even bought my house because again i'm not as [ __ ] as people might think right but him him getting two houses motivating me to get my house i'm like yo my own students buying houses i'm like why do i don't have a house right of course i could buy it but i'm like yo why i don't own anything right so after i saw him he came in learned everything that he needed to learn follow the courses that i told him to follow came into the game in a year and a half two years he already had two houses i was like yo hold on i'm the instructor i don't even have a house so i said let me buy my house and here we are right but even my own students motivate me right like i love seeing my students actually doing good and and you know going out of the way and taking it to a higher level and that even motivates me you get what i'm saying so at the end of the day that's just how it is but it's it's crazy bro it's crazy that you know i'm looking at this thing and and i'm like yo i don't know like it's just crazy like we come up with these ideas we we do the research we look at the things that where the market is going right as far as like skills that you need to get a job and then once we do that we go in we create the course right we don't care about what's going on in the world right we don't care about dino js came out uh view 3 came out whatever the hell people are talking about i'm not focused on that i'm focused on what can get my students higher as soon as possible right so that's what i focus on i don't know if you guys noticed that everybody's going right i go left right but when i go left it it comes with results right because i'm doing the research and i'm not looking for views like right now what we got 55 people in here right we maybe might get like a thousand people that might come in into this live stream in and out right i'm not looking for the views i'm looking for the results you know what i'm saying because that's where you know it really makes a difference for me because what i want to see is my students come in and if somebody puts in their two hours three hours a day i want them to have those results in you know two to two to three months that say i want them to start working start getting their their foot on the door start into the you know start into their career and then from there it's just going up you know like that's the thing that's what i tell people all the time like you have to go in and and like literally like just [ __ ] do what you have to do like straight up like stop being lazy [Laughter] like straight up straight up like stop being lazy bro like just do what you have to do take the courses right currently right now on codingface.com you click on the description here there's a link that's going to give you 50 off you want to have access to everything on the website you either could start with a monthly subscription okay which i recommend for everybody to start with because to be honest with you programming is not for everybody like you might see all of these good things that's happening but like oh guys getting top dollar for the first job or guys buying the brand new bands and this isn't that buying houses and stuff like that that's all cool and that might attract you that might say oh cool i want to take a look at that but programming might not be for you so my advice is first start with the monthly subscription subscribe try the website out it's only ten dollars that you're only gonna pay for trying it out you don't like it in the first seven days you get a full refund you say joe i don't like it give me my bread back i need my ten dollars for mcdonald's whatever it is right like we give it right back to you now if you like it right or you believe in in the service and believe what we're doing here bro sign up for the yearly subscription you have two options you can sign up for the whole year or you can say you know what split the whole year in half so it's a hundred dollars every six months okay so at the end of the day still comes out to ten dollars a month you're gonna say like it's a great deal bro the results are there man like stop slacking this is my thing for 2021 i don't want to see nobody slacking i don't want to see nobody talking about oh i'm trying to become a developer no you're not trying to become a developer you're going to become a developer okay like but you have to take the initiative you have to go in and say you know what let me try this out let me go in and actually you know do the work right all it takes is just motivation right you got to be motivated and you got to find your own motivation right what's your motivation it could be hey i don't want to live in my parents house hey i want to get my own crib hey i want to get my own car hey i want to freaking travel the world hey i want to get a job that every time that i learn a new skill my pay goes up right if i spend a year two years in this career i want to see my income double or triple right you're not gonna get there in any other career that's the thing you're not gonna get that anywhere else trust me like there's guys that you go to college and you graduate as a psychologist you could have two years as a psychologist you still making the same 60 70 grand that you was gonna make like there is no well though the more years that you have the more money you're going to make like it doesn't work like that in most companies or more most career okay like straight up bro but it's just crazy i'm excited man i'll be honest i'm excited i'm excited for my students i'm excited for for my peoples to come in and you know and just do what they do you know because the truth is that this this is the year man this is definitely the year where you know we want our students to come in and just kill it okay uh let me see reading through the comments uh hey yo hey joe what up uh let me see joe how's the windows computer when does computers trash like always um but it is what it is i'm using it for streaming okay i don't use it as my main computer i have a macbook pro for that uh i respect that he rewarded himself for his hard work and success but alexis is better you bugging i'm sorry but alexis hell no i'm sorry man but lexus is is really like a poor man's mercedes like that's just the truth right so the lexus is the first thing that you get when you're trying to you know you're trying to get into the luxury game but you can't afford a mercedes right uh bmw is in between but the mercedes is the mercedes bro like nobody comes in and be like damn that's a hot lexus or nobody that doesn't even turn heads bro when you go to like a a a freaking valet parking like they throw your alexis they put that [ __ ] right back with the toyotas they put it right back with the civics and the you know the little nissan sentras and the the little uh four focuses like they're not putting it with the big boys right and and that's just how it is right this is not me because i love mercedes right but it's the truth man like it's like i'll give you an example right alexis is like buying a alien computer right alien alienware computer right but you know what that's a windows computer no matter how you go in and you [ __ ] you dress it up it's a windows computer a mercedes that's a mac like if you ever been inside of a mercedes brand new like it's just like when you open up a brand new macbook pro you take off the little uh freaking glossy paper from the top of it you open up your box it's nice packaging the smell of it smells good like like you know you're getting premium right mercedes versus alexis like you can't even compare it bro like you could compare a lexus with a genesis or you could compare alexis with um i don't know what else is out there maybe with it like a lincoln but you can't compare that [ __ ] with it mercedes they're two different bowl games um let me see uh michelle says 20 or 50 or 50 off on the description doesn't matter ten dollars for mcdonald's it's true like i mean this is the thing man like i'm not here charging people for my service like crazy numbers right you go into some of these random dudes they'll be like well here's a hundred dollars for one course one javascript course is uh 500 for one javascript of course that's dumb that's a waste of money because you need to learn so much other stuff to become a developer that paying 500 for one course doesn't make sense right what i do is i say you know what i want to help as many people as possible so the best way is to have a website that's just like netflix and i give access to all the programming courses and literally it comes out to ten dollars a month now there's some courses that take longer to make so for it to make sense i have to go in and say okay i'm gonna give this courses only to the people that have basically dedicated themselves and say hey i'm gonna be part of the website for six months which is a total of like what like a hundred dollars right or let's say for the yearly subscription two hundred dollars with the fifty percent off you get what i'm saying so at the end of the day it makes sense for me to do all that work and come in and you know i'm not asking for the maximum i'm asking for the bare minimum like the bare minimum to continue doing what i do here i don't want to become rich off this [ __ ] i'm doing a whole bunch of different applications i have a whole bunch of different businesses right because i think if somebody comes in here and and is on youtube and says oh i became rich off my subscribers like look at me i became rich by selling courses to my subscribers right like i feel like that's just scheming like you know what i mean like to me i don't respect it right so what i do is i come in i provide a service and i try to charge the more the bare minimum for it right and then i make my income in other ways where i could say you know what this is how i have success because nobody come here let's be honest would you respect somebody that comes in and says well uh i'm rich because i sell courses to people that need my uh my courses right but it's like yo but you didn't really make it by creating applications you wouldn't really make it by creating opportunities for yourself right so to me i charge the bare minimum that's why i just give all my courses in a subscription so like here you go you know what i'm saying but sometimes you know not everybody's like me people want to get that back they're like yo how can i squeeze the [ __ ] out of people right now i'm just trying to give it out as much people as possible at a super cheap price right like this is the thing that i could afford when i was living with my mom right i could afford a 20 30 uh payment per month right now i even make it more cheaper i give a 50 off it's ten dollars right for ten dollars that's how you get access to everything okay so if i could pay that [ __ ] when i was living with my mom at 24 year old and going to college and all this stuff [ __ ] all of you guys can pay that you're going to say so i make that [ __ ] at a very minimal okay uh let me see how important is it to have a cover letter when applying to for web developer jobs it depends on the company there's some companies that care about that and there's some companies that don't give a damn about that uh let me see jonas 28 says started posting about my shopify skills on linkedin and recruiters are sending me jobs starting at 80 100 000 yes like this is jonah like i don't know jonah you gotta say like sometimes people come in here and be like well is he paying people to comment like i don't know jonah from a hole in the wall you're gonna say like i don't know him but as you can see by taking the shopify courses and and learning the skills right he's able to go in and start getting you know 80 100k job positions right and offers that's being thrown to him okay um 84 music says you said lexus is the jv of development gotta get the varsity benz it's true it kind of look it kind of sucks to put it like on different levels but it's the truth bro like i make the rules the rules were made before i got here you know what i'm saying i was just a random dude with a satin view a few years ago right i mean not a few years ago like freaking nine years ago right with a saturn view from the saturn view i went and got myself a little nissan rogue right from the nissan rogue i went and got myself a little mercedes-benz gle right from the g at least we got the big boys the baby maybach right we got the gls okay now from this we hopping on the freaking maybach or we get in the lambo that's one that's the only way we can go back right the other day i was thinking about i was like yo i'm paying for two cars basically right when i think about it because i'm paying 1500 for the car and then 335 dollars per for insurance like i could go and buy two cars brand new like i looked the other day on on volvo and i was like yo volvo charges six hundred dollars for the their brand new suv i'm like yo i could buy a suv and i could buy a convertible for the price that i'm paying for my car but at the end of the day when i come through with my [ __ ] bro not for nothing like nobody could tell me nothing like cops when a cop stopped me no lie bro you ever like you guys know what i'm talking about you haven't been in that situation when you driving in a little hoopty and cops stop you and they're like yo put the lights on you all crazy bro i get stuck with a by the cops cops is like yo how you doing sir this is now i'm like oh i'm good you don't saying like you look like you got money you you look like you ain't looking to rob nobody you ain't looking to do nothing it's like bro i'm in a hundred thousand dollar car bro i'm just trying to get home right so they already know that but if you hop in on like the random [ __ ] you know 2002 pickup truck you're looking like you just came over on the hooptie your cars all the way to the back of the little honda civic they're gonna look at you crazy cops is looking at you like yo what's good what crib you're trying to rob you get them to sing especially when you look like me you gotta fit it on you know what i mean like but yeah man it's different levels to it uh hey joe that's what i'm doing uh i'm gonna sign up to the monthly but i already bought a a gig 256k macbook air but i don't know should i upgrade now you're good look you don't need to have a crazy computer i started learning how to code with a windows computer a shitty windows computer right and i made it happen right the first moment that i started making like some freelance money i bought myself a 2008 macbook pro now this was in 2012. i bought myself a 2008 macbook pro a four-year-old macbook pro and i kept that macbook pro from 2012 all the way to 2016. okay now you don't need nothing crazy to to code like all you're doing is writing text right and having like different tabs open and some programs open so you don't have to you know you don't need something crazy now it's always good to have a 16 gigabytes of ram because that allows you to have a whole bunch of tabs open and the thing to not slow down that's it but to be honest with you like you don't need a super powerful computer okay uh why not listen man wine down says if it's a hot girl in the lexus car listen look a hot girl could be in a for focus it doesn't matter you ever seen like what's the name of that um little punch buggies the little volkswagen girls love them [ __ ] right the little punch bag uh punch buggies freaking things they put the little eyelashes themselves hideous i'm sorry that means this is hideous but if a hot girl comes out of the car ain't nobody looking at the car nobody's going like damn look at that ugly ass car nah it's like the man shut it bad whatever she's on that's that's her taste you're gonna say when you're a man it's a different ball game you know what i mean you gotta go you gotta be presentable you gotta know what you're worth you know what i mean and you gotta display that and of course some people might say well not everything's about bunny this that's on you you're gonna say you want to be that guy that look homeless that has a million dollars it's like what's the name of this guy um uh grand ham stefan or what a stephen graham whatever his name is dude is like yo i don't even stop by starbucks to buy coffee i drive myself to the office and get the free coffee from there and i'm thinking about him like yo imagine you right in front of a starbucks and you're that cheap you're that guy that's like i'm just a cheap [ __ ] right so that should be the title i'm just as cheap [ __ ] you know what i mean i'd rather drive and weigh six six gallons of gas which is uh the equivalent to what uh six times two twelve right let's say two dollars per gallon i rather go spend 12 then go to the store and buy myself a coffee like nah if you want to be that guy you could be that guy i'm not that guy you know what i mean when i go outside i like to feel like yo put some respect in my name i work hard for my [ __ ] you know what i mean you might see me with a couple of you know the versace links shoes you might see me with you know a little a little nice little chain on me you might see me with a little you know a little ring you know a little five six figure ring you know what i mean like that's how i move that's my life you know what i'm saying where i come from that's how that's what we respect i don't respect random dudes be like yo i'm a millionaire i'm on the train that's you you could do that [ __ ] you could be that guy you could be like yo i have a millionaire with some new balances you could be that guy that's just not me you know what i mean i don't come from that culture i come from the culture of like yo i want to feel good when i come outside i want to i want to know what i'm working for you know what i'm saying that's like um one of my my cousins right so my one of my cousins go in and tell my my mom and girl's like why did joe buy that house right so this it's so crazy when you know i love my family but when you have to broke mentality right it's like it's hard to get out of that broke mentality guys right so my cousin is telling me and he's not even telling me he he goes like oh he tells my mom he's like yo why did joe buy his house he could have bought a a a multi-family home and he could have lived for free on the first floor and i'm like bro that's not the type of lifestyle i'm trying to live imagine joe the super joe comes outside i got to deal with tenants on the second floor they got kids running around the house right i got the third floor third floor tells me hey man the toilet broke can you come up here do i look like the joe the super like yeah i remember the story of me at dunkin donuts right when the shorty comes in and goes like yo yo uh what was it my brother got to use the bathroom right we're in miami we we good right we good we we iced out we chilling my brother goes like yo um i want to use the bathroom we stopped by the about [ __ ] dunkin donuts right this is like the middle of like what pandan making all of that right we go into the the dunkin donuts shawty goes in i'm like yo i'm like this because i go into the spot i'm i'm from new york okay so this is how we are right i'm like yo come over here like jody comes back with her little [ __ ] hello [ __ ] he's like yo uber i'm like yo do i look like a [ __ ] uber like you bugging like give me the [ __ ] keys to the bathroom this kid got to use the bathroom put some respect with my [ __ ] you know what i mean and there's nothing wrong with being an uber driver but i don't look like an uber driver but i'm walking around like seven grand on me you crazy like you bugging like yo yo we'd be bugging bro but listen man i'm just tight i'm excited i'm excited with everything that's happening like i said um on coding phase and and just shopify in general man you know i'm ready to to launch my new uh you know my new theme we're about to i'm about to show you guys what what it is to sell products online right and i'm gonna give you guys the full details the full rundown on how i run the ads how i actually uh promoted the the the freaking the product the shopify theme how i got it on etsy how i got it on team four is how i got it on template monster how many sales we're getting i'm about to show you guys what it is to make some bread right because what you've seen here you see me here just talking about you know freaking the shopify themes and things like that but at the same time it's like yo you haven't seen me like really in action and i'm just gonna document this whole thing so i'm ready for that then we also have this new project called dev level that's all i'm gonna tell you guys a new project new service new platform called dev level like bro what i'm telling you we're about to change the game with this one we're about to change the game okay now man i wish i could give you guys a preview man i wish i could give you guys i don't want to give you guys a preview yet until you could sign up until you could go in there and try to service yourself i'm gonna you know i'm gonna hold myself because you know me i'm excited once i'm excited i'm like yo i want to show it over like yo let's put them on nah not this time you gotta wait for this one right but trust me this thing is gonna be crazy um it's just crazy bro like the amount of things that we're about to do right now and i'm just excited because i'm seeing my students get in their bag like that's the [ __ ] that motivates me you know how some people would be like yo money don't make you happy and it doesn't make me happy what makes me happy is the things that i could provide for my family and the things that i can uh provide for myself that i always wanted right like you ever wanted something and you're like damn you go to the store and be like oh man i wish i could buy that like now i just go in and buy it what you mean i can't buy it give me that you know what i mean that's it that's the feeling that i get every day because i work hard for this right i work hard doing all the services all the things that i do right we got coding phase we got 87 lux right now we're about to have depth level right we're about to have a couple of products being sold in multiple different platforms like this is what we do we focus on a bet money don't make you happy but getting to the back is the motivation and then when you get the bag providing those things for your family and for your friends and and things like that is is the goal that's what we do this [ __ ] for i mean i don't know about you guys that's what i do it for right i just want my family to be good and and have no limitations that when my kids wake up and be like daddy i saw this commercial on on on youtube i was watching uh ryan's toy review i want to get that toy i'm like alright cool i got you [ __ ] comes in through amazon two weeks later right ain't no limit to it you know i i don't i don't live in this world of oh i'm trying to save up for something unless it's something really big like i'm trying to save up for a lamborghini right um just stacking it up right i could do it now but it says i'd rather go in stack it up little by little and then get into it once i'm ready for real once the lambo is it's a honda civic for me we're gonna hop on it but i wanna just stack stack it up right so uh but at the same time it's like yo i don't want to live on no limits and this is what i'm trying to portray to you guys and show to you guys like yo this is how you got to live man stop living in this world of i'm trying to save up for this [ __ ] unless it's a big purchase like a huge purchase that's we're talking about a hundred two hundred thousand or more right then you gotta save up but anything that you want under fifty thousand dollars you could get it all you have to do is think how can i make more money right if you're working at a job that is a dead-end job and they're only paying you ten dollars an hour fourteen dollars an hour fifteen dollars an hour right [ __ ] you know you got to limit yourself on what you can get in the opportunities that you might be able to get into right but if you say you know what i don't want to save i don't want to be that guy saving up for something like it's like oh uh i don't know [ __ ] new yeezys came out the new jesus came up and you're like oh i'm saving up to buy the yeezys nah get that [ __ ] out your head stop saving up what you need to start thinking is i need to make more how can i make more instead of i need to save with what i have because then you limit yourself you put yourself in this little box of like well i'm just a regular dude that earns forty thousand dollars fifty thousand dollars and i gotta save up to be able to buy this thing or to be able to uh get this opportunity or be able to do this and that like now think about how can i make more if i need to make double how can i make double and that's what you want to be doing i mean that's what i do right it's like there's a lot of stuff that i want to do but i'm like yo you know what i need to get more i got i need to [ __ ] double up double up on everything that i'm doing i want a [ __ ] 13 for 20 foot yacht right by the time i'm 50 how do i get there now by saving up i could save my whole life for oh wait i could be like well i'm saving i can't get that yet by that time i need to double up on everything that i do if i made a hundred thousand on this i need to make 200 on the next one and if i make 200 on this one i got to make 400 000 on the next one and keep doubling up that's the game okay but again you know the funny thing going back to that story of my cousin he's like yo telling my mom like yo why joe got this this and that and i'm thinking in my hand like bro you're living on this broke mentality i don't i don't subscribe to that world i know what's possible i know that i have a skill that i can use for myself right if i was able to make millions of dollars for companies why i can't do that for myself right now it's just about executing it and motivating myself and and pushing forward so i'm not gonna go and buy a uh a three family home for i could live in the first floor that's the broke mentality i'm not living like that right i'm moving in a different route i buy a big ass crib and then i buy the [ __ ] multiplex [ __ ] building like hey but i don't live there let somebody else manage that [ __ ] you gonna say i'm not trying to be in there on the first floor dudes like joe it's two o'clock in the morning hey joe um the toilet broke and here comes joe at two o'clock in the morning put on a shirt gotta put on his freaking his his shorts on he's like give me a minute i'll be out there looking for the plunger like that's not me that's not my world that's not the world i'm trying to live in okay so he's bugging my cousin bugging yeah bro uh let me see mine over man says right make more money not save up yeah like you should always save in the sense of like you want to have a backup but don't think that you're saving up for something like if you go in and be like well i want to buy the brand new iphone uh iphone how much your iphone calls is like 1500 how much is hundred dollars right it's not much but if you're thinking ahead oh i gotta save up for the new iphone then you're doing something wrong right you need to start getting into the game of oh uh iphone is like a freaking toy so if i want to buy that toy i could just buy the toy but how do i make enough to be able to you know buy that [ __ ] like a little toy like a little 99 cents toy simple go in and figure out different career or different opportunities for yourself where you can make more and then now that iphone becomes a little toy like i came in i bought this this is a galaxy s21 right i went to to t-mobile so i have like a hundred percent like literally a hundred percent on time on all my credit cards and everything that i pay right there's not one late pay ever it's not 98 not 99 it's 100 on time and i've had 100 on time ever since i became a developer right i've been just responsible i go to t-mobile the girl she already looking at me like she's she's surprised she's like oh [ __ ] like you got the highest credit of t-mobile like i guess they have like eight levels of credit on t-mobile he's like oh you got the highest credit of t-mobile was like yo you want a new iphone you want the iphone whatever freaking iphone watching this is i watching whatever i'm like nah ma give me the s21 that's it let's get out of here right and she's like oh you're gonna put it on on the payment i'm not don't put no payment let's pay for that [ __ ] that's a business expense that phone right there i have a phone that's for my wife right that's the personal phone this right here is a hundred percent business this [ __ ] is a tax write-off this [ __ ] is free for me you're gonna say so this is how you gotta move right and i'm not saying all this [ __ ] to like show off or whatever i want you guys to know what's possible and yeah i'm not rich i'm not a millionaire i'm not none of this i live comfortable you know how when people were like in the middle of the pandemic they're stressing out bro i ain't get a stimulus check you're gonna say like i ain't getting and there's nothing wrong with that i wish they would have gave me a stimulus check i didn't get a ppp loan i didn't get a stimulus check i made a freaking amazing i made off amazing in in the pandemic right but that's because i work hard and i i did the right moves right and i knew for a long time it's like i don't want to be depending on jobs i don't want to be depending on the economy i want to be dependent on myself the work that i put in i want to be able to make my bread independently i'm not connected to the system at all so what i'm saying with this is this is the wave this is what you guys need to be on man and just be comfortable and a lot of you guys are gonna accomplish way more things than me faster than me and at the end you're probably gonna end up motivating me like let's say for example right now some of you guys might get into shopify theme development right by the way let me see hold on this thing acting up for some reason streamlabs reacting up sometimes bro let's see oh no streamlabs come on streamlabs let's see hold on let's see let's see oh no streamlabs is acting up kids okay there we go i guess we gotta do that okay so here we go guys um so this is the website right here right let me see if i move this thing to the side okay so again we got html email developer for anybody that wants to get into the game and just want to get a job as quick as possible streamlabs sucks bro i mean windows sucks overall but it is what it is um html email developer guys if you want to get a job right away this is where you start because all you have to do is html css and you can start applying to jobs i'm about to do an interview pretty soon with uh jenna malone who is one of my students who is a html email developer right now working full time and she's been doing this for years okay you could also check her out on on youtube search html email and you can see okay you know this is one of my students too right uh let me see where is it right here jenna right jenna creates that's her youtube channel right you could see her story see how how she's doing right um but yeah you know she became a html email developer and to be honest with you like you don't have to go dive deep into javascript you don't have to go crazy with it you don't have to learn a whole bunch of things it's just literally html emails html tags right dealing with uh html tables right and and that's pretty much it okay um but that's just the starting point then from there you have front-end developer right back-end developer full stack developer right this is where the money is at right as far as like you know jobs sometimes you might need more experience and then it might be more competitive because more people are applying to these positions of front-end development back-end development or full stack right but then you have other things like like i said shopify theme developer shopify app developer you know one thing that told that devin told me was that you know because he knew how to make shopify apps like they was going to start him off at 60 000 right that was going to start him off at 60 000 on the job because it's his first job but because he knew about full stack development and he knew how to work with shopify apps they gave him an extra 20 000 right like i don't know if you guys understand that like here in florida they don't pay that much right in florida like you'll get maybe 50 60 000 in a developer job for you to make 80 000 and up you got to be like a senior level developer but in the world of shopify if you know how to build shopify apps that means you could create custom shopify applications for their websites and at the same time you can go in and create applications for other companies so like let's say if they work on an in-house tool right let's say i'm an agency right and we create shopify apps or shopify themes or shopify websites for uh local customers and businesses in the area now we build a shopify application for a restaurant business now we still own the code but we provide them with that service right now we could take that same application and then now sell it inside of the shopify app store so you get it on st so as a business owner somebody who knows how to do the shopify themes and the shopify apps is more valuable that's why he's getting eighty thousand dollars on his first job he came in the last you know four or five months he went in and he learned shopify theme development which is more on the front end shopify app development which is more for the back end okay so definitely man oh let me see running through here otis harris says okay thank you for the super chat matter of fact by uh otis um let me see i'm 39 bro well employers think i'm too old bro everybody comes with their own experience right like me personally i'd rather hire a 39 year old than a 19 year old okay that's just the truth right you're more responsible you have uh more experience right you're coming in with a mentality of like yo i'm not trying to [ __ ] around right so companies do not go in and be like well this guy's too old what makes you old in the industry is when let's say for example a guy who is like uh and this happens a lot a senior developer who was using java his whole life and he spent 30 years in one company he never really updated his skills but he has 30 years of of development right so now he goes in and applies to a job for no gs developer he has 30 years he's 60 or 58 59 years old right but he never kept up with what's going on in the industry that's what makes you old right [ __ ] you could be a 20 25 year old that's old right if you didn't keep up with the industry and what's happening in the industry not saying to master everything but if you didn't keep up with the industry that's what makes you old your age doesn't make you old your skills is what makes you old if you're still doing like let's say applications the way how applications were made in 2003 yeah you old some companies might not want to go and hire you right if you go in there and you show up and be like well i have one php file right and i build everything through this one php file they're gonna look at you crazy nobody codes like that you're not getting hired you need to update your skills you need to update uh you know uh the way how uh people are actually writing their code nowadays design patterns etc right if you show up today and you'll be like well i'm using knockout js or i'm using like backbone a company might say okay he got the fundamentals but you know what he's not updating he don't know react he don't know angular the least amount of thing that he could know is at least view ges right a guy shows up with nothing but jquery you're gonna look old even though jquery is useful but you need to also know what's going on out here because most companies are are creating new projects and new things with the new technologies right new frameworks new libraries and you want to go in and show that you can do it that's what makes you old your age is not what makes you old it's the skills that's outdated that makes you old shout out ram ram what up um let me see 84 music said your cousin was looking for a free apartment from you he think he's slick word word joseph morales joe the super with 30 keys in his pocket like do i look like i'm that type of dude like i don't want to do anything like bro like anything like the only thing that i've done in this house was like literally buy like a power washer and and that's it i bought a power washer and i cleaned the floor that's as far as i go i'm not trying to do anything like when it comes to my hands this hands are are precious this is only for women and for freaking keyboards that's it this hands are precious you get what i'm saying this [ __ ] i could get paid with these hands you know what i mean this [ __ ] is only for two things this [ __ ] is for [ __ ] now let's not take it there right so but this hand is not made to be for me to be lifting weights and like nah i'm not trying to be fixing [ __ ] in my house like nah just go in and pay somebody to do that you get what i'm saying like other day i had like a little situation in the toilet like all you had to do was like move a little thing in there and put your hand in i'm not putting my hand in there i'll pay somebody for that [ __ ] 25 bucks here you go you come in and fix the the little lit from the bathroom that's what i work hard for for those that's that's the luxury that i have you gonna say it's like little [ __ ] like that right when i tell you guys i'm not rich but i live comfortable you're gonna sing like dudes be like yo joe but all you had to do was put your hand in the toilet and just lift a little thing and put the little hook on it let somebody else do that that's why i work hard for it you know i mean yo if somebody listens to me they're like yo this guy's an [ __ ] but nah it's the truth it's like yo it's certain luxuries you give yourself you're like yo i don't want to do anything i don't want to be walking around with 50 keys in my pocket it's like hold on i'll go fix the toilet nah pay somebody else to do that i don't do nothing my hands is just for the women and for the keyboard that's it you know what i'm saying you know i mean and then this knuckles this this ashy cement knuckles you know what i mean that's for you if you act up you gonna sing but my hands is for three things that's it um let me see yo man reading through here the ph the php monolith word money phase like money mayweather yeah but i'm just a regular dude i'm just moving i you know like i'm just moving different that's it i'm just moving out here different you know i mean like [ __ ] and i'll be like thinking about that [ __ ] the other day i was like yo i need to start moving a little bit different too because i'll be spending bread on [ __ ] that i don't need to spread bread but at the end of the day i'm like yo this is what i work hard for like whenever i'm about to do something i'm like yo dude like yo bro this like the other day right um i got a brand new couch right new sectional for for the living room i got two living rooms right so for the the first living room i got a sectional and the other one i got a the family room i call it the family room i got another sectional but the new section was for the first living room so the guy comes in and you know he you know they come to do a delivery and like little [ __ ] like that right and whatever i see the dude and he's like okay he brings the couch started out you know they bring it by pieces and then i open the door for them boom open the door and then i see the douche kind of struggling kind of struggling to like bring it in and i was about to help him but then i said the [ __ ] i need to help him or for i'm paying for this [ __ ] you know what i mean like this is what i work hard for this is yeah it sounds like an [ __ ] move but it's the truth when you work hard and you pay for it what you need to get your hands dirty for that's what you're paying for you know what i mean so it's like that's on him he should have came with a helper like i'm not the help of my dude you know what i mean so then he called the guy that was a driver because you know how sometimes the driver hey look i've done all this type of jobs bro so at one point i used to do like i'm spanish right i'm immigrant i've done every [ __ ] job you could think of right there was a summer where one of my friend was a truck driver for a moving company and he hired me as the the worker the assistant so the assistant's job is to carry all the heavy [ __ ] i thought in my head at that time that when you're the assistant you're helping the guy like okay he's carrying heavy [ __ ] and you're helping him out bro the dude had me i did it for one day and i said never again right we had to take like a couch to the third floor and somehow i'm the one that's at the bottom you know when you're going up the stairs pushing up a couch right i'm the one at the bottom that's the job of the assistant the system means you're gonna break your back you earn less money you earn less money you don't really work for the company so they're not they're not liable for your ass so if you get hurt on the job you you hurt your back you mess up a disc or some [ __ ] like that like they're not liable for you right you can't sue them you got hired by the by the driver so nah i am humble bro i'm just being i'm being the truth i'm [ __ ] saying the truth bro they charge you when you go in in and you work for these companies right not even work for these companies but when you go to one of this um furniture store right they charge you like 300 400 for the shipping you have to be an idiot to once the [ __ ] the the couches and everything comes to your crib you're gonna be carrying all those big ass couches you pay for it that's not being not humble that's just the truth you're gonna [ __ ] up your back when you pay for it you got to be an idiot to be [ __ ] up your back you know what i mean nah man it's the truth you know why because i still gave him a tip even though i didn't have to i gave him a 50 tip who gives a 50 tip for some [ __ ] that he already paid for i do it so regardless i was still good but i was like really thinking in my head i was like yo i'm about to help them out to bring the couches and i'm thinking in my hand like wait hold on i'll pay 400 for this [ __ ] to bring the couch and i'mma give him a tip why i need to [ __ ] up my back like it's just it's a fact this is not this is how you got to move when you paying for a service don't be stupid and be like yo i'm gonna do the service for them nah that's just the truth so yo for real so um yeah so that situation happened i was like thinking in my head i'm like yo i could have probably came in and you know not giving a tip and help them out but [ __ ] by giving them the tip like now i spend an extra 50 dollars and it's like little [ __ ] like that but at the end of the day this is the luxury that you get when you work hard you work for it right that's like when you go to you go to a restaurant right you don't go in and be like well let me get the [ __ ] the 1499 you know little burger right give me the 75 steak you know what i mean give me that you know 250 tomahawk right even though you got to split that [ __ ] up with the family and stuff like that but now you could do that because you work hard you know it's [ __ ] that you know if you don't work hard you don't understand it you know what i'm saying like what was this dude's thing somebody said um who was there's a dude that just says yo you got to be humble i am humble but i'm saying when you work hard humble goes out the window it's like nah [ __ ] it don't be humble on yourself don't be like let me go in and get the cheap [ __ ] nah you work hard you deserve it you get what i'm saying like every one of you guys deserve it you get what i'm saying you got to work hard so then you could give yourself a little [ __ ] like that that's just i mean that's how i live my life right you know somebody might say damn joe don't sound humble doesn't that i am humble everybody know that everybody that knows me knows i'm [ __ ] humble as hell and um i'm giving you guys examples of like you know [ __ ] that i i'd be like damn you know because i work hard i give myself those things i award myself that luxury you know what i mean if it was me like back in the days and i didn't have the money for the tip [ __ ] you know what i'm doing i'm helping those guys out i'm bringing the couches in with them but at the end of the day i'm like yo i'm about to already pay for it and i'm giving you a tip [ __ ] that you guys do what you got to do you know what i mean because when i did the when i did the you know the assistant right when i was doing the moving company and i did it for one day yeah that's just crazy we did like a 12 hour shift i did it for one day and i said never in my life would i do a job like this this how bad that [ __ ] was bro bringing couches to a third floor you come out oh sweaty i remember my um the guy that i was doing it with he dropped the couch before i got my hands out so he had it in a way where once it got close to the floor instead of saying like okay we're about to drop it he just dropped it so the couch fell right on my hand now my hand is pressed down this freaking couch that's like 400 pounds bro like 200 300 pounds and i'm like [ __ ] bro like yo i had to take my hand out and when i left out of there after that 12 hour shift i said i'm good and then you know what's crazy after doing all that work 12 hour shift right you know how much i made 65 dollars bro i came out with a [ __ ] up hand i came out with a [ __ ] up back right and i left out of it with 65 and i'm like yo never again right yeah bro i'm like yo i'm not doing any type of work like that at all bro not even if you pay me a million dollars i'm not getting my body sick you know i mean i'm not freaking off 12 hours how much somebody could calculate 65 divided by by 12. what's the calculator at that's like five dollars an hour my dude if i'm not mistaken that's like dollars five dollars cents or something like that let me see calculate bring out the calculator yo it'd be bad bro sometimes 65 divided by 12 bro that's 5.41 cents an hour bro with no tip with no tip bro that was the look the the two worst jobs that i've had the worst worst of the worst have been that one doing for one day and i'm like yo that's the worst job i ever had it only did it for one day right that's how bad that [ __ ] was right that one and um one time that i was doing like not uber driver it's more like a private limo driver i did that [ __ ] for like a week so i remember i was like i don't know 20 21 and my mom used to be a taxi driver so but when my mom was a taxi driver she would make a lot of money because there was not that much competition in new york city now everybody's an uber driver everybody's a taxi driver everybody gets their you know their e-class license right um and i remember my mom was like oh we're gonna get the e-class we're gonna get a car da-da-da i'm gonna put you to work uh as a you know part-time freaking limo driver right i go in and this is like the worst job bro you go in and you you don't own the car right so somebody rents you a car they rent you a car and once they rent you a car right you're paying for the date so let's say it's 50 for the day then from there you got to fill up the gas tank the gas tank might be 60 dollars to fill it up okay so you already when you get into the car you starting at a negative you gotta come in there with money already right so if you broke that's not the job for you okay you gotta come in there with at least a fifty hundred dollars in your pocket so i go in i do the thing boom fill it up bro then they have me going from like [ __ ] jfk picking up old people and jfk all the way to the bronx to get like 17 mind you it's on my on my oh my gas tank i put the gas tank i filled it up you know saying i filled it up and then i go in at the end of the day let's just say at the end of the day you make about after 12 hours you might say damn i made some money right because you might have some money in your pocket you might say oh damn i got 250 dollars for the date when you broke that that seems like a lot of money right for me at the time 250 in one day i'm gucci but then comes in the fact that you paid 50 for them to lend you the car definitely you pay 50 for um you know for the the freaking gas tank then from there comes in the fact that they come in and they do certain charges like extra charges on top of the car because they gave you the calls they gave you the clients so then now you're left with like 70 dollars right for the whole day twelve hour shift you got seventy dollars mind you you spent ten dollars on lunch right so now you're leaving out of there for sixty dollars the whole day so what you basically did was you came in with fifty dollars and you double your fifty dollars so every day that's basically it fifty dollars every single day you come in and you make another fifty dollar sixty dollars i had a lot of jobs bro i had a lot of jobs man i had a lot of jobs man that's like five hours an hour bro and that's why when people be like oh dude like [ __ ] you nobody could tell me nothing like most of these people that do development like nobody comes from where i come from bro like they don't come from where i come from you know what i'm saying the majority of these guys are papi and mommy kids like they don't know any of this [ __ ] like why people relate to me is because they could see it this is where i come from i'm coming from blue collar work i'm i'm i know how it is and i appreciate this this opportunity that i got to become a developer right and this is why i provide you guys with the service at codingface.com for such a cheap price because i know for sure that maybe some of you guys that's watching this might be like well uh this guy's just creating his [ __ ] courses and he's trying to [ __ ] sell it to me and this isn't that bro i'm providing value and opportunity for people that most likely wouldn't have gone into this industry right either because they didn't have a good instructor that could break it down for them right or they might have thought i can't do this you know what i'm saying so that's what i do here i'm trying to sell myself as an expert i don't try to sell myself as a as a guy with a monocle on and it's like hey i know the whole documentation like no i could come in and teach you everything that you need to get the job everything that you need to be productive for the team everything that you need to make money for yourself that's what i do okay i can only teach you what i know i can't teach you how to go to google i can't teach you how to go to amazon i can't teach you how to create a startup of you know uh 100 employees and you know making a billion dollar a year i can't teach you that what i can teach you is getting to this point where i already achieved right half a million dollars and up per year right being able to pay for whatever the hell you want to pay be able to get whatever they need whatever the hell you need to get right and this is [ __ ] that the average person can't do i can teach you that that's it i can't teach you anything beyond that right i can teach you how to start your own business how to do it independently how to go in and and use the skills that you know to make income for yourself and and be independent not be connected to anybody you don't need another company to pay your bills you don't need nobody to take care of you you're independent right i can teach you that but you know i mean like i only focus on the things that i know i can only teach from my experience you know what i'm saying but again you know this is why i tell you guys like yo this is why i work hard in this industry and i wanted to get into this industry bad when i came into the game because imagine this bro you're making five hours an hour like some people they don't even believe that some people you know you go in and you tell some of this papi and mommy kids and you'll be like well bro i'm making five hours an hour i want to become a developer they look at you like you you crazy like five hours an hour you know what i mean it's like even when you know you see some people that come in and they look down on like entry jobs right somebody comes in and be like well they're paying twenty four dollars an hour right how much is that twenty four dollars that's like about i'll give you guys the the math right now bring out the calculator right 24 times 40 right times 52 that's forty 49 thousand dollars a year right forty nine thousand dollars a year that's like fifty dollar fifty thousand dollars right basically and some of this papi and mommy kids might look down and say fifty thousand dollars i need to get a hundred thousand on my first job or i need to get this this and that but they're not putting themselves in the position of the average person right like i'm just the average dude coming from [ __ ] jobs doing five hours an hour you know when i got the job as a parking lot attendant i was like damn this sucks right but this is better than what i was doing before five hours an hour this is better than what i was doing in even on retail when i was working at a mining exchange you know they were paying me an armani exchange to stand up the whole day the whole day you got to be standing up when you do retail your feet hurt bro like your feet hurt and you got to be there with a smile on your face like hey man how you doing oh what do you want you want me to get you to 2x uh large what size are you sir what can i help you with right you got to be up there uppity beat and [ __ ] mind you you're dying you're like yo i've been up for six hours straight with a 15 minute break my legs hurt you know what i'm saying and you got to be there with a smile all day it's like hi sir and then you got to be [ __ ] people come in and they're savages right like you go to a store like people that never work retail have never worked at a store they don't know how it feels right when you at the store and every time somebody comes in like let's say you work at the polo store some guy comes in and he's trying to find the the double xl uh polo shirt he goes and he pulls out the shirt from the bottom rips it out meaning he just unfolded everything that was on top the whole rack unfolded the whole rack to get one shirt he tries it on and don't even buy it because the [ __ ] don't fit him properly or he don't like the color now he goes in not even put it back he comes in and just throws it on top of a rack so then now you as the employer you got to come in with a smile on your face like my feet hurt but i'll i'll fold the [ __ ] out of this shirt and then you put it in there and then now you you still with a smile on your face you're like yeah please sir uh unfold everything in here please put more work for me please yeah and i'm only getting 11 and 50 cents yeah and then after taxes i'm leaving out of here with six dollars yeah thank you sir can i help you out with that do you need me to walk you out sir no okay thank you sir have a good day you know what i'm saying like people don't know about that [ __ ] people that's poppy and mommy kids they don't know about that [ __ ] right so when you come in and you come into this industry and you get an opportunity a 50k 60k 70k 80k like the people that have worked before they appreciate it i came in here with appreciation you know like now you might hear me oh and that's just me that's like a persona that's me cracking jokes you know what i mean like yo i don't help nobody out but the couch and this that's just me cracking jokes but it's true i didn't help nobody out cause i paid for it already you know what i'm saying but but it's like yo that's just a persona but the truth is i come from like yo me doing all this grinding all this [ __ ] and that when i came into this game i came in humble and and appreciated you get what i'm saying like i appreciate the opportunity 50k my first job my first official job was i got 50k 4550k right it's in between in between 45 50k you show how 24 was 49 000. so i probably made it about like 21 an hour on that first job right the first official job that allowed me to go in and write html css not even javascript but nothing just html css it was like literally 13 an hour thirteen dollars an hour [ __ ] job but that opened the door for me to get my next job which was you know at fifty thousand and that [ __ ] to me i thought i was boiling i thought i was good i was like bro i learned this thing at home i didn't even have to get a degree and i'm already on the trajectory of going up six months later i go in and get another job and i'm making 65. so to me i was like yo this [ __ ] is crazy with less than a year and a half in the game right i'm already making 65. [ __ ] sky's the limit and i continue going up from there you get what i'm saying so i come into the game appreciative you know and like some people you might see this and you might say oh there's some [ __ ] jobs this is that that's because you're a papi and mommy kid you don't know what work is you know what i'm saying you come from handouts you come from a spoon in your mouth you you come from where you don't even know where you're gonna go and sleep at you don't know what what it feels like to be like damn i gotta pay rent you don't have that pressure most of you guys that are probably mommy kids you don't know what that is you don't know what it is that oh i gotta get my own car i gotta pay for my own [ __ ] you don't know what that is you don't know what it is to have nothing to get something you come from i have everything and then now i'm continuing to have everything it's a big different situation you know what i'm saying uh david he says mine was 15 an hour then one month later i got 60k hey there you go he was doing a little bit better than me bro same uh let me see i've been studying coding phase almost every day for a month now hey congrats bro guys by the way if you're still new to the channel go go click the link below okay go try codingface.com right 20 a month okay all the courses are there like i'm not here to waste your time i'm here to like literally create value for you guys and create opportunities for you guys it's there bro okay like it's crazy one of our students shout out to devin right just got hired probably i think like three four months ago for you know 80k right and now he's like you know he's killing it you know he's killing it just bought himself a brand new c-class it's a first starter kit you know for mercedes-benz okay you get yourself a little fifty thousand dollar car now he good move from north carolina to here to uh miami florida killing it there's a lot of opportunities go check it out right if you want to learn uh shopify development you guys can definitely learn uh from shopify development uh bundle the shopify theme developer like everything is there bro look shopify web developer remote 100 150k okay i don't know if you guys can see this or not but this is where is that this is why i focus on shopify development guys there's not that much competition and at the same time you're using the same skills that you will use on any other job you're just using it within the platform of shopify so you're dealing with e-commerce you know websites that are selling products online okay shopify web developer 100 150 000 okay then this is just showing me stuff from here you know what i mean you know 43 50 000 right um and this jobs that you see you know forty three thousand fifty thousand dollars for some of you guys that might say oh that's only fifty thousand dollars guys if you've never done development and you get to have one of these jobs like i said not everybody knows about shopify and not everybody knows how to work with shopify themes or create shopify apps starting with this this is your starting point of your career 50 000 you get that you good to go okay okay you have company let's say okay shopify developer shopify developer front-end shopify developer shopify okay senior shopify plus front-end developer front-end engineer okay they all do shopify development right coco carpets like remember what i told you like you don't have to have like google hiring you right or whatever big company top 500 companies there's a whole bunch of companies that will hire you your first job look coco carpets llc what the hell is coco carpets coco carpets.com this is the website that they have okay this is what you're gonna be working on okay this is a very very simple website and they're probably looking for somebody that is an in-house developer to work on this shopify store okay because they're probably tired of spending money on agencies or spending money on paying freelancers when they could just hire somebody full time you get what i'm saying so like the opportunities are there it's up to you if you want it you know emmanuel shout out to emmanuel he just says yo joe i dm you thank you bro i started my first job tomorrow right it's there you can see in the chat room right this is all people that is in here it's in the community right so take advantage like i'm not bullshitting you guys like when i come here i tell you guys hey i can get you from zero to a developer i can do it all you have to do is have dedication and follow what i'm telling you okay and you're gonna get into a job you're gonna get into the things that you need to get into okay i could start your career off right here on codingface.com literally ten dollars a month or pay a hundred dollars for six months or the complete whole year right it's up to you i would say sign up for the yearly subscription because it's gonna take you a whole year to to have like everything that you need now to get hired you could get higher within the second third month of you learning to code but to really become a complete developer you need a whole year okay so yeah man let me see have a go yo take care take care jason um but like i said man definitely go check it out it's the best opportunities that are right now is shopify development man like nobody else is talking about this nobody else and when they start talking about it they too late you already got your job you already have a year of experience as a shopify developer right like you're already good you get what i'm saying so take advantage man like even those days that i'll be like yo man it's crazy if this is why i'm not worried like even if i lose everything i'm not worried because i can easily get like one of these jobs like god forbid like this is the thing this is the beauty of it right even though i have my own businesses right i have multiple businesses that i i have working right now and bringing me income if i lose everything i can easily go and get any job that i want because i focus on things that's in demand and don't have that much uh you know that much uh competition like i'm not focusing on the trendy things like you get what's saying like i've seen somebody coming i was like yo uh create a a react application right and this is so crazy people teach react js with the create react app right and there's guys that don't even know how to actually go and create a react application without the create react app they don't know how to do it okay there's guys that don't know how to work with any type of back-end they've never done it they're using [ __ ] firebase nobody uses firebase unless you're using it for like game development or for something quick nobody uses firebase if you see anybody promoting use firebase for your development [ __ ] course whatever it might be it's [ __ ] nobody uses that okay like straight up bro sometimes i'll be like some people [ __ ] should call out all this [ __ ] but it's like yo like teaching somebody hey learn react with [ __ ] firebase that's a waste of time teach them how to use my sequel teach them how to use um something like postgres right teach them how to use maria db teach them how to use mongodb don't go in there and make it easier on you as a as a developer instructor and teach them the easiest way to create an application because companies are not going for the easiest way when you go in and get hired a company they don't be like let's choose the easiest thing right let's choose [ __ ] firebase let's use uh off right like they're not doing it like that they actually building a back-end they have a back-end already there it could be in java it could be in in um it could be in java it could be any of this other freaking backing languages python php c-sharp right they're not going in be like well let's use firebase nobody does that bro i'm telling you ahead of time like that's a waste of time like let me see uh let me see uh cooling says greenlee says because if you don't use cra you are going to spend as much time in setting up webpack as building your application yes but that's why there's tools that already have that for you right like in my website i teach how to use the web developer starter kit but there's also things like uh i think it's called veet there's es build there's a whole bunch of different ones that are way easier than than using webpack right but at the same time you need to know how to use webpack because when a company hires you they're expecting for you to know those things if you go in and you go and say okay i'm just gonna use the create react app right at the end of the day it's good to prototype something right and say okay i'm just going to prototype something but nobody uses the [ __ ] create react that bro like that's [ __ ] nobody like this is not real okay so get that shout out your head gurleem if you think that people come in and spins up uh uh create react app nobody does that nobody i've never seen that i've never seen anybody that has a a freaking project in production and i'm looking at their code either through github or people that i have worked with right because yeah right now i'm not working full time for other companies right but i'm in the streets bro i'm here like you act like i i don't beat out in the streets like bro i have plenty of friends who work full-time for major companies and i look at what they're working on and i'm like yo nobody has never seen people come in and say spin up the create react app that's something that's being done for people to learn to code that's not how it's done in production nobody does it you know what i'm saying [Laughter] are you gonna say of course he just shouldn't teach you how to integrate real back in just five years alone now i think bro people should teach you that like the basics like you you telling me you you cannot just be a front-end developer and be like well i only know the front end that's like a guy that goes in like i only know the back end or i don't even know what happens on the back end i don't even know what my sequel is i don't even know how to do a simple uh select all columns from this table like if you don't know how to do that [ __ ] like you're not productive for the team kevin davis says it best a lot of the courses out there aren't do not imitate real life environments for real and that's the truth right because they're teaching you in a safe spot right and just say okay this is a little sandbox everything here is safe everything here is perfect right you don't learn like that this is why when people go in and be like yo they're doing their portfolios and their projects they don't have no projects that they could really show for and they could go in and actually show to the people and be like okay this is what i got this is this is what i've done when you look at those type of projects you could tell they've never worked in anything that you could say is close to production accrue says hello company i use npm install create website oh man okay it says pablo says joe i have some professional experience in react js now i want to learn the back end should i learn laravel or node.js i'm confused can't make this decision so look this is what i would do pavel so i will start with laravel right i will start with laravel build an application build a solid application right it's going to take you less time to build with larabel than building it with vanilla javascript using node.js okay so then once you do that right once you build a solid application with laravel go in and build another solid application with node.js okay so you want to show that you're diverse that you can do javascript and you could do other languages and you can use any technology that's out there okay when you use laravel you're actually showing people that you can also do django you could also do ruby on rails and you could also do um you know uh what's the other one csharp.net right so they're all coming from that world of mvc frameworks okay so larabel is the number one right now especially on php everybody's using it but it's a great framework it's a great way to know how to organize your application how to have everything in order how to you know have a good structure for an application right now when you go and do that and you build that first application then go in and build a node.js application and then you will notice how difficult most things are when you're building it with node.js now you're going to do that now for yourself you're going to do it for showing people that you know what even if they throw you on node.js projects or even if they throw you on golang projects or uh any type of like small frameworks like uh what was the name i think there was one called i can't remember if it was slim for php there's another one called um it's like a japanese name for another framework in ruby uh there's another one that's for i mean node.js is expressed like you know it's like a simple uh bare bones framework right so you want to show that you can go in and use a full stack application framework and also use a small framework for like let's say microservices and things like that with node.js so you want to go and show that you're diverse and you could do all of them let me see [Music] just reading through here um but yeah guys so like i said you know check out shopify bro shopify is literally the way to go um you know this is why i put all my eggs in that basket you know this is why i focus on shopify because the opportunities are endless you could go and create your own themes you could sell them you could go create your own shopify applications and then from there you know make more income on the side like have like a software as a service with shopify apps you can go in in freelance as a shopify developer you can go in and work full-time for a company as a shopify developer and the beauty of it is that there's not that much competition guys you see how everybody be talking about oh i want to go work at this company because they're only using react they're only using this this and that everybody in their mother we got 124 people in here probably 124 people a hundred of them want to go to those specific jobs too and i could tell you probably 10 of the people here are looking seriously into shopify so that tells you the competition is not that big nobody's focusing on e-commerce um you know a specific frameworks or or cms's you also have big commerce right you have shopify you have big commerce you have woocommerce you have um what's the other one you have other platforms like salesforce right like instead of focusing on just trying to just learn how to code just to learn how to code have a game plan how are you going to get into the industry how are you going to get your first job how you gonna get paid top dollar as soon as possible right and you do it by actually going into things like this commerce js okay kevin davis says php larabelle lumen symphony ruby and rails is used and and often okay let me see um reading through here gorleen says i think a lot depends on what market you are in like i never expected the city i'm in to have so many job of spring jobs yeah java spring is everywhere bro like of course java is everywhere but the problem with java is that a lot of the companies that hire uh java developers like they're looking for college students right college students guys with college degrees and that's why i don't focus there's certain things that it is happening out there right but look at it like this i give you examples and and talk about things that is going to be beneficial for the type of audience that i have right and the type of audience that might come in here and find my channel right i focus on the guy that's learning to code at home learning to code on his own learning to code out from a boot camp right that's who i focus my advice is for those guys it can also be applied to everybody else but i don't focus on all the other things that can be applied to everybody else like if you have a college degree yeah and you did java in college and you could pass the algorithm questions yeah you could go to a java job but the average guy that goes to like a a course on codingphase.com and goes to apply to a java job it's not gonna get that job that's just the truth okay unless you're going out there and you're networking like i know um if i'm not mistaking uh what was this guy's name danny thompson i think that's what he was doing the company that he first got hired with what's with jabba and right he's a self-taught developer but he went in and he was doing networking like he's he's a networking guy he's out there he's going to meet ups he's meeting people right if you're in that type of if you're not that type of individual you're not getting the same opportunities that danny thompson is getting you're not going to the meetups you're not going to the events you're not putting yourself out there so if you're going and you model yourself on what he does right and you're not that type of guy [ __ ] like you're not gonna get the same results as him that's just the truth right if you're going out there and you'll be like well i want to get into the world of jabba it's not that easy okay i think uh we have another uh guy once everything i think he also worked with jabba he could i'll probably bring him in one of his days so we could do an interview he did it the self-taught route but his his journey is is different too and it was more difficult than the average person right so maybe we'll come in and we'll share his story you know come in and share his story on on how he got as a java um you know as a java developer you know what i'm saying hologram nunchuck what up bro danny had like six competing offers yeah but at the same time it's you know you gotta look at what's the difference what what is it that people are doing you're not saying like i i give advice to the person that's gonna come in at home learn a course at home and then start applying to jobs not networking not going out their way to go meet up with people not going out the way to find out you know local events on companies and things like that i'm teaching it as the basic of like how can you get in without doing all this extra stuff right like i'll give you an example like um uh taylor alexis shout out to taylor alexis if you guys don't know who she is um taylor alexis she's a developer she also came through coding phase right her portfolio wasn't great when she got her job but you know what she had she was networking she was grinding she like you know she didn't have all the skills to get higher but she was networking she was out there she was putting herself on twitter she created a brand and people wanted to have her on her team on their team right so if you're not that type of person and let's just be honest right like only you can be honest with yourself and be like well i want to get the same results as somebody who's networking you're not going to get the same results because you're not networking if you're not that type of person who's creating a brand putting yourself out there it's like look at somebody like chris sean right christian when chris john came into the game christian barely knew how to cope right he knew the basics and even when he was working on you know entrepreneur he was learning just learning vue.js and just learning react right but then from there for him to go and get like this high-paying job that he has now let's be honest do you guys think that you guys without networking without building a brand without putting yourself out there do you think you're gonna have those same opportunities hell no you're not doing the same moves that he's doing you know what i'm saying so that's just me being honest you know i like to be honest with people and be like yo sometimes you somebody gotta burst your bubble and be like yo if you're modeling your your your [ __ ] your goals to somebody else who are is doing more than what you're doing don't expect the same results it's like a guy that comes in and says well i'm doing open source and i'm contributing to like 30 different projects i'm contributing to react i'm contributing to um you know i don't know the freaking netflix uh airbnb style guide i'm contributing to this this and that like my github is lit right me that i'm sitting at home on my ass right and i'm just sitting down and i'm just like yo i'm looking at a guy that's contributing to 30 different projects right and then i see him randomly hey he's hired at uh [ __ ] netflix so he's hired at randomly at one of those big companies it doesn't matter what it is right me sitting my ass at home and just learning from home like you can't compare yourself to that individual because he's doing more you know what i'm saying he's doing he he's doing more and and that's just how it is right you're not going to get the same results kevin david says wouldn't happen that's what they are doing and that's what you are doing you are doing the what they are doing yeah exactly so you're going to say so like when i come here i give an advice or i give like you know the things that the jobs is going to give you an opportunity i'm looking at you guys from the point of view of like yo like myself right the advice that i wish somebody would have told me for example when i was learning to code i wasn't going to meet ups i wasn't going to like i didn't know i didn't have no contacts i don't have no references so if i'm learning at home from this courses i want to know what type of jobs i can actually get without those things without those extra variables you get what i'm saying just off my skill just off my portfolio and that's the things that i give you guys like the jobs like shopify you know big commerce salesforce uh html email developer um you know content editor product editor like those are jobs that you don't need to network you don't need to be to be a brand like you don't need to do any other [ __ ] you know what i mean listen man look man just get him out of here get jetting out of here bro i'm not even gonna respond because at the end of the day it's like dude don't even have a job like if you don't have a job you have no knowledge about the industry you don't even have a year in the industry nobody that has more than a year two years of development experience comes in and says php is deprecated php is that php is not going to last the the the [ __ ] the time right like you're ignorant you're just a random [ __ ] viewer you have no knowledge you don't work for nobody you've never worked for anybody because the moment you work in any company you're gonna notice that even if you're not using php apis you're connecting to uses php parts of your company uses php right it's ignorant to say this is deprecated this is like shut up like shut up you don't know nothing you're gonna say that's like somebody come in and say python is dead like shut up you're gonna say like shut up you don't know nothing you're just a random individual that you think you know but you have no experience you know what i'm saying i came in look i'll give you guys an example when there was a point right that on my second job right or my second job official job right remember first job i started with like ruby and rails right went in and i was working at a company that they used ruby on rails i was doing like front-end work for them and then my second job i went in and at the time in 2012 ruby on rails was you know taking over the world take what i'm telling you taking over the world like it was number one what people would be like oh merge stack this it was ruby and rail that control that [ __ ] in 2012. now i go to my second job and i go with this mentality of this young minded i don't even have one year i don't have one year of experience but i think i know everything why because i've read the blogs i looked at the [ __ ] youtube videos i looked at you know all the things that's out there right and i remember working with uh one guy and this guy was a senior developer this guy's been coding for 10 years plus and they were using php at that company and you know after i got hired you know you know how in the beginning you you're never saying nothing but at some point once you're comfortable in the company you'll be like yo why you guys chose php like this is matt outdated like php is old like this was me in 2012 with six months of experience right i don't know nothing and i'm telling a guy that has 10 plus years in the game like why you guys are using this this is outdated why don't you guys use ruby and rails right guy comes in and sits me down and says let's do some some research right now set me down like a little kid he basically said hey little boy sit on my lap right here let me teach you how to do this he comes in of course i sit on his lap i just sit on the under the chair right next to him but it's like being like a little baby you know how you grab your kids and you teach them something you say come away sit down sit on my lap let me talk to you right that's how i talk to my son but i sit down on my lap and just sit down right this dude comes in tells me sit down right here right he comes and shows me the details of alexa if you guys don't know what alexa is this is some [ __ ] that some of you guys that that talk [ __ ] about php you don't even know what the [ __ ] alexa is okay so alexa is a company that keeps track of all of the websites in the world now for you to have that data you need to pay for it now you might get a like a freebie that gives you like some information that's free and we could search right now just the free information that they do give you okay alexa website right alexa.com right so i guess alexa let me see did they buy that they really bought they bought alexa that's [ __ ] crazy amazon is crazy almost this how much money alex uh amazon got amazon said hey we own the word alexa we're gonna buy alexa the company that was here before you was even here okay so it's crazy so they bought alexa now i guess amazon so alexa is an independent company that keeps track of all of the different information about websites this guy set me down this is 2012. this is before similar tech similar web before any of those websites were out alex is the oldest company that keeps track of all that information guy comes in and shows me about eighty percent of the world is built right eighty percent of of the website built in the world is built with php okay now if we go in and we do the same thing right now with similar tech because this is the [ __ ] i'm setting you down right now kiddo right now you're on my lap i'm teaching you how to do research okay all right so this is similar web let's go to similar tech okay we could come in here and you do this php right so let me see not through this one this is to pay uh but i'm showing you so you could get the free access free information on on things that is right here okay cool so php alone has 5 million 5.6 million websites and 4 million unique domains right so a website might be using php in sub domains right so that's where that extra 1 million comes in but just on php alone is 4 million now let's come in and do node okay this is node right this is a 196 thousand websites that's using node.js now that's using node.js by itself that's not a subdomain meaning a unique domain unique website a hundred and one thousand of them compare four million to a hundred and one thousand this is what you got to learn kids when you're a young kid in the game shut the [ __ ] up listen to the guys that know more than you they've been here longer than you they know how the industry works stop screaming to the air php is dead python is dead there was a point in 2000 in around 2013 people were screaming python was dead look where python is now everybody's sucking off python everybody wants to learn python in 2013 nobody care about about python in 2013 2014 nobody care about dart js look where flutter is at right now this is [ __ ] that probably you don't even know jaden right i'm taking you to school right now you're gonna say i'm teaching you and everybody that's here you gotta learn how to do research before you talk if you don't have the knowledge and you don't have the experience your opinion is irrelevant you can have an opinion everybody takes a [ __ ] that's why there's a toilet okay everybody takes a [ __ ] and everybody can take a [ __ ] you know what i'm saying that's why there's a toilet right but at the end of the day that doesn't mean that your opinion is valid or that you're saying something that's real or something that that makes sense i'm trying to teach you this right so i'm not i don't go in and create content to create content to get views i create content that get results that's a my whole channel is results my whole channel is now about how can i get more views how can i do better cinematography how can i get better audio how can i get a better background how can we put purple and orange lights in the background so my my audience can say oh this looks great nah i'm here for results bro so when you come in here and you talk any anything or say anything you have to [ __ ] understand i'm not doing this [ __ ] out of my ass i'm not taking a [ __ ] i'm giving you facts you get what i'm saying so this is things that you could go in and do on your own and if you want a more accurate result of this you could go to alexa and you could go and pay for it okay now for you to pay for it there's a hundred fifty dollars a month okay you don't have the money to pay 150 a month right now you're still learning right it will make no sense for you to pay 150 a month when i'm giving you this information and this knowledge you're getting it for free i'm showing you the free tiers the free places where you could get a glimpse of this type of data and this type of information if you go on on indeed.com and you search node and compare to php php got almost 10 times as much jobs than node.js or any of most of the languages out here except like java and sharp you're gonna sing because those are like languages that are enterprise level companies and they're always gonna be hiring but when it comes to the guys who are learning at home like bro shut up with the php is dead php's deprecated this isn't that and that's the last time i i'm i'm literally talking about this [ __ ] to teach people this is a way to teach people right sometimes com people come in and and don't know what the [ __ ] they talking about right this is the same thing that that guy did for me a senior developer did for me in 2012 he said sit down right here let me show you this because i came in with that junior developer attitude like bro this [ __ ] is mad oh you guys are still using symphony like you guys still using php that was in 2012 and i came in with that attitude guy set me down and said here's the facts kiddo this [ __ ] is not going nowhere like and if you want to be smart if you want to be smart you want to focus on things that's going to be around like java is great only downside is that for somebody like myself i don't have a degree in computer science so my my journey to get into that field is harder if i go in i tell you guys hey guys learn you know java yeah there's a lot of jobs in there but then i'm not being i'm not giving you a real advice that can be useful for you because job is gonna be more difficult to get those type of jobs but when i tell you hey get into php php got as many jobs as java but it's easier for you to get into same thing with shopify why shopify is is hot and why i tell you guys to learn shopify not because shopify has the most jobs because it doesn't but what's interesting about shopify is that not everybody knows about shopify not everybody's applying to it people think that shopify is a place where you do drag and drop because they have no knowledge of it that's like a guy who goes in and says well shopify is just like what flow it's just like drag and drop and that's it that's not development mind you they've never done it they don't know about e-commerce they've never worked in the e-commerce industry and they don't know that e-commerce is literally like a never-ending website you go into a e-commerce website it's a never-ending website it's never done there's new features that come out right new things that get that need to get implemented to the website new things that you want to a and b test for users you know there's so much [ __ ] bro that that people don't know that they talk about and be like oh this is deprecated this sucks this isn't like shut up you have no knowledge you don't know about this [ __ ] you know what i mean so let's say um maximum says uh man you awesome hi from russia shout out to uh people in russia man um yeah now you could also go in and you could say you know what somebody asked about java right but the thing about java this was this this similar tech is looking for web technologies on on how you call this web technologies on the web right so java is different java can be used for the web java can be used for software embedded applications right java is used in all type of different [ __ ] forms okay so they're not gonna give you as many uh details about java because they're this is how much you know how many websites are actually out there using java but if you want to get a more precise look you could say spring okay and you could go in and say okay spring and you will say okay cool there's about 2 000 jobs or not jobs because we can say jobs 2000 websites are actually using uh spring okay now another thing that you could get out of this is that this type of companies are more enterprise level they're not as as like php the reason why php has four million different websites is because anybody can go in and build a website with php wordpress right so i'm pretty sure there's probably like three million or two million websites alone just from wordpress okay because if we go in also too and we say we could even check in here and say wordpress right wordpress alone is like seven million websites just on that but php and this is where you have to go in there and look at the data and compare the two right so there's gonna be websites that's gonna show php right but some website might just show wordpress right it might just get tagged as wordpress it's the same thing with java you might say okay java okay websites are using java ninety thousand right but then you might say okay spring that is specifically using spring two thousand okay come in here spring okay this is another technology fast spring okay there's an e-commerce um company right but you could go in there and start looking at the data and start [ __ ] you know do do the math like you don't have to go in and be a genius you don't be you don't need to be a data scientist to understand the math between oh no js and php now javascript is different because javascript every single website needs javascript so if you come in here and say okay javascript in general right this is you know what i mean this is 21 million okay 20 21 million websites use javascript and that's because you need javascript on the front end regardless even if you don't write like let's say you create a uh a website and you have nothing like no javascript that you're using everything is just like uh index.html a static website but this is gonna tag the website using as uh javascript because if you use google tag manager or google analytics or use facebook pixels that's using javascript so it's going to tag it as a javascript website you get i'm saying so again this is where your experience and your knowledge as a developer is gonna let you understand this type of data if you don't know [ __ ] you're going to look at this and be like whoa that's 21 million jobs for javascript it's like nah like you got to understand it based on this do you think it's a good idea to learn java if i want to want to go to web development right the web development route i would say no right i wouldn't go in and learn um web development using java i wouldn't do it okay david is like yeah yeah so that's the thing you're going to say you might say javascript competes with php like javascript's on every website it's a needed thing it's part of it's you know sometimes people be like oh what's the web every website is html css and javascript that's it period then from there you have a back-end and that's a different thing right that's when you come in and you have the phps the java the uh node.js the um you know the dot net it's like also too you come in here and you say let's say let me see i'm trying to get asp asp.net now even look at that like that's that's a million websites that's using asp.net you know and that's like you could go ahead and start putting that [ __ ] head to head with no gs and you start looking even at the jobs opportunities that's out there you look at what's on indeed.com and you say okay if i want to get into the game and i don't want to have a lot of competition right going the node.js route is not the best way for you yeah i'm about to head out of here non-traditional texans damn y'all still alive yeah bro we just had so many cool conversations that's why uh sushant gupta says these are some [ __ ] insights hi from india yeah shout out to everybody in here guys if you're new to the channel if you're watching this channel for subscription right you got the yearly subscription and it's going to give you access to every single course in here so it's not just one course right it's like i'm giving you a whole bundle of courses with this so you have everything in order like if you right now you don't know how to code anything whatever you already know you can skip it whatever you don't know hey take it text editors html css terminal for developers advanced css and flexbox sas like a pro git like a pro future-proof javascript noting npm basics web developer personal brand debugging like a pro object oriented programming with javascript jquery so all of this is provided in the monthly subscription the moment you say cool i already got all of this and i already want to go into the higher tier courses sign up for the subscription for the yearly right and you could go in and you can say hey let me get my first shopify store teach you how to build a shopify store believe it or not having the skill this skill is going to be it's gonna pay for itself like you could go on fiverr right now and say hey hire me and i will build you a shopify store for fifty dollars a hundred dollars two hundred dollars whatever you wanna charge right right there just off that course it already pays for itself okay shopify theme development you could go ahead and build your own shopify themes right you could go and create uh a fiber account upwork account become a freelancer creating shopify themes or creating you know custom made websites for people that need shopify stores guys every single time that you go in and you see an advertisement like i'll give you guys an example let's say drop shipping right i'm pretty sure uh uh advertisement is gonna pop up right okay we got wix as a commercial right but every time that you get like one of these random uh commercials shopify store talking about this this and that right and tell you all the things you need to do once you get this advertisement imagine this who else is also getting this advertisement we're talking about millions of people that are jumping into shopify now all those people don't have enough developers to serve them some people might not have the money to pay your agency or a development agency to go and build on the whole website that's where you come in as an independent developer with their skills to be able to build those shopify themes and shopify applications for those customers you know every time i see one of this advertisement i'm happy you know before i used to be annoyed i'm like oh man this is annoying why they always doing advertising about shopify and drop shipping and this this and that i was annoyed i'm like damn every time i watch your youtube channel i'm watching this freaking you know advertisement right but as a shopify developer i'm happy because at the end of the day that means more people are coming into this industry of e-commerce and i'm able to sell my services right look at this this example right so in june i sold the shopify developer bundle right which was a combination between the shopify team developer and the shopify app developer courses so everything that's in there i sold it bundled up okay and i sold it for 500 okay now i got about probably like maybe 30 40 people from the community here that bought it right not everybody was interested in shopify but you know what was interesting i went in and i took the same bundle and i put it in forums right facebook groups i put it in you know random forums on the internet that talk about drop shipping and e-commerce right i shared it to other discords that are interested in in in shopify right now this bundle of this two courses is my top selling course of all time okay they generated a hundred thousand dollars a hundred thousand dollars in the first month that i dropped this course okay a hundred thousand dollars now because of you guys that came in and bought it is because the sheer amount of people that's interested in shopify guys who own stores and they're like you know what i don't want to go in and have to pay a developer 40 50 an hour to just go change a title or to add a new section to my website so i sold a total about a thousand and twenty a thousand thirty copies of this bundle in one month right no it was about it's about we were selling it at 500 it was probably a little bit less than that you get what i'm saying it was probably a little bit less than that but in total with the savings because remember i was doing a 50 off too right with the savings the total after i paid for advertisement after i paid for uh having people put it in their forums and all this stuff was a hundred thousand dollars that i made just from this two course on the first month and every month this courses sell by themselves i make an extra five thousand dollars not because i'm like i'm the top seller for shopify courses nah it's because there's an interest in this thing right so you as a developer that's not looking at this thing as a business owner you're looking at somebody who is going to provide the service for others that tells you the amount of people that's interested in shopify is crazy bro like we could go in and search right now on indeed.com not even let's go to google okay let's open this up right here because i wanted to have no like none of my history right so if i come here and i search shopify developer right okay this is what we're getting there's forty eight thousand results okay damn i wanted to get because it doesn't show the the extensions yeah i need the extensions so just to show it to you guys okay so this is how many people are searching for this just here under us search volume shopify developer that's 4 thousand four hundred customers right you could say four thousand four hundred customers on a monthly basis right this is the estimated okay that people are actually searching for this thing okay so again hire shopify experts right this is what people are looking uh looking for okay this is an upwork okay three days ago this how you know it's hot when you have upwork themselves coming in and say you know what let's actually create a highlight of the top shopify developers okay they're going out of their way right for 34 000 client reviews okay you can start seeing this is the top shopify developers that they have this is what some of the guys are charging 60 20 50 000 hours 75 60 dollars right of course you're going to have some people in the philippines that might be charging 10 an hour right but at the same time if you live in a specific area a specific location [ __ ] you could be charging 55 right you could charge 60. it's up to you right so i'm just showing you guys with data right i'm showing you guys with data and we could see right here how this thing has grown right so this is i only do my [ __ ] advice and the [ __ ] that i talk about with research guys i don't come in here i don't pull this [ __ ] out my ass i don't come in and be like yo i just made up some story this is with research okay this is the trending data for shopify developer that people have been searching for right so it's been around for a long time shopify but it hasn't has been as hot as it is now as you can see right when it came to like 2020 we're seeing a spike is going up and there's a trend it's going up okay same thing if we could come in here and this is from search results how many people are searching for shopify developer not even shopify okay shopify developer okay that was the one that i showed you before now in shopify right in 2000 in 2020 in april right march around the march this is when the pandemic hit every company that closed down every local business that closed down you know it could be a shop that sells um you know parts cards parts and things like that they came in and were closed people started searching for shopify because it's the number one platform for e-commerce right a lot of people came in and signed up now you have all of those new people that's in the industry all of these new companies that are popping up and are literally you know looking for you know to have their stores online somebody got to service it guys i don't know if people understand this [ __ ] when you're a developer you're like a mechanic bro i've always explained this to everybody here okay if you are a mechanic and you know how to work on you know the electrical system of like the new modern cars you're gonna be the first guy okay the guys that are working on you know the old school cars they have work but not as much because everybody's doing the same thing everybody has the same the same type of clientele the guy from the gas station could fix one of those cars a guy in you know you know in a [ __ ] local shop could fix it the guys that pep boys can fix it but when you're dealing with the electronics of the car right or a car that's you know electric car like you can only get that [ __ ] serviced at the dealerships you can't just pop up and be like at the gas station hey man uh my my screen for my mercedes benz just broke can you fix it those guys don't know how to do that right that's a niche thing not everybody does it okay so you have more opportunities and more jobs coming your way because not everybody's doing that thing it's the same thing for for shopify okay uh let me say just ran through here uh you joe pablo said you're right and you explained the clearing no js training because most of the tutorials on youtube focusing on merge stack and real life merm projects are harder not like tutorials exactly perfect way to to basically describe it right pavel says joe you are right and you explained it clearly node.js is trending because most of the tutorials on youtube focusing on mers tech yes right it's easy views easy traffic okay people are interested in it we are interested in it i'm interested in it you are interested in he she they them whoever is out there they're interested in it okay but the truth is that getting into a javascript job as a back-end developer is way harder than just becoming a front-end developer front-end developer excuse me and people get that mixed up okay they get that mixed up and they think that's as easy as they might think but it's not that's why i focus on things that's going to give me results right away i don't like to leave things to destiny i don't like to leave it to somebody else's hands of like well maybe if they like me enough they'll choose me out of the 500 people that that freaking applied to the job i don't like to feel like that i like to take control i like that when i go to a job interview it's between me and another guy right that's a if i'm that good i want to go to the top right away i don't want to go in and be like well there's another 300 other guys that's also good in the same [ __ ] that i'm doing i don't want to be competing with with a job or an opportunity i just want to get it i don't want to waste time that's just me somebody myself well joe that's because you feel you can't do it maybe i can do it if you feel like that and you can do it go ahead do it me i like to have things that's for sure i don't like to leave things from for the destiny i'm that type of person i don't like to leave things in the air of like well if the sky was was clear the moon was out and the sun was out at the same time and then the light hit me and then i went into the job and when i went in there i had a you know the uppity freaking you know energy and and the person says hey i love this guy i want to hire i don't want to have that [ __ ] i just want to go into a job look at my skills i could do the job cool hire me that's it bro if you follow what i've been telling you like i'm not telling you some [ __ ] that i'm pulling out my ass this chance has worked for me and this strategy has been [ __ ] uh a god's gift to me like straight up like i don't focus on [ __ ] that it's too much competition too too much trendy [ __ ] i focus on the things that's for sure it's going to get you a job going to get you paid that's it that's what i care about i'm not looking for the trendy things i'm i don't want to be the guy showing off i got 30 badges i got 30 badges from amazon google uh netflix uh i got the the goofy google hat i don't care about that the way how i i flex i flex with the [ __ ] that i have you know what i'm saying i got a crib i got my kids i got wifey i got freaking family over we're buying a house for mother-in-law we're freaking making moves you're gonna say i'm gucci like i don't need to have a million badges nah my badge is my bread you know what i'm saying that's what opens up doors for me you're going to say like when somebody comes in like yo damn this guy is from google you don't got to say joe's from google you say joe got bread that's it you don't give me no badges don't give me no no kudos damn joe got a hundred thousand uh freaking github stars nah joe don't got no hundred thousand girls joe got bread you gotta put some respect on his name you gonna say so that's how i like to do it you know what i'm saying so if i'm giving you guys this advice focus on the things that's gonna get you paid right away and and it's gonna get you in the game forget about trying to be you know getting kudos getting respect from other developers or or like trying to show off positions and things like that focus on your money bro focus on your bread focus on getting pace focus on having bread in your in your pocket where you could be good i don't know about you guys that's what i care about right so having the aura like rick james he's like yo you got to go to a spot the [ __ ] stars gotta align because so many guys have the same skill as you and everybody's applying to the same position and the next thing you know a guy that has 10 years of experience comes in and he just takes the [ __ ] job from everybody so now everybody there is like oh we all could have done the same job but you know what this guy got 10 years he was doing php or he was doing python he was doing c sharp for 10 years now he wants the job and he gets it i'm not in that game i don't want it i don't want it that bad caleb vance says had a front-end shopify interview on friday it was refreshing how honest the interviewer was about my portfolio i couldn't even be mad nice let me see reading through here yeah i just want to be able to easily afford a new porsche cayman that's my goal that [ __ ] is easy bro that [ __ ] the the porsche came in if i'm not mistaken that [ __ ] my car costs more than that like it's not that much bro like you could go in and get that [ __ ] right now if you look into it let's look into it for you right now what you want porch gaming i'm gonna tell you right now how you can afford it let's go in okay this is what you want okay you got the tycon which one is it the 718 if i'm not mistaken i think that's the the poor skimming is the 718 yeah i knew it i'm not mistaken they should have just put it came in right there right so get you started right what you want what you want the spider the boxster what you want what do you want kit let me know we're gonna we're gonna figure it out how you can afford this car okay this [ __ ] is cheap bro you could do this [ __ ] you could get this [ __ ] right now bro like now if you want the gt4s the spider then that's a different ball game gts which one you want gts 87 000 so that's about i'll tell you right now how much you're gonna be paying for that okay and i'm gonna tell you right now exactly what you got to do to to earn this thing okay so what you want the 87 88 000 right what you want to do you want to what you want let talk to me what do you want you want to finance it you wanna lease it you want a brand new one in two three years or you wanna finance it and own it what do you wanna do i'm gonna give you the answers right now talk to me david we're going to do this live i want to know because depending on what you want you want to finance and own it okay cool so we're going to bring out the calculator for you right now so we got 88 000 let's say with taxes this is going to come out to 90 let's say like 95 000 total okay that's on average okay it's going to be 95 000 all right okay so 95 000 divided by seven that's thirteen thousand okay now divided by twelve so seven let's say financing it on seven years because that's what they're gonna give you right they're gonna tell you what you want six seven years and they'll do it for you right okay now from there we're gonna divide it by 12 this way your payments is going to be coming out a thousand 130 okay now with insurance let's say you have an okay you know you don't have too many crazy accidents let's say a total let's add 220 okay your payments is going to be 1 350 okay so that's how much you need to to to make to basically own this car okay per month now let's think about it how can you make 1 350 as a developer okay if you come in if you decide to freelance you can make this very easily okay on a weekly basis all you need is 300 337 and you could own this car okay now of course you need money to survive to move around take shorty out let's just say your goal is to get to 1 200 per month but not per month i'm sorry per week okay that's about times 52 that's 62 thousand dollars bro so that's basically on you're going to be paying 20 25 of you your income every month for that car on that situation now if you want to go in and you want to be smart you will buy this car when you make 82 000 okay so 82 000 right divided by 52 that's 1 576 okay so that's a little bit better okay so it won't hurt your pocket when you do the payments now so eighty-two thousand dollars what can you do and how can you get a a job that's going to pay you that much okay first of all what you want to do is you want to start with the html css okay if you want to get higher right away and you want to start on this journey to get to this thing learn html email development okay apply through the air work in there for three to four months and apply for a front end front-end developer position now while you are a html email developer what you want to do is you want to go in and start learning back-end you learn things from the front end you learn how to use react and then you learn the backing and i will recommend use laravel so then you could go in and graduate from a html email developer to either a front-end engineer or you could graduate to a laravel developer okay with front-end engineering you know also that you have right so you're like a full stack developer so we're talking about you could get this done in six months okay now it's up to you if you want to do it you know and even with with wordpress you can start with wordpress or you can start with any of like the what i call easy pickings right start from there like this [ __ ] is not it's not a dream car right if you would have came in and said damn i want to get the i don't know the ferrari you know california california ferrari whatever right then i would be like yo bro that's a dream car that's a anything above 150 000 that's a dream car anything below a hundred fifty thousand dollars is totally achievable totally achievable that you could get you know um what's my dream car my dream car is between um the lamborghini right lamborghini so let's say the huracan right so a lamborghini hero con but them should just go for 200 000 plus and even like pre-owned like even pre-owned bro like like those those cars the prices don't go down that much you're still going to be paying like 150 160. you get what i'm saying um and that's like on a very low but i wouldn't buy a lamborghini use because dumb cars like let's say for example every time that you got to go and get a service that easily could cost you 25 000 30 000 so most people go in and they use it from like the miles of zero all the way to like 20 000 miles which is when the real expensive um real expensive like services is gonna come in okay so you could go and buy a hundred eighty thousand dollar car used but then now you got just in a month from now you got a [ __ ] thirty thousand dollar bill that you gotta pay for it for the servicing okay so andrew mcpenn was like yo i'm trying to get a honda civic for the river in me bro right now without a job you could go get a you can get 100 right now bro without a job man uh let me see cars dropping value as soon as you drive them off yeah man but for me you know uh i think leasing is the best thing so and but it kind of sucks though like let's say leasing right so when you lease a car right you lease a car technically you're eating up through the uh what's the depreciation of the car right but you're actually paying more when you think about it right so i was thinking about this [ __ ] the other day right so my car is leased right because i want to get a new a new car every year every two years especially like right now the new uh mercedes dashboard instead of having two screens like how mine has it it comes with three screens so then now i want to get it right but i don't have to wait too long i could get it by next year right um if i would have bought my car i would have to go and pay the full price of the card cash basically i got to pay every month right um but i was doing the math and i'm like yo hmm my car is 104 000 right i'm paying in total if i decide to keep the full lease right if i decide to keep the full lease i'm paying in total about sixty thousand dollars of the car so my car is leased for on a four year lease right and i have the option to trade it in on two years but let's say i was somebody who really stuck with the whole the whole four years right i did the math and i was like yo bro i'm paying 1 455 per month okay and let's say what's that that's 1455 times 12 17 000 times four if somebody stays with the least the whole time you're paying seventy thousand dollars at that point right at that point you're paying seventy thousand dollars the car is worth a hundred thousand and you're gonna pay seventy thousand dollars for that you might as well keep it you go to the same like yo bro you pay and i was like thinking about it i was like yo one of the uh i want to go service my car the other day and they're like yo you don't this how how hood i am right i go in and take this [ __ ] to the um to the dealership so my car already has like 6 000 miles right i take it in and i go to the dealership and i'm like yo um i'm here to get an oil change because you know how when you when you're coming from like the [ __ ] hondas the nissans the little bullshits like that right in your mentality you're like yo i gotta push i gotta do an oil change every three thousand four thousand miles right you don't wanna [ __ ] up the car if i'm driving far or whatever the girl from from the mercedes tells me yo you good we don't service the cars we don't change the oils we don't do nothing on these new cars until they hit 10 000 miles i felt stupid for a second i was like oh [ __ ] like yo i wanted to put my head under the [ __ ] grass i was like yo i'm like i'm bringing this [ __ ] in i'm like yo i'll go in there like yo what up ma um how you doing da da da i'm bringing this to to bring this [ __ ] for oil change like all your change and get a service the girl pulls up on the thing and says yo you don't got to do a service for you know another 3 700 miles and i'm like yo why is that she's like well we our cars don't got to get serviced on the first 10 000 miles period right and i'm like yo yo so i'm like there but i'm i'm still like you know why because i'm like so old school my mom i remember my mom always would be like yo the car is getting to 3 000 miles make sure you go go get the the car uh oil change and this this and that so i'm there like every three thousand miles i have a six thousand miles i'm like damn man i'm probably beating up the car without no no oil change yo i feel stupid i was like yeah shitty went in he's like yo this is a new car kid she basically sent me she said it's a new car you don't need you don't need to do an oil change to ten thousand miles and you do it every ten thousand miles with this cars and i'm like yo this [ __ ] is crazy right but again so while i was there you know i'm doing the math and all these things and i'm like bro if somebody stays with the car for you know for the whole [ __ ] the whole four years of a lease you spending seventy thousand dollars that's just crazy nobody does that anyways right most people just stay with it for a year like right now if i wanted to i could buy a brand new car and all i have to pay is about like ten thousand dollars right so my car the way how they do is they'll buy the car so whatever is left on on the on the lease they'll buy it and give me a brand new car but i was telling my wife i was like man i was thinking about this what i was thinking about right i give a lot of personal information right so i was thinking about trading back the mercedes right getting my wife a volvo right getting my wife a volvo because the volvo i'll tell you the truth guys it's the most safe and the best car for a family so i'm thinking about getting her that and then for me getting the the s-class right you know because i can't right now i can't uh afford to buy a a lamborghini right now like i'll be honest like i have so many businesses that i have to put money to and i have to pay for and i got employees and i got all of this [ __ ] and advertisement that i got to pay like i can't afford to buy a lamborghini right now right i could buy it but then i will be like i'm putting myself in debt i don't i don't like to feel like i'm in debt i like to feel like i'm just paying some [ __ ] right i'm not i'm like i spent but i'm not stupid right so plus like i don't make no money like if i had like a youtube channel that was about cars and things like that people will go away and be like damn i want to buy joe's courses because joe has a lamborghini nobody here that's watching this [ __ ] gives a [ __ ] if i have a lamborghini like let's just be honest right so i don't sell myself like that so so why would i go and invest that right now but so the s-class cabralette right i was thinking about training back my car right get myself the s-class uh cabriolet which is this one and then getting my wife a volvo which is basically almost the same price as what i'm paying for this one car so i'm like yeah i could get two cars for the price of one um yeah because i'm like yo you know what i could just get the s-class but i just love the suv too much man what i'm gonna do though in in this coming maybe this coming week i might go to toro and rent out the s-class cabriolet to use it for a whole week to see if i'm i feel comfortable in it because i'm a big dude you know what i'm saying i'm comfortable in suvs pickup trucks you know what i'm saying so i want to know how it feels for a whole week as a my daily driver and i'm just going to rent it out for a whole week to see if i really want it but the thing about it is just like it's a beautiful car man like this is some [ __ ] that you know i've seen it before in the streets here in florida like a lot of people have it like it's usually like older guys that have it like some guys some young kids sometimes they have it you know the papi mommy kids but not that many you know i would probably have it like a a blue give me myself like a nice little blue uh get the the top either white like that get the white white top maybe white or a black top that's the thing that's the only thing that i like about bmw's that bmw's got the hardtops mercedes got the soft tops i don't like that [ __ ] that much but you know me i'm not gonna have uh the top on ever like like this just gonna be convertible 24 7. and the inside is just like my suv right like the the gls because it's a s-class so you have the the tool screen right here um and then the interior is just nice nice and clean you know but i don't know i'm still debating it right because all i have to do is pay all i have to do is pay ten thousand dollars to come out of my my lease and get a new car you know what i'm saying um and it's crazy though because when i was i was gonna buy this car the the gls um like it's crazy when i i was about to buy that car like i was gonna buy like with a big down payment and just to make it super cheap like the payments and the guy the guy that the [ __ ] dealership is like yo bro you got a business right and i'm like yeah he's like why are you buying this thing cash bro like i don't know who remembers here when when i i i was going i don't know yeah i remember i did this [ __ ] live right i did it on the live stream and i was driving to the dealership and i was getting the new car right and um i had like 30 grand right on me and the guy looked at me he's like yo why are you buying why are you trying to finance this thing and i'm like bro cause i want it i just want to get it i want to own it right because when you broke this is the mentality that you have when you're broke you think that you gotta own it you gotta you like oh i own this thing right because most people don't know that when you buy a car technically you don't own [ __ ] until you pay it off anyways some people think that they own it you don't own [ __ ] until you pay the whole if you finance it that's not your car you're paying down a car the moment that you can't pay they're repossessing okay now one thing that nobody really told me when i was young it's like yo if you lease a car and you put it under your company's name like my car is not even undermining like it's funny when i took it to mercedes for the the [ __ ] how you call this thing for the service i'm like yo joe santos here's my license they couldn't find me in the system i'm not in the system then they looked at the vin number of the car and they're like yo coding face no yeah that's my company and then that [ __ ] hit me i was like [ __ ] i forgot i put this [ __ ] under my company name i'm just a driver i'm like an uber driver that's driving a hundred thousand dollar car you know what i'm saying i don't own [ __ ] my cup my company owns it that's a business business transaction right there business expense tax write-off but people don't even know about this [ __ ] coming from where i come from people come in like i remember even me being myself like when i first bought my first uh mercedes-benz i'm like i'm financing that [ __ ] i want that [ __ ] to be mine because if you lease it that's not your car that's stupid it's your car you're just having the option it's like a different contract you have the option to either say i want to go and pay for the rest of the car for you know for x amount of years or do i want to get new ones you could easily walk away you're going to say when you finance a car you can't walk away from the car and get a new one you got to go and sell it and then when you sell it you got to go in and [ __ ] they're going to give you the price that they think that the car is worth it's like they buying it for you for cheap like 30 you know 30 40 000 less than what the car is worth because they got to make some money too you know what i'm saying so it's like i was like yo this [ __ ] is stupid i wish somebody would have told me this on my first car bro like so now everything is under you know my main company so my company is coding face right i got coding face right and then i have different umbrellas under it right so cody phase is the umbrella company and then under it i have different child companies which is we got 87 lux we have a new one that's gonna um i'm about to establish uh pretty soon which is gonna be called depth level right so i have these companies that's under the umbrella you know what i'm saying but if i would have known this [ __ ] bro if somebody like you're going to say like there's no other developer that talks about any other [ __ ] or comes in here gives you game like this this is [ __ ] that you need to know as a developer and just as a regular human being like nobody tells you about these things but once you set up your company you could buy this mess [ __ ] you could buy it's not even under your own credit no more like you could be a guaranteer to your company but everything's under your own company you got what i'm saying kevin gamer says also you don't own anything if you get sued yeah i don't know [ __ ] you're gonna say like golden face could go bankrupt i still keep my breath you're gonna say like like go to face you know the company could go bankrupt like let's say for example i'm driving i'm looking at my phone homeless man comes in boom hate him i'm not responsible for that dude you could sue coding face you know what i'm saying that's just the independently from my income and all my [ __ ] like you could go ahead and [ __ ] cody face is going to be like all right cool golden face is bankrupt cool i just opened up a new company you could say like that's just how it is it's like you you're taking the responsibility of you you know but it's just great man it's just crazy bro for real for real but again when you go and buy these cars don't buy nothing financing bro unless you really love that car unless you say i'm gonna buy this car i'm gonna pay it off and i'm never gonna buy another car like this again then yeah buy it but if you're like if you're like me i like to get the new things every year just lease it right because at the end of the day you're going to want to get a new car and the last thing that you want to do is like go in like well now i got to trade my car in and then they're gonna take the the money that you own on this car i'll put it on top of your new payments you don't want to do that you want to just lease it you say okay how much i got to pay for to get out of this contract oh the car is this this and that oh you paid ten thousand dollars boom you paid those ten thousand dollars now they pay off the whole lease plus your ten thousand dollars and then now you got a brand new car in your hand you could do whatever the hell you want with that car you get what i'm saying you could do whatever the hell you want with that car more is the more you said more of it but true like yes yeah it's true though my dream car is a ferrari but i know i want the new ferrari so i would never buy one knowing i could just lease it yeah you can just lease that [ __ ] the problem with with like those big expensive cars once it goes above 150 000 is that they be having some crazy leasing you know leasing situations like you could lease a a lamborghini right you could lease a lamborghini or or or a ferrari right but you'll have like a crazy lease contract where it'll be like you could only drive 15 000 miles in three years that means you're not gonna drive it at all because look at this i already have well like six seven months with my car and i've been driving that [ __ ] like a hooptie i'll take that [ __ ] to the beach take that [ __ ] to to you know to miami miami and back then miami again and and then now i'm going to jacksonville and then come back to freaking daytona like i got that [ __ ] like a hooptie and i already put in like six thousand miles right now what if you driving a lamborghini or a ferrari you want to drive that [ __ ] to the store you want to go to you know go to the club go to the ball go if i get my lamborghini i'm driving that [ __ ] i'm going hey i'm going to dollar the [ __ ] dollar store right [ __ ] dollar general i'll go to dollar general with the lamborghini yo what why you want mine you wanted to buy a uh a [ __ ] brillo to wash the dishes i go to store for that oh you want mcdonald's go to mcdonald's in a lamborghini like i ain't [ __ ] stopping it i'm not stopping to be like yo i'ma use the [ __ ] on the weekends and nah i'm using that [ __ ] like the hoopty right so if you're going to use it and you get on the lease on one of those big cars they try to they try to rape you on the lease contract because i i looked into it i'm like yo i could go and get one right now but i'm like to me in my head i'm like bro it costs like a dollar per mile after you go past the 15 000 miles so what if you get on a lease for three years and you want to drive a lamborghini everywhere you go now you got to pay a dollar per mile that's a lot bro straight up bro yo it's garbage day let me take this take the lamborghini to the driveway come down the driveway pull out the garbage put in the garbage and the garbage [ __ ] uh in the dump dumpster whatever come back get over the lamborghini put that [ __ ] right back into the garage listen man when you paint that much money you want to use that [ __ ] i don't know how some people usually like oh i use it for the weekends i gotta that's my weekend car weekend car i'm not paying four thousand dollars a month for a weekend car you crazy yo fax lease turns me like 24 months 300 miles total like and then not only that that you have to put down like 80 000 some people think like when somebody leases a lamborghini or something like that like they got it for free they think like you get a lamborghini lease like how you go to a the honda you know how you ever heard a major world in new york city new york city got this this big-ass [ __ ] car dealership called major world people go to major world you got five dollars in your pocket you leave out of there with a car right they have cars from from all type of freaking brands and you could leave out of there you got five dollars they'll they'll make a contract for you to buy something right now when it comes to lamborghinis and [ __ ] like that they got special contracts like they not taking a l they making money off you no matter what so they're going to come in and but okay you got to put thousand dollars down and you're like okay but the cars the car is worth let's say 280. so in your head you're like oh i'm putting six out sixty thousand dollars down to then lease the car and they're like nah that's just like a down payment that's just for you to get get in the car so you're putting like 60 000 just to just to [ __ ] have it and then from there your lease it still says that the car is worth 280 and then from there they'll come in and be like well you only got 1500 miles or like some crazy [ __ ] like that 1500 miles uh per year that you could go in and and and drive the car i'm paying 60 000 why would i go and drive this thing three times a month like it'd be crazy you know yo for real you go to major world with five dollars in your pocket you come out of there with a car like they don't care like they'll go in that's one thing though they're gonna run your credit through everything meaning that you go in there and they're gonna run your credit through 30 different banks prepare that one once you leave out of there your credit inquiries says 30 different banks like yo bro when i was there broke in 2000 2011 2000 no 2010 it was 2010. i went to major world my credit was great it was good nothing crazy right but bro i went in there them dudes rent my [ __ ] credit they just went in and said oh can we run your credit to check find you the best offer bro they sent it to 30 different banks all over the freaking country when i came back and looked at my phone my phone had like 30 notifications from credit karma like yo they running your [ __ ] like stop them like credit karma was basically telling me like yo tell them stop bro yo they gonna yeah i don't forget this [ __ ] bro i went to um the credit karma app bro my credit karma app said just tell them to stop that that was the notification like tell them to stop right now bro whatever they doing tell them to stop [ __ ] 30 credit inquiries bro so 30 different banks came back and they're like yo we got a um a 20 interest on a car i'm like bro what you talking about 20 interest this is crazy i was like i didn't even buy the car that day which you mean 20 interest a car that was like 20 000 was gonna end up i was gonna end up paying fifty five thousand dollars if i would have kept it for four years now when you broke right when you broke in you ain't got no money and that's the only way that you're going to be able to go from point a to point b you take that car and that's how those dealerships they take advantage of people you're like come to major world no credit don't matter no cash don't matter we're just going to give you a 40 interest rate like you you're gonna be paying for you know it'd be crazy because i'll be seeing people that like now that i know how life is and how the game works i used to always wonder like how do some of my friends just pull up with like you know back then like the uh the camaros right like they'll be having like the camaros like the you know i had like two of my friends that they one had the blue camaro another one had the red camaro and you know in the hood that [ __ ] is popping that [ __ ] is like a that [ __ ] is like a rolls royce you you pop up with a brand new camaro that's just like 30 grand right and everybody's like damn how the [ __ ] they you know how they got them cars you know because most people they can't just buy a brand new car but then once i started getting into the game and started noticing a lot of things i'm like this dudes probably probably were getting you know raped with with the interest rate they're like yeah come in come get the camaro we'll give you a 30 interest rate that camaro does thirty thousand dollars in four years you end up paying ninety thousand they're like people be getting freaking finesse all the time like that bro 84 music you lose 100 points on your check just during the last check uh on your credit check 60 interest rate uh better get credit repair from now if i intend to go to major world major world can you count but let's look let's look at this bench right here 20 percent interest rate the fresh start program yup better to buy a cheap car cash yeah this was that's why i bought my car cash when i had my my saturn view i bought it cash i went to craigslist and got it for 1700 because i was like yo i'm not gonna pay these guys you know a car i remember the time i was trying to get like a a ten thousand dollar car used and they when i looked at the thing i'm like yo hold on the interest rate is crazy you want me to put a down payment and i'm gonna have to [ __ ] pay like 40 000 on top of what the car caused like in the total i was like bro this don't make no sense but yeah guys i'm about to head out of here man we hang down for like three hours it's a good weekend okay i'm about to hop on this pool as you can see i'm freaking getting sweaty it's hot um but i'll see
