Jo Koy pulls ex-wife Angie King onto live TV to discuss being friendly exes, co-parenting their son

on this show we always talk about what are deal breakers for women right but we rarely talk about the deal breakers that men have and i'm so glad we have both of you guys here to weigh into this new study that found out and you tell me if this is right or wrong oh i thought we were going to guess the deal breaker do you want to guess yeah yeah yeah okay what's the deal working for me and according to this new study okay well joe coy what's your deal breaker i know that you're married no i'm not you always say this every time that's the nail breaker have you known me every time i'm on the show you're like how's your wife she's my best friend she's great and i love her i love her to death in fact she's here she's been uh at the guest house for ever since the pandemic started i'm not even joking right now she is oh so you guys are co-parenting together me and my she's my best friend she's i can literally tell her to come over here right now she's in the guest house and when we found out how we had the quarantine and all that i told her i go if joe stays at your house i might never get to see him and if he stays with me you may never get to see her he didn't know what was going on so i just told her i'd go stay with me and she hasn't left oh so that's why i thought you were married okay all right so what is your deal breaker no that's why i thought what's your deal breaker though when you are dating uh my deal breaker is oh man i have a couple do you want physical deal breaker or do you want like just like give them two little things give them both of them both of them we'll take okay i i love i love a woman that does little things when she hears here's something that i have that that i'm interested in and then maybe on the third date she pulls them and goes hey i got this for you or something and like it may only be five bucks but it's something i love you know and i'm like wow she really paid attention i i love that i think that's that's very genuine and it's beautiful and then the physical thing is uh feet i have a foot fetish i'm sorry but i don't want a woman to have a foot that looks like mine if it looks like mine it might be a deal breaker or you could just wear socks your whole life and we'll stay together it's like boomerang remember the movie boomerang yeah yes yeah yes uh carla deal breaker for you even though this is what it's about but carla can weigh in yeah i know well um joe is in defeat i'm actually into hands somebody's hands because i love hands you know um and i try not to be shallow about hands but if your hands are bitten down to the quick it's it'll be hard for me to let you touch me um okay i'm just sad to say it okay okay if you're if your fingertips smell like saliva we're done i'm sorry yeah okay deal breaking for me is smoking can't date smoke or go okay well you guys are all off according to this almost half of men say they would break up with someone who never offers to pick up the check 64 percent of men feel women should contribute money towards the dates however 76 admit they feel guilty accepting it so what do you guys think about that is that accurate no wonder why i'm saying one million percent i'm with that i i never let a woman pay though either most don't offer yes carla you hit it on that you hit how do you say it val you hit the head on the nail hit the nail you hit the do it because seriously i mean we're getting to another story but that in and of itself the fact that you guys are not together co-parenting in the pandemic in the same property it's just kind of oh she's the best it's kind of awesome she's the best then why are you guys exes uh-oh uh you know in the beginning it was rough and and that's fine you know but the older we got we we understood that we're best friends and this is the best thing that we can do for our kid and and and he is so happy because of it you know a lot of divorced families when they get divorced it's just turmoil and everyone and everyone's you know everyone oh here she is right there she's in the guest house come here get over here hurry up get out come here get live tv in chicago come on she goes she goes i look i look horrible it doesn't matter it doesn't matter it doesn't matter she'll be here in five seconds okay but yeah it's just you know i wish more people would do it you know like yeah you didn't get along married but you can still be best friends you have the responsibility to be parents and and your kid will you know love you for that true truth joe your house is probably really good size it would be tougher if you're in a one-bedroom apartment well here she is look at her taking her time hurry up hurry up say hi look at that that's the valley that's carla that's ryan hurry up say hi don't ask her why she's wearing glasses don't i'm totally not prepared for that i got a question i got how long have you and joe been married you got a question okay go how's it go ryan how long have still get along incredibly well and still you know mother and father to your child and and how how does this work because a lot of couples this wouldn't work former couples oh um well we just love our son so much it's for our son mostly it's for us but now dude that's your answer what about dating we just love our son ryan that's it if we hated our son this wouldn't happen so all those parents hate their kids what about what about dating other people ryan why are you like digging so deep val started it joe you could have just said you were married to say hi to carla don't even say hi to val
